“I want to Thank the people of the Hatch Chile Store/Customer Service. We had ordered 3 different types of Chile (harvested at different times/ways), and subsequently shipped at different times. After the earlier shipments I had emailed about a disappointment, and your response was prompt, professional, and polite. By the final shipment, all was made right. Thank you. We will continue our business with you for your/our annual beloved New Mexican Sunshine Day hat we have shipped to us in Michigan.”

“I talked a week ago with a lady . The order arrived completely thawed and warm so had to throw away the rellanos .. the lady was supposed to reship some more or refund my money . Daniel called me on the 25th and I have been refunded my money. Thank you. I will order again when the weather is cooler.”

“I have received offers from the Hatch Chile Store for years and always wanted to try their product. Recently, I purchased three (3) jars of their prepared hatch chile to use in stews and soups. When they came, I was completely floored by the way they packaged their product. They went out of their way to make sure none of the jars were broken in transit with the most amazing packaging. Of course, the product was excellent, but I am still amazed by the care they took to make sure I got what I ordered in excellent condition. I am sure I will order more, and will never worry about the condition of the order when it arrived.”

“Disappointed that the Chile was not medium hot like I order. Was no heat whatsoever. Have say that when the Chile arrived to my house in Florida, the Chile was fresh.”

“My only complaint was the fact that it took 3 weeks to ship. I get stuff from China faster. I understand the heat issue...but someone could have informed me much sooner than they did as this was a gift.”

“Fairly happy with this year's order. A lot of that is due to the shipping method (FedEx) FedEx is horrendous here and destroys about as much as they deliver. About half of the peppers were really wilted but edible. Next year, I'll figure out a different way to get them here. Still love your product just not the shipping”

“Chili Flavor top Notch like always. Quality was off but I understand the weather is a big problem this year it has affected crops around where I’m from as well. Looking forward to the Red I ordered. Once again Flavor spot on like always.”

“Red (Hot) chile is delicious. I asked for an order of green hot peppers for Chile Reanllos but I was told that I would have to wait awhile because they were out. Hard to reach anyone during the busy season though.”

“Regrettably, for me there seems to be a learning curve when it comes to ordering Hatch ChiliStore chili, but ultimately it all worked out. That said, nothing diminishes the quality of the product. When it comes to ordering specialty foods there’s Maine’s lobster, Alaska’s King Crab and or salmon, there’s Texas’ Gulf Shrimp, and Hatch, New Mexico’s chili and chili products. New Mexico’s fine contribution to culinary must haves! Great stuff! Here in Minnesota we, our family orders chili, roasts it, has a fun day eating fresh chili, processes it and freezes the rest. Nothing warms you inside on those frigid Minnesota winter days like Hatch, chili.”

“1 box of chili was fine and then other had only two or three with the tip that was turning brown but tat was the fault of fed ex because they failed to deliver that box to my front door.”

“The chilies are fantastic. Thank you. The delivery was as adversities. Every chili arrived in great condition. The only bad part is the price. The $100 for 50# of chilies is a little high, but the $184 for delivery was way over the top. As good as these chilies are, they are not worth $284 for 50#. I do not think I will order them again. I’ll have to find another way to get them. Thanks, Scott”
