Hi Linda, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order for Roasted Hatch Green Chile. We are currently out of stock of this product, and we won't be able to restock until later in the fall once we are ready to roast this year's crop. We apologize for this issue. We are hoping to be restocked around mid to late September. With that being said, there are a couple of options for your order. 1. We can place your order on hold until we are restocked in this product, and then we will fulfill it as soon as possible. With this option, we would issue a 10% refund for the inconvenience of this delay. 2. We can cancel and refund your order, then you can place a new order once we are restocked. I had to change my rating this time because the Sandia batch was at least 25% immature pods. The surfaces weren't smooth and shiny, without the wall thickness of ripe chilis. Those didn't amount to much after roasting and peeling. Someone got careless - or in a hurry to accumulate five pounds. Very little spoilage though. But, see you next year. I appreciate what you do.

Half of my chili’s were either rotted out or moldy. I thought I payed extra for the guaranteed delivery. Maybe I didn’t. I was able to save about half of them. For next time, will you let me know what I should do to ensure that they arrive fresh. Thank you, George Gianopoulos

The chili are great, but the customer support is horrable. You send out email one day and say that the shippment will be delayed one week because of rain and to let you know if we were going to be gone at that time. I did not resond because i wanted to delay it a week anyway. The next day you send out a email that it was shipping. I call and tried to stop my order from shipping. I was told that it had already shipped. The chili got her in good condition. One box came friday and were abe to get it processed. The next one came on saturday and we could not do it until wedsnesday, The chili was hard to peal. Dp not think I will order again from Hatch.

10 lbs, 1/4 th were busted or spoiled. Packers should care a little more. Disappointed. HEB next time.

Hi Kim, It doesn't look like you ever reached out to our customer service team about this issue. If we aren't notified when a problem arises, we have no opportunity to get it solved for a customer. I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience here! I pulled up your order and saw that you ordered one of our 5lb boxes of Fresh Hatch Green Chile. We guarantee all orders for 5lb boxes, so we compensate our customers accordingly when spoilage/damage occurs. How many chiles did you lose to spoilage/damage? The box was smashed and approx a pound of it was ruined. The dry ice was melted. Other than that I love your chile.

While they are good they are not as hot as I wanted. I thought last year I got the medium heat so this year I went up a notch. Next year I will go up another notch because I obviously got the same as last year. When is the best time to place my order? I ordered early this year when I got an email you were now taking orders.

It’s ridiculous that you can not get whatever flavor you want in the whole chile shipped to you that you want, medium hot is I wanted for my friend and only could get mild might as well sent them BELL PEPPERS

So I bought 10 lbs of hot green chili, It was on the verge of thawed, but I did re-freeze it. I also bought a package of chicken cheese chimichangas. They were mostly thawed. I also re-froze them. My biggest question to you is is that ok to do? Re-freeze them? Other than that, everything was just ok. It just seems it never gets to me totally frozen. I am in Florida and I know that can be a challenge.

This is the 4th or 5th time I have ordered. This last order, I was a little disappointed with the way the chili was packed. There were so many seeds, stems and peeling in the mix. I have never experienced this before. The taste of the chili itself was delicious. I’m hoping this last order was an exception and not the norm going forward. Thank you

The product itself was fabulous. But I placed this order for a shipment to Tennessee. I was advised of the shipping and delivery date. Unfortunately the shipment arrived a day late. This was not a Hatch Chile Store problem. It was a FedEx issue. However since the food was frozen and arrived a day late, the food could not be refrozen. 12 tamales and 12 chile rellenos are a lot to consume in a couple of days by only two people. I would be very hesitant to order perishable product again.

Hi Barbara, It looks like you reached out to our customer service team and were concerned about the delay in transit. One of our team members inquired about the state of the products when they were delivered, but we did not hear back from you. We apologize for the inconvenience. As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. It looks like your order was packaged for 2 days in transit but was delayed an additional day. Typically orders for frozen products arrived frozen with a small amount of dry ice left in the box. We never recommend our customers eat a product if it arrives warm and spoiled. Please dispose of the product. Our standard procedure here is to reship the order; however, if you would prefer a refund, we can do that as well. Please let us know which option you would prefer. I can't tell you the Hatch Chili Store made us happy. EVERYTHING was great except the Chili's. They are stringy, tough, and did not have any flavor! I know there was problems with the westher
