Horrible!!!!! Please don’t use this company they loose your parcels and the customer service is horrible not helpful at all. If u want your parcel so be delivered don’t use ups they are not doing this!

There seems no valid route to contact them phone rings out or not responded to. Tracing seems to autofill with no relation to reality. Charge import duty on EU origin goods which is illegal. Delivery dates never adhered to and takes weeks to deliver. Repeated problem so advise you contact your senders requesting not to use UPS

UPS are so, so bad, I can't explain how frustratingly bad they are. They've lost my delivery, after calling 3 times, they still won't send me my invoice. The refuse to reimburse for the package they've lost. This is just this time, every other encounter I've had with them has been horrific, you can't email, you can't chat online, you can only call. We're telling all of our supplier we won't work with them if they work with UPS. I recommend you do the same.

UPS are the WORST! Iv been on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes and still on hold! Today I have spoken to 2 UPS employees and none of them have helped at all. One of them didn't want to help and just kept saying I have to call another UPS number and when I asked him to provide me with the number he said I have to find it myself! His name was Josh and worked for UPS US. I have tried to call several UPS numbers however they either dont work or your put on hold for hours with no reply. To make things even worse I'm calling from a business account so I should be receiving a high level of customer service. After this experience I will be removing UPS from our courier options. Absolutely appalling company and service. Might I add that this isn't the first time I have had issues with UPS. Sort your s*&t out!

UPS tracking has vanished on several of my business imports as part of what appears to be illegal activity at UPS Castle Donnington . All with high values and paperwork completed. It isn't just me thousands of other businesses and individuals have lost their shipment. They also charged me for customs of each one then said the items were all lost and to contact the shipper or HMRC as it isn't their problem. I think all the shipment are being stolen from Castle Donnington as that is where it is all going missing. We are now taking legal action for trading losses and negligence as it will cost my gallery in excess of £150,000 plus damages as a result. They won't even investigate it so we have instructed a solicitor and informed HMRC and the police this week due to the potentially criminal activity. I would advise nobody use UPS as the tracking evidence suggests they are "losing" valuable items in what could be theft and fraud at UPS Castle Donnington. UPS respond to bad reviews on review websites and Facebook with what appears to be an automated message to write an email to their complaints department. This is all a front as there is nobody home! After several attempts over a number of weeks my email, post, Facebook, etc, I've still not had a reply from them - not one. And they still have the additional £36 they billed to my credit card without my permission or notification and nobody on the phone can tell me what it's for! This was after they took a month to deliver a parcel I paid £186 for 2 day delivery. Never again.

I have the following problem,a package from California,,arrives 1 day later at their hub in Apollo Beach,I live in Ruskin FL,Told them it can only be deliverd on Monday the 3 rd of May,they cancel the delivery them self,after 30 phone calls that day no body calls back,this morning I do have a lady on the at 9.15 am ,she said it will be deliverd on nxt Monday the 10 th,its an office but we are only on Mondays in the afternoon,no problem she told. Today I was a few hours in the office,I walk out a sticker on the door (was the last attempt) call them again ,tried to deliver already 3 times ,no sticker no thing ,no return calls,zero. Now the package is back to the sender in Cali,what?? You pay 11 usd for the change of day and what? the worst service I did see

Your charge for shipping is stupid ridiculous! You charge me $1,970.95 to ship two item weighting 305lbs about 300 miles. When I ordered these items, I paid $200.00 for shipping. Your UPS Freight person told me it was because I did not have an account. If someone had to pay $1,970.95 to receive these two items that cost $2,000.00 to buy for both they never would buy them.

UPS has the WORST customer service. They lost my parcel and did absolutely nothing to help. After four months of me calling them with regards to my parcel that they lost they confirmed they lost the parcel and said they couldn’t do anything. If you can DONT EVER USE UPS please, really don’t want anyone to go through the constant useless loop-holes ups put me through when I was trying to get them to pay me what the parcel was worth. Only writing this review so people know that if they loose you parcel UPS won’t do anything to fix the problem.

What a joke of a company! I have had the worst experience using UPS and find the service to be appalling. I tried to send a parcel on the 1st April and got a message telling me they did not have the right customs information. I sent the correct form over 15 times to 5 different e-mail that I was given and not 1 reply! I then asked for me package to be returned over 1 week ago now..... I then get a message yesterday telling me clearance has been successful! I JUST WANT THE PACKAGE BACK! This was an e-bay item that had to be refunded because it has been over a month that I tried to send it. If it gets sent the person will be getting £160,00 worth of items for FREE! This has been an unacceptable service and a disgrace. I want the package back or the £160,000 I have lost due to your inadequate service. I have e-mailed about the 20 times and never get an adequate response.

If there was an option for 0 starts that is what UPS deserves. I payed $1000 for 6 boxes to be delivered from China to Bolivia they said it would take 1 week. Well it has been a month And I still don't have the packages, after several phone calls, emails and visits to UPS office in Santa Cruz Bolivia the only response I got is “ we are not responsible for what UPS international does, we just receive the packages here”

The worst delivery provider in UK!!! Parcel never arrived , we are loosing money because of machine which arrived to UK on 1st April and until now (29th April) no sign of it. Still waiting as investigation is on 🤞 With my private parcel : Their couriers never leave delivery notes , even better they are writing that they tried to deliver and you didn’t been home the item it’s send back to the sender even after they took a payment from you!!! UPS should change the pronunciation for oops !!! It’s JOKE!!! And Customer Service can only apologise while doing nothing to solve the problem !

High prices and no liability At UPS, they just use corona as an excuse if they do not bother to deliver an express package today. But they will remember to send you a bill for express fee. Sad that a large company like UPS, has such poor control over their transportation. And just blame it on everything else, but poor planning.

We have been an access point for UPS for over 10 years, and they have suddenly just stopped working with us because of one of their drivers. The driver would refuse to put the new shop name on his slip when leaving cards for customers to collect there parcels from my shop. we changed names and after being patient and waiting for him to do a simple task this didn’t happen even 6 months after. we even offered to stamp his slips. bought him a stamp and tried to do everything possible to make the change happen but the arrogant self obsessed driver refused. We then raised a complaint with our area rep and he forward it on to his boss Philip Laughlin who since the 11/3/21 to todays date of the 29/4/21 has failed to look into or even try to resolve the complaint. If you are looking at being a UPS access point just remember your working for them and non of the drivers like coming to the shops and if there is an issue you will be the ones to be erased without any though or consideration for what you may have done for them. The number of people with an issue with the driver is ridiculous but instead of looking into and dealing with complaints they just close ranks and do what’s in UPS interest only. Now they have blacklisted my store and wouldn't even deliver my parcels to me. DO NOT BECOME AN ACCESS POINT

iIwas promissed a phone call on Monday it is now Thursday and no call. No managers available to escalate to. Different answers everytime I call. Standard resposes , no ownership of issue. I have been put on hold for 15 -30 minutes and then been cut off.

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD as 1 star too good for this company. They very rude managers who never call you back when promise the customer service centre don't understand simple task and are very unhelpful. I definitely would never recommend this company. There are rubbish and rude.

NEVER EVER USE UPS!! They are just thieves and their service is more than awful!!! I sent a parcel from Spain to London on the 1st of February, a service which was supposed to be 4 days, and just received in the 8th April!!! After thousand of calls... just couple of days before receiving it I was informed that my parcel was damaged in transit... well the day I received the parcel was not the original package I sent... apparently they destroyed it and transfer all my belongings from the destroyed box to another one.. all my belongings got dirty and the worst part was for one LG LED MONITOR that the box contained which was completely smash... since 8th of April I have been claiming this damage and also a compensation for taking over 2 months to get my box and also for manipulating my belongings... just now I got my claim rejected!!! I even put an insurance of 300€ to the delivery... These thieves said that my package didn’t fit their requirement... it was a brand new box that I bought just for this delivery... and that I didn’t keep the package they deliver to me... I called the very same they I got the delivery and never ever nobody said that I needed to keep the box... which doesn’t make any sense as this package wasn’t even the original that I sent.... PLEASE PLEASE NEVER SEND ANYTHING THROUGH UPS, THEY ARE SUCH THIEVES!!!! AND THE SERVICE OS THE WORST I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!

I ship a package overnight every 2 weeks with UPS and the last year they have gotten it correct one time. Covid-19 has become nothing but an excuse for them to provide poor service, and to refuse refunds. For anybody reading this save yourself the time and stress and go to a different shipping company.
