Never ever use this service. They sent my parcel to the wrong address, they accepted the signature of someone that I don't know and that was not mentioned anywhere and they have never returned the parcel to my address. Customer service is ridiculous, after more than ten calls they told me that the manager was coming to bring it to me so I stayed at home the whole day and nobody showed up. Just a waste of money and time, a lot of time.

I waited all day for the parcel collection only to receive a phone call at 6pm telling me the driver rang and had no answer. I was in all day! Lying and unprofessional driver reflecting the rubbish service offered.

Idiotic website is a total waste of time and effort. Wanted to change delivery location to ups access point. Called ups and ended up in Asia call center with poor language skills. I usually ask who the shipper is. Did not for this package. Big mistake.

I order a pair of shoes from Nike on the 27th of March. My order says it was delivered on the 7th of April. I really believe the driver stole my $200 pair of shoes because where the order was delivered to you are to receive a QR code to open the box. Never got the code and the only think that was left by the driver was “left at parcel”. I even got the front office worker to roll the camera back. Guess what he never bring the package in the front door. I made a claim on the 8th and UPS is giving me the run around. When I go online to check the claim, it is erased like I never made one. How about on the 11th I seen the same driver come and deliver more packages. Why did he have an open orange Nike box in his hand. When I came into see if it was my package be hurried up and jump in the truck and left. Anyone who has ordered anything from Nike knows that you order is in the original orange box and that box is placed in a brown box. You never get your order in its original box. The thing that the driver seems to forget is the cameras in the office is every where and they can roll them back and see everything he has did from the day of delivery until the day he tried to drop off the open used package. I would hate to go up there and find out those was my shoes he threw in the office on the 11th. He had to leave that box up front with one of the ladies cause he ripped up the original ship box.

UPS delivery service is very terrible, I have been expecting a package form the US for about 7 days and it hasn’t been delivered because they claim to have delivered my package but the driver never showed up. I took a day off work so I will be home when the delivery driver shows up, and I was extremely surprised when I was told that my package had been delivered but no one showed up and I was home all day. I have called UPS customer service 5 times, they promised to call me back and look into the situation but no one reached out or give a positive response. They claim the driver dropped my package in my mail box but that is impossible because my mail box is inside my building and before you get to it you need a code, also my mail box is a letter box there is no way any package can fit into the mail box. They also said I need to start a claim for the missing item for them to start an investigation. However, the link sent doesn’t work! when I try to fill the form I get an error message saying I cannot start a claim at the time. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with UPS’s service. I don’t want your money I just want my package and the items in them. If the driver truly delivered the item to my apartment why can’t he prove that he dropped it off! Why can’t UPS Check the gps location of the driver as at the time he claimed to have delivered my items. Why do I have to call several times and no one has given a feedback! This is totally unacceptable and I can never put my trust in this company. UPS I NEED MY PACAKAGE ASAP!

I ordered from balenciaga, my parcel stated it was signed by ups id so not me and also I have high cctv and there’s no record of his arrival. I’m so annoyed and ups haven’t been helpful at all I’ve been sitting in for hours waiting for yet another theaf on the streets

Do not use ups at whatever cost. They loose items and do not hold themselves accountable. I have been waiting on a package to arrive for over 2 weeks bare in mind it was sent next working day delivery. UPS also have very poor internal communication so are unable to phone their other depots to find out what is going on, Ups brought my package to London then sent it to a depot in another city because they claim their was not enough space to store it. I understand there has been a Brexit backlog but my package was sent from a UK address and still has not arrived. My business will now loose thousands because of the delay in this package and no one at ups holds themselves accountable do not touch UPS it is quicker to hand deliver your item by foot.

NEVER EVER EVER USE UPS!!! I sent this parcel from Spain to London on the 1st of February! It’s been more than 2 months and I don’t know where is my parcel!!!! And today I received a notification saying that my parcel is been damaged in transit!!!!! I called thousand of times to customer service and no explanation or solution is been given to me!!!!! I paid 48€ for my parcel to be delivered in 4 days plus £74 tax!!!!!!!! And now my parcel is damaged?????!!!!! Why type of service is this?????!!! The last person who I spoke to today on customer service line was so so rude!!!! Just said that he could not provide any detail and I will be notified about what type of damages.... THIS “SERVICE” IS AWFUL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

I ordered a watch from official Diesel site on 18th February and I assume the driver decided to keep it for himself as he left a note with the location where its been left. I was going to that store and that is the start of another story with same bad experience. No one takes responsibility!

If I could give them a zero i would. The driver did not do the route on Saturday April 3,2021 lied and said he tried..Check the website stated being delivered to an access point. Called to complain. Ryan from the Philippines hung up on me. Called back same man different man transfered me to a line no one picked up.While waiting used office phone to call again, Got susan she said some one will call within 1 hour.. No one called . Now the other line still ringing. Hung up on line 1 due to more than 45 minutes ringing. Husband called complaint line got thur to a person who updated to have the package delivered to the address on the package. THERE IS 21 CAMERAS COVERING THIS PROPERTY AND THE STREET. THE DRVER DID NOT DRIVE DOWN THE STREET LET ALONG ATTEMPT DELIVERY. THE DRVER LIED. THE ITEM BEING DELIVERED IS A COST OF $769.00. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU UPS?

They seem to have stolen my parcel just like the other reviews .this happened to me also. Tracker keeps saying held in warehouse .I paid for an express service 24hour to sweden from UK. This didn't happen. I made 4 phone calls each 45 mins they say someone will call you .no one ever does . I have lost a shipment that is almost 1000 pounds and they are not even bothered. Big compensation claim coming to ups .absolute money rubbers

I am waiting for a parcel from Belgium to UK. It arrived in UPS secure warehouse in Stanford le Hope UK over 2 months ago. The tracker says awaiting instructions but does not ever change and no contact has been made. Looks like UPS lost or stole the package but nobody gives any information and it is set up that you can only rely on the tracker. Awful service. Lost a valuable item and I suspect it has been stolen.

This is not so much about a timely delivery but UPS tracking system is horrible. It would be nice to receive updates along the way. And not just get one when it leaves and then arrives at its destination.

An original artwork painting was sent to us in Adelaide Australia from Johannesburg South Africa. The delivery took 4 weeks (not the advised 5days) and went via Germany, France, three (!) destinations in USA and two other Australian destinations. It finally arrived badly broken. Hugely disappointed. Cannot rate UPS badly enough and will never use again. Giving one star as not possible to give zero

I had an important time sensitive item coming from Amazon. I waited by my front window for UPS to deliver but never saw them. When I checked the tracking it said the item had been delivered approximately 30 minutes before when obviously it had not. I called customer service which said they would radio the driver to come back and that a supervisor would call me back. Neither of these things happened. When I called customer service back the next morning I encountered a very rude woman who ignored my request to speak with her supervisor 5 times. Basically she stood by the item was delivered and she intended to do nothing. The package actually arrived 2 days later and still UPS shows it being delivered when it was not. Amazon should consider another service as I note almost all of the UPS reviews are bad. Nothing will change as it is obvious this is another large company that does not care. Maybe they would if they lost enough business.

Sister sent a present for my daughter from the UK to Spain on Feb 22. It arrived at Spanish facilities on the 24th.... And it is still there! (Today is march 31). I called about 10 times, so has my sister. And I Twitter with them almost daily. No solution, no reason, no possible action.... They just say "wait". Suddenly, on March 25th they sent an email: "please contact us, if you fail to do so by April 1st, well destroy the parcel". Are you kidding me? I have been taking to UPS almost every day for a month! It is a disaster. Please, don't use it, unless you want a guaranteed headache.
