DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THERE IS THEFT WITHIN THE COMPANY THEY LOSE ONE OF YOUR PARCELS THEN TRY AND CHARGE IMPORT DUTY ON THE PARCEL THEY HAVE LOST/STOLEN. THEY THEN TRY TO FOB YOU OFF TO THE SHIPPER!! UPS ONCE YOU TAKE A PACKAGE TO DELIVER IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DELIVER IT. IF YOU LOSE IT OR A MEMBER IF YOUR STAFF STEAL IT, IT IS YOUR FAULT NOT THAT IF THE SENDER!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED ABD DUSGUSTED WOULD GIVE MINUS FIVE STARS IF IT WAS AVAILABLE

They are always saying my pkg can’t be left or that I am not home. If I wanted to pick up my item at a store I wouldn’t have shipped it. Will not use them unless that is the only thing the customer uses and then again I might just shop somewhere else.

1Z30A5730493125787 Let e start with some background. I shipped a box from Australia to South Africa through ParselAbc that used UPS as the service provider. The package was delivered, but the two valuable items, an iPhone and Tablet, were not in the box. There was no visible damage to the package. I reported this both to ParselAbc and UPS. UPS then reluctantly lodged a claim, but the insured value was only $ 300. I could never understand why this is an insurance claim and why UPS is condoning the theft in its warehouse. I suspect there is organised crime in the JHB warehouse unless there is an explanation of how two items disappear from a sealed undamaged box. I can only assume a UPS employee removed it. How is it possible to take it off the facility without security and logistics help? Yes, I think UPS should take responsibility for this internal issue and indemnify me, but that has become secondary for me. The primary problem is the obligation to expose the criminal activities in an international organisation that one would expect to reputable.

One of the worst services. Customer support is really bad. They lost my 50 euro package and never return my money. I never use their services ever again in the future.

why is there no option for zero stars. Completely ruined an important development in biomedical research and has no way of fixing any minor issue. If something goes wrong, which seems to happen a lot god help you. Never a call back, never any help..its always, just wait it will get fixed....well I can't wait its nearly a month...yes month. If you want stress in your life use UPS..if you want something delivered use some-one else, there are lots of options out there.

WORST FREIGHT COMPANY EVER. I HOPE THIS COMPANY FAILS MISERABLY AND ENDS UP AS THE SAME FATE AS FAILED COMPANIES BEFORE IT. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

Worst service ever. I took an entire day off work because my package needed to be signed for. All day the website said delivered by 7PM. I called at 5:30 and the lady swore it would be there by 7. NOTHING! Early the next morning I get an email that it will be delivered tomorrow (2 days late) and they expect me to take another day off to sit around all day, hoping that maybe they deliver it. The only way to make a change is to pay for it. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME AFTER SCREWING UP MY DELIVERY? Never again will I use these worthless idiots.

Simplemente no entregan los paquetes. Deben tener millones de paquetes guardados para meses y meses en miles de sitios por todo el mundo. Por teléfono no saben que esta pasando ni importan lo que esta pasando con los envíos. Encima, y lo que sí es ilegal en España, es que no hay forma directa de reclamar.

I ship 2 different packages and took the insurance to replace if broken. Both packages were broken. Filed a claim April 2020. Got a email saying that they approved the claim and was going to reimburse me. Here it is June 2021, a whole year later, nothing. I’ve went by the UPS store, called the store, called corporate office, everyone pulls up the claim, say they don’t understand why they haven’t sent my refund, they’ll look into it and still nothing. Very unprofessional, no need to get the insurance because if you file a claim, YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. 🤥

Not only was there mechanical failures on their end causing my parcel to delay by 4-5 days, I had to call them for 8min to change my setting to leave at the front desk. They said I had to pay extra to get a weekend deliver so when I missed the ‘one phone call’ the delivery guy made on Friday I had to wait for another 3 days on Monday for delivery. DHL is so much better. If DHL was a 10, UPS would be a negative 5.

Unsatisfied that the fact the parcel was picked up and straight after went missing. UPS are one of the worst services I have ever used. first time experience, well, I have to say it has been appalling. Collected, lost, refund on the service does not cover what I have lost in the package!!!!!!! customer service 45 mins to get through to and then someone, I think in India cannot find the package, your claims form is that difficult and will not link me to the tracking number. Cheap service, cheap customer service, no one at UPS really gives a damn.

ad the worst imaginable experience with one of the drivers from the Norwood, MA distribution center. I work long hours and am rarely home and had a package being delivered which required a signature, my girlfriend who lives with me and is a rent paying tenant at the same address was home and was expecting the package to arrive for me and was waiting for the driver. Our bell is broken but she noticed the driver outside and met him at the door, the package was in my name but she had the tracking number, knew my name and came out of the house that the package was addressed to and the driver refused to give her the package because the name on her ID did not match my name. She got me on the phone, as I was at work. I tried to speak to him to explain that she was my girlfriend, that I authorized the package be released to her and that if needed she could go get mail from our apartment with my name as proof. He still refused. He was rude, condescending, aggressive and belligerent with both me and my girlfriend and kept stating that it was against UPS policy to release the package to anyone other than the person who’s name is on the package and that I could go get the package at the distribution center in Norwood if I wanted it. Absolutely enraged and baffled at the complete lack of candor and professionalism, and respect of any kind from this man, my girlfriend stood in front of the truck because at this point this guy was holding my package hostage and essentially stealing my property. He called the police, who came and verified my info with using my social security number over the phone and STILL this miserable, rude, little man on a power trip over a package would not turn it over. He claims he spoke to a supervisor who instructed him not to turn over the package. I want to believe he was lying because if this really is UPS policy and how UPS wants to treat their customers, and he got verbal instruction from a superior to still hold my package hostage I will be mortified. The police stated they could not force him to turn over the package and the driver was allowed to leave, I did not get my package and my girlfriend was literally traumatized by the way this guy acted towards her. It takes a real little man and a real low type of person to intimidate and harass a woman because they’re so miserable with their life they have to make someone’s day miserable too. This guy has no business doing this job and I really hope another person doesn’t have to endure the same type of treatment by a UPS driver like this guy. This event occurred on 6/23/21, and the number on the front of the vehicle was 674429. Both my girlfriend and I really don’t ever want to do business of any kind with UPS after this and if at all possible in the future, I will choose any other option than UPS available for shipping and will advise my friends and family do the same.
