Two attempted deliveries. Driver didn’t knock/ wait long enough for me to get to the door. I was home on both occasions near the front door. I rescheduled delivery giving them two days notice to redeliver. This did not happen. No online updates. Finally got thorough to call centre and managers twice. Very polite and helpful but full of empty promises. Wasted two days waiting for the redelivery. Have had many successful deliveries/redeliveries during Lockdown without the grief and inconvenience caused by UPS on this occasion. Do not use UPS.

KEEP WELL AWAY. THEY ARE A PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE THEY TELL LIES AFTER LIES. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY HAVE NO SHAME WHATSOEVER. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR RESPONSES TO REVIEWS. THESE ARE JUST FOR PUBLIC SHOW. I HAVE LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR LIES. KEEP YOUR BUSINESS SAFE AND USE ANOTHER CARRIER. THEY PROMISE TO DELIVER ON A DATE AND SUDDENLY CHANGES TO HELD/ON WAY/ CHECK BACK AGAIN LATER OR TOMORROW/ CUSTOMS CLEARED/ HELD IN WARE HOUSE. SIMPLY LIES AFTER LIES. Today I tried to print out a return bar code to place inside a package that I was returning to Amazon via UPS. My printer had run out of ink, so I stopped off at the UPS Store to ask if they could print one off for me. The female employee did not indicate how much it would be but proceeded to print one off for me. She then announced it would be $2.78. Although I paid it, I thought to myself, “are you kidding??? Less than a penny for a single sheet of printer paper and about 5.5 cents for the ink. And you want $2.78. They were also being paid for the shipping cost back to Amazon. This is ridiculous and certainly no way to win customers. On my way home I was thinking, “isn't this the same con-artist company that is supporting people to boycott the State of Georgia over it's voting laws? Asking for photo I.D.?” When I got home I googled it and yes they are. Here's a message for UPS from me; In my opinion, all Americans should boycott you. Maybe you should concentrate on running an affordable, customer friendly business instead of shooting off your mouth about politics. Today, I boycott you. Forever.

Rubbish service ! I have sent shipment to Pakistan on 17/03/21 they promise me for a week delivery but it's not delivered yet and even status is not showing properly. It's my original documents and it's about my job. I am humble requesting everyone pls dont go for this third-class services.

I used UPs to send an urgent parcel to France. I paid for 24 hour delivery and in the end it took 3 days for my parcel to be delivered. Their customer service is inexistent: they tell you they will call you back and never do, and they pretty much did not do anything. I will never use them again, and I suggest you look for alternative providers. If I could put 0 star, I would!

One word , horrible. No delivery and not able to change location. No Chat function and no telephone number to get a person to figure out why no delivery and why location can’t be changed.

PACKAGES RETURNING TO THE SENDER WITHOUT NOTIFY THE RECEIVER Last week I checked online to see where my parcel was, the information showed: in the warehouse. So I waited. After one week, I didn't get any notification, and suddenly the parcel is going back to the sender. I called UPS, they told me that they could not delivery it and now is going back to the sender. AMAZON SHOULD CHOSE ANOTHER PROVIDED Amazon notified me the following: ¨Unfortunately, UPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.¨ Could I know where I should pick up my parcel? There are unprecise information in the tracking and it shows that it attempted to deliver the item while it´s not true, I didn´t get any notification of attempted delivery. The whole UPS system is not well organized. LOSING ITEMS AND MESSY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM They have lost one of my parcels and they are even messing up with notifications: I first get a notification for an item which they lost, and after a week I get another notification telling me that that item was in the dispatch center and I was supposed to go and pick it up. This happened several times now. NOTIFICATIONS WITHOUT PICK UP POINT I get notifications that my parcel is arrived at the pick up point, but it does not say where it is. WEBSITE WITH ERRORS I get errors on the website, when adding an email for notifications for example. Also the login is not really straightforward and it´s buggy.

2 parcels sent to Germany. Both have been at UPS Germany depot for over a month according to tracking. Clearly they are in total chaos. Customer service useless. Avoid !!

Today I was expected to receive important order. Was waiting for delivery at home and receive that my parcel is delivered. I check the delivery details and there was notice that my item is left 11:15 residential. But where? I rung to customer service and explained that I was at home and nobody came to do delivery to my address. Even if I would’ve been home I signed online to leave my parcel in safe place. Adviser took my phone number and said that delivery man will contact me . I was waited. 12:28 I received email that my package is in collection point. Now I need to pick up for my self, not enough I paid for delivery now I need to pay for taxi to go there and back because of that man who even not tried to deliver to my address . I’m really disappointed of this service.

Package sent 2 weeks ago from US to U.K. for 72 hour delivery. U.K. customs paid upfront. Package has been held up for 11 days and counting. Customer service is useless and when we did get hold of someone sensible, he explained that he could do nothing. The East Midlands Hub is a law unto itself and no one dare challenge the mess. Do not use UPS outside of the US. Their U.K. head needs firing!

Have been waiting for over a month to receive my package. It just says it's sitting in a warehouse somewhere. Zero customer service and zero help. The worst carrier service, avoid at all costs.

Consistently the worse courier company I have ever experienced. Every single time the service is slow and unreliable. The customer service is terrible (non-existent even). Avoid at all costs.

Never ending uselessness with this company. We have paid for and you have lost 7y of our parcels. We have explained to our customers and tried to contact you over 20+ and nothing ever happens. We left you a Trustpilot review and you promised to help, you didn’t. Facebook, twitter nothing. You have so many angry customers and you can never get any help. After having to refund our customers who have been waiting since JANUARY to receive items and them being told items did not have invoices WHICH I PUT ON MYSELF!!!! Also, we have an account with you so you could call or email. NOTHING! We now have a very odd bill for items that you have lost, we have paid for the shipping AND had to refund them to customers. We have a £44 for a weight adjustment for an item that we shipped in January and never arrived??!! And £22 on another item, also not arrived for “peak charges” we already paid? The item was not worth the £35 total shipping you are trying to charge us, and the item NEVER ARRIVED!! STAY WELL AWAY. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL JOKE. ONLY DECENT SERVICE IS WITHIN THE USA. DO NOT USE FOR UK AND EUROPE, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELP.

Terrible experience, would give zero stars if I could. We attempted to send some important documents from Edinburgh to Barcelona via UPS on 4th January 2021. Well over 3 months later they still have not arrived…. The first we knew of an issue was an email from UPS on 23rd February asking for a receipt for customs. I understand that Brexit has caused issues but the communication from UPS has been atrocious and it is unclear why it took 7 weeks to request this. Back and forth emails followed for a fortnight with me explaining I don’t have a receipt since the package contained only documents, and them insisting a receipt was required. Eventually they gave me a form to fill in, in lieu of a receipt which I did. No further correspondence was received so I assumed the matter had been resolved. Another fortnight passed before I discovered the package still had not been delivered. I tried making contact with UPS again, but they are no longer responding to my emails. My husband managed to get through on the phone and was told someone would call back within an hour, they never did. He called again and was told he would receive an email in a few minutes, he did not. According to UPS’s online tracker, our package seems to be going back and forth between depots in various Spanish cities. It has reached Barcelona 3 times, but delivery has never been attempted. Since the 8th of April it’s been in Madrid according to the tracker and apparently “UPS is preparing your parcel for clearance. We will notify you if additional information is needed.” Absolutely terrible experience, will be urging everyone I know never to use UPS.

Ups I sent the package a few weeks ago, the package has been in Poland DOBRS STRYKOW for 4 weeks and nothing moves. I only have 28 days to return this £200 rip off T Shirt I received I call ups poland and ups england everyday

I ordered an Apple watch direct from Apple, unfortunately they used UPS as the courier, when the watch arrived in the UK I received an Email from UPS stating that my parcel would be delivered the next day, Monday 12th April. I waited at home all day but the parcel did not arrive, I checked tracking info which said parcel on its way. I emailed and telephoned UPS customer support and eventually had a reply on Friday 16th April: Dear John, Thank you for your email. I truly apologize for your parcel not being delivered on the date that you were expecting. We are experiencing some unexpected delays, which have caused a backlog. Our records show that your concern has been forwarded to our local depot. They state that they will pull the parcel for Saturday delivery. It will be delivered tomorrow, by the end of the day. I truly apologize for any inconvenience and undue stress that this has caused you. Sincerely, Edwin UPS Customer Support So I waited in again all day on Saturday 17th April and Guess what. Still no delivery. This is not the first time that this has happened with deliveries from UPS, in fact I have had issues with every delivery. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company, their customer support is non existent. If you do manage to contact them, they will just lie to get rid of you. they don't care. that you have wasted your time waiting for them to arrive. Personally, I will never make a purchase again from any company that uses UPS as their courier.

Hello it's a pity you can't add 0 I sent the package a few weeks ago, the package has been in Poland for 4 weeks and nothing moves. I call ups poland and ups england everyday in England they say that I have to talk to Poland because the package is there, in Poland they say that the package is sent from England so you have to call there. UPS england doesn't even have a complaint line. defeat. worst company I've ever dealt with. I call them literally every day and the same every day. we found a problem should go now. or we will send a notification about posting this case, etc. where no one knows anything for the next day. in addition, because the package goes 6 weeks and has not yet arrived, I had to pay a fine of PLN 1000 in Poland, because the old equipment that I am sending back for return, the value of PLN 0, has not yet arrived. and I had 30 days to send back. So the courier 75 PLN, about 15 pounds PLN 1000 penalty to be paid and the package continues in DOBRA STRYKOW POLSKA

Everyone please report them to BBC Watchdog. It seems an enormous amount of people’s parcels are not being delivered (see TrustPilot) and just left at warehouses with no follow up (mine included) - they need to be exposed for how they are being run.

On the first shipment only two of three parcels arrived. Two weeks later UPS returned an empty packaging to the sender saying the parcel had been destroyed. Sender despatched a replacement to me. UOS changed my delivery date four times then said it had been delivered. Unfortunately it was delivered to a wrong address the other side of town. Appalling service.
