I returned 8 items but did not get the refund inspire of several email sent, they keep on saying that I have to update my account details but I did not asked more but to refund on the same account they charged me. I’m not satisfied with their services and I’ll never shop from them at all. Please, refund my money.

I placed two orders that I didn't receive the merchandise for. They do not want to refund or credit me. I have proof and they don't want to honor it!

Customer service is truly shocking with this company. Peter, the customer service agent. repeatedly told me to wait when his colleague the day before said to get in touch today at 9am. There's no communication and they make up policies on the spot it seems. Peter was so condescending too when I wanted answers and it did not give me a good impression of the company.

1st order was delivered quickly, but had someone else's name on a Walmart. Com box. Thankfully Walmart told me I could keep it. It turned out to be my order. The second was delivered in 2 separate parts. Box#1 was supposed to be a plant stand, and supposedly delivered to my mailbox. I contacted usps. They confirmed it was not my address on the package, was not delivered to me, but would not disclose the actual name or address on the package. Package 2 of 2 was clothing, the sizes definitely were not as described on the website...everything was huge!. My last order was sent with FedEx. I didn't get informed of a delivery until 6 days after. The picture shown on FedEx definitely was not my porch. FedEx confirmed it was not my name and address associated with the package. Through my own checking, and clicking I found an email address associated with the package delivery. I sent an email, and the lady messaged me back. She said she only received her own order, and not my coffee maker. This is ridiculous, and no way to conduct business.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with SHEIN's customer service has been extremely frustrating. After spending a significant amount of money on multiple purchases, I expected at least a basic level of support—especially when issues arose with the products. Unfortunately, not only was the customer service unhelpful, but they also failed to provide any real resolution or even acknowledgment of the problems with my order. What’s worse, despite my loyalty and the large amount I’ve spent, I haven’t received any form of discount, reward, or even a gesture of appreciation. It feels like once the purchase is complete, the company completely disconnects from the customer. No follow-up, no help, and definitely no consideration. I hope SHEIN takes customer loyalty and satisfaction more seriously in the future. Until then, I’ll be reconsidering where I shop.

I have bought sooo many items from SHEIN. I tried to return an item through the website but couldn’t so contacted customer services who advised to post it but add photo and video evidence while returning it which I did, but SHEIN have refused to refund me. SHEIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD.

My last order in Feb 2025 I had 2 dresses out of 6 purchased not fitting so I requested a return. Return was finalized and accepted March 1st and I've still not received my money back. It is almost May. It has said money was returned in march which it wasn't and no customer service available to speak to. I ordered many times and this was my first return. I'll never shop at shein again, they lost a valuable customer over $39.00

My package I never received, went to another address that wasn't mines and no one never reached out to me I left plenty of messages through the app. So I won't recommend anyone buying from shein again because they don't return emails or reach out to there customers and the app still wants me to pay for items I never received.

Shein sent the wrong item and failed to rectify the issue. Online the item was not eligible for return. Customer services are terrible to deal with & would not even confirm if they had the correct item in stock & did nothing to facilitate return. They said they would provide a return label but didn't.

I started ordering a month ago . My 1st order took about a week A couple items were ok but just didn't fit right . The next order took about 10 days or so. A couple items (shorts) were absolutely awful they had snaps like a bra does and came clear up to my top in other words, they were awful.! The 2 piece Sweatpants and shirt were nice, but the pants were incredibly long and there's no way you can wear them without falling. The top was short and kept riding up. When I tried to return him, I found out that I had to keep the original bag and tag. So I will keep them, but I will never order from this company again.

I would write a more detailed review but I've already spent nearly 6 weeks fighting for my refund and refuse to waste anymore time on this horror of a company. In short, make sure you keep your proof of return to show the returns ID and the parcel weight, and take images of the items you are sending back before you put them in the returns bag. Shein tried to tell me that I hadn't returned all of the items in the package and refused to give me my refund. It was only because I had the hard evidence and could prove that the weight of the package they sent to me was the same as the one I sent back that they had to refund me, otherwise they were trying to swindle me out of my £75 refund, on top of the £33 handling fee they added on and the £9 delivery charge. I will never purchase here again and advise you not to shop here either.

It was the worst shopping experience ! I have ordered flare pants in the correct size and a couple of size larger, just in case they run small. Both sizes are practically the same length ...EXTREMELY SHORT! I haven't ordered in size Petite either. AND IN ADDITION THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SOLVE AN ISSUE. There is no Live Chat, no phone number, e WASTED MY MONEY!

Calitatea produselor nu sunt de o calitate buna, mai mult de atat preturile de pe site nu sunt cele reale, de fiecare data cand adaugi un produs in cos pretul creste, iar cand vrei sa il platesti, din nou creste pretul produsului, deci e un site care incearca sa prosteasca consumatorii cu preturile expuse, dar pretul final e altul. NU RECOMAND.

TERRIBLE! They know what they are doing at SHEIN. They make it very complicated to return anything. I ordered several items - first time ordering from this company. I will not recommend. Need to return 4 items that do not fit and I think I will have to keep them because it is so complicated. They only use bots for customer service so there is no way to get anything resolved. I learned my lesson. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHIEN.

I used to love SHEIN but the last order that I place they didn’t pack one of the things that I ordered. Ivv be reached out to customer service and they kept giving me a runaround. They told me that the package was delivered and they couldn’t give me a refund. I know that was a lie because I never got the package they also said that it was in a joint package and it was not.

Very nice clothes and stuff. The company isn't well structured. They lack in too many situations and abuse of their power stealing coins and changing their policy without letting clients know this in advantage. And it's not even sure people accept new conditions they pretend to impone. Maybe it's the case someone very strict starts to control this people.
