Ordered 6 weeks ago. Any attempt to get an update met with response saying to fill in the same ticket I have already filled. Did not contact more than weekly in the first instance as per company request but they did not adhere to there own timescales. Will be contacting trading standards within the week (ordered 6 weeks ago and nothing to show for it). Phone lines have prerecorded messages citing email address and no alternative contact. Completely awful experience so far and will warn people away from them in a personal and professional capacity.

I recently placed an order for some loose parts resources. It was quick and easy and my products arrived within a week. The goods were fantastic quality and just as shown on social media. I’ll definitely be using again.

I can see you reported this issue on OCTOBER 21ST at 2:20pm and our customer care team resolved the issue and sent the returns form at 2:42pm and the full resolution was provided within 22 minutes of contact. I ordered and paid for a bookcase online in May 2022 and still have not received it.I have sent 7 emails as it is impossible to speak directly to a customer service agent.(they are using Covid as an excuse, and do not seem to realise that office tel numbers can be diverted to another number so that they can respond to issues). I eventually asked for a refund but I still cannot get anywhere with this company. I am considering get the Lawyers involved.

I ordered an item from this company back in June 2022 and I have still not received the item - it is now 21st October! I emailed them at the beginning of August to ask where my item was and when I could expect delivery and they emailed back on 9th August to say they were looking into it and someone from their team would get back to me within 5 working days! I have heard nothing since and emails I have since sent have just been ignored. I have also asked for a refund and that has been ignored too. Their phone line is not in use either. I have set up a whole new nursery and had no issues with any company but this one. Absolutely shocking service and to make it even worse it is the children with complex additional needs that they are letting down due to their very poor and frankly disgusting service. Do not use this company!

Absolutely disgraceful service. I have been trying get answers from them for months regarding missing items (already paid for) and now faulty items which they haven't even acknowledged. The equipment is not fit for purpose for the children who need them. Some items I have received are certainly not the same as shown or described on the website. I have been offered a discount voucher but would never buy from them again and nor would any of the schools within our Trust. I just want rid of the damaged items and refunded. They are still using covid as an excuse to not be able to receive telephone calls, disgusting really when most people have had to adapt.

Where is my order.!!! 2765334331 Customer service is absolutely shocking what kind of company now a days doesn’t accept phone calls due to Covid.!!! I placed an order on 20/9/22 it has still not arrived. Your non existent customer service via email is a disgrace you receive an automated reply to then send another email to hopefully receive a reply to then be told that it’s being looked into.! I have sent numerous further emails of which no response has been sent.. I want my money back.! I have contacted Trading Standards Do Not Buy From This Company.!!!!!!

I have tried repeatedly to contact the company after they sent out the wrong product, they failed to respond to my email so I asked them to contact me via Facebook by commenting on the page and requesting they contact me. Rather than reaching out they deleted my comments and blocked me. Disgraceful customer service especially considering they are dealing with parents of kids with special needs they should be ashamed,please avoid at all cost

We placed and paid for an order in February of this year - we have had no delivery of the product, no refund, the telephone number gives a pre-recorded message and you are unable to speak to a person and our emails to customer care seem to be ignored. We are at a total loss as to how to proceed.

item arrived damaged 12th August. Emailed that day with photos, no response. waited unti l well after 5 days they ask for, emailed again 30th August but have still had no response. Customer service is non existent. Very disappointed 6 year old and a waste of money! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Items bought for SEND children. Money paid, no items received after 2 months despite numerous attempts chasing up delivery. Dispute settled and money refunded through Paypal following no communication from this company. Wish i had read Trust pilot reviews before ordering. Company previously known as Cheapdisabilityaids.

Our order from June is still to arrive. You can't get through to anyone on the phone as it just keeps on cutting off after a voice message. Nobody replies to an email with expected delivery. The worst customer service I have ever had. Do not buy from them!

I would be very careful ordering from this company. I ordered a product from them on 31st May and received an email on 1 June to say it had been dispatched. After a week it has not turned up so emailed them to find out when I should expect my order to arrive. I got a standard email back from them saying that I needed to fill out a form and they would look into it. When they responded they said it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive which was concerning since it had apparently dispatched 1st June. After the 6 weeks had passed and I still hadn’t received my product I contacted them again and was asked to fill out the form again which I did. I also asked them that if they couldn’t give me a definite delivery date then I would like a refund. I never received any response from this email. Luckily for me this item finally turned up today (12th august). Since ordering I have seen some very concerning reviews for this company online. My purchase was quite expensive (£180) and as it was a necessity for my disabled son, I used his DLA allowance for this purchase. I was very worried that this item wasn’t going to turn up and I had wasted his money - I would never use them again for this reason. I’m just glad my order finally turned up
