“Absolutely uselss, delivered to wrong address, photo not even my house, Yodel customer service beyond useless, their investigation team said it was delivered correctly, but not to my address.
The person who received my order brought it to my house a few days later, they said their house has a number on the door that isn't the same as mine, the next day I receive an email from Yodel saying that my parcel had indeed been delivered correctly. What an absolute joke.”
“Delivery promised between 1.20 and 3 .20. Nothing arrived and for 4 hours the message has shown “3 deliveries before us.” No update and the tracking is therefore a complete waste of time. Appalling company!”
“As always everything goes wrong - paid for 24hr delivery and parcel goes into the Yodel system and just seems to disappear. Now on day 3 and no idea when I will receive. The online chat help thing is just a joke - literally worse than useless. They can't actually take any action to resolve any issue.”

“Delivery was due no later than today, 7th June 2025. Kept checking tracking info which stated it was out for delivery. Checked again at 3pm. To my suprise it was now showing delivery attempt failed. At no point did they attempt delivery today as I have been home all day. Contacted them via web chat to be told delivery had been attempted and it would now be Monday. I stated delivery had not been attempted nor was the parcel left in my designated safe place and asked why they were not being truthful. Kept stating sorry but nothing they can do. Exactly the same has happened previously with Yodel now. Quite happy to take payment for a delivery, fail on the delivery then lie to cover themselves. Very unhappy with the service this company supplies, don't know how it is still in business”
“I received text and email to say that my parcel had been delivered to my selected store, I had to have it delivered there after the driver couldn't be bothered to try and find my address, went to the store to be told it wasn't there I called the call centre and was told this is usual and I will receive another text when it's actually in-store, went on the online chat to confirm who told me this was not correct and I'll only receive the delivered message when delivered now have to wait 24hrs for an investigation!!”
“Yodel is Yodel is the most unserious delivery company, the drivers are very unprofessional, they throw the package in front of the door in the lobby of the building, although I have specified a thousand times that they should bring it to my door when I am not home and every time they have not done it and many packages that were delivered to me by Yodel were stolen. “Very poor company. I paid close to £15 for a small parcel Next day. For some reason they are unable to deliver the parcel to my home. The customer service is horrible and they keep telling me the same thing. I have to wait 24 hours for them to investigate and then the next time they try to deliver the parcel the same thing happens over and over again. I have to collect it tomorrow from their collection point 8 days after the first delivery attempt. The yodel werhause collection point is 10 miles from where I live. Never again”
“Ordered a parcel From Vinted , seller decided to use Yodel as the courier unfortunately. Seller posted the item from London, I live just on the border of London, my parcel has taken almost a week to arrive , still no sight of it, despite the estimated yodel delivery date being 2-3 days (it’s been 7). tracking shows me it’s been sent to Bristol , then back to London , then up to the Midlands. Again I live 20 miles from the seller, yet somehow Yodel have managed to take my parcel on a tour of the UK ! Shocking company who seriously need to up their standards. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve heard and seen first hand this abysmal company attempt to deliver on time, unfortunately Vinted didn’t let me opt out of the seller using Yodel to send the parcel. Long story short , DONT USE THIS AWFUL SERVICE :)”
