Washing machine should have been delivered yesterday the 11th june i am 80 my wife 76 we had to remove old machine very difficult for us told by DHL 1 hour before delivery it wont be coming until 4 July so no washer for a month try to ring them we were on hold for half an hour and then they hung up on us this company is the pits...

DHL LOST my package I had to keep calling them they did not send me a email to let me know that it was misplaced they also told me I need to contact the sender when they were the ones who lost my package they could not refund me they told me to reach out to the seller numerous of people have been filing a complaint with DHL due to so many missing packages I believe the driver stole the package this is so sad I also will be filing a complaint with the Board I also ask to speak with the supervisor the agent told me he is not available he will call me back so careless and no type of sympathy to the person stuff they just lost its not fair I will be reaching out to the news this place needs to be SHUT DOWN this has happened on more then one occasions they are just hiring anybody to work and do the job but someone is stealing people things this is very unfortunate and not fair I cant stress this enough I would NEVER recommend DHL you all should be shut down for all the missed packaged.

Working as a customer service Rep I know how people should and shouldn’t be treated. When my package arrived for delivery I placed my hand out for my package my delivery person looked me in my face and sat it on the table and began to say this package is for Annie I stated that was me and and asked politely why he placed it on the table instead of my hand in which he ignored me and left. He needs to be retrained on his customer service skills. Didn’t get his name but his truck Id is Dx21283

orst experience ever rubbish total… Worst experience ever rubbish total rubbish. Customer services do absolutely nothing to help just give false promises. I will say in my 54 of life this is the worst customer services I have ever had. No stars

Hi guys, DO NOT USE DHL EVER. They have kept us waiting the whole day saying they will pick up the parcel before 6pm.... that they will send a "window of 1h" in the morning.... nothing was sent, had to wait the whole day, called them 4 times, waited on hold for hours, they always promised that the driver will show up.... at the end he didn't... sent our package by Royal Mail... same price better service!

I don't know why anyone would use DHL unless they have to. I ordered two separate packages, both should get here within a day or two and are taking almost a week with no further details. Customer service was supposed to contact me, but it's been radio silence. Will use FedEx.

Soooo disappointed with DHL Parcel uk. still waiting for my issue to be resolved but i vouch to never use them again. Terrible service! 🤯 I have paid 30 pounds to get something small ( a sim card) delivered from the UK to Bulgaria and the service promised delivery within 2-3 working days. I paid online and had it dropped off at a parcel shop. And then we waited for the parcel to get there and we waited and we waited... When i realized something is off, I started calling (not easy to find the right people) Turns out my parcel was never even picked by the DHL driver at all, still sitting where we dropped it off and I was told that 'collection was refused'. Went to the shop why they refused the collection and the shop assistant tells me they have not refused anything and a driver has not been and that DHL is doing pick up whenever they are pleased and to not count on them. Since then, i have spoken to 3 customer service agents from DHL Parcel to try to get someone collect my parcel and they all assured me how sorry they are and that they will find out what's happening, but appear to do nothing at all to resolve the problem. Absolutely awful! And the worst part is that I can tell right away they don't give a s**t and just want to get rid of me and the minute i hang up they will move on and do nothing about it. My advice - find another company, and stay away from this one. Really don't know how such a bad service is possible from a company that is so big!

Gave me a delivery time between 6pm and 7pm Friday when I went to track my parcel it said it t had been delivered It hadn’t when I rang they said it was back at the depot and wouldn’t be delivered on Monday DHL is a joke just like the tracking system

The worst customer service assistance I have ever had. The problem is that the initial workers that you come in contact with on the phone, could care less about your needs and concerns. That is what happens when the company is so large, they really do not care. I would never use this shipping company. I am still trying to obtain my package. They actually want to charge me a storage fee for any packages that are not delivered by a certain date. Here is the problem, I am trying to supply the information that they need, but they never call me back. I have reached out to upper level management and maybe I can be provided with better service. Anytime I have a shipper that wants to use DHL to ship my package, I am going to request, they will not use.

Use DPD Instead Rearranged a delivery as I wouldn't be available to receive my parcel on the first delivery date, now DHL have lost it!! The package is a set of four 2 metre Venetian blinds so not exactly inconspicuous. The fact that DHL utilise rival carriers such as UPS to deliver their Christmas bonus hampers to DHL senior management pretty much says it all about the reliability of this company!!

Australia Post says DHL lost my parcel as they work together. This is so so disappointing. How in professional it is to lose a parcel. You had one job DHL and Aus Post!!! I sent a gift to my family, and it has been months that my parcel didn’t even leave Sydney yet, it is lost. DHL never even tried to deliver but they lost it straight away! Is that because people work for you steal our stuff or you just don’t know how to deliver delivery service? Shame on you.

USELESS Useless , i will try my best to dont use this service again and tell all my friendsis all Somebody sent me a parcel from italy , i live in uk, it took 3 days to arrive in uk and after i have been waiting another 6 days and i still not having it I've spent about 40-50 pounds on phone with them everytime they put me on hold for like 10-15 min and everytim3 i call they have a diffrent answer to give.

I ordered a chicken coop door opener from Amazon. It shipped from Slovenia, through, Italy, Germany and then New York. It landed in Cincinnati on the third day. It then went on hold. It's been on hold for 12 days. I called DHL and was told that it's on hold because they can't find a truck to take it to the West Coast. The also told me I SHOULDN'T FEEL BAD because there are THOUSANDS of packages all on hold because they can't find a truck to the West Coast. They have no idea when the backage will come off of hold. Not sure why they don't put them on a plane or give them to UPS or the Post Office if they are incapable of doing their own job. I'm worried that they've lost the package and don't want to pay for the contents. Have no clue how to get them to admit it or move the box.

Waiting on a delivery as we speak... was supposed to come on the 17th, called a day later, was told this Monday after 2pm I'll have my package. Nothing, so I called again, they said they would investigate and I would hear back by 10am today, again Nothing. Called this afternoon, told absolutely nothing about my package, was hung up on multiple times, until finally an agent/ moron scheduled a store pickup this Thursday. So that means I have to drive an hour a way to do their job. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST

Count me in with everyone else who's had a negative experience with DHL Express! Two overseas shipments from the same shipper, at the same time, with the same physical dimensions, arrived in Cincinnati on 4/28. One of the two caught a hop the same day and was delivered to me in TX. The other package is languishing "shipment on hold" in Cincinnati with no expected delivery date. I had been on the horn with customer service many a time with no resolution to facilitate delivery, and finally demanded to speak with someone higher up. I got the number for DHL Research? and they were zero help as well. The issue I have, is that saying a shipment is on hold for an indefinite period of time inspires no confidence and instead, sounds like a cover for either a lost, damaged, or stolen package. Whatever issues DHL is having seem to be endemic to them as UPS, Fedex and USPS don't seem to be mired in any sort of shipping backlog. I'd suggest to them that if a package is on hold with no definitive delivery date, it should receive scans every couple of days. Don't have enough people? Hire temps. A search engine query of "DHL Cincinnati problems" will bring up a number of hits which bear out numerous customer frustrations. If DHL was a volunteer service, or I thought they had some extraneous circumstances which only affected them, I'd temper my review, but it seems like they simply cannot get out of their own way and the customer is paying for it in more than one way!

NEVER accept drop parcel to your front door step. Always make sure you sign for it. They will send you a photo that it’s on your front door step but the photo is not my house, someone else’s house. They will a few days later ask you again if I got my parcel. I already said I never got it on my door step and the photo is not my house. I never got my parcel delivery. 😡

I followed all of the instructions provided on the DHL Parcels website, attaching all of the paperwork to my parcel then driving 30 minutes to my nearest depot only to be told that my parcel wasn't recognised by the shop owner trying to scan the bar code. I couldn't get hold of anyone at DHL on the phone or any support anywhere else and was left dealing with automated systems that proved completely inadequate. I've now missed the deadline I was hoping to get my parcel to it's destination and have potentially lost a huge client. What a crappy service. Don't even bother with these guys!
