I ordered some tights online and they want me to pay 50 euros in fees or pick them up myself at the airport... How the hell they think that paying for shipping does not include bringing the product to my house? This is extortion.

First they didn't follow instructions no call, did not buzz or come to my door, instead gave my package away to the first signature available. And now I have to wait 2 hours to have have someone call me back so I can put in a claim for my things. They messed up!!!! but now I have to wait another 3 weeks on top of the 3 weeks I was waiting for the package for this to be resolved and probably another week before I see any justification. I'm not impressed.... Especially since I was suppose to have received the package the day before......

I had a parcel shipped through DHL. I was sent an invoice to pay of 42,500tsh which I sent, on the day it was meant to be delivered the DHL agent told me he made a mistake with the invoice it was wrong I should send an additional 222,748tsh meanwhile the value of my products is 146 usd which is 338,574tsh I knew this wasn’t right so I asked the agent to give me a refund of the first amount so I could clear the goods myself he refused and said I should first pay 100,000tsh to DHL to get my documents to clear my goods myself and write a letter before I can receive my refund. Till now my goods are stuck because of the mistakes from DHL. I do not recommend DHL to anyone it is the worst of the worst.

URGENT COMPLAINT Shipping number:- 31507072971576 I am absolutely disgusted to be told today for the 4th day running that my parcel was not scanned onto your delivery drivers van and therefore will not be delivered. My parcel was supposed to arrive on Monday and they attempted delivery an hour before the alloted time. It could have been left in the reception, but no, they took it to Runcorn Depot. I have called twice a day every day since, only to be told by your customer service team its not there fault and they will send a message onto the depot to find out why it wasn't loaded onto the van. I believe you have either lost or damaged the parcel and this is why it hasn't been delivered. It is a absolute shambles, constant lies and unfulfilled promises. Your company is causing me a lot of distress and it truly is not fair. I was promised yesterday my parcel would be given a priority slot for delivery today and it hasn't made it onto the van again. I am extremely upset about this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most ridiculous delivery company that ever existed they should not have soo many affiliations with soo many other companies such as O2. Whatever system they use to navigate and find addresses should be burnt. This year DHL has messed up soo much I've gotten to a point where I will no longer order from a company that partners up with DHL. THEY ARE A JOKE. FIX UP ITS 2021. O2 stop working with DHL look at the reviews people are not happy with their service. I have been waiting for over a week for a next-day delivery I have just had to cancel. I am SOOOOOOOOO upset.

The delivery person did not buzz my door and did not call my number (I put up a note on my apartment main entrance with my phone number). Got a text saying “attempted delivery, but no one was home”. I was home the whole day waiting for the package. The delivery person probably didn’t even show up in my apartment. I got really mad. Called the customer service to complain. The call rep said she was able to get in touch with the delivery person and he/she will try to deliver my package again the same day. Never happened although I stayed at home waited until after 8pm.

Delivery guy had a really bad attitude, and wouldn’t even wait at the building lobby while I went down to pick it up since they can’t come up due to COVID-19. It sucks that this is a delivery company but their delivery service is trash. A smile and positive attitude is not too much to ask for.

Delivered an empty box just with an invoice. I ordered trainers from footlocker. The delivery was late and them when it arrived my items were not in there! Driver took photo of parcel on the door step. The other side was open ! When I went back out to shout the driver he jumped in his van and left very quickly with out speaking to me. When I contacted dhl the man was very rude and said I dont think the driver would risk loosing his job to steal a pair of trainers. Well he certainly has! The box was clearly empty and open and he ran off. Absolutely disgusting

Had a parcel due to be delivered FRIDAY he didnt deliver it and delivered roads away from mine so I contacted DHL Twitter support. The guy on Twitter confirmed the driver knew he made a mistake last time and will deliver today. The driver failed to deliver and tried to deliver even further from my house. So I phoned customer service anad the Driver then was told by his depot to redeliver. The driver didn't make the effort to come back so I had to phone AGAIN. Lady said she would phone me back in 15 minutes and didn’t phone back I had to phone back 40 minutes later. Happened previously in December and had to go to the depot to pick it up that was in Sittingbourne and I’m in Chatham. I was promised a phone call back off 2 separate customer service representatives last night and both of them didn't make the effort to call me back. I have lost 2 days of work due to not being able to have my product. I have angry customers and potential loss of work. Ih ad to go to a parcel shop due to not being able to afford to take additional days off work. I don’t drive and the parcel shop isn’t near my house. Therefore I’m going to have to carry a parcel, that I don’t know how heavy it is home. Will never be using this company again.

Following Brexit, I needed a courier who could handle our logistics to Europe. The third-party courier website TransGlobal Express offer what they call their 'TP Global' service, which is in fact sub-contracted to DHL. This looked perfect, especially since we needed to ship the goods DDP, which basically means we pay the import duties and taxes on the other side of the channel - TransGlobal offer the opportunity to book this as part of their online service. Sadly, DHL - one of the biggest and most respected couriers in the world - couldn't organise a booze up in a brewery. They simply have to be the most incompetent shipping courier I have ever had to deal with. My business have given them (via TransGlobal) 6 x shipments to send to Europe (four to France and two to Italy) and they have messed up every one of them. They have lost the paperwork supplied (both electronically and in paper form) for five of the six; calculated the import duties in France and Italy incorrectly (using retail prices instead of our cost prices) and now, this last one really takes the biscuit. The goods were sent in a standard 60 x 60 x 30 carton (we buy these in). DHL are saying that it is in fact 60.5 x 63.5 x 62cm. Even if there is a slight bulge in the box (possible, but not that I remember), they are claiming this adjustment takes the volumetric size up from 21.6Kg to 47.63Kg - comfortably more than double the original weight for what, a few centimetres all round? For this 'error' we have to pay an additional £32.93. I have had enough. I am going to go on every God damn review and social media site to tell the whole world just how utterly, utterly useless they are.

My name is Liz Agurto -DO NOT TRUST ANY DHL COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THE WORST COURIER COMPANY - DEPLORABLE ,I'm really upset with this international and EXPENSIVE company .I paid $160 to delivery a package with vitamins to Peru Total cost $100(for my sister she is sick with sciatic pain) the vitamins still in Peru CUSTOM because they required medical prescription. DHL never informed I need a prescription for vitamins .Anyway I lose my money $180 and also my sister never received anything because she doesn't have any prescription .I called my bank Chase to dispute the charge of course DHL said they delivery the product.(CUSTOM) But it was not the deal , I PAID to delivery to my sister. of course I close my Bank account with chase and Also never and Ever going to use DHL(pickpockets)

I just ordered a gstove from Norway but it has been delivered to someone in the UK. Someone can’t read. I live in America not the UK. I have searched for a number but to no avail it doesn’t exist. I have nobody to talk to about this. Someone else is enjoying my $600 stove. Was it on time? Not to me! Who made the delivery? I have no idea. Ask the guy who signed for it, Turle Charles. Was the item damaged? Again, ask Turle. How long did it take? I think Turle Got my stove in three days. Would you like to add some photos? Sure would of the delivery person that can’t read and crook that unlawfully signed as if it belonged to him.

DO NOT TRUST ANY DHL COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THE WORST COURIER COMPANY - DEPLORABLE - Please read! This is not a review after 1 isolated incident!! I have had DOZENS of problems With this company! Where i am sender and where I am merely recipient after buying online! The German branch of the DHL monster company have lost 2 parcels - they are particularly aggressive and rude - there is NO English lines to call and when you call the German line they shout and laugh in German saying “NON! NON ENGLISH!!” I was using Google translate and the employees shouted and laughed (in a aggressive way) and mocked me - before hanging up! This happened with both instances where the parcels with sent with DHL Germany I have had parcels go missing sent with DHL UK, DHL PARCEL, DHL ES (Spain) DHL DE(Germany) DHL EXPRESS, ... Many if not all of the DHL divisions - ALL have lost the items, left them in random places, asked random people to sign, claimed they have attempted delivery when they have not and have returned the items to sender - ALL!! It is appalling DHL are permitted to trade! I never leave reviews but this company is beyond APPALLING - they need to be stopped by trading standards! dozens of instances of DHL losing my parcels or delivering to RANDOM addresses including: * left a heavy furniture item at a random petrol station!!! Had no idea who the signee was!! Looked him up on FB and luckily found he owned a petrol station where the item was left! * lost a big parcel containing all my clothes and other items required while i stay with my father who is suffering cancer abroad - lost for 5 1/2 months- they have no means of investigating where the parcel went after last scan - no replies to emails on vet the months, no explanation on what had been attempted, simply say “we emailed international team, they don’t know; sorry for inconvenience. file a claim attaching receipts for every item” *tracking advising item is ready for collection at “service point”- does not explain where the service point is - no way to speak to a human to find out - used online service to locate nearest service point, the closest listed did not have the item. The item then says collection time expired not collected returned - with no way of finding out where it was being held in order to collect!! 99.9% NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA TELEPHONE- automated messages only! IF YOU finally find a way to get through to a human if they are in another jurisdiction (Germany particularly) they hang up and laugh at you,Spain and others simply cannot speak English and hang up! NO means between offices to communicate with colleagues in other countries DHL offices. NO EMAIL RESPONSES NO RESPONSES to Investigation claims! RUDE ARROGANT EMPLOYEES ON FB CHAT WHO RESPOND AFTER DAYS WITH SHORT 1 LINE REPLYS WHICH ARE OF NO USE. LABYRINTH OF CONNECTED DHL COMPANIES ALL WHICH SAY THEY ARE INDEPENDENT- ALL FAIL TO GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST DHL!

UPS or FedEx they are not. DHL has caused delays in every package sent to me. Their 'tracking' is non-existant and if you use it you will see that DHL holds onto packages for days instread of turning it over to the Post Office for final delivery. Unfortunately too many companies have contracts with them for deliveries. Check with whomever you are ordering from and if they use DHL, shop elsewhere.

If I could give DHL zero stars I would. DHL told me that I could ship the contents of my package so I shipped it. Then when my package gets to one of DHL’s inspectors DHL rejects the package and charges me to send it back. Total rip-off.

DHL never delivers on time. A minimum of 6 months late, but I've had as long as 14. Randomly tried to deliver me a dress I hadn't ordered then wouldn't listen to me when I didn't want it. Charged me £34 when it got stuck at customs after sending me a series of threatening letters during a global pandemic. Also got my address wrong on all the letter and delivered those letters late as well.
