no attempt to deliver. left a blank card so quietly that didnt hear sitting in next room. the worst parcel company full stop

Two deliveries one to a neighbour but card through the wrong door so parcel picked up by someone else! I had to chase it up to find my parcel. Second delivery, did not knock on our door but dropped it into a neighbours drop box, husband heard card being dropped in, went to the door and driver said they had knocked but no reply. Sloppy and poor service

I am totally disgusted with this company. My parcel was postponed until the next day 5 days in a row. Then they gave me an hour window and didn't show up on the Friday. I needed the parcel for the following Monday and so called them on Saturday morning. After 20 minutes. I managed to speak to someone who blind transferred me to the business department who obviously couldn't help me. The guy put me back through to the main query line but I had to queue again for 29 minutes. I explained the situation and the woman said it was because the 1st line of address wasn't provided but I have proof that it was. The best part of this is that while I was on hold, the automated hold voice told me my parcel was at the Oldbury depot which means they could have called me at any point that week for the information but decided not to. I managed to get them to guarantee that I would get my parcel by 10:30 Monday morning. Guess what? No parcel. I called them and complained again and they said that my parcel had not been upgraded even though on Saturday, they said it had! On top of all of this, I still don't have it, even though it was due for delivery for today. To add insult to injury, they keep sending me messages saying “your delivery date has been changed as requested“ which really, really ticks me off because I didn't request any of these repeatedly changed delivery dates. It's extremely poor customer service, I have never experienced anything as shoddy or disorganised in my life. Never, ever use them. If you ever plan to have something delivered, check who they use for your delivery beforehand otherwise you are extremely unlikely to receive it anytime soon.

Drivers don't even attempt to deliver and take illegible photos of the non existent calling card left behind. It's not good enough. You then get an email saying "We're sorry we missed you". Actually.. you don't give a f*@ck because you didn't try in the first place.

I booked on the DPD website to have a parcel collected and delivered - what DPD don't tell you is that they subcontract this work out to other companies. The result is that you are sent around the houses when they things go wrong. This is the 2nd time I've booked through the DPD website and the 2nd time the parcel has gone missing. *** IF YOU WANT MY ADVICE - DON'T TOUCH DPD WITH A VERY LONG BARGEPOLE *** DPD ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT REFUSE TO HELP YOU WHEN THERE IS AN INVERTABLE PROBLEM ***

I just wish I could give zero stars. Parcel due to be delivered Sat 16/12. Arranged for somebody to be in all day. No show. No message. No info on website apart from collected from supplier on 15/12. No updates today - of any kind - until 5 mins ago. Allegedly going to deliver tomorrow "sometime between 06:00 and 17:00". The best bit is that this is apparently "as requested". Not by me it isn't - not least coz we'll be out all day. Utter waste of space.

DPD must have some of the laziest and utterly incompetent delivery drivers. I asked for my order from Madeindesgin to be delivered to my work only to find out that it hasn’t been done because the address was absent. We are open from 7:00 am till 9:00 pm unless he did it at 6:00 in the morning or after 9:30 in the evening. Disgusting,disappointing and bizarre.

Worst ever ever firm delivery promised sat after bad snow fri...no show...then thurs ..no show then fri...1700...1800...no show we spent 20 mins on phone to be told def on way ...21.45...no show no text ...awefull do not use ..was 3 mobile phone and 3 are furious ..i cancelled under 14 day law so dpd well peed 3 off...again..said having many complaints ...in future ill ask and if dpd..ill go elsewhere

I was waiting all day for my parcel as I was told it would come in on Thursday 14th, however the driver couldn't find address & did not contact me to advise on changes or even attempt to find me! Poor service. I was then advised that the delivery would be made the next day, so I waited all day for this. Surprise - Further delivery delays due to 'bad weather'. I live around Oldbury and with the now already melted, this was not an excuse. Now I will not receive my parcel (that I need for over the weekend) until Monday!! To make things worse, I could not get hold of a PERSON when calling DPD, left waiting on hold for over 20 mins. Called 4 times in one day with no response whatsoever, and was always referred 'to the website' for further details. Lets see if I get my parcel on Monday... If you could give half stars, this would be perfect for DPD.

Our dpd driver is really nice, but delivered parcel today handed it over to our son and said what was in the parcel, one Christmas present spoiled, did the same with a parcel couple of months ago but luckily the kids weren't here to hear what he said, really cross now, not happy at all....

Ordered item Tuesday next day delivery, get notification at 7.41am whilst on my way to work that the parcel will be delivered between 8.41 & 9.41. Accessed the website at 8.05 to deliver next door (this was the first time I was able to make any delivery changes) text received to confirm delivery will be made to neighbour, get a text and photo of my front door at 9.09 to say no one is in!! Try to call wait for 30 mins line still busy, give up and have to choose the deliver to a local store option. I chose this to then discover it can only be collected with photo id which I don't have. Try again to call no response i'm in a queue for over an hour give up again. Send email useless response. Next parcel is at local store who won't release parcel without photo id despite showing them the invoice and all documents related to the purchase. I am absolutely disgusted with DPD and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Another hour n half waiting on the phone with no human to speak to! Apparently the parcel will be returned 21st December not before and then I need to rearrange delivery. If the driver had just followed instructions and took it next door we'd have none of this hassle. Giving me 1hrs notice prior to delivery at that time of day is no help whatsoever.

Where do I start?! A book a parcel to be delivered via the DPD website, I then get an email from Parcels to Go. The shop that I asked for the parcel to be delivered wouldn't accept the parcel reference number as it wasn't a DPD one. Tried ringing DPD who are just a big bunch of liars. Avoid this company at all costs.

Awful just awaful - the website is really unclear - you can't get help via he phone - their on-line chat is a joke. I went on their and the agent started arguing and being rude. I wouldn't bother with this tin-pot company.

Hello I purchased some items from the John Lewis store. Please advise me on how I can track where my parcel is and when it will arrive, as the tracking dates stops at a past date and has not been updated. It is a very disappointing and traumatic experience to not know where your parcel is, if it is lost, or have they just abandoned the delivery ? My missing package number is: 15501480073648

You’ve been given too mamy chances by me for last few months and always failed! Today my parcel supposed to be collected between 1:21pm and 2:21pm. Courier has never showed up and lied there was an attempted after 3pm, but nobody was at home! Liars! In that time I was on the phone with one of your advisor and I have complained about the service I supposed to have today. After I told them there is CCTV on my block the courier changed his mind and said that probably went to the wrong address! I have called you 7 times today! Always had to wait at least 15 minutes for an answer! 2 times your rude staff just cut off and the other 3 of your advisors lied they tried to call to the courier and sent them messages so for sure my parcel would be collected shortly. Around 9pm one of your advisor said the courier finished for today so I have been advised to rebook my collection for tomorrow. Every time I have called you today I’ve been telling advisors that I had to take a day off from work because I have arranged my collection for today and won’t be able to stay again at home tomorrow to wait for courier who might be neighter able to come! You should be shamed for your incompetence and poor level of your service. NEVER AGAIN DPD. I won’t recommend you to anyone!!!

Worst delivery company ever paid for Sunday delivery it's now Wednesday night and still no parcel have spent over an hour on 3 calls to customer services and had a nanagaer call back what a waste of time that was as a courier myself I would never recommend this bunch of pirates minus 100 stars

I would like to give negative stars if possible. The worst company to deal with. Initially, they were unable to locate my parcel. Now when they found it (which they are claiming) are not willing to deliver. DPD kept promising me the parcel will be delivered to me same day and it still hasn't been delivered. I rung today to confirm the delivery status and they advised me it is still at the depot to be dispatched. I requested the customer care rep to transfer to the Manager, which she refused to and hung up on me. I am not sure whether I will be receiving my parcel or not. Do not use them.
