I ordered 19th of Dec. Items came and there was no paper work. I have tried to return this items but no success as I could find my receipt. Sent several emails and even checked social media. It is frustrating. My concern now is this has taken over a month and the amount in question is over £300 Help!!!!

I ordered a coat, but they sent the wrong size. HoF haven't offered to refund delivery or compensate me for postage and packaging to return. Shocking treatment in store - pretty much accused of stealing the coat by a stuck-up awful untrained individual. (Not all the staff were like this I have to say). Have finally received an email today agreeing to refund the coat - nothing received yet though. One thought - never again - simples!

Haven't received a refund, contacted customer service over 10 times during 6 months... Still nothing... poor service & communication! Took the items back but did not return my money!

Purchased a Tommy coat for our daughters birthday in a size 16, they sent a size 12, spoke to Sussan on the chat site after waiting for 90 minutes, she advised me to send it back take a photo of the 15.20 euros it cost to send it and purchase another coat and it would no happen again a size 16 would be sent. l purchase another coat by now lm down around 300 pounds, l order a size 16 and another size 12 arrives. Talk to Moinka on the chat site, really unhelpful couldn't careless, send it back at your own cost and we will give you a refund, but take a photo of the postage and send it to us, does that make sense to anyone, why cant the HOF see how much it was to post the item and add it to the refund of the item. So still no birthday present, people complain about losing there jobs due to poor sales, the house of Fraser need to do some serious internal shuffling as the business is only as good as there staff..

Ordered pair of black trousers, which ,when they arrived did not in any way resemble description! Why on earth do I have to pay to send them back? I emailed Martin Lewis , asking that he warn others not to use this site, but I don't suppose he will. There are distance selling regulations in place to protect customers from just this sort of practice. Why is Ashley getting away with it? I posted goods back a week ago and have heard nothing so far. Multiple ways to contact them?! Absolute joke. Surely these stores will not survive. Also tried to contact through Resolver. No result there either. Just standard reply that is on HOF website.

Oh my goodness what have they done to this store?! Ordered online, had to pay for click and collect. Unable to return goods to store hence special delivery cost to return. No customer service contact email address or telephone number on the website...just a web chat that didn't work or an address to write to. Eventually received confirmation of returned goods 10 days after Royal Mail confirmed receipt. Refund was issued two days later. I real feel for the staff ....this used to be a superb retailer with excellent customer service. Unfortunately they have lost our custom.

Really disappointed with the new policies for online shopping. I have bought off HoF many times over the years and up until now have been impressed by the online experience. I recently bought 3 dresses and wanted to return them. Not only could I not do this in-store for a refund, but, they came from two different places with two different addresses for return. Because we now have to pay for return postage this means 2 lots of postage. Poor form House of Fraser! After many years I will no longer be buying from you online.

I made an order from their website . I payed with paypal. I never received any confirmation but i can see that the payment is pending on paypal. I contacted them and they said i didn't make any order. I contacted paypal and they said they can't release the money that are holding (my paypal balance) , only the merchant can capture the amount or release it . That means i have to wait 30 days for paypal to release the money. I spoke so many times with house of fraser. Gave them the id transaction etc. THey say the same thing! We have no order from you. So i have to wait 30 days for automatically be released from paypal. The people on their chat couldn't care less they even kicked me out when they didn't want to talk to me anymore.

I placed a order online. A few hours latter I received a email saying that they had received my order and it was now being processed.I decided to cancel I wrote a e-email to their cancellation email address, cancelling the order straight away.I received a automated e-email back saying that they had received my order(.I had not had a email saying that my order had been dispatched or that it was ready to pick up in store).So saying that by their own terms and conditions of sale,I'm quite within my rights to have a full refund including my postage.They have taken my money out of my credit card.They should be refunding in full.Their terms state that they will not accept my order until such time that they have emailed to say that the product has been dispatched.They will not get away this time .I will be asking my credit card to claim back in full my money.Don't let this company get away with things, check their terms and conditions for faulty goods that are not right we have rights.This company want to get customers back into the shops.Never again for me,I hope nobody shops there after so many customers have been treated the way they have.Shoppers stick together. Trying to contact this company is a joke you've got to laugh at the web chat you've no chance.

My online purchase took about two weeks to arrive when I was given a 3-5 days delivery slot, wouldn’t of been too bad if it was easy enough to get in contact with hof which was an absolute joke! No direct contact no, no email just a live chat that pops up now and again (if you’re lucky) and by the time you’ve entered your email the box just disappears again, I would never purchase online again it’s too difficult to contact anyone if you have issues

Please stay away from their online shopping. They charge 4.99 for it to be delivered to store and 5 pounds to your home. They don't give refunds in store. You have to post back for a refund and the postage cost is covered by you. Furthermore they ignore all your emails. Really bad customer service guys. Keep away.

Similar story to many others on here. Online shopping charge a 4.99 delivery however it comes with no delivery notes or returns label. After checking online returns policy it transpires that the customer has to foot the cost. This is really poor service - nearly ALL reputable online retailers offer s free return service. It’s very clear to see the Mike Ashley /Sports Direct con in operation here - charging for delivery & returns. How he expects to run a premium retailer the same as a pile it high sell it cheap sports shop is beyond me Very similar to their Flannels high end clothing operation how charge 6.99 for delivery With this kind of service HoF is only going in 1 direction and that’s down and out of business

If I could not put any stars I would have! Ordered on the 3rd December, the tracking number they gave was invalid. I emailed them to ask for the proper tracking number but no response. I receive an email from wndirect on the 20th saying goods have been returned as no-one to receive delivery. I contact indirect, who without them I wouldn't have been able to find out what happened to the parcel and it seems that the suburb was left off the address. There was a postcode which any courier company in Australia could have looked up but Fastway Couriers didn't (and they are so rude as well). I have emailed house of Fraser around 7 times now and have gone through resolver as well and during that time I had one response saying we will look into it, and that was over 3 weeks ago. I am now out $300, no idea where the parcel is and no response from house of Fraser. This company is absolutely terrible! It has horrific customer service and feels like it is run by people who want to scam your money. I would stay very clear of them and have them reported for fraud!

I have been an online customer with H of F for many years, but I can safely say that I will not be a returning customer. I ordered sale goods on 02/01/19. On 08/01/19, I was advised my order had been despatched and on 10/01/19, I was advised by the courier that my order was out for delivery. I think the delay in despatching the order is totally unacceptable and although I have no complaint with the goods I ordered, I have had to return one item which proved very costly to post. Also, judging by previous comments, refunds are not a swift process, however my credit card was debited the moment the order was placed. Stay well clear of online purchases at this store would be my advice

Order items for Xmas which were apparently returned by Yodel, even though they didn't attempt delivery. HoF will not respond to any of my emails for a refund so will have to go to the consumer council as it nearly been 1 month with no response - shocking customer service!

Shocking company ordered on 17th dec to recieve nothing. Unable to contact HOF and had to go through resolver still today 14th jan no response or communication no refund or products. Online chat purposely disabled...would have took them 2 mins to solve my issue....4 weeks later still nothing..i will never shop here ever again and neither will my family or friends....they have lost out in loads due to this

Ordered coats in the black friday sale, parcel arrived 22/11/18 and was ‘dropped’ at the door by delivery driver damaging the box. My son checked it over and as it was clothing accepted it. I checked later and there were 4 coats missing ! Tried to contact HOF via email, as there is no phone number for online orders, and heard nothing ! Repeated this four times over a few weeks and nothing ! Phoned the manchester store and they couldnt help. Opened a dispute with paypal but can only do that for the missing coats, value £299, still ongoing. Returned the parcel with the rest of the coats, value £405, on the 2/1/19 and have heard nothing !!! £703.99 i am out of pocket !!! How can this happen with such a big ‘reputable’ company !!! Sort it out House of Fraser !!!

A great shop and what would have been a great online shopping experience is completely ruined by the fact they use Yodel as a delivery service. Never again and it's simply because of this. What reputable company would use Yodel???

I am fuming. I have spent £100 online which I collected in store. I have just returned my goods and have been told I had to have a voucher. I now have to pay postage and wait 28 days for a refund, by which time I will have to pay for them on my credit card or leave the amount and pay interest. What dreadful customer service. Thats the last time I shop with House of Fraser.

Rip off returns policy under SPORT DIRECT ownership. Very poor. Item bought online arrived in pieces and then customer is requested to pay postage for return item for refund. Or consent to a gift voucher in store which is non-refundable. Would question if the returns policy is lawful. Are Sports Direct /HoF breaching the statutory rights of the consumer?.
