I called customer care before lockdown for the purpose of my refrigerator repair as it was not working. Samsung sent a person named Vishal And his mobile number 9711666956. He came and repaired my refrigerator. It worked for 3 days and again it stopped working. Meanwhile the lockdown happened. I tried calling Samsung customer care again n again but due to lockdown it was closed and thus no-one picked up my call. Then as a fact that one can't survive in this hot weather i had to call that same person directly so that he can tell me the solution. He picked up the call and said that even the company would send him so why not to call him directly. We agreed to it and called him as one can't stay without refrigerator in this hot temperature. He came, sort of repaired it and also took some part along with him from inside of my refrigerator. He also took money from us as a token of service charge. The fridge stopped working the same day. Since thay day ive been calling him again but neither is he coming back nor is he responding to our Calls. I would like the company to take strict action onto him and also pay me back or repair my fridge completely and also return the parts he took away with him. I am jobless these days and my family is torturing me again n again because of him. I don't know if i will commit suicide or what under such circumstances and the blame will completely come on your company and that person. I can't deal with it more. I will go to consumer court as well if my problem won't be resolved by this week. Contact me soon on 9818786068.

I had a S8 and in less than 2 years the speaker went out. I fought with my mobile carrier to replace my phone, after a long fight they sent me a refurbished S8. Again, less than 2 years the same thing. I got an S20 and am less than impressed. The finger print sensor stinks if you have a screen protecror. Who outs that in the glass and if you do make the glass strong enough so a protector is not required. I also have Samsung this and their HDMI ports fail often. When the tv's go they will not be replaced with any of your products. When I am able to replace my phone in a couple months it will be with a Google or Apple. I have been a loyal Samsung customer since the Vibrant but I assure you that you have lost a customer.

even there phones , everything it updates my settings change and I have in my settings not to change settings when it updates. don't work. there controlling my phone. tired of it.

I bought the above mentioned mobile from Shop Name:The Mobile Solutions Address:R-52,Shop No 1,Shakarpur Main Vikas Marg(opp Metro Pillar No.44),Delhi 110092 Purchasing Date 19/05/2020 Mobile Name:Samsung Galaxy J2 Core And i am going to attach scan copy of bill, On relaxation in lockdown in the country i came back from Delhi to my home town Amritsar on 25/may/2020 with in one month of the purchasing of the above mentioned mobile phone technical defect came in the mobile phone logo screen is opening its operating system is not opening. When I went to your company service center which is located in Amritsar (Perfect Mobile Repair Center Authorized Service station located at #62,1st Floor, urban Court Road, Opp. HP Petrol Pump,Near Railway Station, Court Road, Amritsar.). Showed them tax invoice regarding the purchased of the mobile and told service center people its been less then one month i purchased this unset set but service center dealing with me in unprofessional manner and saying we don't have any concern with your mobile bill and guarantee which is provided by samsung and they were saying its a liquid damage and we are charging 5000 rs for repairing. For a mobile of rs 6000 total your authorized asking me to pay more then 5000 for repairing within one month of the purchase of mobile it is nothing but fraud and thuggery done in the name of your company by authorized dealer as well as authorized service station.I am sorry to say whether they are doing this fraud type transaction within your knowledge or connivance with your company or with your officers of company.If you don't pay proper compensation to me after receiving this i shall constrained to take legal action in consumer or in any other legal tribunal for which you shall be liable in criminal and civil liability. Last I wanted to say something in my mobile there is no liquid damage logo screen is coming even mobile is also charging in my family as well as in my relation everyone using samsung but this type of fraud happened for the first time. I am also sending notice R.C if immediately i am not getting any response i will file a case against you. My work hampered due to the newly purchase with in one month defected samsung mobile.And service center people are so unprofessional they didn't provided me feedback form or any document they called me to there service center multiple times but nothing happened only they have written ticket number on rough sheet I am very disappointed with samsung and samsung services

I wish I could give 0 stars!! Before buying Samsung appliances, make sure you are within the service area of their warranty company. We failed to do this and made the horrible decision of buying all Samsung appliances (full kitchen suite + laundry) 13 months in and we are already out 2 appliances (1 went out within 2 months!), which is worrisome enough! I was told that their service company didn’t have any openings, and to find my own service tech. Tried to get a tech, most didn’t want to waste their time working on a Samsung and told us we’d be better off and money ahead if we just threw the appliance away and bought a different brand. Called Samsung back, asked for their the company they used for warranty work in our area and find out we are out of their service area. Samsung pretty much told us to kick rocks! I’m sure all the other appliances are ticking time bombs and will most likely need to be replaced in the near future as well! Highly recommend you spend your hard earned dollars with a company who values their customers, and makes a product that last!

I have some issue in my refrigerator . So i requested a technical support by samsung. Samsung assigned a service engineer which was completely undisciplined . I requested to samsung for another engineer . They accept my request . Butnon the next day the same engineer working at my home and another is on the way . Its the service by SAMSUNG... its the level of SAMSUNG... I will never suggest to anyone for this 3rd class product and customer service by SAMSUNG.. first of all i boycott SAMSUNG from today ... any single item of SAMSUNG will not remain and purchase in my circle ...I will share SAMSUNG'S service for their customers on my all social accounts twitter , Instagram facebook .. i Spitt on SAMSUNG .. Its my big fault to be with SAMSUNG

Terrible customer service for Samsung phones, will give you the run around and Still NO help at all. Will leave you on hold for hours and zero updates or check-ins. Accidentally dropped my phone a few weeks after receiving my brand new phone and cracked the screen. Spoke to multiple representatives, even Supervisors which you think will be able to help with your problem. Unfortunately, bad attitude and no proper solution. They offered 2 to 3 weeks to fix and NO loaner phone, as a frontline worker on call, I can not be left with No phone for this long. That can NOT be the only solution and yet it was all they can offer. I live chatted with an online representative that offered to escalate the situation and informed me someone would get back to me between 24-48 hours, it's been almost a week and not ONE word from them. Overall bad experience and I should've checked all the poor customer service reviews online before purchasing a phone from them.Big mistake!

My 75” Samsung Crystal HD is fabulous. The only curious thing is 1-2 second black screen from time to time on live feed programming.

Do not buy the refrigerator. The ice maker started freezing up a few months after I got it. They know it’s a problem and yet they will not help me with it. If you look it up everyone has the same problem with it.

Do not bother black stainless in their range. When you use self cleaning the black stainless starts to flake off on the outside of the stove. I used it one time and it did it. Samsung will not help me at all with this.

After sales service is very very worse. I shall never purchase any Samsung product in future. I have Samsung Washing machine model no WA65M4010 HL. My machine is at present under warranty there is a water leakage problem in machine for the same I have lodge complain on 14.05.2020 service request number of the same is 4302410943 by this number anyone can see the status of complain on samsung website online. Everyone can able to see the delay in service so I have mention this number. Today on 13.06.2020 one month is completed but my problem is not solved and whenever I call on customer care number representative replies your part will come very soon and complain will solve in near future but nothing is done. By this it is clear that intention is company is very bad so far period of one month is pass away so any customer can try to solve problem by any other private engineer by this way company saves the cost of part and also the cost of engineer visit. As per my view Samsung is very worse company any I suggest everyone never purchase any thing of Samsung.

I have a microwave that is less then a year old, would not heat anything, called samsung, sent tech out 4 times and still no microwave, had to be here each time with a two hour window, called samsung demanding a new microwave, they told me the tech was only here once according to their records, put me on hold for hours, supervisor never called me back, told me numerous times i would get a call to replace it, never happened, still waiting. Worse customer service, they probably paid the tech more then the microwave is worth. Never buying another samsung product, customers be aware!!!!!!!

I am writing this review because of the inconsiderate, unprofessional back and forth service of no one knowing what their job is. I had a replacement refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered and I have yet to receive it... Days later and I'm still waiting to get answers. I wish I knew how horrible this company was with knowledge of their so called services when I see no service. Very upsetting to say the very least. Horrible horrible customer service I recommend you don't go with Samsung I wish I wouldn't have.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I will never ever order Samsung products directly- ever. Terrible customer service. Bought and paid for installation for my washer and dryer, but was not installed for unknown reasons. (One person said it was on back order, another said that’s not true, then another said it wasn’t put in the original delivery order like it should have been) Called everyday for a week to schedule installation and every time I was told to wait 24-48 hours for a phone call to schedule delivery. Every 2 days, no call, so I would call again. And every time I am told to wait 24-48 hours for that phone call. One week later- I never received a phone call. Every time I want to speak to a supervisor, conveniently, none are ever available. I give up- give me my money back- I will contact GE for my appliances. So disappointed with this company.

I ordered gas cooktop over a month ago and still haven’t received it. When I call customer service, I get a run around. Finally talked to someone who says that the product is not available till August of 2020. This is after I was promised my delivery will be on May 27th. Then when it didn’t arrive they contacted me saying it will be delivered on June 8th brtwern 8 am to 8 pm. I wsired all day that day and next day without any delivery. I tracked my package it says it was “out to delivery”. Called them again today and now they tell me it’s not available till August. I checked the tracking number again and now it’s back to saying order placed. How horrible is that. Worst service. They giving me option now to cancel order. I asked to talk to management because they answer us not acceptable to me after all this waiting and run around. Still waiting for a call!

If I COULD leave 0 stars! I've been loyal Samsung customer for years! Today ends that!!!! Customer service is absolutely ludicrous. Purchase a $1200 + phone that is really just a overpriced paper weight! I haven't even had my phone for 8 months and have had to get repairs on three different occasions due to Samsung's operating issues. I have now run into the same issues along with my camera not working. I took it back to my local repair store. At this point the "certified Samsung technicians" said we've basically rebuilt you a whole new phone! Contact Samsung and request them to send you a new one! After over 3 hours of my life wasted being transferred from chat, to call, to this person, to that person... Samsung says "ugh send us your phone we'll have one of our tech's fix it, and send it back in 10+ days." Are you freaking kidding me!!!! *uck you Samsung! Your new phones are trash and your warranty is a joke!!!! Save your money people. I'm going to Apple!

The Samsung fridge is the worst one I have. Make sure do not buy any Samsung fridge unless you want to keep repairing it. The fridge has a new feature that freezes everything in the fridge. The problem could never be fixed. Fixed once under warranty and it comes back again. I tried to arrange the second repair but be advised the second repair could only be warranted the replacement parts for 90 days and could be extended to 6 months by request. Looks like Samsung does not have any confidences in their own products, no confidence for its product could be lasting for 2 years! I will dump it and buy a new one, of course no Samsung products anymore.

I purchased a brand new Samsung refrigerator from Home Depot store .After 2 days I saw all my fruits and vegetables got frozen .I called the store and the store advised me to contact Samsung .I called Samsung and they scheduled for a technician to come to my house after one week.The technician found out that the main board is defective and he wanted to order a main board for the new fridge that I just bought .I refused to accept his offer since I bought the refrigerator last week and I did not accept any repair for a new refrigerator.I contacted Samsung and requested to exchange my refrigerator but the case management team refused to accept my request and told me my only option is repair!!! I hope this kind of company that cheats on customers will be out of business soon .I really did not expect to get a defective refrigerator from samsung company.All my fruits and vegetables got frozen during one week in this hard COVID situation and the company refuses to exchange this defective refrigerator.
