Black stainless refrigerator was scratched and Samsung said I did not inspect in time. Spent almost 6,000.00 on appliances and they were non responsive and did not seam to care. On hold forever and I had to order part total 200.00 and they would not pay or split cost, will never buy another Samsung product or recommend them to anyone. Also there is no repair kit for black stainless, this is common problem with this coating.

I called earlier tonight. My remote is not working. I've got a sixteen-month-old 55 inch TV. All they could tell me is that my warranty was out. For a remote? Are you kidding me? A remote is the cheapest part of the television. I have called and gotten a remote for a stereo system that was four years old. I got it sent to me free. My Sony TV where my remote went out I got it sent to me free we also. What is going on with Samsung??? Do you not stand by your products? So sad. I will go back to Sony.

Worst ever sale customer service has been seen in Samsung appliances. I purchased gas cooking range. After few months, within warranty period, the burners start giving trouble. I complained about it and they refused to repair it on the ground that it is not covered under warranty period. Their attitude had been worst. I recommend not to purchase Samsung appliances, otherwise will face same fateas I have faced.

BEWARE, BAIT AND SWITCH! So, I dropped my S4 Galaxy Tablet Nov 18' and I've been using it for a year and 2 months with cracked screen down in the corner. Finally, I decided to go without it for a couple weeks to get it repaired. I called the Samsung repair center and had an extended conversation how I know that it's ONLY THE TOUCH SCREEN and how I had other repair centers examine it and their techs all agreed. Plus, I know because I AM a diagnostic technician myself. They gave me a repair ticket and were even nice enough to send a UPS calltag. He also gave me a quote of $107.17. One week after shipping it out, they called me telling me that they had to also replace the LCD screen as well because their diagnostic technician said so. I had an extended conversation about how I KNOW that the LCD is fine and how they quoted me the $107.17 and they could do that. Then, the person on the phone stated, "OUR POLICY IS ALL OR NOTHING!". I stated that this was not the conversation that I had before sending it in. They then told me that I was refunded that $107.17 last week. So, I'm assuming that they KNEW last week and waited to call to tell me this week as well. Now they're telling me that it's $268.00! What poor, misleading service. All of my products are Samsung now, I believe that it's time to find another manufacturer for ALL of my future technology purchases. Too bad for them because I need a new stove, refrigerator, larger TV and phone.

Connected the chat to get information on how to get my freezer repaired. Ice maker and one pantry piece. It took a long long time to go through the question and answer process. They transferred me to what I think it as a third party care service who apart of wasting my time doing nothing they ended up the chat without any reason or prior notice. Just wanted to get advice. Call a service repair? Ok. Give the number. Just as simple as such.Samsumg should just save the money of keeping a chat service that is not able to provide value added.

I have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service, as I have from Samsung for the past month. I received a Samsung active 2 watch for Christmas, less than a month later the charger did not charge. I went back to the Best Buy, So my husband had ordered it from. They said I was past the 15 days. , said I would have to notify Samsung. I called Samsung told them of my defective charger. the technician told me that they would send me a new one. I could throw away that one. I sent pictures of my receipt showing proof of purchase. One month later, at least 10 calls to Samsung being lied to over and over again. I still have no charger Very disappointed custmer, Cindy

I talked to the Samsung representative about the remote for the TV that I had purchased 1 year and 2 months back, which was 2 months over the warranty period. In the beginning of the conversation they agreed to send me replacement remote. The customer service representative and his manager took the receipt, but at the end they denied to provide me a replacement remote after wasting more than 1 hour of my time.

**BUYER BEWARE**Actually 0 stars, but that was not an option. I purchased a Gas range model NX58M9420S, the knobs for the stove top burners are all stripped out. The knob itself is fine they used cheap plastic for a sleeve that's fits in the knob and is not sold separately. To replace the entire knob is $62 PER KNOB! THATVIS ALMOST $400 FOR THE SET! THATBWILL BE OUR LAST DAMSUNG PURCHASE! !!BUYER BEWARE!!

I recd a call from samsung today and she then arranged remote viewing setup. However, the funny thing was that samsung remote viewing app wasn't showing smartview screen to the technician. So the app that is in question smart view that's not working and samsungs own viewing app is not working. On top of that i was asked to give you the feedback of both the incidents. If the customers have to do r&d for samsung that what is samsung doing? I am not on your payroll to highlight your mess. I was told that i should be receiving a call to find some alternative solution. No calls were received. Nobody can cast . You buy 1000gbp phone and Samsung will block your id instead of support, will send damaged updates and in the name of support they will ask you to send your feedback as if y. Worst product support https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Beta-Feedback/Galaxy-S10e-update-broke-Smartview-Mirroring-w-Sony-Bravia/td-p/1039723 https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.samsung.com/uk Since one month the update is iinstalled and they have damaged the mirroring function

Never purchasing another SAMSUNG TV or product period. We purchased a 55ā€tv from Sams club in October. Noticed a few days ago that screen is messed up. Contacted Samsung and they sent a technician out who took pictures. We got a call back advising us that they will not fix our replace the tv and that we damaged the tv. I am beyond frustrated and upset. I have 2 more Samsung tv’s including all appliances in my home. and this is how they treat a customer. Unbelievable!!! 😔😔I called back to complain and spoke to a manager and she told me that I am basically wasting my time complaining and that they will not do anything. This is totally unacceptable!! 😔🤬

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received the past several months. I bought a Samsung phone approximately a year ago at Best Buy. The phone was unlocked and was advertised to work with my carrier however I had issues with it from the beginning. After using it for several weeks, the phone started to malfunction. I contacted the Samsung customer service line and I spent hours on the phone troubleshooting it. They told me the issue was resolved even though I experienced the same issue only hours later. I contacted Samsung a second time and they troubleshooted the phone again for several hours. Yet again I experienced the same issues. I contacted Samsung a third time and I was informed to take the phone to an authorized repair center. The company authorized by Samsung ā€œUBreakifixā€ attempted to repair the phone on several occasions. The phone worked for a few days and then started to malfunction again. I contacted Samsung yet again and they had me to ship it to a Samsung repair center. They kept the phone for an extended period of time. I was told the entire phone was malfunctioning and the entire motherboard needed to be replaced. Once I received the phone back, it worked for a couple weeks then started to malfunction yet again. After losing confidence in the Samsung repair center, I contacted the carrier and they told me the phone was not designed very well for their network even though it was advertised that way. I contacted Best Buy where I purchased the phone and they told me they stop selling the phone (probably due to complaints). I sent the phone in for repairs yet again and still have not received an answer as to what is wrong with the phone or what options are available. I have barely used the phone; it’s been in the repair shops or in storage due to the following issues: I am not able to make phone calls when the wifi is on or at all. Once I shut the wifi off, I have to make phone calls several times before it goes through and it does not receive all of the calls. They still have not given me refund or replacement.

I bought Samsung Galaxy A70. This phone was defective. By the time I had the phone for about 5 months the motherboard was bad and would not even turn on. They know these phones are bad. When I requested to switch it to an s10 (at my cost). The answer was no. The only answer was for me to get a new motherboard. I ran around for 2 full days at their request, being lead to believe they would allow me to switch. This was a long 2 days and customer service has turned me into a NEVER again Samsung customer. I was always a solid customer, but service was awful!
