I agree with the rest of the people here, I was a victim of buying a Samsung tv. Once I got it it was mine, no service from Samsung at all. If you have any issues great or small, they offer no help. I will not purchase anything Samsung again smh the live chat does not have a heart beat so how is it live

You can't force me to use Samsung pay by keeping disturbing me each time I swipe my screen up that's really disgusting. It is my own phone I paid for it and you are remotely controlling that make me puke

After i finally finished paying for my phone under sprint samsung says need update i do the update now my phone is telling me i have no space in my phone. I call sprint thinking its was the, they help me as much as they could they tell me then that it isnt them its samsun, im sorry stop with the updates you dont need to continue updating cause all you did was mess my phone up now i cant hold anything in my phone i really had to take out everything i had on my phone out. And if you want to update you need to have in the phone dont want update. So i would like for you to call me samsung cause its not like i cant go to the store now so you can fix what you broke on me .

After emailing and speaking to the right people, I want to thank Samsung for repairing my television and replacing the screen on this monster 82" tv. It is very appreciated.

I have absolutely nothing good to say about Samsung. We purchased a 55" NU6900 Smart TV at Best Buy. We have had issues with this TV since we plugged it in. You continually have to do a hard reset to get to hulu, Netflix or anything else you want to go to. Called customer service numerous times, their favorite saying is it's not us its your internet. Yet every other electronic device works great and the TV is only 6' from the modem. They then finally authorize a service technician to look at it, he replaces the board and has to drive from another state 3 hrs one way because no one here will work on it. He tells us this probably wont fix it but its all he is authorized to do. He was correct, issue not fixed. Called back to Samsung tell them we are tired of messing around that was on 3/23. Was told someone would get back in touch within 24-48 hours. Called again today 4/9 and they are opening another service call. I am told this is all they can do. I said we are in the middle of a health crisis we don't want someone from another state, or anyone coming into our home right now. I was told take it or leave it that is all they can do. So the service ticket is open. Granted I would hope these are not essential workers and no one will be here before our country gets some relief. I no that in the grand scheme of life this is nothing. My complaint is this should have been handled months before we got to this point. We will, in no circumstance ever purchase another Samsung TV!! I am pretty sure it would be much less expensive and healthier for everyone if they would have just sent us a new TV. I cant imagine drive time for 6 plus hours is inexpensive.

I bought the the Samsung QN55Q60T television. It's absolutely horrible. First, I couldn't play the hulu app as there were lines all over the screen when it played content. Samsung did some troubleshooting and said it was the Hulu app. However, Samsung never tested the self diagnosis video test during the troubleshooting. i had to do that on my own and it had the same lines. They then sent someone out who confirmed it was the TV and had to replace the main board. After doing so the TV is choppy during and juddery. I adjusted every setting possible and it was still difficult to watch. They came out again and technician changed 1 setting and said it was fine and left. The juddering and choppiness is still there and has gotten worse. I called Samsung again and they are saying since the technician deemed nothing wrong they will not send someone out again unless i pay for it. The TV can't handle even the slightest motion without blur. I mean even someone just turning their head or waving. I have had to go back to my 14 year old TV. So if Samsung is saying nothing is wrong with the TV then Samsung has created a piece of junk and I wouldn't recommend the TV to anyone.

Bought a 27" curved monitor and a few months later a blue vertical line appeared on the screen. Contacted Samsung and explained the issue. They said I could send it back to their service center to be repaired and it would take up to 7 business days once they received it. I use the monitor for work and can't really be without it so asked if they would give me a replacement to use. They refused. I got the UPS label to send it back and again contacted Samsung to clarify the procedure. They told me to call UPS to pick it up and I asked if it would cost me anything. They assured me it wouldn't. I then called UPS who told me a pickup would cost me money. I then called Samsung again and now they said it would cost money and they don't know why the person told me it wouldn't. They were very unprofessional and told me I couldn't talk to a manager and "it is what it is". Because of their faulty product, I have to have the inconvenience of packing up the product, doing without it for weeks, and dropping it off at UPS. I will never buy a Samsung product again and recommend that nobody else does either.

Ordered a new Samsung S20 Ultra on April 1st from Samsung online. It said next day delivery as it still does now, yet 8 days later I still have NO phone amd still have NO delivery date..! Absolute shocking experience and to top it all off I have had no contact whatsoever other than the new ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE....!!! ***When It Says Next Day Online*** Scammers if you ask me.? How they can still be allowed to advertise a next day delivery is beyond me as its all a pack of lies...!!! Check the reviews out for Samsung right now everyone, you will not believe how many 1 star reviews there are...!!!! The lady in CS I spoke with today will hopefully contact me with news later, I'm not holding my breath though as the lady I spoke with yesterday said exactly the same....!!!

The phone broke on the same day receiving it. Send back- ask for repairs fee that is equal to the phone? What? This is just wonderful .. I would never purchase anything from Samsung - even ref and washer

I wish this could be negative stars, the 9%of people who recommend you must be paid employees. I would recommend this product in a dog house. Your staff is the worst, your company does not back anything it makes. I am going to be here daily and every place else I can find, facebook twitter and any place to show what a joke this company is. Not to worry to customers who read this. They will not call or email you about why you're upset, because they don't care.

I am so sorry I just got an $1100 Galaxy Note 10+ phone. Totally defective after only 2 weeks. Cant play videos, cant take videos, can't reach anyone to return it and this is my second defective same model phone. RIPOFF and worst customer service anywhere! BEWARE!!! Buy BLU, they have great support amd their $200 phones are SO much better!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had the galaxy s8+ and now the galaxy s10+ and they are both the WORST phones imaginable. Customer service sucks and they don't help. Phone glitches and nothing will fix it. Galaxy active watch sucks and the battery dies after 5 hours. NEVER buying any samsung mobile devices again.

I currently have a samsung note 9 (one of 2) and by far it is the worst phone I have had point blank. More importantly, when my "water proof" phone was not covered by the monthly insurance I pay for on top of an already ridiculous monthly plan bill, samsung had the audacity to tell me that despite being water proof, my phone while charging sitting in my apartment on a water free couch, had a corroded charging port because it may have been (and this is an actual quote) "a moist day." Would NEVER recommend.

Terrible service then they tried blaming it on the virus! WOW. I told her no this stems all the way back to last year when I had to call over a dozen times just to make sue the warranty was properly issued on my oven. Wasted my time for 3 months then try to low ball me and offer me $290 something for a $600 Oven I had when I purchased the home brand new construction 2 months prior. After the first call there was no ticket even made for my oven then no technician. Now on my last call when I had to call about the diswasher again this week not draining and I am at the 1 year since I purchased the home as far as warranty goes and I get a phone call yesterday where the rep apologizes for it taking so long (as she was apparently looking at the notes from last summer) and said they had to issue a refund because there is no tech to send out because of the virus. WOW okay so yeah please lets do whatever is convenient for Samsung then they don't have to even pay a disposal fee or disconnection/labor- re connection fee for the new replacement. Worst service I have ever gotten! I cannot believe out of 900 reviews when I came here they have a 1.7 star rating. Sounds like I am not the only one who deals with the same service. In 3 minutes of the call this woman tells me I have to get a refund because they can't send out a tech because of the virus. Then the next minute I can have a tech but had to wait 2 weeks then I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK! like really>? Then by the end of the call she tells me she can't issue a refund now and would have to wait for a tech to be available to come out. I hung up because I already know the routine. I think I will be going to the BBB next to see if they can mediate or the AG because I don't have time to be playing games with a company who apparently could care less about their customers and quality of their products. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAMSUNG! SOUNDS LIKE FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY DESIGN THEIR PRODUCTS TO LAST THE LENGTH OF A WARRANTY IN MOST CASES (1 YEAR) AND WONT EVEN HONOR THE WARRANTY ONCE YOU FILE A CLAIM. I hung up on the woman after the 3 different stories she told me in 3 minutes and was going to call back when I had time to speak to someoen else then I get an email that she closed my ticket I already wasted an hour of my life trying to get opened with them. Most of the people who answer the phone in customer care, barely speak english when you call in and you can't understand them their accent is so thick then they rush through the call and nothing happens. Apparently if they don't like you, the call center reps can tamper with your file and they have no accountability especially if they decide not to put notes in your account. I tried emailing the company and the website says that as of yesterday (how convenient) they are not able to accept emails and have to use live chat. I expressed my concerns to the live chat respectfully and you wouldn't believe it but she blamed the COVID_19 VIRUS... LOL. I told her this started long before the virus but nice excuse. Then she essentially hung up on me too and SAMSUNG asked me for a survey on both of them. HAHAHAHAHAH I hope they get FIRED> Unbelievable.

Last year I bought a top of the like 82inch Q60r samsung tv. I spent almost $4000 on this tv, money my family had been saving years. 1 year and 1 month later the tv got a black shadow on the right side and when I called samsung they said sorry, can't help you. Dont buy a Samsung tv.

Tried to contact Samsung Customer Support for a replacement for the "SmartThings" button. Got transferred to different departments on Live Chat, Phone, and Texting and nobody knew what they were doing. All I was trying to do was to get a replacement "Smart" (stupid) button but I guess Samsung's tactic is to make the customer service so difficult to access that they would not have to be responsible for any after sales issues. NEVER BUY FROM SAMSUNG AGAIN.

13th of march I bought a s20+ . 16th march I gv it to service centre 4 times I went to service centre..till not solved. 25th I submitted full box ,tht time they said with in 10 days u ll get ..but on 31st one prsn called me and said its need 10 days...!!!!!! I told him on 25th I submitted full box. And he said tomrrw I ll call u...did not get any call.I dont knw wht to do... Who will compenset for that... very bad service..
