I find that Samsung does not stand behind what they sell,the time it takes someone to come and repair your appliance is sooo unexceptable. New 1200.00 frig and they give you a 3-4 week wait period. I will never ever buy a Samsung product again. Also just bought new Samsung range. Guess what. It’s going back to the store!!!! Headache headache headache

I waited over three times for XPO installation of a Samsung microwave. This is the Installation job, see the pictures. The microwave is hanging by one nail. They stripped the other nail. This happened over a year ago. Samsung told me to go through the insulation company XPO. They will not return my calls. Samsung sent them to my house they should pay to correct this problem.

I took my Samsung mobile for a broken screen change. I didn't read the review sites for their lack of customer support and I paid for it the hard way. The new Screen was at a cost much higher than any local mobile shops dotted around and only with 3 month warranty while it is 1 year any where else. But OK, that was only because they did not make it clear at the start. When the same part developed fault soon after the 3 month was up, I asked the Samsung for support I experienced the worst service I have ever received. Rude, unhelpful and parrot like repetition of their self made, one sided service rules!! Never again.

Microwave order delivered a month ago, came with missing parts. Contacted Samsung and XPO right away, also had called every week since than, only to find out today that surprisingly that is no order I the system. That’s the third time it happens. Nothing in the system shows the history. Every time you call the answer is different. Nobody knows anything Unbelievable

I purchased a tv which was coating nearly 40,000 ,it's been only 3 years , it got repaired so soon , Dispute Rearly we use the Tv ,A year go I purchased samsung mobile which was costing 67,000 it lasted for year tht mobile also got repaired so soon with In a year so I shifted to OnePlus mobile..... Pathetic means pathetic products from Samsung 😠😠😠 from here on I won't buy any of the Samsung products either iam gonna suggest any of samsung products to my friends family...... Pathetic products from Samsung 😠😠

I will never purchase a Samsung washer again! I was told my washer needed a recall. We are going on six weeks without a washer at this point still waiting on the parts to come in and the repair to be made. It will be easier to just go buy a new washer. The customer service is horrible! Every time I talk to them they say we will call u back and never do. They have given me wrong numbers to call repeatedly. It's like they don't know what the he-- they are doing. I've never dealt with a company with this much trouble before.

Ordered my microwave on 1st Sep 2020 , and delivery date was 12 Sep 2020. Till 24 Sep 2020, product not delivered. customer care don't have control on delivery partner. very bad response.

Bought brand new Samsung TV screen went out 3 times two times a tech came out 3 time Samsung did nothing but offer a refund, so after a 3rd time your given a refund and not a functional TV terrible customer service as well

Samsung Canada sent us a used tablet for my autistic daughter that we won a contest on autism Canada and the tablet is worth 200$ at stores and they want 325$ to fix the tablet.. what a scam Samsung Canada is never buy another thing from them .. they take people has fools and want to make money off people.. Customer service was terrible I give them 0 stars

My huge mistake! My experience! My opinion! Talk about buyers remorse!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Make sure to read ALL REVIEWS! Customer/consumer reviews and most importantly customer/consumer COMPLAINTS! I purchased a front load Samsung VRTplus washing machine model #WF45N5300AW. You have to do all these crazy things just to use it and to hopefully help with the rancid rotten egg smell that it leaves on your clothes/laundry and continuously comes out of the washer and makes your home smell! No matter what product you purchase to wash your clothes: detergent, fabric softner, color safe bleach, washing beads, etc. You're just wasting your money! You smell none of it! If your lucky you'll get the dryer sheet scent. At first i thought it was the water from the state we were in, then we moved back up north and it's definitely the DEFECTIVE SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE. I learned all the tricks from the Consumer Complaints and the booklet it came with! Wow! What a waste of money! I called and told them to give me a $300 top loader machine and PLEASE take this disgusting product back. I'm willing to lose hundreds. Unfortunately, due to two surgeries, moving and covid my warranty expired and they had the audacity to tell me that they'll send a tech to determine whats wrong and how to fix, but there is NO REMEDY! IT'S A BAD PRODUCT!!!! And yes they want me to pay even more than i already have! They aren't paying me for working for them when I need to use the thing. Who ever heard of working to use your washing machine?? We have always purchased Samsung products (tv's, refrigerator, appliances, phones, etc. after today, NEVER again! After my experience today, they've officially lost my business! To make things worse, I can't even try to sell the disgusting machine! Who wants they're belongings and home smelling like rotten eggs, and dirty sponge/mop??

I shopped online which it was really bad idea I can’t remember how many times I try to reach and text to Samsung service or support also I try live chat but that one wasn’t help full long around short I’m not happy at all now I’m try to cancel the deal

My Samsung dishwasher has poorly designed cutlery baskets. Around the handle to remove them the plastic grills break away letting the Cutlery slip through and stop the lower blade from turning. Because of the manufacturing I would like to have 2 free baskets sent to me in good faith. I am sending photos of the poor quality of this design. I was quoted a price of $150.00 dollars for replacements for your poor quality. Your understanding would be greatly appreciated to restore my confidence in your products. I wait for your reply.

Called Samsung for service on our refrigerator. Samsung said we would have a call from AAR Appliances within 48 hours to schedule our time for Wednesday. We had not heard from anyone so we called Samsung back for follow up on Tuesday. They stated after being on the phone for 45 minutes that AAR Appliances cancelled without no reason notated. The Samsung rep called them and they stated they cancelled because of the pandemic. We understand about bonderies during this time BUT we are surprised NO phone call from the company or Samsung. Totally unprofessional and bad business on both parts. We own a couple of businesses ourselves and work in the professional realm. Word of mouth goes along way. Just do good by people and it will come back around and visa versa. We will give AAR Appliances a review as well. Totally disappointing. It was just a courtesy phone call that should have taken place

I have purchase over 30,000 dollars in appliances from Samsung in the last 2 years. I’m a kitchen contractor. I have had problems with about 4 refrigerators and 2 dishwasher which were never fixed at Samsung’s expense. The last one was a dishwasher that leaked and ruined a full kitchen remodel and the condo kitchen below. I received zero help paying from Samsung which videos clearly show manufacture error but not only can we not get ahold of anyone with answers they refuse to give us the part to fix it. I they have lost a very good customer over this!!! DO NOT GO WITH SAMSUNG!!!!

I expend around $30k on TVs for my house, $10k for the kitchen appliances, $2k for cell phones, etc. and guess what the microwave stopped working about 14 months later call customer service and they told me sorry you have to call a tech. yourself and pay for the service aren't that nice. pay about $750.00 dollars for a microwave that will only last for 14 months. I will be posting this on FB and all the media available, just to help people.

I have the Samsung S20 Ultra... I have always owned a Samsung phone ...I stand by Samsung. But I'm going to be honest... This s20 ultra is the worst phone I've ever had, it freezes all the time... Half the time my finger sensor doesn't recognize my fingerprint.... When I try to go backwards it erases everything that I was looking at. I just absolutely hate it 😡..I should have waited for the Note 20,but my phone broke and I had to get a new one before the Note 20 came out. I should have just dealt with not having a phone for a couple months instead.

BREAKDOWN#3 Jul 2019 Dryer function not heating up. BREAKDOWN#4 E5 error message: Change of Drum required and done. BREAKDOWN#5 Feb 2020 3E error message: Change of motherboard required and done. BREAKDOWN#6 Apr 2020 Change of motherboard, belt & motor. BREAKDOWN#7 Sep 2020 It tripped the electricity in the house whenever machine is turned on. I bought a Samsung smart tv which is 1,20,000 worth.Used it for two years and after that the power indicator started blinking and the tv didn't turn on.We let the company know about our issue.The service man came twice and wasn't able to identify the problem and simply changed the motherboard for 8000 Rs.But the problem still remained the same and we let them know about this and we got no support from the company side.My money went a waste on a worthless t.v which couldn't last 2 years.

1 STAR IS STILL TOO MUCH FOR SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR!!!!! I bought a refrigerator from BestBuy on the 4th of July 2019 but it stopped cooling on the first day of May 2020. I couldn’t believe it because it was only a 10 MONTHS OLD refrigerator! I begged them to replace it but they didn't accept and during Atlanta's crazy Covid19 summertime with 3 kids at home; I hade to wait more than 2 months to get it fixed without a refrigerator. Getting the technician was not easy.. you have to fight first!! I made millions of calls to get technical service. When they checked, they said the compressor was broken and I had to wait again to get that part. After 2 months, when the compressor arrived, they realized that the problem is not about the compressor, it was about gas. The refrigerator's gas finished in 10 months!! My mom used the same refrigerator for 20 years and nothing bad happened but our fancy Samsung refrigerator stopped working at all in 10 months. when they fixed, I asked them how they can be sure that it won't have the same problem later. They promised that nothing bad will happen never ever again. anyway.. 2 days ago, it stopped cooling again. it is unbelievable! they of course don’t want to replace it. God knows how long it will take to get fixed. I PAID $1890 FOR GARBAGE. I DON'T WANT REPLACEMENT ANYMORE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
