Our washing machine is under warranty. We previously had a problem with it that took between 4 and 5 weeks to resolve. We were without a machine for all that time. A week ago (still under warranty) the machine broke down again. 7 days later and all we've had is an email to register a problem We phoned (again) today. The person answering the phone had a very poor grasp of English and could not understand that we had already registered our problem by e mail. She just kept telling us to register by email. This machine cost over 1000 pounds. We will never buy Samsung again.

Very happy with the customer care services offered by samsung in Delhi,India. The issue was solved on call throu samsung tutor itself. Thanks alot.

Samsung refuses to take responsibility… Samsung refuses to take responsibility for a major manufacturing fault in their washing machines. Instead, they refer you to their 3rd party repairers who charge extortionate amounts to come out and change a card that has a dry joint, It takes less than 7 minutes to change and the cost of the card and the call out is more than £200. I shall never buy anything Samsung again.

I am so disappointed with this company and after my last Samsung device stops working, I will never buy anything from this company again....EVER!!! My (water resistant) smartwatch was never submerged in water yet it stopped working when it got wet. I bought the watch in November and 7 months later, I'm considered out of warranty because it was concluded that water damage stopped my watch from powering up! Outside of water damage, my watch IS UNDER WARRANTY! I was charged $200.00 to have my watch fixed. I paid it with a sick feeling in my stomach because I want my watch back, working. Moving Forward, I'm done with Samsung! And had I read the reviews about what happens when your device is considered damaged by water, which I never considered because I read, "Water Resistant" I learned the hard way!

Purchase a television from samsung.com back in May 2020. Was told I received 2600 Point towards my next purchase. Upon my purchase of another television in July of 2020 no-refund or rebate of the points was done. Had numerous calls with the company different departments nothing was resolved. So new customers Please be aware of the reward points. Make sure to get your discount before you make the purchase

2 years ago we bought a Samsung dishwasher (dw80m9960ug). It didn't work after it was installed. Called customer service and they sent out a tech and replace the main control unit. Had issues again about a year later, another tech sent out and again replaced the control unit. It has leaking problems, really doesn't wash the dishes any better than my old dishwasher did that was 10 years old. Now another year later and doesn't work. Customer service has been good with Samsung but the product is terrible. We are planning to replace it now after only 2 years (lots of headaches and dirty dishes) and get another dishwasher from some other company. If I could give this product a 0 review is would.... actually about a negative 10!

My fridge got damaged in June 3rd. Take 1 week to customer service to contact me to sent the technician to my home. Take 1 more week for the technician to arrive my home. When he came to check the fridge, said the compressor is damaged so Samsung needs to replace it. During the 3rd week, Samsung contacted me and said that they need to exhaust the resource for repairs, so they have to look in a 150 miles radius around my home to see if someone can fix my fridge... really? 150 miles? Is absurd!!! After A few more days, they said that the order to replace my fridge was allocated on June 29th!! So, I have to wait 7 to 14 business days to they schedule the appointment for delivery... it is July 16th and they schedule the appointment for delivery until July 23 at 6pm!! Additionally of the almost 2 months waiting to get the fridge replaced, the customer service by phone is horrible, because they don’t have empathy towards the customer. We have outside temperatures above 90 degrees, and they don‘t care!! I don’t think I will get a Samsung product again!! Horrible experience

WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE A SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE FOR ESCALATED CALLS!!!!! I ordered a new fridge on 6/30 and i had a delivery on 7/10 and it was damaged so i refused delivery. i then called on Monday 7/13 to get a new one delivered. the lady on the phone confirmed to have it delivered on 7/15. we called in the morning to see what time it was being delivered and was told between 3pm and 7pm, and will get a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. so i didn't get a call and proceed to follow up with a phone call and got issac- he told me that its apparently on back order!!!!!! so i asked for a supervisor and he did not give me one nor on how to reach one... these people are not helpful at all and just keep giving me the run around!!!!! i just need a supervisor to call me!! i need your SUPERVISORS TO listen to my call with joy and issac!!! issac needs to be fired!!! ***buy only american products!!! this has been a headache and i am the one that's spending my hard earned paycheck in the middle of this pandemic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER TALKING TO JOY.. IM BEING TOLD THEY CAN TRY AND DELIVER IT THIS SATURDAY (18) BUT WITH ISSAC I WAS TOLD AUGUST 13TH!!!! THEY ARE SHADY I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! NEVER WILL I BUY OR EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A SAMSUNG!!!!

i have a samsung washer that became defective because if a recall there customer service at there recall center is the worst i ever experienced the rep playing music in the background they couldnt find a plumbing contractor in my area due to the covid-19 which is fine. i provided a recite from lowes and they decided to give me less than the cost i paid for the washer but what made the experince worse is how there custom service reps treat there customers which is unacceptable im done with this company and there products and will tell anyone i see purchasing there products the same

We purchased this refrigerator thinking it was going to be a very nice addition to our newly updated kitchen. Boy were we wrong. The ice maker was the first indication, it was constantly freezing up on us and not making ice. We were always having to defrost it. Then it started leaking water in all the door bins. Then the whole back would freeze up and the fan could not work so no circulation so then it would get warm. We fixed that but it started up again in a matter of weeks. We had had this expensive refrigerator for less than 3 years. I would highly recommend you avoid Samsung. We have had nothing but trouble with it. My old hand me down garage refrigerator works better than this junk.

Samsung first said they would swap out than they said they would refund what I paid for my refrigerator. Than I tried contacting again and they would refund only part. Than I get a an email that they are cancelling refund. I have spent over thirty hours trying to resolve problem. Now they want to give me part and I have to take the decal off. So you have to replace your refrigerator and buy something else without money. So if you want the deal of your life buy Samsung because the product is junk and you can expect to be cheated.there service is very poor

Another horrible experience from this company, first it was my exploding washer, then the phone melting just before the recall on it, then my top of the line Samsung refrigerator compressor failed within 3 months, 7 months later my oven self cleaning feature stopped working after the 2nd use, they fought me every step of the way, I had to pay for repairs on everything except the washer, then they didnt give me my trade in option that was outlined in my purchase on a new 75 inch TV they said it didnt show up on their records even though it was on mine, all this was purchased together in a package deal for over $13.000.00 I would never purchase their products again! Customer service absolutely sucked! BUYER BEWARE!

I have a s8 plus had a problem with software update, Samsung did let me fix my phone to UBREAKIFIX then I was charged for $50 for software update, it's not fair,no more Samsung phone for me and my family

Tried calling Samsung regarding issues with my S9 phone. Spoke with 3 different reps. All 3 reps were horrible, incompetent and rude. Can't believe a company like Samsung would not take customer service seriously.

I will recomend not 2 buy any of SAMSUNG product,I bought ac on 29/05/2020.After 12days it stopped cooling I complained on helpline and asked for exchange as the techn.. who came on (19/06/2020) complain said that it is having gas leakage. NEITHER SAMSUNG HAS REFUNDED MY AMOUNT NOR THEY EXCHANGED THE PRODUCT I HAVE WASTED MY 34518/- BUYING SAMSUNG AC.

Received a damaged item, they make the customer absorb the frustrations of receiving a damaged item, apparently a $150 broken useless item is more important to them than a lifelong customer. Terrible business model.

Good news, bought a new house 1 year ago. Bad news- stocked it with SAMSUNG Apps. Gas dryer quit after 11 months, Samsung gave such a hassle to prove it was still warranty'd, I told em to foxtrot oscar. Spent $300 to get it working. Next time it goes back to Korea.
