I have tried for nearly 2 months to get these "smart phone"makers to update my billing address , everything is fine with the TD Bank account , but these idiots are far from "smart" have called 20+ times , have sent 20+ emails , have been hung up on 30+ times only to be sent to a "satisfaction survey" They SERIOUSLY need to get it together !

Paid $300 for samsung galaxy active 2 watch at Samsung. Com. It says it is waterproof to 55m. 4 months later, it quit working, I sent it in to samsung. They say it has water damage. I've only washed my hands with it on. They say the warranty doesn't cover water damage. $219 to repair it. Tried to dispute it but after 7 days of on hold for at least 1 hour per day, I give up. They also said I didn't buy it from them for the first 5 days. I never did get to talk to the case manager because they would put me on hold until that department went home 4 times. Don't buy this watch. It's been very frustrating and after being only samsung for 7 years, I'm done. I will not buy a product from a company that false advertises and doesn't back up their products. And has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Amazing water resistance. Dropped my S-10 in the ocean during high tide while kayaking near the shore. (we have very large tides up to 8 feet) and figured it was lost. Got a new S-20 but really wanted the pictures back that I hadn't backed up. Went back to the spot where I thought it was at low tide 1 week later and found it. Didn't hold much hope, but cleaned it up and put the micro sd card in the new phone and got all my pictures back. Put the phone on the wireless charger and it came back to life. Got all my contacts, more pics that were in internal storage and it's still working! In salt water for a week it exceeded my expectations and probably Samsung's. Don't they rate it at 3 feet for 30 min (and they probably mean fresh water)

I’m not happy with Samsung, I bought a tablet from them on the 05/05/ 2020 and I used it for 1 week and my reason for buying it was for school. So I decided to stop using it and I packaged it back and some weeks later I opened it to check it and when I turned it on, I noticed the screen was Blur and blank so I decided to contact Samsung to know the reason why it happened and the representative I chatted with said she will like to see the screen and I screenshot it and send it to her and after she viewed it, she said I should send the phone to the office for repair and they will get back to me on that matter. So I decided to do just that and I sent it back to them and I received a mail from future saying I will pay $495 for the tablet I bought $429. Isn’t that’s absurd? I asked why and they said they found liquid damage on the screen which I can’t recall. Well I said I can’t lose it, I will get back to them. I decided to call Samsung and they confirmed that I will pay the sum $495 and I asked them why? they said warranty doesn’t cover it, they were not helpful. They need to upgrade on that aspect and I demanded a response from them and till date, they haven’t gotten back to me on that issue and it's so painful to me for buying a tablet for $429 and I’m to pay $495. Well I told them they should keep the tablet then and I still have my details on the tablet. I hope they reach out to me with a reasonable response.

I purchased the entire Samsung set. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Stove knobs turn on too easily. If you brush by them they turn on. Complete fire hazard and Samsung won’t do anything about it, they suggested putting child proof knobs on, really, my kids are grown and gone, that’s the last thing I want to do to my brand new stove. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS STOVE. I was cleaning the face of the microwave with a kitchen towel and it scratched the surface of the plastic. No joke. Cotton kitchen towel did this. See attached pictures. We spent thousands of dollars and this is our treatment.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! Worst service I’ve ever dealt with - pretty much matches their crappy products! Bought a dishwasher from Home Depot just before the COVID lockdown. We started having issues with the dishwasher within a few days, however, the lockdown was here and we could no longer return it to Home Depot. When things opened up, we were told we had to deal with the company (Samsung). I had made several calls over the course of a month explaining the issue several times. They sent one of their hired local company techs (Cooper Appliances in North Bay, Ontario) to look at the dishwasher. The tech was in our home god no more than 20 minutes. He ran a partial, 7 minute cycle (with an empty dishwasher), and proceeded to tell my husband and myself that he had no idea what the problem was. He told ya to wait to call Samsung do that he had time to write his report. He also told ya that they would either replace the entire motor component or the dishwasher itself...more likely, he said, the r tire dishwasher due to COVID. We waited and waited, as per his advice and finally called Samsung. They had no report on file from Cooper Appliances and told me they would call them and get back in touch with me. Again, we waited....and, waited. We also called CA in the meantime who told us that they didn’t see any issues with the dishwasher and that their report would state that there was nothing wrong with it. I called Samsung back twice after that only to be put on hold for extended periods of time and to be told again that they would call Cooper Appliances (again, as the guest agent never did) and then get back to me. After nearly 8 weeks of waiting and battling with both companies, Samsung told us that they finally got the report and that there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher...and, there was nothing more to do. We explained the blatant lies from their HIRED local service company and they continued to insist they were accepting the report. We argued and refused that end result. The agent stated that he would ‘pass along our request’ to have this reviewed by someone at a higher level. It’s obvious that they hire these service companies only because they have to by law...however, there’s clearly some sort of arrangement whereby these service companies get more money if their service reports state ‘no issue with the product’. THIS IS FRAUDULENT!!!!!! Beware everyone! DO NOT spend your money on their below-standard products. You’ll be sorry in no time.

I received a brand new dishwasher from Home Depot but it was broken. What was not told to me was there is a no return policy and after 48 hours anything wrong with it is my problem. I called Samsung and they said we will send a service tech to fix it. Well that was 2 and a half months ago and 6 service techs that was suppose to be to my house never came. I have made a total of 15 calls to samsung and a total of being on hold for 18 hours. At first samsung said they will replace the dishwasher then next call they said they will refund the money I spend on the dishwasher today I was told no that will not happen. The case manager said someone will be at the house tomorrow for sure. At this point I am not holding my breath. This is 2 and a half months worth of phone calls and submitting paperwork.

I purchased the Samsung s6 lite tab from Samsung e-store. I received the order on 15th Aug, When I opened the box I noticed that the tip of the stylus was rough which could easily make a scratch on the screen. At the very moment, I mailed the picture and video to Samsung. I have been mailing them daily for the last 9 days but no hearing of the issue. A defective product received should be replaced is my issue. I would suggest A BIG NO TO SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. Purchase at your own risk because the company does not hear to their consumers.

I bought a Samsung Q70T 75" TV online from Samsung. After 1 month we noticed a dark yellowish vertical bar on the left side of the scree, about 14 inches wide. They wouldn't replace TV and said they would have to send a repair crew to my house after the service place received it. They've cancelled the appointment twice so far because the QLED panel is still in transit. My mistake, I should have never bought a Samsung, and should have bought it locally. After several calls to Samsung service, I got nowhere, they insist that the repairmen have to replace the QLED panel, and I couldn't get a replacement. Why not? We consumers don't count? LOL, I gave my perfectly working, but older Sharp 70" away. Never Samsung again.....

Experience? I bought my 2nd, and last samsung washer. My first washer lasted years, too much money to repair, so I bought a new one. Problems. It rocks and vibrates. Samsung offered me a refund, which I thought was wonderful. I have absolutely been through hell trying to get it. Ihave sent them everything except the blood of my first born. Every time they tell me they still don't have "proof of purchase". Believe me, I gave sent them more than they needfor proof of purchase. Im exhausted. Yesterday, I talked to customer service, and heard roosters crowing the entire time. They outsource everything. Their customer service is awful. I will NEVER ever buy anything again that is Samsung

SAMSUNG GOLD AWARD FOR WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have always been a Samsung customer, things have been ok till I bought Samsung A70 phone online . Not long after I bought it, the phone was not charging , sent it for repairs under warranty , It worked for sometime and stopped . I escalated this to the head office executive customer service department as I believed it may be a manufacturing defect. That was the beginning of the worse customer service I have ever encountered . over a month of exchange of emails, threats from Samsung that it may be damage and may not be repaired . Wow , does that mean this big company make their profits on exploiting poor customers?. The phone is still not repaired . Why give a 2 year warranty when you know you are not going to honour such warranty?. Is this a scam?.......................... When I get time , i will tweet some of their responses to my email. I might as well send the email trail to consumer watchdog. This is sad and shameful.

My brand new (black) stovetop has silver/metallic rings & spots on it after I cooked on it. It was replaced & the new one did the exact same thing! Now Samsung is refusing to fix it! We spent right & $6000 on Samsung appliances & they won’t fix it!! Samsung should be ashamed to do their customers this way!!!😑 Especially them knowing that this is a reoccurring issue!!

Would not recommend! I purchased this smart watch (SM-R800NZSAXAR) and within a couple months the sensor just fell out of the back for no apparent reason. Sent in for repair and they had to replace the whole motherboard. About a year later it just stopped holding a charge so once again sent off for warranty repair and I am told it is water damaged, watch has NEVER been submerged and yet the water proof or “resistant” (however you choose to label it) watch has water damage and that is my fault? After getting the run around, talking myself blue in the face trying to tell them there is no way this is an issue on my end I am told it is out of warranty and will be $339.00 to fix it (more than I initially paid for it). When I declined to pay they returned it with a now cracked screen on top of the failed battery (screen was NOT broken when it was sent to them). I am left out of pocket 300 and now own a brick, thank you Samsung. They could have done just about anything other than try and screw a customer out of more money than the item cost for a repair that should have been done under warranty and I would have been happy but this experience has left me only able to draw the conclusion that they have zero concern over product reliability and less concern for their customers. I have had lightbulbs that were sturdier and lasted longer than this smart watch!!! Bad customer service, bad warranty, bad repair service and bad product = never buying anything from Samsung again

I will never purchase another Samsung product. A Tablet which I purchased about 2 to 3 years ago no longer boots up. After many calls to their customer service which is terrible, they barely speak English, got nowhere finally told that they can't help me unless I provide them with a bill of sale. What I waste fo yourself a favor don't purchase Samsung products

I have a dishwasher and it’s been broken for months. Someone came to look at it and deemed it broken from physical damage (like maybe it was installed wrong which I wouldn’t even know) for months they claimed broken beyond repair and so declared they wouldn’t replace it (even though it’s under a year old) and wouldn’t give me even a discount for a new one. Completely terrible service, hard to even reach them and they are uncooperative. I’m never buying an appliance from them again!!!
