I am having problems with my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Spent 1 hr. & 35 mins. on the phone with Samsung being bounced around from person to person, & absolutely nothing was accomplished. My call got disconnected at that point; no one from customer service called me back.

Terrible products. Bought a microwave stopped working within one year. Bought a refrigerator the ice maker stopped working within two years and the refrigerator stopped working on the third year. Come to find out there is NO certified tech in Erie PA. Spent three days on the phone to correct the problem but got no where. Obviously their motto of taking care of customers is not their practice. They don't deserve even one star.

So i bought a samsung front load washer amd dryer team 4 years ago and it's already curbside.i call samsung and of course...nothing they can do.they give a 10 yr warranty on the motor but the bearings let go therefore being trash... terrible machine !!! First and last time i will purchase anything made by Samsung !!! Complete robbery.

I am very disappointed in Samsung, I purchased two Note 20 Ultras online through Telus aug 31st, then called Samsung to ensure I would get my galaxy buds live seeing how the phone wouldn't be delivered 5-10 days later. So today I got my phone and registered it to find out by customer service I'm too late to qualify for the buds??? First off, Samsung representative lied to me and second the online chat guy Harry was ignorant. Samsung owes me these buds! I bought two S20 Note Ultras, my wife received hers and the buds and I'm getting screwed. I have been a long time Samsung user and I must admit I am disgusted in their service, they lied to me. I recommend not involving your services with any Samsung product ever. I thought they were great for years, turns out their crooks.

Absolutely the worst support, I wish I could give 0 stars. I was looking to upgrade my phone and went with the Z Flip. I have Sprint so I bought the Sprint version of the phone, but when I went to activate it Sprint got an error saying it was not bought domestically or it was a blacklisted phone even though I bought it directly from Samsung.com. After hours on the phone with Samsung, and the hours with Sprint support, I was told to just return the phone. Thinking it was a fluke, I bought the same phone again. I contacted Sprint before opening the phone this time, just in case, and they got the same error. I then had to be on the phone with Samsung again for hours and was transferred to the wrong department multiple times. When I finally got in contact with the billing department, I was told I might have to wait up to 4 days to be able to return it. Especially with what's going on now, I want to go to the store as little as possible so I was hoping to return these both at the same time. They finally said they could send me the packing slip right when it can be returned, but we would have to call FedEx to see if it could be picked up from our house or we have to call back again to get a different type of packing label. Love their phones, but thinking of switching to Apple after this experience.

Although I have always liked Samsung Electronics (TV's, Soundbars, etc.) I WOULD NOT and WILL NOT ever buy another Samsung appliance! I have had a suite (Oven/Stove, Dishwasher and Fridge) that I bought 3 years ago. The oven gets sooo hot that it literally burns my eyes when I open the door. The fridge works fine however part of the Samsung logo came off the first time we wiped the outside. The Dishwasher has already been replaced once and we are having error codes again with it and are having trouble finding a service tech. Samsung will not warranty the work said they will extend the warranty to reimburse me for parts. The last customer service lady I spoke to was rude and could care less how I felt about the products just wanted to get me off the phone. Again I have only owned these appliances for 3 years and unfortunately due to the fact that we had to remodel our kitchen twice due to disaster circumstances (they were in storage during this time) they have actually only been in use for 1 1/2 years not a very good ratio considering we had to replace the dishwasher once and probably will again (with another brand).

I own(ed) 2 high end Samsung appliances and they were quite pricey. Lots of bells and whistles. Samsung double oven convestion fan burned up in 18 months. Samsung refused to extend the warranty. The repair was $650 and the repair person said there was no way it should have dies that quickly; his surmsial was defective assembly at the factory. The second appliance is a high end dryer; it does not shut off without turning off the machine at the breaker box. Less than two years old. When you google the concept on line even at Samsung support pages, many many folks had the same issue. Again, no warranty extension for what is clearly a second factory defect. The agent asked if I bought an extended warranty. Seriously? If I pay that much $ for high end appliances, I think maybe they should work or the manufacturer can stand behind their product. Very discouraging.

Do NOT buy from this company directly. I have been jerked around close to a month waiting to get the phones that I have ordered on August 12th. Order numbers #US158198164 and #US064840932. I spent over $1500 with this trash company. My orders were supposed to be delivered August 18th, but it is now close to a month after that and they still have not notified me that they have even SHIPPED! I have talked with the representatives several times, every time they tell me they will ship it within 24-48 hours and they would give me an email and still NOTHING. Why should I even bother getting phones from this company if they wont even deliver. Save yourself the headaches and wasted money and just get your phones somewhere else. Never in my life have I been jerked around so much and been told blatant LIES about a simple order that just has to be shipped. If there was a problem like the phones were not in stock or something else they could at least let me know and not LIE to me and tell me they will ship a product right away and then not do it.

I'm so frustrated!! My 1 year old TV has a warranty and out of the blue I heard a pop sound and the screen when black. My husband called customer service and was hung up on 3 times. After an hour they won't tell give us an option for a repair. Apparently, we have to wait another week before we get a call and maybe someone will contact us. Years ago I would have swore it was the best company but now the customer care and service you pay for ain't worth it and Samsung doesn't care. I will not by Samsung TV again. Buyer beware.

Recently bought the a71 galaxy phone. Should have reviewed first. Bixby can’t be deleted. We followed the instructions but can’t turn her off. Never had this intrusion with my iPhone. Called Samsung. They said an a10 and 20 allow the user to turn her off. The phone can only be returned in two weeks so we’re stuck until then. Guess the engineers didn’t expect complaints when this model was rolled out. I’m retired. Maybe I have too much time on my hands. Then again, the young lion at the ATT store shares my sentiment.

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES! Consumer Alert - Do Not Buy Samsung Kitchen Appliances. In 2017, we purchased a Samsung Refrigerator, Range, Microwave and Dishwasher. 3 years later, all but the range have required repair two or more times! Our dishwasher has been out service for nearly 8 weeks now. JCPenneys is gone, Asurion Warranty won’t replace it because it’s a service warranty only. A&E Factory Service kept us waiting all day, showed up at 6pm to tell us that the technician that was here two weeks ago was wrong; we need a different part and they can’t come back for 17 more days! Calling A&E’s “Customer Service” connects you to some foreign country and a rep that reads to you off a scripted cue card and suggests you should use the website for ‘better service’! May I repeat.... DON’T BUY SAMSUNG KITCHEN APPLIANCES!

My dishwasher stopped working and was only 6 months, due to COVID Samsung said they could not replace it under the warranty and issued me a “coupon” to buy a new one that didn’t even cover the full cost of a new one. The case manager I spoke with said I would be reimbursed for the new installation. I have been going back and forth since April and just had the new dishwasher delivered a week and a half ago. Now I get a voicemail saying the installation will not be reimbursed to me! I want the phone call tapes pulled! I was repeatedly told that I would not have to pay the install fee again ($200) because I would be reimbursed. This is ridiculous and the WORST customer service I have ever received. They should be ashamed of themselves scamming people during a time like this! DONT BUT SAMSUNG!

I completely gutted my kitchen in June, order the microwave, stove, dishwasher & fridge in June. Still not any closer to know when the appliances will be here. Thanks for nothing, Samsung! I think three months is way too long to wait!

I would give them 0 Stars if i could. I ordered appliances from them. Even after relentless follow-ups, they havent delivered my order and they are refusing to provide a status of my order Stay away at all costs

I had a dishwasher under warranty that broke. Was promised a new dishwasher on 3/5. It is 9/3. I have no new dishwasher. I have about 20 ticket numbers, and have already been holding for 56 min now. The delivery person you chose lost it and you didn’t tell me, they did. I have been without a working dishwasher for 9 months when I just BOUGHT a Samsung dishwasher last year. If I had not called the delivery company I would still think it was on its way!

Horrendous service. Doesn't care about clients! I regret my Note 20 tremendously! Do not support, Huawei is soooooo much better, they actually do what they say they're going to!!! Went online to Vodacom website to purchase a Note 20, online, the offer was for a R3999 voucher. Phoned my Vodacom store, because we only go through one specific person. The person confirmed in store for me that the voucher is legit, and I must just go to Samsung members to redeem my voucher. I didn't buy a cover in store, because of the voucher. Didn't really have money to spend on a cover. Note on Samsung members there was no voucher it was only the sterilizer, so I had no choice but to apply for it. Had to go and spend R600 on a new cover now. Then after waiting a week for my coupon for my promised sterilizer, didn't receive anything. I got a reference code and nothing more. I phone a week after submission. The guy on the phone informed me that he will escalate the issue, and I will receive notification in a day or two and I will get my link, I am now sitting 3 days later with no link, no coupon. The customer representative gave me excuses, and basically just blamed Vodacom for not putting period of validity. And even after I sat on the phone for 10 minutes trying to find out what the status of my request is. Turns out he was looking at the won't list, so he just wasted 10 minutes of my airtime, for nothing! I have had no contact for the item I was supposed to receive with my phone. Not had anyone been willing to assist me with the voucher that I was promised, and they were your airtime. DO NOT SUPPORT, IF I WASNT ON CONTACT, I WOULD RETURN THIS GOD DAMN PHONE AND SWITCH TO HUAWEI

Well I can’t even explain how very disappointing I am with my Samsung refrigerator. I purchased less than a year and a half ago and had multiple things break and repairs get rescheduled don’t have parts and more things continue to break and then they keep charging me service fees and labor of $200. This makes me sick That I have to spend that kind of money with a so-called warranty! When calling to speak to a representative I cannot understand them and they cannot understand me and then they bring them out with the wrong part and do not even Address all the problems with my refrigerator. I will continue to write reviews on my issue since no one with the Sampson company can even explain why this would happen to a brand new fridge!

Due to COVID and delays of almost all new construction supplies and appliances we ordered 3 Samsung appliances early in the building process. During installation we discovered that the dishwasher kick plate was MISSING. Because we were past one month since purchasing, they refused to consider replacing, ignoring the obvious circumstances. What a terrible business model. No flexibility or management skills. For a part that probably cost them under $10, they have lost a very good customer...

I have had 2 visits to repair my fridge totally $400 on 2 separate occasions this summer by EEFIX, samsung authorized service center. The first repair dated 6/5 did not resolve the issue. i was unsuccessful in reaching eefix via phone as the number listed goes directly to voicemail, or disconnects randomly. I was unable to reach this company, nor did i get a response from the voicemails that i had left. After speaking with samsung multiple times (who has tried their best to wash their hands of this while sweeping it under the rug) and waiting over a month, a mgr from eefix called to schedule repair. The repair man came back out on 8.17 after trying to reach this company for 2 months. He fought with me stating the charges that i would incur on this visit, after i was told the trip and diagnosis charges via a phone call with a mgr that this and the charge for parts would be waived. The authorized service tech got on the phone, speaking another language to his mgr after arguing with me. The repair was to get the fridge working, upon leaving my house, now the freezer and fridge do not work. I received a second bill for 150, with the receipt listing "parts- $150' The initial repair of $253 lasted about a week, this second repair did not last a day. I have called multiple times only to have the phone disconnected before or after i began leaving a message. since the fridge is not in working order and in fact is in worse condition since have work performed by the authorized service agent, i am requesting a refund for the work performed on both dates, as the work performed was inadequate and ineffective resulting in the worsening of the condition of my refrigerator. I have requested a telephone call immediately upon receipt as this needs to be rectified or reimbursed for the lack of work done, leaving an active phone number i can speak to someone in regards to this issue. According to my receipt dated 8/17 i have 30 repair service warranty. I want this reimbursed along with the charges for the initial service. Samsung reps have done nothing on my behave stating the fridge is out of warranty. As the manufacturer they are responsible for their product, service and repair. Imagine taking your car (after the factory warrantee has expired) for repairs. Only to have the car not repaired, and being out the cash for the repair, due to the warrantee expiration. This is a joke, samsung is a joke (customer service what time is typically over an hour) all they do is closed tickets, and open new ones. EEFIX is a joke, they do not have a website, social media account, or anything but a gmail account. This is appalling and a disgrace that i company the size of samsung has inferior inadequate products and support. do not purchase anything from this company.
