If I could give the zero stars I would. I have just moved and we needed to buy a washer and dryer. We thought going through Samsung was the best option. We even signed up for Samsung financing. However, the wrong address was on the account. Could i just call and fix it? NO. I have spent the last three weeks calling Samsung, Samsung Ecommerce, and XPO shipping to try and get this fixed. First they sad I need to call TD Bank and change my address and that would fix everything. IT DID NOT! Then I had to call Ecommerce again, and Samsung Appliances, and stayed on hold for endless hours to get NOWHERE! The order has moved all the way to shipped, and it is set to arrive at the wrong address. And can you easily cancel your item when their is an issue. NO! You have to call and be transferred and be put on hold for over an hour. And when you ask to speak to a supervisor in any department, the phone line magically goes dead, and then you have to start the whole process over. I am so feed up with waiting my breaks and lunches from working being on hold because they close at 5 and are not available on the weekends. I called the shipping company too, because Samsung said they could help, and the representative that I spoke was very kind and said she could not do anything either. IN FACT, she reached out to Samsung and tried to help and Samsung replied that nothing could be done and don't even bother replying to the customer. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!?!?! Samsung really need to rethink how they do things. They DO NOT provide quality customer care and this is the WORST experience I have every had purchasing anything! I will not be ordering from Samsung ever again. After I finally, maybe cancel my order I will never be calling them again and will be taking business elsewhere!

I ordered a fridge. I forgot to transfer the funds from savings to checking for them. Samsung called said insufficient funds, so I did the transfer and called them back. Told them to take the funds. In the mean time I had moved, which is why I bought the fridge and I changed my mailing address with the bank. Well this caused my billing info for my samsung order to not line up since I purchased the fridge while still at my old address. They told me I have to repurchase the fridge online. It had a promotion and I used a discount, I can not do what they requested. I told them to try my new address since that is what my bank has. They said they could not change my billing address on my order and they were going to repossess the fridge. They are going to take it even though the funds are there, because they can't change the billing. I have called my bank and switched back to my old address just for this transaction. I am trying to get a hold of someone from customer service, but the call back is 4 hours and I am on hold as well. They can not charge my card, so they can not help me. I can not speak to someone with the authority to run my card so that this situation is handled. I can not get help. Samsung sucks. I bought a lot of their products, but this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth I will never buy Samsung again. If they are too stupid to take my money, they can shove the fridge up their butts. I will keep my money and buy from a different company. Meanwhile, they can pay to have the fridge picked up and moved. Sucks to be a company that can't run a card with the right billing address.

Very deceiving process. We received an email to upgrade our phones and their process nor their Sales support lead you down a path that causes you to pay for 2 phones. Customer service is courteous and tell you in a very nice way that they can't help you. Told us they would credit $70 to our account and then said, oops we can't process that our system won't allow it. Samsung has just lost our business not only for a phone but all of our household appliances. We do not want to do business with a company that does what they can to sell a phone without caring about what the consumer pays or has to go through.

I wish I could rate this at 0. Brand new dishwasher with all the bells and whistles began leaking immediately. Our wood flooring needs repair. The repair Samsung ordered fixed nothing! In fact, the new unit now no longer works at all. Custorkmer service is useless and it is difficult to mail down any answer toward resolution. We completely regret purchasing from Samsung and realize now that the customer service promise that they post on their corporate website is a blatant lie.

I have spent countless hours regarding a defective ice maker in my refrigerator. The customer service team has been the most unprofessional and helpful group I have ever dealt with. To be on hold for 1-2 hours at a time and then to be shuffled around once getting into the Q. I was told one time that it was too late for them to help me as they wanted to go home, another time I was hung up on after asking to speak to a supervisor. Samsung you should be ashamed of yourselves and you have lost a customer for life. Someone who has purchased multiple devices from you will no longer be a purchaser of the future. So disappointed!

I recently upgraded to the S20 FE and traded in my S10+ Hoping to get a better battery usage but only to find out that its no different than the S10+ that I traded in. Battery does not last a whole day. I always charge it overnight to start off the day with a 100% charge but it doesn't even last 4 hrs. Even without using the phone and just letting it lay on my night table it will use 15%. I was also told that the S20 FE would have a slightly bigger and more efficient battery but I don't see that. I am very disappointed with this model and wouldn't have traded my S10+ for it. The only good thing is the 5G capability. There are features in my S10+ that was removed, like assigning a notification sound for text messages from different contacts, smart lock doesn't lock for trusted places do not work all the time. All in all this phone is no better than the S10+.

Service: 4312214896 Ridiculous service system The service support you have is pathetic, your service executive themselves don't know the rules. First executive says we don't work on Sundays, another one says we don't work over weekends, Third one say we work on all days of the week. More over the technicians assigned for installation do not bother to pick up the call, no gesture to be supportive and responsive. I made a mistake of buying Samsung product which I would never do again. Just so you know you can cheat one person only one time. If this is how you want to do the business, you will soon be out of race for sure.

I am just wondering if I could score this even lower than a 1. I purchased a dishwasher at a local Home Depot store and regret the purchase. I had to call for service on my unit in excess of 5 times and have not had successful repairs completed. Each time I reach out to the Samsung number I got nothing but bad information. My biggest regret is that I didn't check the quality of Samsung appliances before I made this purchase. after reaching out to Samsung yet again and scheduling an appointment for service, I got a call from Samsung saying that Samsung would provide an accommodation. They told me they would replace buy dishwasher, but of course this model is no longer available and the various stores as well as the Samsung website only showed dishwashers that were a minimum of $200 more and since I am not willing to pay the additional money, I was then presented refund as long as I could provide a receipt for the purchase along with various other documents. I was then offered an option to get a full refund. When all the documentation was provided on multiple occasions the story changed with reference to the full refund and now it would be a pro-rated refund. The documents they requested were submitted on multiple occasions and were sent by texts and pictures as well as emails with attachments. Each and every time the documents were submitted I was told that they had been received. My documentation was submitted starting in very early September and here we are in the third week of October and I am still getting requests from Samsung to provide paperwork. I was even told by a representative in their call center, overseas of course, that he personally would reach out to case management who would respond to me within 48 hours. He told me that he would personally follow up with me in a few days to confirm that they had contacted me. Once again, none of these promises occurred. It appears that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I received yet another text message in the third week of October asking me to yet again submit paperwork. I called and was told by the call center that she would reach out to case management and would not release the call until this matter was resolved. Yet again, this did not happen although I was transferred to case management has a cold call instead of a warm transfer. The person I talked to repeatedly put me on hold while he was looking into this for me. Ultimately he told me I needed to submit a copy an acceptance letter as well as the label that was in the dishwasher. Not only did I need to submit a copy of the label I had to prove that the label had been removed to confirm that this dishwasher was no longer under warranty. Since I had already provided this, I could not provide evidence that the label had been removed because I dispose of that label after I removed it. I had to repeat the same thing over and over again partially due to the language barrier. Anyway ultimately, I submitted the paperwork they were requesting and received an email indicating that everything had been submitted and I was told that I should receive a check within 7 to 14 business days. Let's just say that I am not going to hold my breath because of all of the lies and or Miss representations provided to me by Samsung. perhaps they should stick to making cell phones and forget about making appliances because very few good reviews come up about the major appliances that they sell. The above is a short version of what I really would have to say about this horrendous experience. Buyer beware, if you are thinking about purchasing a major appliance from Samsung please know what you may be in for. As I said before, dealing with their customer service department can be a part time job and if you need to reach out to them be prepared for many transfers and constant inconsistency.

I bought a $600 samsung watch, still under warrenty the thing would heat up and shut down. Went in for repairs, when I got it back it did the same thing, heat up and shut down. I took pictures with timestamps and date. Samsung now says case is closed because there is nothing wrong with the watch. I have proof, but they ignore it. Switching to iPhone. Had to many problems with samsung phones, tablets, and tvs. Their technician says ", then test with the outgoing quality control software and show all pass" ... really? Does it look like nothing is wrong? Maybe something is wrong with the technician??? Its obvious! Samsung has horrible reviews. Cost me lots of money. On phone for over an hour then get disconnected. Once I went to Walmart and back while I was on hold, when I got home they disconnected the line so me holding onto the phone was a waste of time.

NEVER BUY SAMSUNG! We bought a Samsung washer and dryer a year ago 4th of July sale. It was advertised that Samsung would provide an additional rebate on top of the sale we took advantage of. SAMSUNG REFUSED TO HONOR THE REBATE. We also bought pedestals for the washer and dryer. We have a tiled floor that is level. The installers were UNABLE TO PROPERLY set the adjustable feet ON A LEVEL FLOOR because of the design. I had to shim the washer myself so the washer didn't have a wicked rattle while trying to spin dry. The dryer began to TUMBLE WITH POWER OFF a couple of months before the one year mark, but unplugging it fixed it just long enough to bring us to August, or 13 MONTHS OLD. A technician came out where he said he needed to order a control board. ONE AND A HALF MONTHS LATER WHEN I FINALLY CALLED THEM BACK BECAUSE WE HAD BEEN IGNORED, I WAS LIED TO AND TOLD THAT THEY HAD JUST CHECKED THE DAY BEFORE. They said that the part wasn't there yesterday, but was today. They sent the technician out immediately to pick up the part and come to complete the repair. After an hour of playing with the dryer, I asked what the issue was. He said that the wrong part was ordered, but that there was no correct part to be ordered. I called Samsung and classified that there was NO REPLACEMENTS PARTS AND NO SUBSTITUTE PARTS FOR A $1500 MACHINE THEY MANUFACTURED 1 YEAR AGO! I was assured that a ticket would be expedited, I would hear in 3-5 days, and that I would receive either a check for a refund or a replacement machine. ANOTHER LIE! ONE AND A HALF WEEKS LATER, SAMSUNG SUPPORT CALLED ME ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON, BUT HUNG UP WHEN I ANSWERED. I called back immediately, but couldn't get through because of normal business hours. They called again Monday morning and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN WHEN I ANSWERED. I called back immediately, again. I was finally able to speak to a representative where she informed me that they had already contacted me to tell me that THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I RESTATED, "THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO ACTION THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO TAKE ON A TOP-END MACHINE THAT WAS MANUFACTURED 1 YEAR EARLIER?! NO REPLACEMENT PARTS? NO SUBSTITUTE PARTS? NO ATTEMPT TO REPLACE, REMEDY, OR COMPENSATE AT ALL?!" NONE! Samsung deserves zero business. EQUIPMENT BEING ON END OF SUPPORT 1 YEAR AFTER BEING MANUFACTURED SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! It is unethical for a business to operate under those principles. PLEASE NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG! Tell this to everyone you know. I have literally paid for several service visits, tried to find underground parts, and still HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE SOMEONE REMOVED THIS LESS THAN WORTHLESS PIECE OF GARBAGE FROM MY HOUSE SO I CAN DRY CLOTHES! $1500 FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET IS A SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER USE OF MONEY THAN BUYING SAMSUNG PRODUCTS! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE SAMSUNG AGAIN. I hope you won't either.

We bought a Samsung dishwasher in February 2020, the same part has broken and been repaired 3 times since September 2020. I demanded a refund from Samsung and I have spent over 8 hours of my time on the phone with Samsung customer service over this dishwasher. First they question the validity of my receipt from where I purchased it at Lowes. Second they wanted to send a technician out for a 3rd time to give his opinion and I'd have to wait 2 weeks for the technician to come out. I told Samsung that waiting 2 more weeks for a technician to come out for a 3rd time to look at my dishwasher was unacceptable. They then proceeded to tell me I could have a refund, but it would take a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks to get my refund. Do no buy Samsung home appliances, they are not built to last, customer service is absolutely horrible, and it takes weeks to get a technician to come look/fix your broken appliance. I will never buy a samsung home appliance again.

We bought a flex washer that completely died and we do not know why. Called Samsung customer service to see if they could help and after two months of back and forth with them, they told us sorry for your luck. The washer was $1,300 and it's two and half years old.

I have a 2014 '55 smart led tv and they are taking away the apps i used to watch, like HBO Go and they say that my tv it doesn't allow HBO anymore, so my TV is useless, i only have a few apps that still there like Netflix, Amazon and YouTube, probably not for long. That is not right, forcing the customer to get the newest TV, I bought that TV in 2014 and 6 years later after i had to fix it once a year after I bought it, is useless and they even say it, unless i buy a fire stick or some streaming product that provides the apps, I can't see them in the TV, that was the whole thing of buying a smart tv, so I don't have to buy those products. I currently pay for accounts in Netflix, Disney+, Apple video+, HBO, Amazon prime, and i can only watch Netflix and every single time i open Amazon Prime app, i have to login in my phone to authorize the app in the TV, so ennoying. I have a Qled that I bought last year that i will probably have the same situation in a few years, 2 extremely expensive useless TV. I'm hopping that this doesn't happen with the Qled, but I know us coming.

Do not purchase the fold,,,, one day there was a black spot on the inside it proceeded to get bigger. Sent to Samsung and they stated 150 warranty does not cover closing the phone damage. Seems to me there is a flaw in the design then. They can keep it,

Hello. I have been using Samsung phone for ages. Don't even remember when I started. May in 1999 or something. I have many Galaxy's S series...enjoyed them and had good experience. But yesterday and today I have horrible service from Samsung. I am here in Guwahati, Assam, India since November and I couldn't go back to my home in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. I bought a M10 for my use in last November or December. On Thusday, the phone fell down while charging and I broke the display screen. So, I went to Samsung customer service center in Guwahati and gave phone for repair. They said they could call when the phone is ready for pickup. So, yesterday they called at 6PM saying that the phone is ready and needs to be picked up before 7.30pm. In the hurry, I left the paper slip. While I reached there, they told me that they can't give the phone without the slip. I told I can whatsup them or bring them next morning I can give photo Id and other price. I can give the registered phone number. But NO, they won't help. Finally I had to walk home as I didn't have a phone with me to call a cab. Then today, I went morning to pick up the phone and had to wait for 1 hr to pick the phone. There is no token system. People who came late, got their phone before me or sometime people who knows the customer service person just walked to the counter and took his phone. No queue for them. How could this happen at a Samsung's counter? Anyway, I picked up my phone and person suggested that I should get a shield and screen protector, so I went to the front office and bought the screen shield and a case. After that I went to check some painting work before going home. When I was about to go home. I opened my bag to grab my phone, but I saw a small crack on the phone. I had no idea what happened. I had the bag with me and it was just 30 mts since I got the shield. I wasn't fallen nor anything happened to the bag. I had no clue, so I immediately went back to Samsung and told that something was wrong and I showed the crack. The customer service refused to believe me and said the phone must have fallen. Never ever someone ever accused me of lying. I always fight for justice or right. I don't have to fight for Rs450 rupees. But I did, cause that ignorant person at your counter didn't believe me. I am very very upset with Samsung. Is this the way you treat your long term customers? Thank you, Milin Dutta +1763 458 8661 +91 70022 68334

Refund Process is poor. The worst I’ve experienced ever. Samsung does not care about the customer. Delivery is awful. Never delivered when they said they would. Delivery driver was incredibly rude. Returns are the worst ever. I purchased a tv that came damaged and they recommended repairing it. It’s a NEW tv 5 minutes out of the box IT SHOULD NOT NEED REPAIR. So I returned it. 5 weeks later they still have not refunded the $1700 I spent for the TV.

The terrible customer service reviews are real. This has been THE worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My 65” q-70 tv stopped working. YouTubed troubleshooting steps, nothing worked. Bought it from Best Buy, still under factory warranty, so contacted Samsung. At first, things were smooth getting a ticket number set up. Sent them the online order receipt. No response. Asked for confirmation, no response. 3 weeks later, nothing. My wife made some calls and apparently the open ticket order ‘got missed’... several calls later of trying to get a technician out to either repair or replace tv, they then say the receipt we sent is incomplete bc it doesn’t include method of payment. We bought this tv from Best Buy, not Samsung directly... so why does that matter? They call me back and mention the receipt missing info... I mention how this has been ongoing for a month, and all of sudden, that ‘issue’ with the receipt is magically now nothing to worry about, and they send us a link that essentially makes it feel like we’re running in circles with them... Why all the bs? And to top all of this, it’s near impossible to reach them... jumping through hoops to talk to someone who knows what they’re talking about. If you miss a call, don’t expect to hear back for days. When you call back, you’re just setting up another time for someone else to call you back. I understand they deal with a high amount of service call traffic, but there’s still no excuse. Month later and our tv still doesn’t work.... still waiting on a replacement tv or part. Been a headache dealing with all their back and forth Overall, great products when they work, but terrible customer service when they don’t. To be fair
