I bought a Samsung smart tv which is 1,20,000 worth.Used it for two years and after that the power indicator started blinking and the tv didn't turn on.We let the company know about our issue.The service man came twice and wasn't able to identify the problem and simply changed the motherboard for 8000 Rs.But the problem still remained the same and we let them know about this and we got no support from the company side.My money went a waste on a worthless t.v which couldn't last 2 years.

1 STAR IS STILL TOO MUCH FOR SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR!!!!! I bought a refrigerator from BestBuy on the 4th of July 2019 but it stopped cooling on the first day of May 2020. I couldn’t believe it because it was only a 10 MONTHS OLD refrigerator! I begged them to replace it but they didn't accept and during Atlanta's crazy Covid19 summertime with 3 kids at home; I hade to wait more than 2 months to get it fixed without a refrigerator. Getting the technician was not easy.. you have to fight first!! I made millions of calls to get technical service. When they checked, they said the compressor was broken and I had to wait again to get that part. After 2 months, when the compressor arrived, they realized that the problem is not about the compressor, it was about gas. The refrigerator's gas finished in 10 months!! My mom used the same refrigerator for 20 years and nothing bad happened but our fancy Samsung refrigerator stopped working at all in 10 months. when they fixed, I asked them how they can be sure that it won't have the same problem later. They promised that nothing bad will happen never ever again. anyway.. 2 days ago, it stopped cooling again. it is unbelievable! they of course don’t want to replace it. God knows how long it will take to get fixed. I PAID $1890 FOR GARBAGE. I DON'T WANT REPLACEMENT ANYMORE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased Tab A 8.0 (2019) tablet. For some reason Samgsung device's will no longer allow you to move apps to your SD card. This makes adding a SD card worthless, everything is stored in the internal memory. This includes any data for that app. To move files you have to do this manually taking up time. This is a poor decision on Samsungs part and have yet to come up with a update to ratify this problem. Be aware of this before purchasing.

The worst after sales service by Samsung, especially if it is in the Warrant period. It's more two months since my Samsung washing machine top load, motor gave way in the month of July 2020. The call center refuses to let us talk to anyone only giving a standard reply we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The email to their service head has not been of any help. The replacement had come after about a month in the month of August 2020, and the call center from the 21st to the 27th of Aug kept assuring us the engineer would come by 6 pm to attend to the machine but from the 28 of August 2020 they changed their tune to say that the part is still under transit - it is in transit for two months! So it becomes very obvious that the part came but was sold off !! That's the way Samsung treats customers. The people who can do something in the company turn a blind eye - it seems as if they are also being profited. They fail to realize that after a few years the company will not do as well because of the way customers are being treated.!!!

The worst customer service you could ever expect. I bought a $700 robot vacuum and it continuously malfunctioned. We sent it back at our expense four times to Samsung in a year. They said it ran out of warranty maybe a month or two and they wanted to offer us $200 towards the purchase of a new product of theirs. I own plenty of Samsung products I will never own another. Purely horrible customer service

I purchased a washer & dryer set on samsung.com The washer arrived with a chip in the door & they sent a technician out 13 days later to replace the door. The dryer was defective or installed improperly by their delivery reps & making extremely loud noises. I called in to get a new one sent out. They said they couldn't send a new one out & the same tech would look at it & fix it if possible. The tech refused to look at it because he said he only had a work order for the washer. After calling in a 3rd time I was told another tech would be sent out. So basically I'd have to wait up to 2 weeks more. Its a shame that I paid good money & have to wait approximately 45 days after placing my order to POSSIBLY have a functional dryer. Tried getting a refund & was given the run around. Im on the phone for the 5th time (been waiting over 53 minutes to speak to an agent). I also ordered a microwave, refrigerator, oven, & dishwasher on August 24th & it was supposed to be delivered today on September 16th. No phone call or delivery yet. Tracking shows as left warehouse but hasn't yet reached xpo delivery hub. So I wonder how many more days I have to wait on that. I own 5 samsung tvs, a vacuum, 4 samsung phones in my home, and tried to buy exclusively samsung products prior to this. Samsung.com service is terrible, delivery is bad. Not happy at all. I will no longer purchase samsung products regardless of the SUPPOSED quality or any sales/promos. Never owned an iPhone but will be buying one next. I used to be a devoted samsung consumer- no more!

I was on the phone with technical support about my Note 8 issue that I had after update, and lady couldn't help. Well she tried to tell me that i need to press two buttons and stuff...before i called i've tried everything and it didn't worked. She said that i need to send my phone for repair and she asked my credit card information and I refused to give it to her and she put me on hold and then hung up on me after 1hour on the phone with them. Also she had my call back # just in case.... SHE DIDN'T CALL BACK RUDE!!!!! ITS TIME TO SWICH TO APPLE

Samsung shop: FALSE ADVERTISING for note 20 ultra 5G. We select EMI option but these liers charged full amount and when we contacted their support they didn't helped at all and refused with all the facts and blame us that we must have not choose EMI option and now we can not convert into EMI and even denied to provide return and refund. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG SHOP YOU'LL REGRET.

I purchase one mobile under Samsung Employee Purchase program. Damaged product has been delivered. I tried and escalate issue to support, manager and even CEO. But no one responded with solution. They are just giving one excuse that you haven't inform us within 24 hours of delivery so you bare the loss. In this pandemic, as per GOV instruction, we shall not tough delivered item for 1,2 days then how can inform them in 24 hours of delivery ?

BUYER BE AWARE! TRADE-IN PROM IS A SCAM!!! I normally don’t write reviews but thought this review is necessary. I wish I had read the reviews about Samsung company prior to purchasing the Galaxy Note 10+, order #: US167658490 from Samsung. TRADE-IN PROMO IS A SCAM. They waited until they claimed my eligibility to return the Samsung phone had expired before i received an email stating the phone that was traded in DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS! I was not out of the 30 day to return the product so they had to reset the screen to allow me to make the return; also the phone carrier successfully transferred the data from the Iphone to the Galaxy Note 10+ And provided step by step instruction for factory reset. I currently own 3 Samsung TVs (32”-65” smart tv) and was looking at the 75” QLED. HOWEVER, after reading all the complaints for Samsung company I will never purchase another Samsung product. Once I receive refund for the Galaxy Note 10+ I will purchase the IPhone 11 and the LG OLED 75” TV.

I owned a Samsung TV and refrigerator. Bought Microwave 4 yrs ago from Home Depot and Today door can’t be closed. cheap quality and bad service, Their Mobil web site is slow and not interactive. Don’t buy sam sung products any more. Their products and service went down badly.

I have ordered samsung galaxy m31 128gb on aug 5th. . In 2 weeks it stopped working completely when I took to showroom they are saying display has gone and they will deduct display amount and give a refund coupon so that I can buy again. . But y should I pay for product which automatically stopped within 2 weeks. .

I would have given 0 stars had I the option. Purchased Samsung activewash Steam SuperSpeed AquaJet washer and MultiSteam VentSensor dryer four years ago for a home I only live in 5 months a year. Nice looking but useless. Washing tub is large but if more than a set of sheets is put in it takes hours to wash as it becomes “unbalanced” and clothes need to be manually dispersed and time on the machine is added. This happens several times per load. The dryer takes forever to dry and the clothes come out a tangled mess. It takes multiple runs to dry one small load. The dryer was just serviced for the fourth time in four years (remember I only live here 5 months per year) for $400. Samsung has agreed to reimburse me for this last repair but I have yet to receive it. I finally purchased an additional washer and dryer as a back up. I purchased the bottom of the line most basic set and they put the Samsungs to shame. Will never by Samsung again. When I purchased my new set from the same appliance store (only 1 on island I live on) they informed me that they stopped selling the Samsung as there were so many problems and complaints.

Worst Customer service. Spend hours being tossed around to the wrong departments. Then one rep said I would get a promotional refund and then the other refused and just quoted policy. And then had the nerve to want to give me a $50 gift card for an additional purchase. Are you kidding me!

do not buy this product after buying a refrigerator it broke in a year. They came to fix this product and after two weeks it stopped working again. They refused a full refund and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced they are thieves

I am hoping you can help me resolve issues I am experiencing with Samsung. In December of 2019 we bought a new refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave, all Samsung products, from Home Depot, Oxford, Ma. At that time Home Depot indicated once we accepted delivery of these items they were no longer responsible and any issues we experienced would be handled with Samsung. When the refrigerator was delivered there was a minor scratch on the right door...not a big deal but we felt we would like the scratch either fixed or have the door replaced. The customer representative offered to replace the refrigerator, but we felt we did not need them to do that we only needed the scratch repaired or a new door. After numerous calls to their Customer Service Department, beginning in January, 2020 the comment was that they did not have any service technicians in our area (Charlton,Ma) but they would try to locate a technician who would be willing to come to our home with a new door. I was told we would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours. To date we have not had any contact with Samsung or their service representative . Today I called customer service because our new electric stove is beginning to peel around the oven handle. Again I was told that they do not have any service technicians in this area but they would attempt to locate someone. At this time I inquired about the new door for my refrigerator and was told that they turned the issue over to Home Depot . I do not understand why they would turn it over to Home Depot as Home Depot clearly stated to us at the time of purchase that they would not be responsible for any issues with this product. To add insult to injury...I was informed by the Samsung service representative that if they did locate someone to repair The oven door it would not be covered under my warranty because my complaint was basically cosmetic. I have been in communication with a Samsung service representative, by Instagram, who I must admit seems sincere in helping, but he has not been able to give me any direction on getting this issue resolved, except to tell me I need to deal with Home Depot. My warranty is with Samsung, not Home Depot. I called Home Depot . I was told that Samsung never contacted Home Depot nor does Home Depot service appliances. She personally called the Samsung warranty department at 1-800-726-7864 and spoke to a Mia and a gentleman named Franklin. They refused to do authorize a service rep to come to my home, or to repair the oven door. I have copies of the conversation my Home Depot rep took.has notes documenting her phone Conversation

Samsung has the absolute worst customer service. I really think that their representatives are given a transcript to memorize. Every time I have called them their response is word for word the same. I am having a issue with my new (7 months old) stove peeling around the oven door.i was told that they do not have a service technician in this area ( Charlton,Ma) that the peeling was considered cosmetic and that was not covered under my warranty. This was after my calling them for a solid week, daily. I am seriously considering reporting them to the BBB and the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office. I asked why they would sell their product in an area they do not and would not service. Dead silence .

Your refrigerator is a piece of junk. 6 years and it's not cooling. My sister purchased a Kenmore almost 20 years ago and it's working perfectly still working. I was always skeptical of your products now I'm convinced. All these negative reviews you really should do better in the future.
