I would not recommend anyone buying a Samsung Smart TV. The apps for streaming shows do not work half of the time for no apparent reason, the sound will randomly cut out, and it will sometimes lose connection to the internet out of the blue for no reason. It is completely unreliable and cannot do the one thing that it is designed to do: play TV shows or movies.

Samsung customer service is horrible. It is a disgrace. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE i ever come across. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Samsung el made the worst phone ever,,from stupid hidden alarms that go off randomly and CANNOT be shut off,, to worthless charging port and let's not forget how unbelievable unreliable this post is,,, if samsung did not make thisure phone as a joke,, then they have become a joke.. I should have went with the iphone

I purchased refrigerator on may 2016 & defective since Oct 2019. Acccordingly refrigerator sent to service centre, Jammu twice within warranty period but they have returned the same without repaired and intimated that "Internal condensor leakage unit non repairable and advised to purchase new refrigerator or repaired from local market. If local market repaired this item but your service centre not repaired, how possible, please solve our problem. my order number 4309532319 and 4309953579

I started the process of repair/ replace of samsung wireless earbuds 6 weeks ago. I still do not have my replacement. Customer care has cancelled my replacement twice. I on hold purgatory. Do not buy samsung!

The customer service is horrible. There is no communication between them and the customer. After a month I finally got my tablet-not repaired. Sent it back in, took a week to realize they could not repair. I called in, transferred 5 times, on hold over an hour. This guy gives me another ticket number and said it would take 7 to 10 business days to get approval and send to me. By then it will be 2 months. Even emailed the CEO the first time and she did assist but has not replied to the 2nd or third emails. Based on othe complaints, it doesn't seem to matter what Samsung product you've purchased, you still have problems with service and repairs. Now I'm worried about my phone!

The following is the text of an email set to the director of customer satisfaction. Dear Sir, Please let me introduce myself. My name is Susan Kandler. My husband, Jim, and I have been long time loyal Samsung customers. We own Samsung tvs, cell phones, gears, entertainment systems, etc. But, we have a PROBLEM. As you know, customer sevice, be it in industry or otherwise is paramount. I am a retired RN, so I know the importance of helping people, getting to the root of an issue, listening, respect, compassion and problem solving. This is our problem. As we have not received a satisfactory solution, I am humbly appealing to you. I realize you are probably a very busy man, but as a businessman, also believe you would want to know the following: We owned a Samsung HT-J5500W/ZA home entertainment system. Our service ticket # is: 4153853591. Approximately April 10, 2020, our surround sound stopped working. Jim called Samsung and was told there had been an update and it "didn't work" for several products. We were told that Samsung engineers were working on the problem and there would be another update. In August, my husband went into the menu of the unit for the product. He thought an update had occurred, but the problem was not resolved and at this time the configuration menus became inaccessible. He contacted Samsung service and was told to send the unit in. He received an UPS label from Samsung. The unit was mailed via UPS on September 9, 2020. On September 10, the unit was "lost." Since then my husband has been calling Samsung service. Please check your log. On October 9th, Samsung offered us a $270 E-coupon if he signed the terms and conditions which he did. Today, October 22nd, he called Samsung service to find out what was holding up the E coupon as we wanted to purchase a Samsung HW-T650. He was told we were now going to get a $14 coupon. He argued that this was not acceptable. It was increased to $30 and told it would take 14 business days to receive. Throughout these many months, when he called, he was put on hold, the calls were dropped or lost, etc.. You and I know this is unacceptable service. There are many areas were failures occurred. So, I am appealing to you for assistance. Please keep in mind, that our unit was working well, until the updates. It all went downhill from there... Will await your reply. Sincerely, They offered an $30 ecoupon for another Samsung purchase. After all of this %^$#$^&*, I should have junked the product immediately.

Was not fully satisfied with my products, wanted a refund was refused, it's sad the you buy directly from the manufacturer and they don't trust there products. Yet you buy from a 3rd party like best buy, amazon, or any retailer and they allow things to be return. You would expected better service from gen source it sell yet they lack that. Iteam was the same price as store I though maybe buying from Samsung directly was going to have its benefits I guess it did not

Hey so I am going to file a complain with my local news this Samsung has been getting away with all this shady practices and trys nothing to help. I will be proving all this evidence idc if I don't get anything out it I am just upset they treat there costumers the wrong way . I seen alot of thread and place with people having issues with them and to be honest its not fair .

I am waiting for my order to get delivered after placing it 15 days ago , i still did not get the tracking number . customer service asks me to wait for 2 working days when ever i get back to them . All this after i spend $3500 on my 85 inch Samsung TV , This is no Small order for me . Am very disappointed on how Samsung has handled my order .

I purchased a SAMSUNG computer monitor that did not even last a year before the screen turned black in the middle. They would not even honor the warranty and replace or even fix the monitor and tried to tell me it was my fault the screen was this way. I barely used the computer monitor. I suggest you buy your computer products elsewhere!!! What a crooked company !!!! I will never purchase a samsung product again!!!

I purchased a set of 4 Samsung kitchen appliance in August. Shortly we found out that the food in the refrigerator freezes and the freezer’s ice maker stopped dispensing ice. Since it was 2 weeks since we bought it, I went to the Home Depot where we bought them to exchange it, but they stated that they will only return or exchange on the first three days and that we have to contact Samsung to repair it which it didn’t make me happy to hear that knowing that they don’t stand behind the products they sell. The manager said if Samsung attempts to fix it three times and the issue still not fixed then they will change it. So, I called Samsung and they started a ticket. Since then, it has been 2 months and several trips by the Samsung’s repairman, they were able to fix the ice maker, but the fridge still freezes the food and now when opening and closing the door the whole fridge makes a loud squeaking sound. On the last trip the repairman contacted Samsung and stated that they have changed all parts they could, and the issue is still there. Samsung viewed the temperature difference and frozen food through a video conference with the repair man. They stated that it is the way that fridge is designed and do not put food in the back of refrigerator. I could not believe what I heard, and the repairman stated that he has done what he could. He wrote the report and left. In disbelief, I called Samsung customer service. The person helping me could not even access the ticket number to see the history and kept on trying to schedule a repair. When I asked to speak to a manager, somehow, she found a way to view the repair history and stated that she is noting the issue and a manager from the refund and exchange will contact me on Monday. So far no one has contacted me. We have been a Samsung family so far from our phones to TV, appliance etc. but starting to look into other manufacturers as the product quality and service is not there anymore. I hope they resolve this issue soon as possible as I cannot use my brand-new refrigerator. I try not to put food in it, because I have to through them away after a day.

Worst customer support system ever. I was passed from department to department because the first /four departments I was told to call had no information about why my confirmed order hadn't shipped after 3 weeks. 5 calls and 2 hours later, I was told only that the part /was available, but the rep didn't know why it hadn't shipped. I was given yet to call yet another phone number to call to get my order unwedged but I'm on hold and there's no hint that I'm even on hold now. The best thing I can say about this entire transaction is that my credit card hasn't been charged yet--God spared me from the nightmare that would surely be unleashed had I tried to request a refund. Samsung Customer Support sucks, in a word!

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher $800 and 2 months later in January, left leg breaks. Samsung refused to repair, the parts are all plastic and cheap. Now we are in October and right leg breaks. They are refusing to replace or repair. They are getting too cheap on material and parts. No more samsung for me!!!

Qn55q7fam only last less than 2 years. $3500.00 at bestbuy now has line through center of screen. Samsung support said to bad for you, no warranty or help with repairs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! We ordered a brand new Samsung oven from bestbuy. Florida City has came to inspect and the oven was malfunctioning releasing high levels of carbon monoxide. We’ve been trying to get the oven replaced for over a month. Samsung doesn’t reply to emails at all. Haven’t received a reply since the 16th ! They keep saying the problem is getting escalated to corporate but no one ever calls back. Carbon monoxide is a silent killer Samsung has all our info including that we have a one week old baby. If expressed that their product has one out our lives in danger and 2 how difficult it is to live without an oven. They clearly don’t care

I just traded in a perfect Samsung S9 no Cracks no scratches with original box and bubble wrapped for safe delivery, for a S20 fe, they were supposed to give me $300 credit for my trade in, they contact me and tell me its cracked showed me 5 pictures not 1 crack on it. So now I'm waiting for a new excuse. They are supposed to take another look at it and contact me again. They will try anything not to credit you, just another scam, to take your money. I didnt need another phone only purchased because of the $300 credit that I am probably not getting.

Bought a brand new Samsung Tv Q series and the screen went out in less than two months. Instead of Samsung doing the right thing which would be replace the TV, they have a 3rd party tech company come out to try and fix it. Now, that wouldn't be a huge deal if it didn't take a week and half for them to order the part and come out to fix it. Then, the part they ordered didn't work and it turned out to be the full panel that need to be replaced, which is basically the entire TV . Now i have to wait another week or 2 before they can get the part and come out to "TRY" and fix it again. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I spent close 2k in this crappy TV and it didnt even last 2 months. After calling and trying to be escalated to someone who could actually make things right and authorize a new TV, i was placed on hold, transferred 3 times and ultimately, told someone would call me back, which never happened. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product or refer them to anyone else. In fact, I will make it a point to steer people away from aggravation and incompetence.

We purchased a dishwasher which has never dried properly since we bought it. We have had over 5 visits from different representatives. One said there was an intermittent fault and tried to order a part which Samsung stopped. Samsung rep came and did not talk to me and refused to give me a ticket unless i signed it saying all was ok. After contacting Samsung their response was I was SOL because there was no problem and they would not be talking to me about the problem anymore!!! All the people did was run diagnostics and when they did the inside of the washer was dripping wet but we did get an OC error code and told to turn water off and the circuit breaker. It sits in our kitchen not working still and I have no recourse. Seriously disappointed and to be honest after being effectively told I'm a liar do not feel I will buy any Samsung product again along with anyone I can tell. Do others have these problems?
