Their customer service is TERRIBLE. We bought a new refrigerator from them and the ice maker didn’t work. I spent three days and more than five hours on the phone with them and their service repair partners. I was hung up on several times and no one wanted to come out to repair it. Terrible service.

I wish I could put negative stars on this. Very long story short I bought an active 2 watch, 1 month later it messages me to reboot and won’t do anything else. I send the phone to Samsung and they told me the watch has water damage and that we should not swim in the watch. I reminded them pools have been shutdown for months as THE U.S is currently shutdown. They then pretty Much said life is tough. Had I read the Samsung reviews before this I would not dealt with Samsung at all. On top of that the repair cost was as much as a new watch. APPARENTLY SAMSUNG IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE AND I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN!!!!!!!!!👿👿👿👿👿😤😤😤😤😤🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. F#CK SAMSUNG!!!! IM DONE!!!

AT & T my provider connected me to Samsung back in April I believe, due to the charger on my Note 9 catching a fire; yes! It burnt my carpet in my living room and everything and destroyed a silver necklace that was on my dresser; sparks flying and everything! Today as of July 8th, they still have NOT mailed my charger and I was promised the charger within 5-7 days. A little over 2 weeks ago, I called yet again and spk to a woman who promised it would be mailed out...and it still has arrived. Today, two calls to them and still waiting....this is NOT acceptable on any level. This has to be one of the worse customer service experiences that I have ever experienced. My phone is over $900 and I can't get a freakin charger because I was given a faulty one that could have burned my apartment down??? I've been a die hard fan of Samsung, but after this, Heck no! I am going to the IPhone.

Had a issue with trying to add a Bluetooth headphone to my smart TV. Called support on 3 occasions and was put on return call list, never received a call back. Finally I tried the on line support after being on line for 4 1/2 hours with 4 different persons issue was not resolved . TV has a multi speaker function that needs to be turned on. Manual has it, Samsung reps say TV has it, but no one knows how to do it.

Never buy sumsung tv no matter how well customer service in any shop convince you. Not Smart as they say and waste of money. When I purchased my tv with evolutional kit thought it was the best, but four and half years later, all smart apps not working, wireless and even video or camera not working. Was on phone 1 hour 26 mins with sumsung customer service, nothing worked (reset to factory settings, reloading) but still. After I was told someone will call me within 72hours and no one got in your house not even an email. Call again second time and nothing worked after spending 1 hour 26mins for line to go off and never had a call though they have my contact details. That how bad they treat their customers as well. Still angry because not BBC iPlayer and my camera work on “smart” TV. The tv only with wired and not wireless now, apps like bbciplayer, ITV hub, All 4 do not work or even show. Avoid sumsung tv.

I purchased a Samsung 70” Tv from Walmart a week ago and it was cracked when taking it out of the box. I drove to every Walmart with in 100 miles and they were sold out due to Samsung having a tv shortage. I still have the receipt to return it with in the 30 days but there isn’t a tv to replace it with. I contacted Samsung and spoke with Dayasagar K and he states Samsung it’s out of warranty and it is 1 week old! He said I would have to pay for the damages and that I can not send the tv back to them and they replace it even tho it is actually under warranty! I wasted $650. I am taking the tv back to Walmart and will do with out a tv before I ever own another Samsung product! Do not buy from this company they are thieves and scammers!

The refrigerator we bought as scratch and dent, had no warranty. No big deal we thought at the time. Sorry for us now having our 2nd repair in 10 months (same thing so it is covered by the repairman's warranty) but still mad as hell that this is happening again. And you can't use a regular appliance repairman, it has to be someone certified with Samsung which makes them more expensive to pay for the repair. This is despicable. And our refrigerator should last more than 5 years, what's wrong with these places that make things so cheap and they don't last. WRONG WRONG WRONG. I want an appliance that will last 10 years or better. It's almost unheard of these days to have something last that long. Sad. NEVER buying another Samsung anything. And Samsung customer service was NO HELP whatsoever.

A very bad delivery experience I have placed 2 orders on 23 June but still, there is not any delivery information. The date of delivery is getting changed daily. Support is very bad no one to help customers, on every query I am getting a response to wait for 24 - 48 hr. Very much disappointed with the delivery of the product.

samsung is absolutly the worst service i have ever seen they make u box and ship a tv then repair and comes back bad again then they want u to send back again and they do not pay the cost when its a new tv they r the worst ever their service is horrible .We r on the phone with them for hours and no satisfaction so i warn others to beware buy Lg or Vizio and best buy does not stand behind the tvs so go elsewhere as well where they will stand behind a brand new tv we have had 2 incidents with Samsung no more

We just had bought a refrigerator on the 25th of June. That day the drawer was broken and the water and ice didn't work. Same day we called to have it fixed and they gave us such a hard time. First the said that they couldn't do anything for cosmetic. We have a 12 year warranty. Then there was no one to fix the water and ice. Now finally they are going to replace it. They keep call for the paperwork from where we bought it. We sent it to them several times. Please never buy products from them. They will just give you grief. Samsung are a bunch of losers

I have a Samsung washer dryer and big screen Tv. All of which are only 4 yrs old. The Tv just died, I’ve had to repair my washer once and my dryer twice. My washer won’t get clothes clean. Tried everything my wife and I can think of. These Samsung items will be the last ones I ever purchase. I have a over $3000 dollars invested in junk

Bought 3 Samsung tv,s 49" 43" 43" . In last 3 weeks. First 2 were thru Staples n 3rd from Walmart. All 3 came thru Damaged in shipping. Just got 40" from Sam's. Hope it is not same.

https://www.samsung.com/in/ is very bad customer service site, no response on phone/chat , std reply, please feel feel happy to be rip off by them once you purchased any online item. other ecommerce websites are far better in service.

I will never in my entire life purchase another Samsung product, or be recommending their product to anyone. If I hear someone talking about Samsung inquiring about my experiences with them I will be more than willing to tell them the absolute truth. As I was growing into adulthood I heard that Samsung was the “Cadillac” of televisions, and let me tell ya, something has changed. In the last 5-6 years I’ve purchased 2 of their TVs UN46eh5300f and the UN65MU6300F and have both quit working out of nowhere. The first tv just quit turning on, and I purchased new power supply just to avoid the jokesters at Samsung support. Still doesn’t work. The second tv it randomly just started turning on and off out of nowhere when I was asleep( the remote was across the room), and then the next day I Turned it on to the picture being ghost like and horrible quality. Close to $3,000 in tvs and don’t even get 5 years of use. I don’t see they are still in business. Side note: I bought a Visio tv 10+years ago, it was like the first smart tv out, that thing hasn’t given me a single problem, and my child leaves it on for days at a time.

I have had a Samsung phone for almost a decade now and was always pleased with their products. However, in the past few months, I had multiple issues with the company. I tried to order a washer and dryer from the website and each time I tried to pay it cancelled my order. After trying 3 times I finally called customer service. The connection was so poor on their end that I couldn't understand the representative who didn't even help me out. Needless to say I looked elsewhere for a washer and dryer. I was however able to go through The Home Depot to purchase a gas range and microwave. This order was made on April 30th and scheduled to be delivered on July 2nd. Two days before the delivery I received a voicemail from Samsung stating that the range and microwave were on back order and could not be delivered until July 28th. This prompted a call to customer service who we could barely understand again because the call volume was so low. The representative told us it couldn't be delivered until August 4th now. So again we cancelled the order. I have always enjoyed Samsung products but now, they lost a lifetime customer.

Recently bought a 65" crystal UHD tv and the audio doesn't work with gaming consoles unless you boot up the system and tv together. Really weird audio issue. Spent 4HOURS on the phone and ended up being told they would send a technician. I've had this tv for 2 days... this is beyond stupid. The guy I spoke to kept repeating that I should unplug and replug the tv. I'm not stupid so don't tell me maybe I don't know what I'm doing. I also love that the man suggested it waa my consoles with the issue yey they work fine on my smaller Asus tv. Like what? Seriously, don't buy a tv from Samsung, they give zero flips.

Customer service non existent. Not down to personal but policies and senior staff hide behind bullet proof glass out of reach. Failings from the start but you cannot speak to anyone other than 1st tier who must be scared of thinking be it that it costs their job. Senior personnel should justify their position and be prepared to listen and engage with customers.

I have to leave at least one store just to be able to do the review but the Samsung dryer that I purchased two months ago he’s gone out twice now can’t get Sam song to take it back because their policy they informed me that they were going to take it back so I can purchase another dryer my wife is a nurse I have four kids and this will make the third week without a dryer when all I wanna do is get my money back for this dryer and get a new one if it’s only two months old it should not be an issue it takes him forever to return your calls they have some people that will tell you lies when they’re taking your call and they have good people there that work there that actually tell the truth I would not recommend a Samsung dryer Or anything Sam sans related
