I have to leave at least one store just to be able to do the review but the Samsung dryer that I purchased two months ago he’s gone out twice now can’t get Sam song to take it back because their policy they informed me that they were going to take it back so I can purchase another dryer my wife is a nurse I have four kids and this will make the third week without a dryer when all I wanna do is get my money back for this dryer and get a new one if it’s only two months old it should not be an issue it takes him forever to return your calls they have some people that will tell you lies when they’re taking your call and they have good people there that work there that actually tell the truth I would not recommend a Samsung dryer Or anything Sam sans related

My Samsung refrigerator , washer and dryer delivery was delayed and I called Samsung customer Service and I explained that I needed their help for almost close to $5000 ( refrigerator , washer and dryer) delivery order. But Customer service rep was horrible, said her name was Sandra. When I asked her to help me with my actual delivery date but she was keep repeating that 24-to 48 hours delay and she got quite rude. So I was not ready to speak with her anymore and asked her to transfer this call to either her manager/supervisor or someone else. But she declined my request and she is not willing to help my case any further. After I disconnect my call, I felt this is one of the worst customer service ever in my life. I will never order Samsung products here after.

I ordered a Samsung 65" TV on 6/23/20 from Samsung U.S. as no one locally had it in stock. Delivery was scheduled for 6/30 20. 1 week. Its shipped from Memphis which is a 6 hour drive from my home. They emailed said it was shipped. NOT SHIPPED 8 DAYS LATER. Called on 6/30/20 and after a 1/2 hour call I was assured the carrier would P/U immediately and contact me. You couldn't ship a TV in 8 Days!!!!!!!!!Worst delivery I have ever experienced. By the way we have 4 Samsung TV i really expected better

I bought an A20 2 months ago, and out of nowhere the motherboard goes bad. Not only did I loose everything from the last 2 months (I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old and take tons of pictures) but they have been a nightmare to deal with. First they send me 20 minutes from home to a repair store of theirs to be told the motherboard is bad and the phone is junk. Next they make me mail it in so they can look at it again. After a week with no phone, they tell me it will cost me $180 to fix a phone I bought BRAND NEW 2 months ago for $150. They said there was water damage and that's why the motherboard went bad. I took amazing care of that phone and I know for a fact that it was never exposed to water in any way. Just them getting out of their warranty. I've never had anything but problems with Samsung. $700 dollar tv lasted less then 2 years and the only other phone I've had in my life suddenly stop working was Samsung (that one amazingly made it a year). They will not stand behind their product AT ALL. They even make it super difficult to leave a review on their website. Companies with good products don't do that. I wish you luck if your planning on buying a Samsung, but be prepared for great disappointment and trouble.

Their customer service is located in the Phillipines. I have just wasted a lot of time speaking to a man who was hard to understand and just kept on reading warranty provisions. All I wanted was someone to talk to about my air conditioning unit. Finally I contacted the Melbourne service centre and Jason knew exactly what I talking about and knew his stuff. The lesson is to contact local centres.

Do not buy a dishwasher from them. Both myself and my sister have and now we are regretting it. After a year my sister’s started smelling like you would not believe. Enough to make you gag. After 2 years for me my dishes and silverware started getting a white film all over them. I tried changing soaps but to no avail. It looks like I never wash my dishes. We have both called customer service and forget it. They are useless...as soon as warranty runs out they want no part of you. They refused to help either one of us. Personally if anyone ever tells me they are buying a Samsung product I will slap their face.

I was a devoted Samsung customer for years and have never had any issues with them. This year I bought a brand new phone for my niece and send it abroad. I was assured by Customer service that it would be working well, but as appeared it was blocked and I had to spend extra money to get it unlocked. I claimed these costs back from customer support team, but they did not care, even if it was their fault that I was misinformed. Kirsty Caswell, a senior customer service manager, was not helpful at all. I wasted my time and money.

I’ve had 3 Samsung refrigerators. Every one broke. (Two were in rental apartments, and one, the first one, I I bought). The fridge I bought always had problems with the icemaker. I always had to pull the icemaker out dang it a few times to loosen the ice and then pour all of the ice out into a bag to let it start again. Also opening the freezer door the suction sometimes became so bad I would have to pull very hard to open the door. Needless to say the doorhandle ripped off the refrigerator. WTF?? I’m a60-year-old woman and hardly have the strength to break down the refrigerator. The second one when I was in a rental had the same problems except the door miraculously stayed put. But the place I am in right now the same thing as happened with the ice machine however now, I don’t have room to open up the door and pull the icemaker out so I am stuck with a refrigerator that doesn’t work because I can’t pull out the icemaker. DO NOT BUY THESE REFRIGERATORS!!! THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!! PLUS, they are incredibly difficult to keep clean. From now on: AMERICAN-MADE ONLY!!!! They are a Japanese company that does NOT give a d**mn about the American consumer.

Customer service rep was horrible, said her name was Orfevre. I called and there was a child/baby in the back ground and I could not understand anything the operator was saying. And then she got quite rude because I kept asking her to repeat herself. On top of the fact I have four Samsung products in my kitchen which ALL have failed within 6mths of each other. Each time I’m told I have to pay $100 plus for someone to diagnose the problem, and each time it will cost double what I paid for the appliance to repair it. Do NOT purchase a Samsung appliance.

When I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 in November I purchased Samsung Care too - it cost $249. From the website: Samsung Care+ is a device swap program that you can purchase for your new eligible Samsung device. With a two year subscription, you can swap your eligible device twice within the 2 year period. Just pay the swap fee ($129) for each swap request and we’ll swap it. As my phone broke I needed to use this service, but when they swapped it, they swapped it for a dud. They say the only thing I can do is take it into a service centre which means I will not have a phone for three days. That's three days I won't have access to my public transport passes, my banking, or contact with my family - I will also not be contactable by my employer (particularly relevant as we're not able to go into the office due to COVID19) or my daughter's daycare if she is ill or injured. I feel like they're making me jump through hoops in hopes they won't have to fix the problem. I'm particularly upset that I'm being penalised for their screw up. Realistically I'm going to have to put up with this problem because I cannot go without a phone for three days as annoying as the problems with the phone are. They win, but as a loyal Samsung user for nine years I will not be purchasing another one of their phones.

I called Samsung Service to repair my refrigerator on June 8, and left a message. Edwin called me back and I explained I needed service. He said he put the order in, and give him 24-to 48 hours and someone will contact me. Today is June 23rd, and I haven't heard from Anyone from Samsung. Your customer service is Aweful. The phone number I was given to call back was 512-514-2967, I left 3 messages and haven't heard from anyone. If they couldn't find anyone or didn't want to do the job, just call back and say so. I will not purchase another Sumsung Refrigerator again.

I would give 0 stars If I could . I bought a washer a dryer with an extended warranty on the dryer. After around 5 years ,the dryer stopped functioning. Over a thousand dollars and I only got 5 years out of it? Junk! Samsung has by far - the worst customer service ,worst policies and don't seem to honor their products- which is unfortunate because now I will never buy a Samsung appliance again and would caution anyone else who wanted to. They do not back their products up by recalling very common issues such as: a dryer that won't shut off unless the Door is open and also doesnt produce heat. So, now I have a dryer in my house that will likely hit the curb . I will go with a more reliable brand that stands behind their products on my next purchase . I ended up speaking to a supervisor who claimed he was the highest person that I could problem solve with. Which could not possibly be true. They just don't seem to care about their brand . They couldn't even find a technician in my area to help fix the issue. Really? Unbelievable ! I have nothing positive to say about this experience or about Samsung anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. Be very careful of the bait and switch on the trade in deals. They offered me 400 trade on my phone with a cracked screen, then after I paid 1000+ for the S20, they rejected my trade in BECAUSE IT HAD A CRACKED SCREEN. That was the whole deal to begin with. What a rip. I'm changing to Apple next time

I had recently purchased a Samsung television from Target and for about three months it worked fine. Then, for no apparent reason, the video stopped working. I could hear the audio, so I knew the TV still worked. I then preceded to call Samsung customer service. After speaking to them they let me know they would someone out to fix it the next day. Not even a minute later, they correct themselves. They tell me that I did not buy a big enough television for them to send someone out and instead I will have to mail it off. I speak with a manager and they tell me that is all they can do. I wait for the label to be emailed. This took about five days. Once I print that out, I head to the UPS store. As I am trying to mail it off, I find out that they are not paying for shipping materials. They force me paid another $20 for shipping supplies. Fast-forward a week and I get an email that informs me that the repairs will cost $155. Obviously, I called them and the television’s screen is broken which is not covered under warranty. I tell them that the television was in fine condition when I mailed it. UPS dropped and broke the TV! They say they will investigate it and eventually agree that UPS broke the television during delivery. They finally fix the television and sent it back to me. This process took longer then two months! Two months to fix a simple problem! This whole experience combined with the faulty products they sell has convinced me of what a terrible company Samsung truly is. I do not plan to purchase any more of their products in the future and I highly recommend no one else does either.

I would not recommend buying anything on Samsung.com. I love the product but the customer service is ridiculous. I ordered a washer and dryer and before it was delivered I called and cancelled the order and the rep said he would take care of it. Well he didn't and they tried to deliver it with a company called "XPO" and when they called my husband explained that we had cancelled the order and to send it back. Well after a month of calling and complaining and being switched everywhere I finally got my money refunded. I would never buy anything on their website. The reps lie to you and tell you it'll be done and then when you call back you start from square one. Do yourselves a favor and get the products at Lowe's or Home Depot or PC Richards. You will be better taken care of.

Terrible service every call takes an hour they don’t honour emails confirming what you have agreed. Wouldn’t touch another Samsung product if you paid me. The washing machine which cost £900 broke down after 26months. They agree. to fix then said they wouldn’t
