I currently have a samsung note 9 (one of 2) and by far it is the worst phone I have had point blank. More importantly, when my "water proof" phone was not covered by the monthly insurance I pay for on top of an already ridiculous monthly plan bill, samsung had the audacity to tell me that despite being water proof, my phone while charging sitting in my apartment on a water free couch, had a corroded charging port because it may have been (and this is an actual quote) "a moist day." Would NEVER recommend.

Terrible service then they tried blaming it on the virus! WOW. I told her no this stems all the way back to last year when I had to call over a dozen times just to make sue the warranty was properly issued on my oven. Wasted my time for 3 months then try to low ball me and offer me $290 something for a $600 Oven I had when I purchased the home brand new construction 2 months prior. After the first call there was no ticket even made for my oven then no technician. Now on my last call when I had to call about the diswasher again this week not draining and I am at the 1 year since I purchased the home as far as warranty goes and I get a phone call yesterday where the rep apologizes for it taking so long (as she was apparently looking at the notes from last summer) and said they had to issue a refund because there is no tech to send out because of the virus. WOW okay so yeah please lets do whatever is convenient for Samsung then they don't have to even pay a disposal fee or disconnection/labor- re connection fee for the new replacement. Worst service I have ever gotten! I cannot believe out of 900 reviews when I came here they have a 1.7 star rating. Sounds like I am not the only one who deals with the same service. In 3 minutes of the call this woman tells me I have to get a refund because they can't send out a tech because of the virus. Then the next minute I can have a tech but had to wait 2 weeks then I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK! like really>? Then by the end of the call she tells me she can't issue a refund now and would have to wait for a tech to be available to come out. I hung up because I already know the routine. I think I will be going to the BBB next to see if they can mediate or the AG because I don't have time to be playing games with a company who apparently could care less about their customers and quality of their products. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAMSUNG! SOUNDS LIKE FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY DESIGN THEIR PRODUCTS TO LAST THE LENGTH OF A WARRANTY IN MOST CASES (1 YEAR) AND WONT EVEN HONOR THE WARRANTY ONCE YOU FILE A CLAIM. I hung up on the woman after the 3 different stories she told me in 3 minutes and was going to call back when I had time to speak to someoen else then I get an email that she closed my ticket I already wasted an hour of my life trying to get opened with them. Most of the people who answer the phone in customer care, barely speak english when you call in and you can't understand them their accent is so thick then they rush through the call and nothing happens. Apparently if they don't like you, the call center reps can tamper with your file and they have no accountability especially if they decide not to put notes in your account. I tried emailing the company and the website says that as of yesterday (how convenient) they are not able to accept emails and have to use live chat. I expressed my concerns to the live chat respectfully and you wouldn't believe it but she blamed the COVID_19 VIRUS... LOL. I told her this started long before the virus but nice excuse. Then she essentially hung up on me too and SAMSUNG asked me for a survey on both of them. HAHAHAHAHAH I hope they get FIRED> Unbelievable.

Last year I bought a top of the like 82inch Q60r samsung tv. I spent almost $4000 on this tv, money my family had been saving years. 1 year and 1 month later the tv got a black shadow on the right side and when I called samsung they said sorry, can't help you. Dont buy a Samsung tv.

Tried to contact Samsung Customer Support for a replacement for the "SmartThings" button. Got transferred to different departments on Live Chat, Phone, and Texting and nobody knew what they were doing. All I was trying to do was to get a replacement "Smart" (stupid) button but I guess Samsung's tactic is to make the customer service so difficult to access that they would not have to be responsible for any after sales issues. NEVER BUY FROM SAMSUNG AGAIN.

Purchased the new device twice at samsung.com it mentioned that come with the 4 months YouTube Add-free promotion.They lie ,you will never get it.POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

13th of march I bought a s20+ . 16th march I gv it to service centre 4 times I went to service centre..till not solved. 25th I submitted full box ,tht time they said with in 10 days u ll get ..but on 31st one prsn called me and said its need 10 days...!!!!!! I told him on 25th I submitted full box. And he said tomrrw I ll call u...did not get any call.I dont knw wht to do... Who will compenset for that... very bad service..

Bought a RF28HMEDBSR refrigerator in 2015 from Lowe’s had nothing but problems with the ice maker since I bought it with absolutely no help from Samsung will never buy any of their products again....consumers beware Samsung will NOT stand behind their products

All samsung products I have gotten stop working. At this point I feel like I should get compensated for all the money I have wasted on their products. Everything I get stops working right about 3 months after I get it and it's only sansung products. Can't get my money back from anything because they either "lost" my warenty info or they say I never got it when I know i didn't pay extra for nothing. This company is just a scam for money!!

Worst experience I ever seen, only for replacement of headset ,team said to get same mobile and mobile data will be lost anta. So my concern for headset replacement that too in warranty is it necessary to delete entire data???? Pls don't play with the customer. I had a very bad experience with samsung.

Our Samsung dryer started having problems after 1 year of purchase. I called Samsung and they said it needed repair. Why would a 1year old dryer fail to work properly? Faulty parts, poor workmanship, cheap construction. Samsung has no pride in their work. If Samsung had honor they would make good appliances. I will never buy Samsung again! I will tell everyone I know to never buy Samsung! This is the first time I didn’t buy Kenmore and I regret not buying Kenmore. Please do not buy Samsung appliances. They are junk and Samsung has no honor. They take your money and sell you very low quality junk. Never buy Samsung appliances. I know I won’t!

The first time I contacted support (online chat), they sent a link to the first youtube video that pops up when you do a basic google search of the problem I described. I'd already tried everything in the video myself the day before. They said they couldn't do anything else and gave me the number to call. So I called the number, and was immediately told the only option is to take the phone to an in-person shop, nothing they could suggest remotely. Eventually I was advised to do a factory reset, which lost me all of my data without fixing the boot loop. Now I'm currently going down a new rabbit hole to get this 4 month old, $1000 galaxy S10 replaced under its warranty.... so far I've been referred back and forth between two apparently different online chat service teams. I would not recommend Samsung to a friend after this hassle.

Fix your products all of them suck I had a Samsung phone and it was good for awhile until one day the battery would die in a second my phone will have 100 percent battery and then it reset and it has 6 percent like wtf fix your products battery life.I knew apple was always better even though it’s expensive they will last years. Samsung suck and you should get a different brand

I purchased a Samsung RF28HMEDBSR at Lowes in 2015 paid $3000.00 for it and we have ad ongoing problems with the icemaker since we bought it. I bought extended warranty they worked on it to no avail, called Samsung they sent someone out and were the ice would get so clogged it damaged the case and they said they couldn't help me because I damaged it, well that was their out not to help me on it...…..Beware do not purchase Samsung they will not help you out and they do not stand by their faulty products. They left me completely out in the cold and I also bought their Dishwasher, Range, Microwave and TV.

Crappy A320 phone drops calls. Dials international calls even when its domestic. And nothing samsung can do about it but make excuses. Also drop internet. Never get this phone. Customer service tried to convince me it's okay in the dialing feature to call international calls with +1 in front of a number I call . Awful phone

2 month old Samsung S10 has horrible battery life. Takes forever to get through to customer service. Hasn't worked right since day 1, have reset to factory settings, done diagnostics over the phone. Told me I could send in to have battery checked but it's the only phone I have. They need to send me a new phone while it is under warranty and quit jacking me around. No service centers anywhere in MO. Tried to take to one in FL while I am at my daughters but have to leave phone for 3 days and refuse to do that. Don't buy a Samsung S10. Have tried calling them twice today, had them put me in call back list, when they call they can't hear me and I can't hear them. I repeat don't buy a Samsung S10. Battery life is way less than my previous cheap Moto Z Droid.

I have a washer that is less than a year old that is still under full warranty. It broke (not spinning) about 6 weeks ago. I have had 5 different service repairmen out here to fix this and it is still giving errors and won't complete a cycle. I've been on the phone with them over 10 times, dozens of emails, I've been told after 2 completed repairs and if it wasn't fixed they would replace it. Not true. I just got off the phone - now twice denied for a replacement. Do not buy Samsung appliances - and also I've been told do not buy appliances anywhere except Best Buy. With Best Buy - if the appliance breaks within warranty - they will take it back and manage the customer service - or so I've been told.

Awful communication, took a month and multiple emails to get a refund On a faulty product, phone calls are useless as no one understands what is being said and you will be sent round in circles oh and be prepared to give all your details, multiple times to multiple people........really bad experience I would not recommend Samsung at all

Thought I was doing myself a service by getting a second Samsung 4K LED tv. Big mistake! Within a couple months the remote was dead. Not as in dead and I needed new batteries but dead as in will never work again. Second Samsung remote I bought didn’t even send out IR signals and was dead on arrival. So I sold it and will never buy another Samsung even If they made the life saving medication I needed. They can eat sh*t the greedy f*cks. Giving us a 50 cent remote when they expect you to spend $1000 and up on a tv. Stop giving yourself a bonus or even a paycheck until you get your sh*t together

Samsung TV support is an absolute joke! Called this morning. The message was unusual wait time, yep. Will call back in 2 and 1/2 hours. NOPE. Have tried to call back. Get nowhere! Tried text support. Told them the program and they stopped texting back. There is a question in this survey, "how long did the company reply to your queries"? NEVER!! This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I will NEVER buy another product from Samsung.
