“This is not a UK company even though it has a .uk web address, it does state in terms conditions that goods may come from overseas, I didn't notice until I had ordered. Goods arrived in just over a week. But I had to pay custom duties which they stated they would refund but so far (3weeks and 4 emails) they haven't done. They fail to respond to emails once they have you money. Be aware they are a Chinese company with poor customer service.”
“I must be some sort of miracle case judging by all these other reviews - ordered Feiyu AK2000 3 AXIS GIMBAL, I added express shipping + insurance 3-5 days (I added insurance due to all the negative reviews).
Ordered on Thursday night (payday)- arrived Monday first thing in the morning.
Product is in perfect condition, brand new and came with all accessories - works a treat especially for the price I paid I couldn't be happier.
So happy with the speadiness of delivery considering the item was coming from Hong Kong and landing in Sydney Australia - 5/5 stars.

Took them 10 days to change my order from processing to packing, then another 4 days later it is shown as 'completed' - but I haven't received any item and the tracking number doesn't work.
If all comes good I will update this, but as it currently stands - this is a very shady company!

“Back in 13/01/19, I have ordered Huawei P20 lite Dual Sim 4GB/64GB SIM FREE/ UNLOCKED - Black, from Tobydeals.co.uk. They arrived a few days later than what they promised but that's not an issue. After receiving the product, I have realised that it seems so slow and applications are crashing. This shouldn't happen to a brand new phone at all. So I have contacted them by email as there is no phone number (total scam). They told me to create a case (RMA Case Support - ****1025) and gave me a web link and said you also need to create a video and upload it in Dropbox and attached it to the case. I have done all of that and then they told me to return the item with all the accessories and I had to pay for postage. After a week later, they have received the product and confirmed it was faulty. (So this confirms they sent me a faulty product, total scam). After they have confirmed this, I have requested full refund including postal expenses I had to pay. But they advised that they're only able to refund the product amount and confirmed it will take 5 to 7 working days. It has been more than 10 working days now and still no refund. So I have contacted them again and they said you will receive your refund shortly and I am still waiting. Just wondering how much time is shortly for them.

Purchased a Canon camera, and within 2 hours received an email stating the item had been dispatched. Their quickest communication throughout the whole process, and a clear lie to lock you in.
I tried cancelling the order less than 20 hours after ordering, and was told it was not possible, as it had already been dispatched...
Email stating said Dispatch only arrived 5(!) days after, and actual item delivered in the UK 6 days after that (11 days after order being placed). Yet they claim it had been dispatched less than 24 hours after the order being placed, with no possible way to cancel the order, or contact the courier to cancel the dispatch...
Once the item was received, I immediately started a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the item as soon as possible, and it took them 7 days (!!!) to "review" the case, and only then authorised the return.
Posted the item back to Hong Kong the same day the RMA was "authorised". Post Office tells me posting items with Li-ion batteries (such as the camera they sold me!) is forbidden... proceed to lie to post office lady, otherwise couldn't even return the camera... at the cost of £22.20.
5 days later item is delivered to TobyDeals. They actually acknowledge receiving the item that same day, but need to inspect it (sealed item, wasn't even opened).
8 days (!!!) later, item is finally inspected, and they agree to refund (minus £20 admin fee).
38 days after the initial order (which should have been cancelled before even being posted), TobyDeals finally issued a refund. Completely unacceptable, and will never use again!”
“Do not do it to yourself. Over the last year I have spent over £3000 with tobydeals. All items arrived, eventually....as described.
Then the biggy. I bought items totalling £1500 in one order.
Order was placed 31/01/2019. It is now 28/02/2019 and my items have not been delivered. They were all listed ‘in stock’, I have made numerous enquiries, which they have ignored and the order is now listed as ‘complete’ in my account.

“I brought a DJI ronin S and it never ever arrived. The company took the money and have not replied to emails I have sent to them, basically just ignoring me. Luckily Natwest looked into this and told me the site is well known for there scams. Luckily mr order was on credit card so I did receive a refund, eventually. Buyers beware.”
“I ordered a phone on 22nd January and then saw all these reviews and found out my wife also used them last year when her phone never arrived. She did get a paypal refund. However, I have my order now but it was a bit dicey. After an initial 'processing your order' email I heard nothing for 8 days. I then politely emailed on the 30th January to check up on the order. 2 days later (1st Feb) I received an email with apology, the order was delayed and will be dispatched withing 3 working days. An email then comes 3 days after that (4th Feb) saying it is ready to leave the warehouse and that I would get another email when it has been dispatched with a tracking number. 2 days after that (6th Feb) an email comes saying it has been picked up by the courier but no tracking details were given by the courier at this point. I emailed 6 days later (12th Feb) politely asking what the situation was as I had not heard anything nor got any tracking. On 13th Feb I received an email saying that my order had again been dispatched and this time had a tracking number with it. The tracking number was with Yodel and status was 'your parcel will be with us soon'. The parcel history in Yodel tracking said that this update was on 8th Feb but I only got the tracking number on the 13th. It was fully trackable from this point but no change to status until 16th Feb. Parcel arrived to me today (18th Feb). 4 stars because the phone is still a really good phone and nearly half the price if bought from the UK. The faffing about and time taken for this ordeal to be over was nearly 4 weeks so Toby deals loses a star. I don't know if I was lucky to get delivery but I was somehow quite confident I would get it eventually. Use them at your own risk? I was patient.”

The second order has been a nightmare. It was placed on 8th Jan 2019 and I received the confirmation email on the same day. Then, I did not heard anything from Toby Deals for 19 days: on 27th Jan I decided to contact them asking for updates. They explained me that the product was sold out (no mention on the website when the order was placed) and a new stock was expected on 31st Jan. After that, no further news again. After having requested for updates several times, on 11th Feb (AFTER 34 DAYS) I decided to ask for the deletion and refund of the order. Magically the day after my order was ready to be shipped but then wa not required anymore!

“Ordered my item on 29th Dec, said delivered on 17th - But it was delivered to the wrong address.
After sending over 20 emails to Tobydeals and receiving only 3 in return I began to feel very worried about the state of this order.
Eventually the item was delivered by the person who received it incorrectly.
No help from Tobydeals at all. worst customer service going.
