paid for 2nd day air. hasn't made it been 6 days so far. every time i send something ups it never makes it by expected delivery date

UPS has deliverd my cancer medicine to different city one time and Houston lost it another time. My husband and I were on the UPS site, talking to different employees and were put on hold for multiple times, for a total of 5 hours spent trying to get my chemo drug. I no longer use, I use Fedex for chemo med, no problems with them. We now have an Amazon parcel that has been sitting at the UPS site for over 2 days and still not out for delivery. If I could find out where to go to sue UPS, I would.

First they tell me my package is due between 10:15 and 2:15 it’s now 3:30 and still not here I check the updates now it says before 7:00 pm … like I don’t have anything to do except wait on their incompetence

Terrible I paid for express shipping and my package takes extra long and now it’s lost. I’m pretty sure someone working there swiped it and it’s the first time it happened to me. Worst service ever don’t ever use ups. They are terrible.

Trying to charge me import tax and duty twice… fantastic! Love paying an extra £181 because UPS say so. I’ve already paid it and now I have to pay it again despite proof that it’s already been taken. Trying to sort it by phone is a joke, need an interpreter to get anywhere and you just get bounced from one extension to another until they cut you off. Email response same thing…GREAT!

Horrible customer service they will never deliver anything to my house again.. Run away from this company even if it’s from the shipper do not order it.. they are horrible and non reliable and take forever on investigation of list packages.. will never ever use them.

The worst company to deal with if your looking to get your stuff from another country. They damaged my stuff and they want to charge me money. My stuff costed me a lot and they I think stole it not damaged it.

Delivery was never attempted. They say the address was wrong, which it isn’t. Now it’s sat in a warehouse and there’s nothing I can do…never using UPS ever again, not the first bad experience and probably not the last

I've booked a courier for the next day. I was waiting a few days and called again to remind . The money has been paid,but I couldn't received the vat invoice. I called customer service and the lady in customers service wasn't heplfull. I left her an email address where I the invoice should be send .of course no received. No hepfull! More question then this is worth. No more UPS!

Driver refuses to place packages at front door as I put on UPS my choice, instead driver places packages at luxer locker, creating a hardship for me. The other day I watched the driver go upstairs and deliver a package to the neighbor, right afterwards he drove to the luxer lockers and put my packages in the luxer locker. I then have to carry packages and take care of my disabled daughter at the same time. I've called UPS many times about this.

My doc switched fr horrible FedEx to equally horrible UPS. Big sign on my front door saying FedEx, UPS, USPS knock when leaving packages...surprisingly only one who does it is post office. Signed up for text when package fr UPS delivered, nada. I just happened to wake up, and ck door. Last thing I need is trying to try to explain to Md why I have no pain meds. Also, never delivered on original date stated. Since I am disabled, I love the idea of not having to go to pharmacy for meds, but in practice, not working so well

I have had to spend my entire day camped out in front of my door to make sure the package I'm waiting on doesn't get sent back to the warehouse because the driver doesn't want to bother looking for it on his truck. I've watched as my est window went from 915-115 to 215-615 to 1015-215 and now 345-745. I have things to do. I have kids I have to pick up from school, events I have to reschedule because of incompetence or laziness. And on top of this, the app isn't working properly. Twice today the follow my delivery feature has been removed then added back. And I have another package that's been sitting in Little Rock since 4/11. That's 11 days. Not once did UPS let me know they've lost my order. Not once did they reach out about filing a claim. And they won't even let me file the claim, rather I had to contact the shipper on something 100% out of my control to request a claim be filed. They are the worst shipping company I have dealt with and I 100% understand why Amazon wants nothing to do with them. I don't understand how any business uses them. Garbage customer service, garbage delivery service.

The worst service ever. From the driver that comes to the door to the imbeciles on the phone it's like they go out pf their way to employ morons - with the exception of the final woman who helped. Most of the questions below are n/a as the package - which I paid an exorbitant amount to havde delivered next day - was not picked up.

My daughter ordered shoes online and they send it thru UPS Carrier. Because we just moved to a new apt. my daughter forgot to write the bldg. no.,this UPS Delivery guy of course can’t find the place. Instead of calling my daughter which contact no. is on the delivery instruction he delivered it to our old house without informing my daughter. This UPS guy just send email confirming it was delivered in front door. We checked it but we can’t find it. We contact the Customer Service and that’s the only time we realized there’s no bldg. no., so we asked her how he delivered if there’s no bldg. no.? She said he delivered it to your old address even though it’s not in the delivery instruction. Of course the packaged was gone. We tried to asked for help in UPS Customer Service in Shermer Road Northbrook, but the ladies in the front desk and in the office are also rude! When we asked if they can help us? The answer is NO We can’t Help you.

Not sure how this company stays in busy!!! Every time a product is sent to me through this carrier, the package is either lost, damaged, or driver is too lazy to find the actual address. Overall, poor customer service and lack accountability/responsibility! If you want a product delivered on time, to the correct location and in a professional manner, you need to use another carrier - avoid using UPS!!!! Patrick

Never ship anything with this incompetent disaster of a company. There is nothing good to say. The website is a disaster, customer service is an electronic maze to nowhere. l ordered a laptop from Amazon and ups was to deliver it. Not only did they not show up or notify me they were not showing up. After 3 days of waiting they indicated from their awful tracking service that the laptop was delivered and signed for as required. It never came. To make matters worse there is no way to make a claim from their awful website. The worst shipper on the planet hands down.

I would prefer to give them a NEGATIVE 10, this is hands down the most useless company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They have zero idea what they are doing. I tried to get a package picked up in the U.S and delivered to Canada. The website would not let me open an account, the customer service (using that term looselyl) would not help but after hours of trying to get this resolved (UPS is just as useless), they send me to tech suppot because the website wouldn't let me open an account, however tech support then sends me to yet another department. The quality of their phone lines is terrible, there is often a bit of a language barrier and no one is interested in actually helping. When I finally do get someone who will set the account up, despite spelling out my email address, get's it wrong and has to then put me on hold to fix? something because she needed a pin from the email I should have gotten (but didn't). Next thing I know, I'm back at tech support. How do these guys stay in business?????
