Worst delivery company ever. Had two parcels scheduled for delivery Monday 8Feb both by end of day. 1st parcel then delayed at end of day to following day, which came in afternoon. Driver stated it was down for 9th even though web info stated 8th. 2nd Parcel not delivered and held at customs due to awaiting clearance. Eventually stated on Wed 10th it would be delivered by end of day Thu 11th. Took screen shot at 15.20 still saying end of day. Checked delivery site again to see delay had been put on due to mechanical breakdown. On checking Tracking this breakdown occurred at 08.00 I’ve contacted customer services and they said it shouldn’t be out for delivery as it’s not been unloaded from container at local depot. Told him I’ve got screen shots of all notifications and Tracking info. Told them I would pick up in person Friday. Friday morning took dog for walk and when I got back there was a delivery card stating first attempt ant they would try again on Mon 15. Checked tracking status that stated first attempt had been made even though the system had was showing that I had called the day before and the package was to be held for customer collection. Contacted customer services and complained. Informed the depot will phone me within the hour and arrange for the driver to call back. I will believe that when and if it happens. Worst delivery company ever had the misfortune to come into contact with

They are by far the worst courier company I have dealt with in many years importing goods from India. They appear to be hiding behind Brexit as an excuse for their ineptitude. Calling their customer service dept is a challenge but when eventually you get to talk to one of them the information they provide is poor. They either just tell you what is showing on-line (which is inaccurate) or they just state that it is being held because of Brexit or its being held by customs - basically they just make something up. I have twice asked for my call to be escalated to a manager and on both occasions I was put on hold, again and then dis-connected. During the period that I have trying to get my shipment delivered I have had another shipment sent from India via DHL which I received within 4 days. I'm and going to tell my suppliers to never use UPS again

Goods coming from Germany collected from supplier than sat in Germany for 5 days. Then came across to U.K. which took 2 days. Now been sitting in standford le hope for 7 days. Customer service rubbish, in comprehensible and clueless. Same message on tracking holding their failure behind Brexit excuse. Other couriers are not having bad problems. Don’t use UPS

There must be a worse delivery company somewhere I thought, I was wrong, this so called company should be banned by any firm that is concerned about customer service. As many have stated, and many more will, your parcel has as much chance of being delivered on time as winning the lottery

I should not have to create a profile and sign in, simply so I can get a time slot for my delivery. To require this is simply UPS trawling for personal data. 1Z754F336842430***

Appalling. Inefficiency and theft are now ingrained into UPS work culture. Avoid at all cost. Of 14 items (all UK based) only one had arrived on time. All others are still delayed/lost/stolen. There are growing numbers videos concerning items that have been stolen from UPS depots and sold in Cash Converters. Just avoid

Just horrendous, any company considering using them as your courier please please don’t. As a consumer I will avoid buying from online stores that use UPS unless absolutely unavoidable. I’m sure however much cheaper they are just isn’t worth the risk to your company’s brand reputation.

Wow, the absolute worst courier service out there. My parcel looked like it had been drop kicked and reversed over. By the time it reached its destination it was totally destroyed and I am trying to get compensation for £400 lost.

Avoid sending parcels to Europe. I spent ages finding the correct item numbers for customs on the government website (EVERY item in the parcel has to be listed). I paid for next day delivery and parcel has been held in customs pending clearance!? It's a couple of boxes of chocolates and biscuits for a gift! It's been there for the past TEN days and hasn't moved. Will be quicker, cheaper and more reliable to jump on a Ryanair flight and deliver it myself after covid! No customer service whatsoever. Virtual assistant just gives me the info I already have. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Terrible delivery service. Been waiting 3 weeks for my parcel with poor communication. Delivery status constantly changes between cleared customs, in transit, delayed ad the expected delivery date still shows as last month. After reading the 1000s of 1 star reviews from people with poor experiences i will be avoiding any business using UPS as a courier in the future. Complete shambles of a company.

This is the worse possible shipping company I have ever come across. I would have given 0 if it were possible. I ordered an item from Spain on 15/01 and after almost a month it is still in Spain! It was actually despatched to the UK and then back to Spain via France and is still there! I have called their customer service twice and having been put through to some people in South Asia and after waiting for an hour on the phone each time, I actually received no help whatsoever. I doubt if they understood what the actual problem was, since nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I cannot understand why companies use UPS for shipping. Can’t they see the poor rating?!

my dad was expecting important medical equipment.UPS van came down drive but didnt knock. I went to see if he was leaving delivery but van went off and i ran off in freezing rain to try and find him but he had gone. Then email arrived saying delivery made and package left at mail box. My dad is now without equipment that suppliers were already having problem with. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE we have complained to people who sent parcel as typically useless customer service at UPS with no reply

Just plain terrible. I had to tap 1 star to get started but they are 0 minus 10. They have left 4 times packages at the mouth of our driveway which we cannot see from our house. They could be stolen from someone driving by and we wouldn't know it. We called each time and they stated we had a dog. We told them each time our labrador very friendly dog is always chained to her doghouse or is in our house, never loose. They're just too lazy to deliver to the door like their so called policy states. Fedex is superior to UPS.

On the 22nd Of January, my package was sent by the seller, shipped by UPS who picked up the item. Within a day they had damaged my item and Halted its shipment in Stanford Le Hope, United Kingdom. After trying to get in touch with them on several occasions they could give me no information as to what happened to my package nor how it was damaged. After getting in contact with the seller they agreed to send me a replacement item as UPS had damaged the first one. My replacement item was shipped out on the 28th January via UPS again. Within a day on the 29th, it was scanned in Transit to Feltham, United Kingdom and I received an email stating my package would be delivered on the 1st February between 12:45 and 16:45. This time came and passed. By the 3rd February, the package had still not arrived so I got in touch with UPS via their customer service landline. I was on hold for 40 minutes before speaking to someone, who told me that my item was at the West London Delivery Depot waiting to be shipped, they then arranged a call back from West London who called me within 15 minutes to tell me that they did not have my item and that It was still at the London Hub and was told to call customer services back. I then called Customer services back, again on hold for 40 minutes, where I was then put through to an agent who said she was going to email the London Hub to get an update on my parcel and request expedited shipping considering they had already damaged my first shipment. I was told by the agent I would receive a call by 5 pm that day (3rd February) or by 8 am the following morning (4th February) from the London Hub to update me.

This never happened. I waited the entire day (4th February) and received no follow up. At 5 pm I decided to call Customer Services to ask them what was going on after I was on hold for 20 minutes I was put through to an agent. They told me It was not possible for an agent to have emailed the London Hub and that they neither have the record of that email nor the capacity to email a hub from Customer services and that the agent I spoke to previously LIED to me. Rightly enraged, the agent suggested I escalate to a supervisor who I was put through to after 1 Hour on hold, relaying that it was not possible for the agent to have contacted the Hub and I was given FALSE INFORMATION. This Supervising agent stated they would get in touch with the hub directly and call me back. Then attempted to call London Hub (4th February) 18:30 and proceeded to try to do so until 19:00, where the line was constantly engaged. I was called back by the agent at 19:07, where I was informed he was unsuccessful in getting in touch with the London Hub and that he would try again tomorrow morning when his shift starts. 5th February morning around 11:37 I was contacted by the supervising agent who informed me that he had been in touch with the London Hub and that they were manually looking for my package and that he would receive and update from them regarding the status later in the day, once done would follow up with a phone call to me. At 14:30 I was called back by the supervising agent to let me know that they could not locate the Package and that it was LOST. Then proceed to tell me that I have to start a claim online to launch a Tracer/Investigation with would take 8 WORKING DAYS and that it was unlikely that they could find my item as the personnel on the ground already could not locate it. I AM AT THIS MOMENT EXTREMELY INFURIATED. NOT ONLY DID YOU DAMAGE MY FIRST PARCEL AND RELAY NO INFORMATION TO ME, YOU THEN LOSE MY REPLACEMENT PARCEL? MAKING ME SPEND AN ESTIMATED 3-4 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER “SERVICE” DEPARTMENT, TELLING ME I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR COMPENSATION BECAUSE THAT SYSTEM IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED?!?! YOU NOW EXPECT ME TO GO BACK TO THE SELLER TO GET THEM TO RESHIP GOODS THAT WERE TWICE DAMAGED/LOST BY YOUR COMPANY (£400+), LEAVING THEM FURTHER OUT OF POCKET ME WITHOUT MY PRODUCT GOING ON 1-2 WEEKS +. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE UPS SERVICE AND THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THIS COMPANY, PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION + WITHHOLDING INFORMATION I HAVE A RIGHT TOO AND THEFT. I HONESTLY BELIEVE MY ITEMS WERE STOLEN AND NOT DAMAGED/LOST. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP WITH COMPANY USE DPD!!

1Z7E524X9197211349 Do not use these utter cretins! I’ve contacted every person in authority now from Carol Tome to Daniel carrera and Mark Vale amongst others-regarding my package that is worth over £1000, and they simply fob you off or tell you “it’s waiting to be cleared through customs” even though in reality they don’t know where it is. The amount of stress this company has caused me, how are they still allowed to operate? Unbelievable. Don’t bother asking me to contact you directly when you have seen this Review UPS as I have done this already and you are completely useless See you in Court.

Just adding my awful experience to thousands of others. My parcel was shipped from Italy on 14/01 with a 2/3 working days delivery. First, the parcel got stuck at UPS's warehouse in Carpi (IT) for 'missing documents from receiver'. I have spent hours trying to get through to an agent on their incredibly terrible customer service, with waiting times of over an hour. No one was able to tell me which documents were missing and – without the sender nor the receiver's approval – they decided to ship the package to the UK. Once the parcel reached the UK soil, I had to go through the same rodeo, with the added bonus of three agents hanging up on me when asking for an explanation. Long story short, they asked me to pay VAT on my own personal belongings, plus a brokerage fee to UPS. I've decided to pay just because I wanted to wrap this up and forget about it all. Now, 24 days in, the parcel is still being held at their facility in Stanford-Le-Hope. UPS is blaming Brexit and Covid for not being able to tell me when – if ever – they will deliver my parcel. It comes without saying that this is the last time that I use UPS and I warmly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

They are so so so bad, have been forced to use them a few times recently every time there have been long and unnecessary delays and you have to pay to be a member to be able to see specific information about your order or message the delivery driver or change the safe place etc! Unbelievably bad, do not use if you can avoid.
