Rubbish delivery service was supposed to be delivered yesterday nothing arrived and was not even advised it won't be or there is a delay, after calling numerous times told the driver has gone home! So another day of sitting around playing russian roulette with my parcel, honestly I wouldn't buy from anyone using these people...you have been warned.

Packages that are nowhere to find, wrong notifications, lost items, website errors AMAZON SHOULD CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDED Amazon notified me of the following: ¨Unfortunately, UPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.¨ Could I know where I should pick up my parcel? There is unprecise information in the tracking and it shows that it attempted to deliver the item while it´s not true, I didn´t get any notification of attempted delivery. The whole UPS system is not well organized. LOSING ITEMS AND MESSY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM They have lost one of my parcels and they are even messing up with notifications: I first get a notification for an item which they lost, and after a week I get another notification telling me that that item was in the dispatch center and I was supposed to go and pick it up. This happened several times now. NOTIFICATIONS WITHOUT PICK UP POINT I get notifications that my parcel has arrived at the pick-up point, but it does not say where it is. WEBSITE WITH ERRORS I get errors on the website when adding an email for notifications for example. Also, the login is not really straightforward and it´s buggy.

Absolutely disgusted with this service I have been waiting in for the delivery and the stupid delivery guy did not even knock on my door he just posted the "we missed you card" through letterbox which a tick saying he will try again next working day!! I needed this item today due to extreme muscular pain after having surgery and, he did not even knock on my door in my opinion you either need to train your bloody team better or don't bother being a parcel delivery service because you are RUBBISH

I live at a property where there us no house number just a house name. It us a very clear address on a main road with a unique post code. UPS system does not recogise an address without a house number. I received an email saying tgat my address was incorrect ( so my item woukdn't be delivered?). Tried to contact UPS to confirm address is correct. Their virtual assistant absolutely uselees in this case. Finally managed to find a tel number, got through to an indian call centre who sorted it out. All this at my expense (030.. number and a LOT of my time. UPS online help? RUBBISH! Don't use them!

UPS is an absolute joke!!Waiting for my package for over a month ,provide everything they need ,send dozen of mails , visiting they're depot in Dublin and still till the end they resend back my parcel cause apparently driver didn't have acces code ,wich i provided many times on mails ,on depot ,calls and is showing on my account. Never ever want to deal with them again.Worst service in the world ,is a fact!!I can't even write a complaint cause site is not allowing me don't kniw why and at depot they don't have a form for complain wich is ridiculous!!Hope you'll disappear quick from the market!

Go elsewhere Got delivery time slot of between 10 and 2 but didn’t turn up, at 17.10 they put on tracking that sender requested it to be held Called my supplier this morning who called UPS who said the driver run out of time !! Basically they couldn’t be bothered to deliver it they supposed to be coming back today with it if they can be bothered please think twice about using this company they’re no better than yodel or Hermes

Disgusted. Recived email saying that parcel will be delivered at such time and date. (nothing come). Called costumer service.... Attitude was something else. Uuhm eeemm aghaa answers. Been charged £23 for nothing really.

Had a delivery scheduled with ups. The delivery tracking said to expect it by the end of the day. Package never showed up. Spoke to someone on the phone who could not understand the question I was asking and was of no help. Total waste of money

1Z67316899053343 On 3rd November I ordered PPE (FFP2) for my wife, a front line worker, from a reputable supplier. Paid a premium for next day delivery which came and went with no sign of the 'Little Brown Van'. On line tracking stated that UPS had attempted a delivery at 5:59 on the 4th, UPS lied! I called their UK customer service number and found myself talking to UPS in Lithuania who, whilst apologetic, were unable to supply a solution other than I noticed shortly afterwards an entry on their on-line tracking that there would be a one working day delay. No surprise but NO DELIVERY on the next day either!. This was repeated for the next 6 days with differing excuses from UPS, Lithunia, the Phillipines and eventually someone from the UK who called me offering even more frustratingly lame excuses. The on-line tracking system is NOT fit for purpose and much of the info on there was either altered or simply removed to make it read better for the courrier. On 9th November the tracking system again stated that they had attempted a delivery early am - wrong again, I was at home waiting! Customer service then claimed that my address was wrong before going on to categorically state that my package was LOST and that I (that is ME, not UPS who had lost the package in the first place) had to put in a claim otherwise they would not be able to deal with the matter further. This was beyond belief! On the 11th the on-line tracking ventured advice that my package was no longer at their local, to me, depot but now was at another depot over 50 miles away who in turn, via another redirected tel con to the Philippines, told me that my address and post code didn't exist but their 'Universal Team' would do their best to track the package for me. I had completely given up with UPS by this time and had received a new package from my supplier - but this time delivered within 24 hours of my new order by DHL. It is truly difficult to say anything positive about the abysmal service given by UPS and, quite frankly, they appear to be the biggest load of shysters I have ever encountered in my 45 years in business. On looking on the net there are so many UPS review sites just like this one all repeating much the same story. Indeed if you trwal you-tube for vids of complaints you will even find videos of UPS training Boot Camps which may give an insight as to the senior managements take on their failures. In a nutshell my perception is that the number of incidents like those we all seem to have faced are relatively small in comparison to the huge volume of deliveries theiy undertake daily. In essence it would cost UPS much much more to provide a quality C.S. than it does by fobbing the minority off with such "b'sh1t". UPS should be ashamed of themselves!! Personally, I would AVOID UPS like the plague

Parcel was collected but never delivered Parcel was collected, Tracking said it was delivered but it never arrived despite the fact it required a signature none was taken. Very difficult to get through on the phone when I finally spoke to someone they told me I had to sign up for an UPS account to make a claim, which I did. When I tried to make the claim it told me I had to ring Customer services. So into a round robin experience with customer services where I will have to spend at least another hour on the phone and have lost an expensive irreplaceable item sold on ebay.

Completely not fit for purpose , sent a parcel to to France complete with a phone number should there be delivery problems as its a new build. Package being returned as UPS could not find the address or use the phone number supplied to get the information. Just spent 25 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund for failure of service , use another carrier !!!!

Worst customer service experience speaking in the phone. Their lying delivery driver claimed they attempted to deliver my parcel yet still 2 people were in the house and it is so unfortunate no one heard the door knock or the buzzer ringing! Absolutely Ridiculous!!! I try my best not to use this delivery company and if I had known this was their courier service I would have never ordered the product! I have still not received my parcel and every customer service representative I speak with is giving me a different answer. Please avoid using this service if you can help it!!!!!

Unfortunately had to put down one star… Unfortunately had to put down one star as cant leave EMPTY! SO POOR service... wish I had used another carrier and will do in the future!! Avoid at all costs! Customer services a JOKE!!

UPS is the worst courier I have ever came across over the last 30 years. I ordered a phone from another country, it was quickly arrived in the city I'm living and then everything was stopped! I was supposed to receive the parcel by the end of that day. Therefore, I stayed at home and was awaiting the parcel to arrive. But it did not. Next day I called UPS call centre in Dublin and they promised that it will arrive today prior to 2:00 p.m. But it did not! Again I called the UPS call centre and complained and they said it will arrive prior to 07:00 p.m.! And I am still awaiting! Very disappointing and frustrating. Do not use this service at all.

Absolutely worst courier in our region in the UK to deal with. Have been forced to drive to warehouse 120m just to pick up package ,because for no good reason driver did not pick up item for few days in a row for delivery. And that happened not once ! Keep rescheduling without consent delivery dates. The app seems to be utter garbage as well , not functional and the info on it seems to be changing daily and changing in the way that things from previous day just disappear!!! Looks like tomorrow I have to drive to pick up my next package ,which I have been pestered with for 5 days now. Absolutely worst service received. And pn arrival to warehouse everyone seems to be absolutely fine that I drive 2 hours just to pick the package up from warehouse .. the funny thing is though ,that if you call up the customer service - the people over the phone seems to be helpful and knowing what they are doing ,but as the warehouse doesn't get the final info from them looks like something isn't working right ,or the warehouse just decides what is right or not themselves. I am very upset and probably that's the last time I will allow anyone to use ups courier service !

Missed delivery, UPS left no call card UPS claimed "Inaccurate address" and failed to deliver to their own UPS PickUp Shop UPS promptly return parcel back to country of origin after only 2 days in UK! Even when UPS eventually ring back they say parcel should have been kept in the UK for 5 days before repatriation to country of origin, so why break their own rule, why are UPS employees allowed to do this? Ups customer account useless as cant leave any message or control parcel movement UPS see client ringing desperately trying to contact, UPs leave no voice message, no text, no email, no call card UPS customer telephone number a dead-end prerecorded voice prompt designed to block any attempts by clients needing help UPS webchat service utterly useless deadend UPS app no use either Only a day after parcel is back in coutry of origin and has been received by sender, Ups call receiver and claim they could not deliver to Pickup point because parcel too large, ok fair enough, but why lie and claim "Pickup shop address detail inaccurate" on clients account?

Absolutely terrible service I can’t believe how poor their delivery service is their one of the worse delivery company’s in the whole uk don’t use them stay away they have kept me waiting all day for my delivery I even phone up the customer service guy he said to me it should be with me today now I’m getting told it’s been delayed by one more day why ???? When it’s reached my town what’s taking you so long to deliver a simple parcel you can’t keep doing this to customers look at how many negative reviews people leave you !!! Stay away from this company

horrendously bad - just trying to arrange a basic collection with prepaid label to amazon. Passed around 4 different departments already - no one seems to have a clue there even though surely this should be their main business - they have hung up on me twice already. Scary how bad this company is, really scary
