Officially worst service if you haven't got a pre-paid label! I've sat on the phone for over an hour, been on hold every 30 seconds (count how many times I've been on hold) by the same person, and the lady (customer service) has only managed to charge my card! I shall book a collection with a different courier and truly hope that UPS won't charge my card since all the service I got from them is an hour of stress that physically made me sick!

I used to think that UPS were the best delivery company - not any more. I dropped off a parcel at a UPS access point. It was scanned by the driver who collected it and then it disappeared. I have called customer service who don't want to help and quite frankly didn't seem to care. Their system still says it's estimated for delivery a week ago. It hasn't been updated at all. I can't escalate this because they won't let me. I have put in two claims but they say that they haven't received them. They are the worst company ever. Don't use them. I use a lot of courier companies and I have to say that UPS has the worst customer service of all of them.

UPS SA worst courier company I ever heard of,I send a parcel from USA to SA and was overcharged way more than the other couriers were charged all bcoz they had lied that my parcel will be delivered in 5days,after 5days I was told my parcel is still stuck in Dubai.5days turned out to b 3weeks and I had to go and collect all by myself from their warehouse, If u are planning to send yo parcel please save yoself from stress by using a different courier,UPS is by far the worst courier, Dont use this courier if u know whats right for u,stay far away from even considering it

Worst company ever... Left parcel in wide open view on my doorstep, no signature, just left, by the time I got home it was stolen ! Will never shop on line, if the retailer uses u.p.s Now going through a hard, time consuming process of a claim ! Terrible shoddy service...beware

A package was delivered to my address by mistake on Thursday. On Friday morning I called the 1-800 ups phone number. Talked to someone. Gave them all the necessary information. She said someone will by by later that day to pick up the package. Fast forward to Tuesday morning. I still have the package. So I called the 1-800 number again. Gave all necessary information again. Lady said someone will call me back within an hr because the situation was deemed urgent. And someone would pick up package that day. Fast forward to Wednesday morning. I STILL HAVE PACKAGE AND NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL. If that isn't bad business I don't know what is.

UPS IS A THIEVES AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY I'll leave 1 star every single day until you'd send my money back. Also I'll report the frauds to authorities. You extra charged me £10 more after I've paid online £6.59 for parcel less than 5kg and right dimensions declared. Also I have another 2 parcels you extra charged me for them with £10 for each. UPS THIEVES AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY, SEND MY MONEY BACK.

Worst company to deal with. It took them over 3 months to issue PARTIAL refund for lost parcel but no refund for overcharging. Never gain! Stay away from those clowns.

I will never use this company again they are awful and dont care . For weeks i have been trying to to get compensation for a parcel that was smashed . three times i have been promised a phone call that never happens . The last phone call they said speak to ebay but they smashed the parcel . The next step is trading standards and BBC watchdog . People need to know how UPS opperates . DO NOT USE

I would like to warn as many people as possible regarding UPS services. I sincerely hope that as many people as possible will read this and will make a careful and wise decision before using UPS as their delivery method. Yesterday I have shipped out a package from Romania to the UK (Guildford specifically). I have chosen on purpose the service of 1 day delivery. The package that I have sent out contains tubes with my blood samples that need to arrive to a special laboratory in the UK. Needless to say that if the package is not arriving the next day the blood samples are unusable and cannot be analyzed. The process of getting the blood sample kit, acquiring nurse to draw the blood and sending it to the UK is a very expensive process which cost me above 250 GBP. Today the package was supposed to arrive to the laboratory but due to UPS MISTAKE it was scanned in the wrong place and therefore at this point it will not arrive to the destination before Monday! This means the blood samples can be disposed in the closest garbage bin. I have tried to call UPS Romania - The answer I got after 2 calls to them is to leave them my phone number and email but there is nothing they can do and I should call UPS UK. I called UPS UK - just that for the first time they will hang up the call even before speaking with me and in the second time I reached an absolute careless agent which have done absolutely nothing to help me. I called the UK customer service again, I offered to send a cab service to pick up the package from the current location and deliver it by myself - Ironically enough customer service agent hang up the call in my face! UPS - Thank you for this horrible service I promise to never use you again!

Next day delivery parcel still has not arrived, despite being scheduled for delivery 4 days ago. Kept being returned to the depot and rescheduled for the following day. Finally got through to Ups and they stated that they haven’t able to deliver it as they need directions. Apparently they don’t have sat navs, and cannot phone the customer, as they don’t have mobile phones. Absolutely appalling!

Iwill never use this company its awful . My parcel was delivered damaged even though it was packed correctly . They wont help with sorting it out and just say that its not there fault . It takes an age to get through and when you do its hopeless . I paid alot of money for this parcel to be delivered and have lost out big time financailly and they dont care . I think they make it as hard as possilbe so you give up . AWFUL SERVICE I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Completely shocking and abysmal. Advice for businesses looking for a parcel delivery company - avoid at all costs as UPS (Utter Poor Service) will give you a bad reputation and destroy your business due to unbelievably poor service in not delivering your packages!! So I waited in all day on the so called 'delivery day'. Their timescales given is 'by end of day'!! Like, how long is a piece of string?!! No parcels received all day then received an email stating they've rescheduled without an apology. The next day it states on their tracking the same details... 'out for delivery since 6am! Again expected timescale provided 'by end of day'. No show again. Later that evening the status of delivery changed to 'Emergency Situation/Adverse weather conditions'. What a lie! UPS will lie to cover up their extremely poor service. We are now in to our third day. I called the business where I ordered my goods and all they say is on their system they can see my package is on the van but even they can't get a hold of UPS as no one bothers to answer their calls. In to 3rd day and still waiting. No sign of package and the delivery status is still unchanged from 'Emergency Situation/adverse weather conditions'. There is no emergency and certainly no adverse weather conditions. Do not believe what they tell you. Again they lie about the real reasons for their delays to cover up their incompetence. There's no way to contact them either. If you're a business needing to send parcels my advice is avoid UPS at all costs as UPS will make your customers irate, you will get complaints and people will stop buying from you. There's far better delivery companies out there who will give you two hour timescales on the expected delivery day and stick by it. My experience does not appear to be an isolated incident either... Read other people's reviews.. there's tonnes of negative reviews and apparently this seems to be the way UPS run their service. Just remember UPS stands for Utter Poor Service! Be warned and avoid like the plague. People do not have full days to waste by sitting in at home and waiting all day for something that will not turn up. To say I'm angry about their service is an understatement. Bad management, time keeping and not taking on responsibilities of a service they so called offer is completely unacceptable.

No meaningful communication and an app that doesn’t work. Delivery not made, notified that it was at a pick up location, drove for 30 mins to be told they didn’t have it. Long conversation with customer service to agree re-delivery today... no delivery and random message stating that delivery is being made to an alternative address! With no further details.... Incredible, such a simple thing has been so difficult for UPS. Never again!

Waited in for two days for collection of my parcel. Two no shows and, having rebooked it again for the third time, I’m not confident that it’ll be collected. Customer service unable to help either.

Waited all day for my important delivery to arrive. Told it would arrive by the end of the day and EST time not accurate between tracker and courier. Really disappointed. Lack of communication. Need to be more precise about when delivery is to be made. And the 01375890000 customer service very rude and disgusting manners. It costed me my job!!! I don’t think I’ll be using UPS again. Avoid UPS, use other company!!

Terrible communication package not arrived on said date neither the next day just keep getting fobbed off on the phone , package will be with first thing uhh no, package will be with you lunch time uhh no. Still it’s only day 2 of sitting in doors WAITING

I'd give negative stars if I could I am importing cigars into HK, once my shipment arrived, I had to call UPS to know how the duty process works as I just saw my parcel kept on hold without an explanation nor call, they made me change my import permit permit 7 times despite repeatedly asking them any further modifications were needed and was told all was ok Due to UPS inepsy and incompetence I now cannot change the import permit anymore and I have to get a new permit, pay the duty AGAIN and then chase customs for my refund. I want to file a complaint with customer care as this is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous to be conducting business this way. I don't expect much from bureaucrat unthinking drones so I'm also leaving this review to make sure people don't go through the same nightmare. UPS has wasted my time and once this shipment is done, I never want to use them ever again. Avoid like the plague Thank you

One attempt made and we have a broken for entry and the slip was shoved under the common area front door for anyone to have never even chapped my door ( ring camera proof ) then dumped at a shop at the other side of my town . Also breached my data by leaving my name etc on show for anyone to see .

Collected on Monday 28 September for scheduled delivery in South Africa on Friday 2 October. £89.99 paid in advance. The parcel is still in the UK on Friday 2 October, constituting a breach of contract. I have been lied to 3 times : 1st lie at 11.30 on 2 October - the UPS agent told me the parcel was already in South Africa, despite the online tracking showing that it was not. I contacted UPS in South Africa and was told the parcel was NOT in South Africa. 2nd lie at 15.30 on 2 October by your agent Mau who told me the parcel was in South Africa. When challenged she admitted the parcel was still in the UK. 3rd lie at 15.40 on 2 October, I demanded to speak to a manager, your agent Mau told me no manager was available at that moment, she took telephone contact numbers from me and promised a manager would call me within 1 hour. No call yet received after 6 hours. Nobody from UPS has contacted me despite having an email address and 2 phone numbers. I should have been contacted to explain or apologise the parcel has not been shipped as booked. After complaining, I should have been called back by a manager as promised by agent Mau.
