1 star is flattery for this company. After one attempted delivery with a card promising re-delivery next working day, we are still waiting for any further attempts six days plus two weekends later. Phone service - a looping joke! Chatbot - a looping joke! Note to self - NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely dire. Cannot deliver on time, keep pushing delivery date back and no available tracking information available. I agree they do not deserve any customers for such shoddy service.

I put 1 star because there wasn't an option to put 0 stars. DO NOT USE UPS!!!!!!! I've been waiting my package from Italy for over 10 days (when it should take up to 5 days). I was told the delivery date and time but they didn't show up making me waste my time. Speaking with someone is almost impossible, the call is done by an automated robot that asks few questions (without understanding the answers) and just before being put in contact with a human agent, the call is ended. I'm speechless.

Wonderful when they work but when they don't a nightmare Stolen, Missing or just pure lost ps5 ? UPS doesn't know if it's at the depot which of 4x, collected or delivered. Customer service is good but can't do anything and can't let you speak to depot ? Process of getting a refund will cost me so much time

First of all I would prefer to give them no stars. This is the second time I have waited in for a scheduled delivery only for the delivery date to change at the end of the day to the following day. I foolishly have tried to sign up to My choice to try and gain some control over the delivery process which every other delivery company offer without the rigmarole of giving your details to the company. Unsurprisingly My Choice has proven to be as evasive and unreliable as the delivery service. So much so that now when I enter the shipment number it is not recognised. On top of this a delivery driver has left a package (contains a garment ) halfway up the garden path when it was raining. This company tests my sanity. I really do not know where to go. DO NOT USE

This really is a useless courier service. Ordered some gifts and first was given a date for 2.12 - this was then changed to 3.12 because of a delay. On the morning of the supposed delivery (after I had arranged to have time off work) I received an email saying there was an Exception Notification. However their website still said the delivery was scheduled by the end of the day. So I stayed in all day waiting and no delivery. Now it has updated to Monday 7th December instead, although their website shows that the parcel has arrived nearby at 6 PM today. This leaves me completely confused, as I cannot trust this company to keep to their scheduled delivery (their email notification says there will be a delay of one working day, but their website says it will only be in a few days time. Do NOT use this courier ever, it is thoroughly useless.

So I needed to deliver my parcel by the end of Wednesday and I chose UPS express saver for that on Sunday night to create my labels. The service showed me it will be delivered by the end of Tuesday. It got delayed however and Wednesday morning it was out for delivery as it has reached Belgium but not the exact town. I was fine as I had an extra day and by the end of Wednesday it changed to Thursday and so the delivery service for which I paid more for was 48 hours late. My receiver meanwhile left for other country as UPS could not deliver on time. I wasted so many hours on phone with them and it bounced back and forth to UPS UK to UPS belgium and in between I got call from UPS Netherlands not sure why and asked me to give us the receiver's number which is obviously they know from the package. After spending my precious time and balance calling them, they are so shameless to not admit their mistake and while I called them to deliver my package back they said you have to pay for that. What a stupid system is that. I complained to get my full refund back because of 48 absence of delivery and I am not going to pay a single penny for return. The response of that claim is yet to be made. I spent 25 pounds on the delivery and lots of calling them in various countries and my time was wasted with this pathetic service. I do not ever recommend these fools for anyone to give their parcels too. They just loot money out of you and are shameless to apologize and admit their mistake. Worst ever experience delivering a package to any place in the world for me. Now my package is hanging and I have no clue how to deal with these people.

Undoubtedly the worst delivery company there is and by rights they don'[t even deserve one star. I was promised my parcel twice last week and again promised delivery today but it has still not arrived. On speaking to customer services it was a complete waste of time even though I gave them the tracking number and details of when it should have arrived they said they couldn't give me any update as to where my parcel actually was only that it was in transit which is the same information I have received in their emails. Their service is so bad and unreliable I certainly would never recommend anyone to use their services and I am surprised that these people are still in business.

UPS: Useless Parcel Service. 1. Useless app 2. Useless automated phone process 3. Prepaid parcel service not collected - waited all day. 4. VAX service centre. Use a reliable delevery company. You will lose sales because of this company. I will call the VAX service centre and put in a formal complaint and l will not buy another VAX product in the future. From the reviews on here I can see that it is waist of time trying to deal with UPS so I will have DHL collect it and stand the cost. Lastly I will plaster how bad UPS is on social media daily. I can give them zero stars there.

Just watched the driver pull up, not even exit the vehicle and turn round without even trying to deliver my parcel. All caught on CCTV footage at my work.

This is actually the WORST delivery service I have ever had. Their customer service is terrible and they sound completely robotic and cannot answer the most simple questions. I have been trying for a week to have my parcel delivered and one of the main issues that I am having is that I am being charged for import fees. The parcel has been shipped from Madrid (Spain) to London (UK) and everything was paid when the shipment was arranged as they did not want me to pay for anything, however UPS UK claims that I need to pay import fees. I have been calling since last Friday trying to fix the mistake and during this time I have been told that Spain is not in Europe that is why I am being charged (Spain is in Europe and it has been a member of the EU since 1st January 1986), that UK is no longer part of the EU (UK is currently in a transition period that is set to end on 31st December 2020, and during the transition period Union law continues to be applicable to and in the United Kingdom). I have also been told that yes, Spain is part of the EU but the rule does not apply to Madrid (they clearly do not know where Madrid is). I have lost count on the number of times I have told them that “No customs duties are paid on goods moving between EU Member States.” they just keep saying that I have to pay if I want my parcel delivered. My family in Spain has been calling and going to the office that arranged the shipment so they can clarify from their side that everything has been paid. I know the office in Spain has been sending daily emails to UK office stating that everything is paid and to deliver the parcel, and still UK office says no. I have called and sent emails and now I am being ignored. I don’t know where my package is or when it will be delivered. Totally frustrating!

Where would I start - from a delivery taking 5 days from their warehouse literally down the road to me, from UPS trying to deliver to me in a different town 50 miles away, from trying to deliver when apparently the house number and even the name was missing, from me having to find out that they had problems by checking on the tracking page and not them contacting me to wrong tracking details being given to their client and UPS being unable to deliver within 48hours as paid for by me - I have had it all. Add to that the incredibly bad 'MyChoice' App ( what choice???) that cannot track your delivery and therefore not let you update your details when the retailer is the client and not you, an automated phone system that is unable to cope with taking reference numbers and keeps disconnecting you and best of all call centre staff that have not logged out of their phones when being on a break and you get an idea what you are in for. I have no idea what possesses any reputable retailer to do business with UPS, personally when I have the choice to buy online and get my order to delivered by UPS I either run and buy in the shop or make a counselling appointment for the stress I am going to endure - absoultely pathetic service. Who would have thought that even - or especially ? - Amazon is better...

Driver said he had tried to deliver the parcel 3 times, I know that this is not true as I have cameras all around the property that would have captured the pictures, I would have thought that there would have been a card through the door saying he or she had been but there was nothing I even left a contact number for them to contact me on if they couldn’t find the house This company is a joke and contacting them is useless

Terrible terrible terrible service. Would not expect that, in 2020, these kind of services would still exist. I ordered a laptop which is not a cheap product, and they are literally playing around with my order. For the past 2 weeks I have checked the tracker and every time it says my order will be delivered by the end of the day. Even worse, through the tracking system, I can see that my order was loaded into the delivery vehicle all this time. So every day, they load the parcel in the vehicle, text me saying the parcel is on its way, and they never deliver it. Now (10 days after the original date my parcel was supposed to arrive) it still hasn't arrived. This is extremely upsetting and frustrating has there is nothing I can do about this. If they cannot guarantee the parcel can be delivered within that day, they should just inform the customer and let us know of what is going on and give us an honest estimate instead of lying to our faces. I wonder if I will ever get the laptop I paid for or if I might as well ask for a refund and purchase a new laptop from a place that doesn't use this carrier. After reading all these reviews it is clear that this is a common issue, and I surely will be paying more attention to what carriers the supplier uses.

Absolutely shocking service! Blatantly fraudulent/false adverts and claims about the services offered! I purchased a guaranteed 5day, worldwide service with customs clearance included. 10days and counting, still no parcel. UPS held my parcel in storage, until I had written an email explanation of the items in my parcel, for customs to review. Even though the items were already clearly detailed on the package information and I had already paid( as part of the service ) for customs handling. And if that weren't bad enough, UPS then charged a "brokerage" fee for customs clearance, despite me writing the extra clarification for customs, that wasn't required anyway! The package still hasn't arrived, was "out for delivery" today, but is now reported as "delivery day tentative"! 🤬 They claim if your package isn't delivered within the 5day guaranteed period, you get your money back. But of course if you try to raise a claim via their website, the options are predetermined and limited to options that don't likely fit anyone's circumstances. So it's not possible to claim 🤬 Try and speak to anyone and you'll spend hours on the phone getting passed around the houses, to be told that your enquiry will be investigated. You'll then get a generic email response that doesn't answer your question/complaint 🤬

The worst courier company in the U.K. bare none! Their app is an absolute waste of time, their drivers don’t care and nothing gets delivered on time or even on the day they say. Their next day delivery may as well say ‘next week’ or even ‘month’ (if at all) and their customer service is non-existent. Just don’t use them or buy from anyone that does. If you do buy from a seller that uses them... assume you won’t receive the goods you paid for!

Trying to change a delivery date for a package. Unable to sign up because it says I already have a user ID. Request an e-mail to reset supposed account with my details but no e-mails. Tried the automatic website - barely understands and says log in to website! Tried phoning - after going through an automated process it says log on to website and hangs up. Tried lodging a complaint on the website - guess what? It says log on to the website with your details! Unbelievable that a company so large should have such a poor IT system.
