They lost my package

I had a terrible service shipping from uk to Ireland no proper coordination when the package was stuck , and the customer support is useless they give different information on every call At last after a month I got connected to customs and import support and there some one named Gabriela helped me with the package , half of the guys don’t know wats happening Anyways after 40 days I got my parcel which was to be delivered in a week time After creating a new label still they put my wrong address on the parcel The good thing is I asked them to hold the parcel at the centre were I got it collected Thanks ups

Purchased a international delivery from UPS via Packlink. The delivery was supposed to take three days, so far it has been ten days. Reason for the delay given on UPS's website - commercial invoice missing. I completed the invoice, printed it and watched the Packlink employee at the Packlink drop off shop tape it securely to the package. So if it wasn't there it means UPS in transit removed it. Package contained some food for relatives in France so it's now all destroyed because of the delay. Have emailed UPS - no response. Telephoned them, they hung up. Telephoned again, they hung up. The package was sent with additional purchased insurance so I am covered. When I try to make a claim via UPS's website it says my (newly created account because of this incident) is not linked to my tracking number and I need to link it. To link it I need an account number, which UPS have not provided me with. So impossible to contact UPS via email or telephone and impossible to make a claim. I use many mail/parcel companies regularly and this has hands down been the worst one ever. UPS is not the cheapest so there really is no point in using them if their service is this atrocious.

They never showed up with delivery. I tried calling 3 different times and even contacted corporate office. Terrible service

Every time I paid the most so my package to be delivered the next business day, but each time it was in vain. I discovered at some point that they make you pay a lot of money for nothing, actually transmitting the mail to USPS carrier. A week with UPS and 3 days with USPS, which is 10 times better than the UPS fraud.

A delivery from Italy (with custom clearance done over a week ago) has been rescheduled day after day 4 times already! Customer service is on par with the rest of the service: 15 mins on the phone being passed around to reps who barely speak any English who in the end divert you back to the main menu instead of solving the problem!

Next day service took 4 days and the driver lied about my not being home twice. I attached a 2ft x 1ft notice on my door saying I was in and to ring the bell. NO card from driver saying he was unable to deliver either.They never phoned me back when requested too. The WORST parcel service I have ever had experience of. Disgraceful.

Appalling service. Sadly one of my suppliers in the US uses them to deliver to me in the UK. Their packages always arrive 2 weeks or more after the date their tracker tells us it will arrive (the tracker just tells us to expect the package "tomorrow" every day so you never know when to expect it). They have recently claimed to have delivered a package worth over £8,000 to my building however our cctv proves this is not the case. They have no idea where the package is, offer no apology and that is that apparently. Thankfully my supplier was willing to send a replacement package out at their cost and are now fighting with UPS about it. I understand that mistakes can happen but UPS have no willingness at all to help fix these mistakes. Their customer service is seemingly designed to be as lengthy and difficult as possible in hopes that the customer just gives up and forgets the issue. I can't believe they are an industry leader when their service is so consistently terrible. Use Fedex or another competitor unless you really do not care if your parcel arrives or not...

Ups does not use the call box they consistently leave my package outside and or at the wrong entrance to my building. The driver doesn’t bring my package to my door. And then I always have to go to another location to pick up my package. What is the point of having a package delivered to then have to end up going to a store to pick up my package. The worst experiences.

Quite the worst courier company I have ever had experience with. Not even worth one star! Missed/changed delivery dates and false tracking information, saying 'out for delivery' when it isn't. Still waiting for my package and at this rate I'll be lucky to get it by Christmas!

This is by far, like twenty times, beyond ridiculous the worst courier company in existence. It absolutely blows my mind how incompetent this company is at delivery packages. I never ever actually use their service anymore but in odd instances I'll have something shipped to me by another company and it's almost hilarious now how long it takes to get a package and how many days delayed it will take with no explanation. Save yourself the headache! DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE. I actually make side a company does not use UPS if I receive a package. I won't buy their product.

I had TWO vintage receivers to ship. Used Huntington UPS store based on their website stating that they "will package electronics perfectly" for shipping. I also bought their "insurance" on each package. THE COST: $45 EACH to provide the packaging and pack "EXPERTLY", They cost $218 EACH each to ship to California, They cost $32 EACH to insure for $2400 VALUE EACH. Total Cost: $526... delivered August 17, BOTH DAMAGED... UPS driver in California noted that BOTH boxes were damaged. opened both boxes and the stereo receiver wood cabinets were broken, electronics wouldn't function.

Firstly, gave one star due to zero not being an option. Ordered an electric bike and accessories with ups as the designated carrier. Was informed on 2nd September that both items were due for delivery 3rd September. We were going on holiday on 3rd, so I rescheduled for 15th September via the link. I then received a confirmation email (for both packages) confirming that delivery had been successfully rescheduled for 15th. On the morning of the 3rd, prior to us leaving, one of the two items arrived. Not as planned, but never mind, we were there to take receipt. The driver only 1 of 2 items and assured me that the 2nd would be delivered as planned. Yesterday morning, the second item arrived. Despite the confirmation stating a signature was required it was left at the side of the house in an unsecured location. Since yesterday I have spoken to 3 different agents and wasted one and a half hours of my precious holiday time trying to resolve the matter. It should be a case of "we messed up. We'll collect it, keep it safe and redeliver on the scheduled date"... No, no, no, it appears that this is a highly complex problem! In conclusion, I still don't know if my parcel is safe. My advice would be avoid at all costs

Terrible. Ridiculous. Horrendous NEVER EVER DO ANYTHING WITH UPS. - Whether you're shipping or receiving, MAKE SURE UPS DO NOT GET INVOLVED. The shipment literally travelled to more countries in a week than I have in my entire life. Had one issue with custom. Made thousands of calls, sent the same information in emails to god-knows how many staff, still unable to resolve. Staff from Customer services are EXTREMELY difficult to understand and clearly themselves do not quite have a good understanding of their job duties. And here goes what happened when trying to communicate with them in 6 DAYS IN A ROLE: - One morning I received a phone call from them saying they need further info from my side, - Done that, - Wait for an entire day of no response, - Called them many many times, not helpful at all, - the next day - REPEAT One fascinating thing is EVERY customer service staff were able to provide the EXACT SAME USELESS RESPONSES where NONE of them can provide accurate updates to my shipment. I'm still waiting for my shipment.

The absolute worse delivery service. Five times in a row they have messed up deliveries for us, either last minute reschedule, delays, parcels held up for no reason, drivers running away having dropped off at wrong address. Even Royal Mail are better and that is saying something.

My disappointment for your service is way above than what I can handle. I send a package (tracking 1Z61809R6899081903) after multiple attempts to call the customer service in order to understand why the package is stationing in France without moving forward the customer service was never able to provide any information. The recorded calls where the operators were rude took place on 02/09/2021 at around 17:05 UK time and on 03/09/2021 at around 10:30 UK time). The operators hanged up the phone twice and they were not helpful at all. This service is ridiculous, they put me on hold and they hanged up in order for me not to be able to leave any review after the call. The happenings are speechless. I am intended to escalate this issue up to the management.
