Twice in a row cancelled delivery AFTER the time period when someone had been in. They clearly simply don't care. The second time delayed by 3 days.

They lost my check in the mail, lied to me about where it was last located at when I have a hard copy proof showing that they were the last location it got sent to. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and here it is 6 business days after my expected delivery date, and no one can tell me where it is. They refuse to put anything in writing so I can have the company it was sent from cancel the check and reissue me another. They refuse to own up to their mistake and not even pay for a second one to be reissued to me in the 2 day shipping I already paid for and cannot get refunded back. They told me that my check was last in Louisville ky, when it clearly shows that it left Louisville and arrived to the Lexington facility on Thursday, the day it was supposed to arrive to my house. Then when it never showed up. The tracking number and date all disappeared like nothing happened. When I went in to speak to the manager at the Lexington facility, they turned me away because I needed something in writing to bring back to the company who issued it. Something shady is definitely going on with the Lexington UPS facility staff and now I'm worried that I may have a fraud case on my hands when this is all said and done. People be careful of your money being issued through this company. They clearly have thiefs working for them and they will all lie to your face to cover their tracks.

Ups is absolute Garbage. I will never do business with this crappy company, in fact I refused to do business with any company that uses UPS, personally and for all of my businesses, deliveries from them since last year. They refused to deliver cancer medicine to me this past week because of an incident stemming back to a verbal attack by one of their drivers last year. Last July a driver never delivered a package, as my security cameras showed. I called UPS and an hour later said driver showed up and immediately started verbally attacking me, starting off with saying, "what the f-ck is your problem?" I replied that you never attempted to deliver my package and my cameras can provide it." He called me bat sh-t crazy as he came right up to me chest to chest. I told him to sit the package down and remove himself from my property. I just stared directly at me and didn't respond. I told him again to get off my property and don't try to threatened and intimidating me with posturing in an aggressive manner. That I will call the police. He only turned to leave once I stepped right up to him. I called UPS, which is impossible to contact anyone and told over 10 times to get ahold of an actual person. The person who answered was sympathetic and said the warehouse manager would call to take and investigate the situation. This never happened. I called repeatedly again and when I finally got a person, they stated that the warehouse manager banned deliveries to my address. Talk about victimize the victim. With all the horrible stories of UPS drivers being caught doing bad things to consumers it is outrageous that they told sides with a drivers defense, and lies to protect himself. Of course, this driver is still out there harassing consumers and I get penalties for his aggressive and threatening action. Now I get victimized further as my cancer medication was refused to be delivered. Absolutely disgusting company.

If I could do a zero, I would. Had bagels shipped to us from a New York company and it said "perishable and bagels" on the box. Looks like a truck ran over the box and made them completely unusable. How careless of the employees. Is anyone held accountable. Easy to see they were completely damaged and whoever did it evidently didn't care. Does the company hold anyone accountable?

Sent demand for payment of invoices, which we had not even been sent. It appears that UPS are up to their usual tricks of making outrageous demands for money. This seems to be a common policy and probably a reason why they make so much money. You try to contact them it takes an age to get through, when you speak to them you get someone who is in training and not capable of assisting you. You speak to the person training you who then fobs you off without helping stating that they will get there credit team to contact you. NO contact just a letter from a Control Account making threats and demanding money. They haven't explained what we allegedly owe money for and do nothing to resolve it.

I'am a 70 year old man i had to call your 1-800 number to correct the info on the package. When i talk to the Agent see had me on speaker phone. I'am partly deaf i could not hear her well because of her heavy accent. Please try to do something to rectify this. I don't believe you will because your company has such a low rating of 1.7. Will not use your services again.

Very bad behaviour currier Very bad behaviour currier dropped a damaged box and run without letting me see his face after ringing the bell very aggressively.. Most of UPS delivery men ( according to my experience) are loaded with bad manners.. Your HR is a shame.. No one should deal with you..

Absolutely appalling customer service, never deliver on scheduled day, tracking is a shambles, when you do eventually get through to a person on the phone they are snappy, disinterested and unhelpful. Some deliveries delayed by weeks or just lost. Worse than Royal mail and that is quite an achievement!

I received a parcel from Ups Perth city office, when I got home opened the parcel, it wasn't what my mother had sent me. I called Ups Perth office and reported this, after them assuring me that they would help me get my original parcel. Few hours later they called to tell me that it was not their problem and I had to call Ups Kenya to do the follow up with my original intended parcel. I did and ups Kenya, and one of their team representative said he will look into the matter. My mother kept calling them and they said that they will get back to her until now. Ups Kenya are fraudsters, and ups Perth did not take any action to assist customers to prevent this from happening or take legal action against Ups Kenya who are checking customers parcel and exchanging them with fake or wrong parcel. What if those products they had repacked in my parcel were not allowed to enter Australia. What would have happen to me or my mother? Ups Perth are not suppose to encourage this behaviour but take legal action.

Both times that I have a parcel delivered by UPS they have said the receiver was unavailable without even trying to contact me! This time they also said the parcel was out for delivery and then changed the message that due to an uncontrollable situation they could not deliver that day and it would take an additional six days to deliver the parcel they supposedly had on a truck to be delivered. When we went down to the gate of the apt complex, the only two notices there were for a completely different address. So not only are the drivers liars, they cannot be bothered to try to deliver to the correct address!!!!

Customer service is non existant. Packages delivered to wrong addresses are the "recipients problem not anything they have done wrong" I personally don't understand how they manage to stay in any way competitive in the marketplace. I personally will never use them.

I sent a gift to my nephew in Spain, they charged my family commercial (?!) extra fees for receiving it, I have been complaining about it to their head office and they refuse to do anything. It was a personal package, I marked it as a personal package, the lied to my family on delivery and took money from them. And their headquarters are letting them get away with it. Disgusting.

Sent a parcel on 8th July for delivery on 11th today is the 15th and it still hasn't arrived. These are important papers so we can close on a house purchase and we have missed the date now. Cannot get an explanation from UPS

Ordered birthday cake for my husband was to be delivered two days before the celebration. Got email saying delayed but will be there next day before 10am. Time came and went checked an said package algae been delivered to Kissimmee FL handed to person on front porch.problem is I live in Haines city Florida. Called the office stayed on phone for 27minutes the phone then got a voice told it would be picked up and delivered to me next day before 10am well waited till noon called again waited 23min that. Time then spoke to supervisor at my request.apologies correction skill be made right away. Explained that is was very important that I was having friends around 4.well nkthing happened00 and if they could not do it to pls let me know so I could try to make arrangements. Have to mention we are senior citizens I am 86 yrs old an handicapped so running to store is very hard. Well nothing happened.called the next morning and I was very upset.told whoever answered the phone after a 35min wait.that I did not want to anyone of them and transfer to their main office. They said I would get a call before the end of the day and I said no connect me now. A lady answered said she was Doreen and would do her best to help me. She assumed Me she would call me back before the end of day and gave me her phone no.if I did not here from me well she did call and a located the parcel and it was at the Davenport office she left distinct orders to have the cake delivered the next day.next day got a call around noon from Doreen explained that she could not believe what had just happened the cake had been delivered to Kissimmee again.again she gave instructions to deliver the cake the next day.next day came and went no cake. She then contacted the supervisor at davenport and told that the cake was indeed there and was waiting for customer to pick up!!! This was never at anytime an option and she was given some kind of excuse what had happened. Well happy to report that the overnight delivery that I paid for arrived today after noon. Well the overnight took one week and I can only said the reason I got it even if it totally useless and ruined is because of efficient lady at the Orlando office.thank you Doreen for being so tenacious and understanding Your bosses should prompt you to give customer service help at the Davenport office again 10stars to Doreen you are a prize and I hope your bosses know it. I returned an unwanted Toilet and Cistern in its original packaging. When it arrived it was smashed into pieces. I would never use this courier again.

Instead of sending me the invoice, UPS put debt collectors on my case Instead of contacting me directly about an apparently unpaid invoice for import duty owed on a parcel from Germany 6 months ago, UPS went ahead and handed the invoice - which I had never received, nor received any reminders about, despite UPS being in possession of my contact details and address - to a debt collecting agency. I learned about the unpaid invoice in a very unpleasant letter from the debt collection agency. I will never use UPS for anything ever again.

I am an owner operator. I usually use FedEx. But UPS and FedEx both have drop boxes at almost all truckstops. This particular time I used UPS because FedEx did not have any envelopes nor shipping documents at the dropbox. I dropped from TA in Washington State. It was original BOL shipping documents. Going to Pleasant Grove Utah. They shipped it to China and it got lost. This shipment lost me $8,000 in revenue. It was clearly marked and written plainly. Without the original documents I can’t get paid. Still waiting on the third claim I filed with UPS. During this time I have been given five different stories on where my package is and where it ended up. The only thing that the different representatives could agree upon is the last time it was scanned.
