Terrible service. Waited al day no show no delivery. Try to reach someone to help no happening. They can care less

Waited a whole day for my package and it never even showed up. Package was then delayed for 4 DAYS. Contacted customer service, they didn’t do anything to help my delivery or give me any kind of compensation. All I can say is I’d rather have urethra cancer than get delivered by them.

Horrible customer service. No one EVER calls back, like they promise they will. Delivery status doesn't change for days, UPS website is useless! Just keeps you in vicious loop without any resolution at all. I'll. NEVER USE UPS FOR ANYTHING, EVER, EVER AGAIN!!!

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a package that on the website says 5 working days. I was tracking my order online and I could see that never left for delivery, just sent back to sender. I cancel that order and I order again from another website but same delivery company - UPS. I paid €16 extra for a faster delivery (3 days), again I was tracking all the time, I created an account on UPS website to add more information, as a phone number. I order it on Monday, the tracking says out for delivery after 7pm that I waited until 12 and nothing on Thursday. Next day the order didn’t come out for delivery and and I got an notification saying that they will try to delivery next working day, which will be on Monday. So one week to delivery something that I paid extra for faster service. The chat is extremely limited and the only answer is: “you will get an update soon…” frustrated and disappointed

I should have had a delivery Wednesday, it now Friday and despite a guarantee my items would be here first thing this morning, it’s now Friday 3.30pm and nothings here. Stupid text message saying they will now let me know when it will be delivered. Total amateurs, avoid using UPS at all costs, you can’t talk to anyone just frustrating.

Everything that could go wrong, did. Ups customer service is inept, that is if you get to speak to someone who doesn't automatically want to transfer you and disconnect. Emails get no answer and made up government charges via brokerage service are incorrect and criminal. You're asked to pay on some pro forma invoice with promise of reimbursement if incorrect- yeah right- day light robbery. Save yourself a lot of stress and don't use them

Ups driver came early to deliver with signature. Of course I’m not home. They left, I show up 3 minutes later. Left no notice so I did not know and waited for over two hours! Called CS. Waited on hold for 1.5 hrs. Sup said driver would deliver between 3-4 pm. They didn’t. Called CS back at 5:30. They said driver would be here shortly to deliver and sup would call to update. Nothing happened. Unacceptable! Now update says maybe 7 pm tomorrow!? Unacceptable!

My box was delivered today opened at one end and my Bluetooth speaker was stolen out of it. I clothes in the box with it. Can’t get anyone to help me find the culprit We know they have cameras, I want the thief caught and my speaker BACK Will never use UPS again and have nothing good to ever say until this is resolved I shouldn’t have to have insured this for fear of this happening

Cannot get through to ask for a delivery to require a signature. Absolutely no way to get through. I do not want the package left outside, due to sketchy neighborhood.

Orlando is full of liars and thieves. My package was mailed 6-3 for a 6-5 delivery. UPS said it had to be signed for. Lie. Then they said it had the wrong address. Lie. The receiver had to go to a UPS drop off point. That was 6-7. Package had been opened and the card and $200.00 was stolen. No comment from UPS. Verified no signature needed from UPS store in Millington, Tn.

UPS Didn't send notification for deliveries like I asked. Don't even think UPS delivered my package because I been at home that whole day and in the living room by the door. They are scum and if I ever have the choice I'll order with Usps or FedEx or whatever. This literally always happening, they shouldn't even have a platform.

C-0196008293 - 1Z3Z28YTDK16265622 Terrific and mafia-like experience lasting for 6 months. I shipped a new child bike present to Italy for Xmas. It got back to London after over 1 months. The box was open and resealed and the bike was intentionally hit and destroyed in the core parts (ie the chain and brakes), whilst the basket and doll holder (very fragile) were intact. I gathered that it happened in Catania, specifically.After 3 months of claim, long telephone calls, idiocy (perhaps fake ) by the staff, which hardly speak English, emails and inspection, I managed to get refunded for the shipping cost and bike. After 6 months, I got invoices from them asking me to pay the shipping cost and customs . I was leaving this address and got that letter by pure chance. Again, calls, emails, kids answering the phone and emails with completely macaronic English, I have been told to ignore that invoice. Is it all ended? I doubt, but if they continue with this harassment, I will certainly get involved the police and a lawyer and I will win because it is all documented. The attached one is one of the many emails sent by Madalaine S. I simply asked to confirm that I could ignore that invoice and told by phone. She seems drunk when she writes. Did they test her English? Does she have capacity? What a clinical case!

I will never use these people again. I can’t get through to a real person! If I wanted to talk to an automated system who doesn’t know how to solve my problem I’ll be sure to give this company a chance! Never again! Done with there horrible customer service and phone systems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Careless, worst service no customer service to talk too. Access points staff ignorant haters. I paid for rush delivery ended up waiting 7 days between my address and Access points which they are next door!!!!

My Son moved to Poland to live with his Fiancée, and they have a baby Boy due in July. We decided to buy £600 worth of baby clothes from Next in Portsmouth. I thought we'd use UPS to send the Parcel over to my Son, as I THOUGHT they were reputable and could be relied upon to get it there quickly. We paid another £120 to have the Parcel delivered, it arrived in Poland and then became held up in their customs system and warehouse. After a couple of days, I checked to see if there was any updates, only to find a note saying, "An outstanding balance is due on this Parcel". On clicking the "Pay now" link, I was horrified to find that there was another £278 to pay for "IMPORT TAX". I thought the £120 postage was it, but no, UPS don't make it clear about ANY extra rip off charges, if it was well known, people would not use them to post their parcels. SHAME ON YOU UPS, YOU KEEP THESE EXTRA CHARGES HIDDEN TO DRAW PEOPLE IN. I had to pay this disgusting amount to ensure my Son gets his Parcel. On checking the status of the payment on the tracking page, it is still to this day, 2 days later, showing as payment due. I called UPS, after them hanging up on me the first time, I rang again and got through to be told, "Yes, I can see you have made payment" got given a case number and now am hoping that the Polish delivery driver doesn't try to demand money from my Son. My Son has lots of photos, of Paypal payment, and many others to prove payment has been made. I WILL NEVER USE UPS TO DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK AGAIN, they know about foreign charges but keep quiet to lure us into using them, they don't care once they have your money. I paid for insurance for the Parcel, and will be claiming.

Absolutely terrible. UPS needs to learn to do their job. My package has been delayed for 3 days now. Someone marked it as on the truck and turns out it wasn’t and couldn’t be found. Do better.

Absolutly the WORST service. Our business had fraud on our account because UPS puts our account # on every package, grrr. Our business has NEVER sent anything internationally in 29 years and never will. I have been transfered at lease 15 times now with ZERO results or help. I talk to Billig they say I need to talk to international. Then I talk to international and they transfer me to billing or Tech suppors...... I have emailed fraud with no response. I have reqested all international shipping to be blocked with Zero response. I have requested a new account number with zero response. I have been charged 8% interest on an international bill that I did not send and refuse to pay. The scammer litteraly put "Cheif Lyer" in the address. It's disgusting how UPS has NO customer service. I hve spent days and hours with NO results and still the same account # for our business that a scammer has.

I have spent half day going to the address mentioned in the sms I received and then to another shop with the same name. My package was not there. Now I see on the webpage that my package is in Espoo, which is 12 km from where I live and in another Municipality. Maybe there is an error: I have never received packages from any postal service, including UPS, more than 1km away from my place. So I kindly ask you  to have it delivered where I can collect it, in my municipality. ThanksLuca Gentile
