An original artwork painting was sent to us in Adelaide Australia from Johannesburg South Africa. The delivery took 4 weeks (not the advised 5days) and went via Germany, France, three (!) destinations in USA and two other Australian destinations. It finally arrived badly broken. Hugely disappointed. Cannot rate UPS badly enough and will never use again. Giving one star as not possible to give zero

I had an important time sensitive item coming from Amazon. I waited by my front window for UPS to deliver but never saw them. When I checked the tracking it said the item had been delivered approximately 30 minutes before when obviously it had not. I called customer service which said they would radio the driver to come back and that a supervisor would call me back. Neither of these things happened. When I called customer service back the next morning I encountered a very rude woman who ignored my request to speak with her supervisor 5 times. Basically she stood by the item was delivered and she intended to do nothing. The package actually arrived 2 days later and still UPS shows it being delivered when it was not. Amazon should consider another service as I note almost all of the UPS reviews are bad. Nothing will change as it is obvious this is another large company that does not care. Maybe they would if they lost enough business.

Every now and again, driver leaves package outside on ground at edge of my driveway...which places package off of my property. The only description I get as to where package is....on UPS tracking page, way down at bottom (where it says package location, , it simply describes location as "other" ". So, then I have to hunt around to find it. Yesterday...package got left at top of driveway....on VERY wet ground, all nite. Inside was bday gift ( a very nice hardback book) for my granddaugher. Of course, box is soaked, all way thru to book. Pagrs are wrinkled and back of book is damp. Tried to get some interest from UPS about this problem....when I called them morning...but..all I got was a lesson on "how UPS passes the buck". Not a big fan of UPS today.

Sister sent a present for my daughter from the UK to Spain on Feb 22. It arrived at Spanish facilities on the 24th.... And it is still there! (Today is march 31). I called about 10 times, so has my sister. And I Twitter with them almost daily. No solution, no reason, no possible action.... They just say "wait". Suddenly, on March 25th they sent an email: "please contact us, if you fail to do so by April 1st, well destroy the parcel". Are you kidding me? I have been taking to UPS almost every day for a month! It is a disaster. Please, don't use it, unless you want a guaranteed headache.

Worst service - Package never delivered I ordered an item as a gift online and the sender used UPS as service to deliver the item. Not only did the delivery date was delayed, I never got the item delivered. I kept contacting the customer service for UPS to hear their agents say that an investigation was being launched in the background. Only after a week I realised that nothing was happening the agents were lying so that when I call the next time someone else would deal with it. The customer service had least interest in helping me find the parcel or suggest alternatives. They kept telling me they were only answerable to the sender when I finally submitted a claims form myself. There were no updates and the agents just kept giving excuses and quoting timelines that investigation takes x business days and then you can re-submit the claim and so on. DO NOT USE UPS IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCTS DELIVERED AT ALL

Still waiting a phone call from Brokerage. As my parcels were missing for a week. Suddenly they are scanned. Suddenly they gave left the UK. Suddenly they are in France. Suddenly they left France. While I still wait for a phone call from Brokerage, which I have never talked to

11 boxes from Germany arrived in UK on 17th March, now 30th March and still no idea when I am going to get them, just keep getting a email update saying 'cleared customs' and scheduled for delivery tomorrow, in my mind the word 'scheduled' means it is being delivered otherwise the phrase 'will attempt to deliver' should be used, it is a good job the items are not perishable like flowers or food. Managed to get replies from UPS through email but all they would say is that it is due to Brexit delays, amazing how DPD and DHL can cope, no surprise that UPS have taken their money back claiming service off their products if delivered late. Pity I did not have the choice of delivery company as it was for the sender to arrange, I have let them know that they should not be using UPS for UK deliveries and noticed a few other companies that deliver to me have stopped sending with UPS, says it all and can see them going bust if they carry on losing more customers.

Having read the customer reviews I am now deeply concerned that my birthday gifts to my grandchildren in the USA will not be delivered any time soon, if at all. My parcel has been in Louisville (from U.K. )since 24th March and was supposed to be delivered to Kirkland on Friday 26th March. I have sent gifts to my grandchildren several times but never with UPS. As pensioners, my husband and I look to be financial losers but the sadness felt by our grandkids on their birthdays in a few days time, is for us, almost unbearable. COVID has denied us any meeting with our family in the USA for over a year..........and now this.

UPS seems so poor that I would guess they are on the verge of being taken over! They lost 2 shipments of mine in less than a week, total value of both is around about £2000! There is little or no prospect of any sort of successful claim in relation to either shipment, as they seem happy to lie through their back teeth to avoid any sort of liability. I have been using various couriers for more than 20 years and would say that UPS is the very worst by a long way.

parts co. sent package by UPS, UPS sent package to drop off place 53 miles from my home. spoke with 3 different people who said they would correct issue but nothing, filed dispute still nothing- no emails on the status ,no confirmations about anything.but on their site I could have my package re-directed for $14.99! Total incompetence. terrible customer service. you cant track an item unless you sign up to their site, asked if there was a way to track without signing in they gave me a 50 character address to use-what convenience!

Absolutely atrocious experience and still haven’t received my sons birthday present; hard enough for a teen to have his second birthday in lockdown but to have no presents because of UPS crappy service really stings. They have had my parcel for weeks and any time I email or phone, I’m told it’s going to be delivered that day. So disappointed, they really don’t care.

Waste of time. Awful system I am moving back to Spain and I shipped my own personal stuff in 7 parcels, all numbered, and labelled, each has 3 copies go the invoice form that UPS has online - (why do I have to complete this if I am not selling anything?!). They might not worth lot but I do like my things. And all I have are in those boxes. My parcels were picked up 8th of March. Last update was 16th of March. I have been emailing and calling EVERY SINGLE DAY since then. Talking to one department after another. People telling me they're going to call me in 24 hours and they don't. Repeating my personal details to every customer service person,- Don't you have a decent platform to access to this??!!! And no a single person has given me a solution. Currently : 1)I try to make a claim and the system does not let me. 2)When I call customer services, and when I provide my correct tracking number to the automatic tracking system, they finish the call. I have to provide a wrong tracking number to the machine so that I can talk to an agent. DISGUSTING I had enough. They started an investigation yesterday and to be even worse, in the app it says "Sevilla" when the parcels have not even been exported. Suddenly it says Export scan in London. What else??

Worst company i have ever dealt with. First they lost my customs invoice that took numerous phone calls and days of delaying parcel then they held parcel until I paid customs tax ( no one at any time explained this had to be paid) once that was paid they delivered and returned parcel 3 times to the depot another 3 phone calls to sort that out finally after 15 days parcel was deliver, was meant to be there in 3 days, I only wish I had read the reviews before using, it took all the goodness out of me sending my daughter something nice, steer clear at all costs, hopeless!!!!!

Got to be the worst delivery company in the world. Unbelievable crappy service. Tell you to hang on, they will get somebody to deal with your problem. Then leave you listening to music. My parcel has been held down south for a month now. Gonna start legal action. Enough said

Honestly can’t believe how bad a service is given, parcel ordered a month ago and seems to have disappeared since March the 4th, I have rang customer services three times and was assured I would be sent a investigation link within 15 mins via email! Was hoping for third time lucky today but guess what nothing came!! Honestly I haven’t got a clue what I am supposed to do now and the worst thing is the package contains the items my son chose to buy with his birthday monies. Great work UPS hope you are proud of your services!

Please stay away from this service, I can't believe a big company like this can't do their job. Not only me but if you see in other reviews people are in the same situation waiting for their package 1 month later and documents going missing. Don't bother calling up customer services either as they are no help and will leave you even more frustrated than you were in the first place. WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY. Quicker method would be to hand deliver.

UPS is terrible. They don't inform you if they can't deliver your package. They don't inform you of outstanding customs fees.

Shocking service, customer care was a joke. My package still not delivered after 6 weeks. Rubbish excuses. Just wished that I had read the reviews before wasting my money. Struggling to even get my package returned. Avoid at all costs
