Horrendous in every way. Kept 3 packages meant go from London bound to USA for 1 week then returned them as "they have a backlog and can't cope". All the time the UPS online tracking said they were in USA and about to be delivered. Eventually got my parcels back and felt lucky they weren't lost. They are a shambles and the people in the call centre are unintelligent robots who won't deviate from their script. Totally useless and scary that they are still in business. Don't use them under any circumstances.

They have stolen my laptop that it was inside a box that I delivered with them to my moving to Gibraltar. I can’t believe they could do that. I’m 100% sure one of their stuff stole it. This is not going to end here. I will take you to court UPS. For those who lost their properties, ask for legal advice and report this awful company. I hope the people who don’t know how bad is this company can read the reviews first.

Most Awful Courier Experience Of My Life. Two months & twice to Italy & twice back again; LOOK AT THE TRACKING?!!! This is not Brexit or Covid it is UPS, only the former pair are their constant & pitiful excuse. The worst customer service experience in my entire 48yrs, I have never ever dealt with such boundless ineptitude and unaccountability as with UPS. I've spent over 8hrs chasing this up and being lied to and misled over and over, no duty of care for their smaller customers whatsoever. Barely no emails are answered & on the rare occasion they are it is generic & inapplicable to the questions asked. What do Customer Service actually do? Nothing for me & they've likely now cost me money too. Oh & there was a Customs Invoice enclosed, just another of their strange ploys & excuses for such an inferior service. "UPS; AN UTTERLY DISGRACEFULL ORGANISATION THAT I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE EVER AGAIN".

Appalling service all round. Been waiting over a month for a parcel. Tracking updates change daily, sometimes a date appears, then disappears again.. Excuses randomly appear on the tracking feed ranging from Brexit (they should have prepared) to severe weather (there hasn't been any) to confusion over delivery address (my delivery address couldn't be clearer). Customer service (farmed out to India as presumably no-one here can take the abuse) has no idea when or if my parcel will ever get to me.

UK to Italy parcel went nowhere in 3 weeks! Paid for parcel UK to Italy. Ups held the parcel at Heathrow for over 3 weeks, then sent it back to my home address!!. Tried to email them, the log in on the web site doesnt work. I called them, 30 mins taken to do nothing but call me back. Call back never happened. I have had to refund my customer and I have lost £12 to UPS.

I sent an expensive very rare smartphone to my friend in the UK with the track number: 1Z06W05V0495397302, but surprisingly, the UPS company lost my parcel. Previously, I sent a lot of cheap goods and they were delivered normally, but as soon as I sent an expensive product, it was immediately lost! I am sure that my parcel was stolen by UPC employees. I do not recommend using the UPS company to send valuable goods, as it will be stolen by the company's employees!

They apparently delivered a package but there was NO knock on the door as I was here all the time and NO card put through to let me know where they had taken it. I eventually tracked it only expecting it to have been delivered to the nearest access point FIVE MINUTES away from me, but they sent it to the furthest, miles away!!

UPS have had my parcel sat in one of their warehouses for over a month where it has been scanned over 20 times. Their customer service is terrible, the only explanation they could give me is “brexit” which I feel is a lie since I’ve had other UPS parcels arrive since then with virtually no delay. I am not able to get an explanation from anyone about what is keeping this parcel from being delivered. 100% one of the poorest couriers going.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Goods shipped from Denmark 4 February - still not delivered, Goods sent express from Denmark on 26 February to replaced non-delivered goods - still not delivered. Full story - 6 packages dispatched from Denmark on 4 February. UPS have had our EORI and VAT numbers since 11 January 2021. These are on the packages as is the commercial invoice. The packages got to Langenhagen in Germany on 5 February then to Herne-Boernig, Germany that same day. Then it all went pear shaped. Claimed bad weather delayed it in Herne-Boernig for a week. Interesting considering DHL managed to deliver goods from Flensburg (Danish/German border), Cologne and Frankfurt that were ordered on 8 February and all were delivered between 11-12 February. 6 packages eventually get to Stanford Le Hope (UPS London Hub) on 15 February and that was it. Random scans daily, blaming Brexit daily and still nothing. 8 Phone calls to UPS customs and imports team. 5 calls disconnected after over 1.5 hours on hold. 1 was picked up and we were transferred to customer services who picked up the call and disconnected it. 1 who put us on hold for 20 minutes then cut us of and 1 to a lovely lady from Guatemala who told me she'd get someone to call back. Marie at UPS Bristol has been calling me every day for nearly 2 weeks telling me there's no news until, joy of joys, 1 package at Bristol. That was delivered looking like it been sat on, jumped on, kicked about, thrown...basically used as a football. Since then... nothing. 5 packages still being scanned daily at Stanford Le Hope and claiming brexit delays. The supplier sent us another package on 18 February as an apology for the issues. That managed to get to Stanford le Hope on 22 February but similarly has also not been delivered. I used the online link to send an email on 22 February which promised a reply within 24 hours. I'm still waiting and it's 3 March. After much complaining, my supplier sent a replacement order of 6 packages, plus our next order of another 5 packages, by UPS express on Friday 26 February. It arrived at Castle Donnington hub over the weekend and should have been delivered on Monday 1 March 2021. I've had 1 package out of 11. As of tomorrow, UPS will have had my packages for a whole month. In the time the goods have sat in their London hub, I could have walked from Wiltshire to London, multiple times and brought the whole lot back ON FOOT. Quick recap 18 packages in the care of UPS and we've had 2 delivered. This is not a service, this is a total and utter disgrace.

This place just makes you realised how good Hermes,DPD and Parcelforce really are. The manner in which this company treat their customers is pathetic and downright embarrassing with stolen property, lost mail, frozen deliveries and packages no wonder their facing the wrath of the public, they’ve lost any credibility they did have with their so called customer service that supports and helps nobody. Absolute shambles. Honestly.

Giving them "1" as "0" not possible! Must be worst delivery company - I sent a parcel on 19th January and it sat in the warehouse until 11th February - no communication, no explanation! The parcel has still not been delivered to recipient in Poland - 6 weeks today!!!

I have been waiting for my shipment since the 8th of February, with no explanation as to why the delay, dreadful customer service and no reply whatsoever to any of my emails. Certainly first and last time that I send anything through this company. A few days later... UPS and its facewashing strategy: they sent me an (obviously automated) email, saying that they would sort it, and still nothing. It has been a month since I sent the boxes and they still haven't arrived. Nobody has contacted me as to why this is happening, I have sent several emails to several directions and no reply. On the phone they say that "someone will contact you in 24h", well... it's the ninth time and still NO CONTACT!!! Unacceptable service.

Ordered some bike components from France - they made it to Stansted on Feb 16th, but have now been stuck in the warehouse ever since. Can't believe I was charged for 24 hour delivery. It's an absolute disgrace and I'm now held up on finishing a client's build due to this shambles. Will never use UPS again and would like my money back for 'fast' delivery. Emailed, phoned, tweeted but no other info other than telling me my parcel's delayed, which obviously I already knew. Glad to see the company tweet about having a stellar 4th quarter of 2020 in financial terms. I suppose financial prosperity is more easily achieved if you charge customers for a service you then don't provide and don't have any care for the downstream consequences to those customers. Utterly disgraceful business. I've followed what others on here said and have raised the issue with BBC Watchdog, trading standards, and Which magazine. My hope is that enough people report UPS to consumer rights groups then the negative PR will force some of these massive 4th quarter 2020 profits into actually running a courier service rather than stealing people's money, goods, and time

Absolute nightmare, parcel sent out 15th February “UPS” received it 17th February we are now into March ? March for crying out loud, paid 165GBP import tax and nothing, tracking bounces constantly from “Brexit delay” to Held in warehouse to “In Transit” and reads like a short novel. Honestly, if it had been strapped to a snails back it would’ve been here faster. Don’t have the time, patience, or stomach for this anymore. Phoned “Customer Service” don’t know why they call it that to be honest turned out to be another pointless exercise and a total waste of time. Girl hadn’t a clue what was going on she must go home with one massive headache at night dealing with this. Shockingly bad !!! Where is my property UPS ???

3 attempts at delivery in one day, kept parcel for almost 2 weeks and now they’re returning to sender?! On numerous occasions I’ve tried to call but you cannot speak to anyone. Totally useless service! I’ve recommended the company sending parcel do not use them again. Can’t even answer questions below as there is NO ONE to talk too about arranging a delivery!!!

First of all they don't turn up. I spend the whole day on to them, and lies all the way 1 it's on it's way (morning) 2 ok, we actually made a mistake it isn't on its way 3 we'll call you to arrange a time 4 no honestly, we just keep waiting 5 we'll definitely call you within an hour 6 oh i am sorry for your inconvenience, you should have been called 7 you will definitely have someone by 7pm 8 i'm sorry for the inconvenience And now nothing. Why not say, look give up, we are useless and won't come? Now multiply those calls by about x2 as I'm put on the clueless people who didn't really know the difference between Ireland and the UK. And kept cutting me off. And then when you call no one seems capable of just pulling up the record of your conversation or what is going on. So it takes age shouting out numbers over a really weak line. I hate UPS

The worst!!! They say they attempted delivery first, second and third time but it is no true! No note left because nobody came. You call but nothing can be done except redirecting your delivery to some UPS pick-up point. Horrible. Avoid there are no customer orientated, disrespectful service. They think you are an idiot.
