Absolutely useless, never bother to knock, just put a card through the door with Info where to pick up parcel, how do dolts like this stay in business.

UPS are absolutely rubbish. Have to give one star in order to go forward and did so begrudgingly. Sent a parcel to Spain on 22nd Feb for my neice’s birthday and it still hasn’t arrived, we’re now on 17th March. Hours on the phone and emailing and still nothing. It’s as if no one gives a damn. Absolutely useless. Will never use them again.

Absolutely awful service will NEVER order with them again!!!!!! Parcel meant to be sent to Liverpool was delivered and signed by some ransomed in France????? A joke hahahaha

IF ONLY -1000 STARTS WAS AN OPTION, IT WOULD NOT EVEN BE ENOUGH. This package was sent by Seagate on 11th February 2021, on the 19th of Feb, they said they have attempted delivery which was an UTTER LIE as we are company with two receptionist and CCTV footage which we have than checked afterwards and no UPS van attempted anything. Than we contacted them to reschedules for redelivery, they said it was lost and an investigation has been open which is due to be closed by 16th March. When I called them today, they completely denied they have said that it was lost and they claimed the package is ready to be delivered. Than I spoke to a manager called Sam Colipano, who advised me the package is out for delivery and it will reach me before 15:00 on March 16th 2021. I didn't received the package until 15:30pm and therefore I called up UPS, after being on the call for 45 minutes and being passed around like a football, I have been told the package is being processed to be collected. Despite the fact I have been told is already with a driver and out for delivery. They have now refused to give me any further information and I just am out of options now. My package is now officially lost with so many contridicted massages from the customer service and the manager Sam Colipano. PLEASE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND PACKAGE, DO NOOOOOT USE UPS; I EMPHESIS, DO NOT USE UPS.

How can they be this bad, and stay this bad? Doesn’t deliver on time. Constantly chops and changes when it says it will deliver. Appalling website ( really really appalling). All in all the very worst delivery company. In fact very nearly the worst company I have to deal with for any product or service.

Sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience??? Is silly I have been waiting for my parcel from Europe for 7 weeks now and when you track shipment in a morning they says in transit we going to deliver on Monday and afternoon is saying delayed due to brexit and it's been like that for weeks now ... And there is no such thing as customers service you call them and all you can hear is the same what you cen see on website no help at all. So disappointed! It's your parcel but you cannot do anything about it they will hold it as long as they want.

Will never use UPS again! Paid a premium for a small parcel to be sent express delivery to arrive the following day in Northern Ireland to a laboratory. The parcel was time sensitive and cost a lot of money (Covid19 test). It needed to get there within 66 hours otherwise the test is unusable. The parcel finally arrived 5 days late, by which time the test was unusable and i was unable to take my flight home. The same issue then happened to me AGAIN the following week with another parcel, the parcel arrived to the laboratory after 5 days resulting in ANOTHER unusable void test result and ANOTHER missed flight. I called UPS to question the location of my parcel and they advised that there was a problem with customs papers causing a delay . (Customs papers for Northern Ireland from England??) If you cant deliver a service as promised, don't offer and charge people money for it! I contacted UPS for a refund of the postage charge and was advised that the money back guarantee no longer exists.......disgraceful!

A parcel for us arrived at Notts depot on Wednesday we were advised of delivery for Thursday. Didn’t arrive then advised it would be Friday didn’t arrive. Phoned their customer services today Saturday. Who said it may be Monday but not sure! we only live 15 miles away but they are unable to deliver a birthday gift that was for the Friday. Use Hermes or Yodel but don’t use ups if you want anything on time.

Take notice of the low rating. It will relate to your experience for sure. USELESS, Going to court to get a refund because they refuse Paid for a 4 day delivery. 90 days later they finally admit to losing the parcel. But it's not over, because they have found every excuse they can to drag out the refund process, and now I have to take them to court to get my money back. UPS is the worst company to deal with. They are like children playing a game, making excuses, lying and refusing to do anything they claim to do. In the conversation so far, they have apologised more than 30 times. They repeatedly ask for my contact details and then offer a new review or investigation, assuring that someone will get in contact. I must have had 5 of these, and at no point has anyone contacted me about anything. The continually return documents claiming missing information, when the information is in the document they return. Their stupid behaviour is unbelievable. And then they will suggest you phone their support telephone number, which is only a good idea if you want to be put on hold for over an hour, to finally be told by some manager that they will sort it out, which of course they don't because no-one does anything they say they will do, ever! Ups stands for USELESS, UNDERPERFORMING, UNDELIVERED uPs stands for PATHETIC, upS stands for words that refuse to be submitted here. Use UPS if you don't want you parcel to arrive. Use UPS if you want to waste your money. Use UPS if you want a frustrating period of trying to get a refund, or any answers at all. If you want your parcel to arrive, use another company.

Small package has been in this country for over a month now, on tracking it says customs checked many weeks ago, they have been saying warehouse scan and package will be forwarded to a ups facility in the destination city but its not moving. poor show from these idiots i will tell supplier in italy not to use this hopeless company. info also passed on to scammers.

Sick to death of UPS blaming covid and Brexit for delays and missing items. We are getting emails DAILY now from customers. We have contacted your head office, CEO and FB and you are ZERO HELP. You cannoot really blame Brexit for missing items in the UK...Wait yes your doing that also. DO NOT USE. CHECK OUR THE REVIEWS. THEY ARE HAVING SERIOUS ISSUES. ***** STAY WELL AWAY****

Worst service ever. Never send your parcel through UPS. You will never get it even if you get , it'll be broken and badly damaged. Worst customer service who dont give any update about the product and have no idea of where the package is. Total waste of time and money and yes it is really going to shoot up your blood pressure when you talk to the customer care.

MY UPS COURIER EXPERIENCE REVIEW (THIS IS FOR ALL OFW WHO’S PLANNING TO SEND BALIKBAYAN BOX.) Last NOVEMBER 27, 2020 I sent TWO PARCELS from SOUTH KOREA TO CEBU, PHILIPPINES. Since I can’t go home because of the pandemic we’re facing right now. I decided to send package to my mother. Before I already sent parcels many times to CEBU CITY. I have always been using EMS POST OFFICE because of their fast and reliable service. The EMS POST OFFICE told me that “Only UPS COURIER can go to CEBU CITY, PHILIPPINES.” So, I have no other options but to send my package using UPS COURIER. I paid DOUBLE PRICE FEE than the usual I paid for EMS POST. I was hopeful that my package will be delivered early. And “YES, IT WAS DELIVERED EARLY and THAT WAS THE SECOND PACKAGE.” The First parcel has a tracking number 1Z65533F0468153217. And the Second parcel has a tracking number 1Z65533F0468316407. The second parcel was delivered on December 1, 2020 at 4:19 pm and paid CUSTOMS Tax amount in Philippine Peso 2,516.00 (Two Thousand five hundred sixteen peso). So, I was hoping that the FIRST parcel will come anytime soon. But days, weeks, and months passing by it hasn’t arrive yet. So, I wonder what happened. I sent an email to UPS CUSTOMER AGENT. Fast forward, we exchanged mails with the agent. They asked me documents such as AIRWAY BILL, PROOF OF PURCHASE, AND CREDIT CARD STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT. So, I have given all of the documents they asked. Then again, they are asking “FDA PERMIT.” Then I emailed them again. “Why are you asking me FDA PERMIT? When I am just sending these items as gifts. Is there any other way so that my parcel will be delivered? Or should I pay more tax than the usual?” and then they calculated that I should pay the amount in Philippine Peso 5,285.00 (Five thousand two hundred eighty-five peso). Then I agreed to the agent that I will be paying that amount just the parcel to be delivered. The last email that I have received was on January 15, 2021. “This email acknowledges the receipt of your message. We’ll proceed with customs clearance tonight.” Then I waited again and hopefully it will be delivered anytime soon. Last January 26, 2021 and February 17, 2021 I have sent an email to the agent but the agent didn’t reply. So, I sent an email to their new agent last March 2, 2021 and give the necessary details of the parcel. The agent replied to me March 3, 2021 the again we’ve exchanged mails until she said “I regret to advise you that I am still waiting for our counterpart's feedback regarding the retrieval of your abandoned parcel.” So, I replied her back “The parcel wasn’t abandoned. I even agreed to pay more tax so that we can claim it. And your fellow customer service agent told me last January 15,2021. “This email acknowledges the receipt of your message. We’ll proceed with customs clearance tonight.” So, the agent again replied me on March 10, 2021 and said “I have received a feedback from our Brokerage Group that unfortunately your package cannot be located at the moment.” And now, I am DISMAYED and FRUSTRATED. I think my gifts inside the parcel was already been used by them. At the end of the day, no matter how many emails and documents we send to them. They are trying to tell “Just give up! Its already lost or the items have been damaged and used” SO, I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE UPS COURIER. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TRANSACTION OF THIS COURIER.

UPS could not care less about customer service. Absolutely shocking, although I find it hard to get angry with the call centre people as who knows what conditions they are working under. I am a small business £300 out of pocket not to mention days of wasted time and delays in production as a result of UPS's absolute disregard for my parcels which have been lost. They're certainly happy to make money out of the pandemic though!

Utterly useless service ! There tracking system is useless and tells me nothing, and they have lost my package completely, despite emails to give me 2 delivery days, I waited in all do and nothing happens ! Call there customer service ( in the Philippines) and they are useless too.. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ! EVER ! My vehicle is off the road waiting for the parts they have and the do not care at all ! And nothing I can do has any effect, I've spend hours trying to resolve the matter, no emails on progress, no phone calls, just a void ! Idiots !!

Scheduled delivery was delayed by a week, it was rescheduled to today from 1200-1600, obviously that came and went with no package, according to the tracker my package arrived in Stanford Le Hope two days ago and hasn’t moved, Stanford No Hope more like. Edit: I have emailed their customer services but judging by other people’s experiences I doubt I will get a response, they only put a reply so their Trustpilot metrics show they respond to negative comments, would be good if they did anything to address the issues in the first place. My package status has now been changed to delayed due to Brexit, this is clearly an excuse as it has been cleared by customs, is in the UK, customs charges paid, so how can Brexit be an influence? It is sitting in a warehouse 2 hours drive away and two weeks overdue the original scheduled delivery date, one day overdue the amended delivery date ‘due to Brexit’. Just sort your act out. I think everyone who has had a bad experience with UPS UK recently should contact BBC Watchdog Rogue Traders, let’s get this company investigated...

UPS CEO if you need to contact someone UPS CEO if you need to contact someone. He is useless at responding but im sure a few emails may wake this waste of space up. i called the CEO of parcelmonkey with an issue and it was sorted by the CEO at PM in two days. this idiot is Mr hide and seek. too big to help UK customers. Unable to speak to anyone, was on hold for over an hour. They don't answer any of the emails. We will have to find another courier for all our business. Don't even think they are worthy of one star. No way to run a business, all our suppliers are annoyed so it's not just our business they will lose.

Horrendous in every way. Kept 3 packages meant go from London bound to USA for 1 week then returned them as "they have a backlog and can't cope". All the time the UPS online tracking said they were in USA and about to be delivered. Eventually got my parcels back and felt lucky they weren't lost. They are a shambles and the people in the call centre are unintelligent robots who won't deviate from their script. Now they won't communicate re refunding nearly £170 taken for parcels that never left London in a week - no worries, will block credit card payments. Totally useless and scary that they are still in business. Don't use them under any circumstances. Wish I had read these reviews before using, could have saved myself a lot of trouble!
