Over two weeks late delivery, damaged washing machine, no customer service and refuse price match promise. They claim to give you the trade price, funny how argos was £50 cheaper, my own fault i guess. Never again, AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Worst experience ever. Despite patio door wide open. Delivery guys were not ready to deliver it into the house, left the fridge freezer in the garage. No more shopping from appliance direct. Don't be fool looking at the low price, we ended up paying more as we had to pay for getting it moved into the house.

Awful company. Can't deliver when they say and the customer service advisor lied to me telling me she was a manager when she wasn't. Don't use them.

Faulty dryfryer, but try getting through to ask for any help! Several days of going onto their website for customer service at different times of day and always the same response: Appliances Direct We're sorry for the delay. All our chat agents are currently busy. We've received your message and an agent will be with you shortly. .....and that's how it stays for hours.

I would site them as a fraudulent company. The attitude to when my air conditioner went faulty was. 'well you obviously broke it yourself so we'll only fix it if you pay for it' They refused to converse via their message system and would only speak over the phone. presumably so there is no written record of their activities when they're taken to court by their customers, sorry not customer victims. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a A1 kitchen Taylor and Moore sink, It was confirmed to me that the sink was undamaged 100% and it had been checked all over. Sink arrived payed for next day delivery , received no message of my 1 hour delivery slot , so had to stop in all day. Opened the box and took the sink out , a corner was bent in and cut, yes 1.2mm steel , cut, contacted Appliances direct , that took ages, would not send a replacement out until they had the so called damaged sink back , also said it was impossible for the sink have been damaged before despatch, I did say the damaged corner was covered by protection and it would not be possible to have been damaged by delivery , It cost me to have a day off for delivery , AD not bothered about this cost , I asked for a SAT delivery for a new sink, got told they dont deliver on SATURDAYS, web page says they do, They did offer a small refund if I kept the sink customer service agent .more concerned in denying damage done before despatch , but to me damage was dangerous , not bothered about customer satisfaction , so i refused .I did ask for compensation considering it was their mistake , I had to take the damaged item to a collection point ,and that we are without a sink no response. The only response was , we will offer a refund after we have received the damaged item, and that the item was ONLY damaged by delivery driver . My first buying experience from Appliances direct and by far the worst customer service

Ordered numerous appliances all delivered I didn't open the packaging as we were waiting for a new kitchen to be fitted. Our fitter opened all appliances over 30 days after purchase and started to install when it came to the last bit an AEG cooker hood he advised that all the filters were missing. Contacted appliance direct who said nothing they could do as it was over 30 days.NEED I SAY MORE

Bought robotic vacuum cleaner with mop attachment, hole in water cylinder, after two months of trying to get sorted with tesco direct as this company totally ignored me, sent back whole appliance, no communication whatsoever from this company, appliance now apparently damaged on return. Never again, over 10 weeks of utter frustration, worst customer service ever, do not buy from them

I went on line an order a grade 1 product (some minor scratches). We agreed a good price and I said I would collect the oven. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control I was unable to drive to collect so I asked for and paid for a weekend delivery. All was fine until the delivery turned up on a Thursday with no one home. Instead of the item being redelivered the company sent the package back to appliance direct saying I refused delivery. I re arranged the delivery with Appliance D for the next Friday / Sat and they did credit me back my delivery charge. So we move to the next delivery and they delivered completely different product. They have lost my item and con not offer a replacement. I therefor now have to wait for a refund and how no oven for my new kitchen and all I get is a sorry. Thanks Appliance Direct but I would not recommend your service at any price. One redeeming point is they collected the incorrect package within 1 hour of delivery. small point in the grand scheme but dually noted.

I purchased a fridge from Appliances Direct which was delivered this morning. It was advertised as having minor dents and scratches with photos reflecting this. What arrived was an extremely damaged second hand fridge with scratches to all surfaces not reflected in the photos. This item was not as described. Not only did I have to pay £19.95 to have this delivered but I am being charged £59 to have this falsely advertised item collected. I've never made an online complaint before but have never felt so let down by a company. Needless to say, you are unable to review or leave any posts on this companies Facebook page. I will not be ordering from them again and highly advise avoiding this company.

so...... ordered a new range oven. First dlivery was on time but the item was faulty, as well as, damaged in transit. It happens right, pain but what can you do?? Heres where the fun begins... call customer service who say its not there problem but Bekos (This is a brand new oven). wait for Beko engineer for a week who confirms what we all ready know. 48 hours ring back to return ove. Now this item was brought on finance and they will not refund this item until it back in there warehouse, tbey also wont transfer the finance to another oven. so the only way to ensure we have a working oven over the next two weeks is to take out another finance and because i am of limited means this is declined. Customer service at Appliance Direct shrug there shoulders its my problem. Calls to underwritters, emails everywhere. V12 were great. Appliance Direct confirm the finance is all ok and they are gonna email me paperwork to sign. There mistake here then leads me to attempt to open another finances , which of course i am turned down for and the pattern continues. Two weeks down the line and im sitting at home waiting for a confirmed delivery of an item that does not show.... more phonecalls and they confirm it hasnt been sent and rearrange it for tomorrow. In the meantime they now wont change the pick up for the old one because of this and i have to do it. we are now at 3 weeks with a faulty oven, £60 in phonecalls to a premium rate number and a wealth of stress. Unhelpful, rude, condasending cowboys in my opinion. Avoid like the plague!!!

Bought a samsung galaxy phone turned on didn't work. Contacted head of customer services Lisa. She told us to carry out a factory reset which we did and still no joy. The phone was obviuosly not new as it is asking for the original owners log in details. Lisa refused to believe this was rude and aggressive with her response. Don't go near.

I ordered an item on 20th Feb 17 and paid for a selected day delivery. The item was apparently dispatched through DX delivery but it never came and there was no communication as to why it was not delivered. I then cancelled the order and asked for a refund as the item never reached me. they are refusing to refund until the item reaches their warehouse. Absolute nonsense as the item never reached me, but a brick wall of a customer service lady called Gemma Coyne just won't reason except repeat to you is a company policy. avoid them like a plague. absolute useless.

I purchased a Belling cooker on 22 November 2016. I only first went to use the grill on Saturday 28th January 2017. The grill made an exploaded giving a lound bang sound. It gave Carbon Monoxide Emissions (poison) and set off my Carbon Monoxide alarm. (I strongly advice everyone to install one in their properties). My 86 year old mother in law is connected with the homecare team who repeated asked us to open windows and doors and stand outside. They immediately sent a registered National Grid engineer within half an hour. On arrival the engineer discovered Carbon Monoxide emissions on his detector. So he had to make my property safe. He disconnected my gas supply from the mains and advised I should get a Gas Safe Engineer to inspect my 2 gas appliances in my property. I have a boiler that is a gas appliance and this new Belling cooker that I purchased from Appliances Direct. Well baring in mind last weekend was very cold and I have children and an elderly leaving with me my house had no central heating for 48 hours. Anyway the boiler was re-instated because all the checks proved its fit for purpose and safe from Carbon Monoxide. He had to disconnect my cooker and gave me a certificate to say this cooker is not safe. I raised my complaint with Appliances Direct but all they did was send a Belling engineer over five days later. This engineer carried out his checks at 6pm in the evening leaving myself and my family to further poison emissions. I suffered with headaches and fealt faint. But they did not show any empathy to me or my health conditions namely Diabetes and high blood pressure. The engineer took a further 48 hours to compile his report and after consulting his (apparently) area manager called me later then the agreed time only to say he needs to check the CO2 emissions coming from the cooker and gave me a further week later date. Personally this is damaging customer service and disappointing after care. Oh he also lied saying that he has left my cooker Re-instated - this is not true its still disconnected. Appliances direct are passing the book and refuse to give me an exchange or refund. Where do I go from here I am left at a dead end. I am so appualed that having the Consumers Rights Act 2015 how retailers and manufacturers can get away with treating their customers in such a way. I am left 11 days today and counting with no cooker to use, so no healthy balanced meals for my family and I. Its knocked my confidence in buying anything anymore, and a distressed 86 year old. How could they do this, #Appliances Direct selling UNSAFE Cookers... Protect youselves people. Very bad service and unsafe products..

I went to Appliances Direct, branch to purchase a TV. The sales woman seemed very helpful initially. I selected a Samsung TV graded as Grade A, Refurbished and was informed by the sales woman that this produce was 'box opened' only, no faults and no actual refurbishment, only graded this was due to it being 'box opened'. However when i viewed the product I observed faults to the TV, the frame of the screen was coming away at the bottom, it looked like it had been dropped. I addressed my concern with the guys who were in the warehouse responsible for getting and show me the TV. They advised that the sales people basically, tell you what they want for the sale! I addressed this issue with the sales woman and also with the manager, the woman acknowledged that she had told me incorrect information and both her and the manager were very defensive. The whole set up it DODGY and I would certainly not go back and would NOT recommend Appliances Direct.

Bought Belling dual fuel range cooker which inside two months gave carbon monoxide emissions. Resulting in complete cut off of gas supply. Got independent Gas safe engineer to find fault turned out cooker defect and unsafe. After reporting this to Appliances Direct they were very unhelpful and showed no concern for the safety of me and my household. They refused an exchange or refund this has left me with a loss in money and no cooked meals. Completely disappointing service and bad management. They sent a engineer out five days later who turned up at 6pm in the evening. This engineer was completely incompetent and made a false statement. I will ensure no one that I know buys products from this company an I advise anyone reading this review to protect yourself from Appliances Direct.
