I want to give the ( - ) Negative at least - 5 and after shut their operation down forever. Cheaters, liars and all synonyms.... Wasted 2 days in a row.... Please shut them down please, i beg you and for sure thousands other clients will beg you too... Ruined my business... lost clients....

Do not use dpd for expensive items, or items that are critical for you - as they may very well be destroyed and your complaint will not be honored. I was expecting an expensive international parcel. When the parcel arrived, I could hear that the content was broken. The driver refused to let me open the parcel (it was a large, bulky parcel - 30 kg) to confirm that it is damaged. He gave me two options: 1. Do not accept the parcel 2. Open the parcel after he leaves and file a complaint then. I chose option 2. as option 1. was unacceptable, as DPD would either cancel the delivery (I would be at a loss by default) or would redeliver (and the problem would repeat). I immediately opened the parcel after I got it into my house, and it was broken. I took pictures of the damage (within 15 min from the delivery) and filed a complaint with the broker. DPD rejected my complaint alleging that I did not report the damage upon receiving the parcel - which is clear not the case. Despite rejecting my complaint, they dd not provide me with any info concerning my options to further pursue my complaint, which is in direct violation of EU directive on consumer rights. Company: Destroys parcels Misleads customers upon receiving the parcels Takes 30 days to review claim Rejects claims despite photo evidence taken within 15 min upon receiving of the parcel Does not respect consumer rights - does not provide statutory info about further complaint process I will use DHL from now on, and will pursue my rights in courts if needed. Such unacceptable behaviour must be stopped.

I sent myself a package and paid 51 euros for it's delivery. They didn't come to collect it on the appointed day after setting a time and sending a notification. It took them almost a week to come pick it up. I packed a few fragile items, but I packed it in such a way they'd have to beat my package or let it fall from a great height to break anything. They broke something that was extremely difficult to break, smashed all the items on the top (that were well wrapped, to prevent breaking, although they were not fragile), and basically messed up half of the package. Then they refused to bring it to my house, on the grounds that it was visibly damaged, open and stained (it was not open when they gave it to us, but it was taped with a different tape over the original, so maybe they peeled it off and was retaped afterwards. It was not as damaged on the outside as they claimed, and they said they were trying to get a refund, but then we wouldn't get our package). We had to call customer service before sending and before we got it, and spent a lot of money and time in those calls. We were eventually sent to pick it up from a warehouse, instead of getting it delivered. I haven't gotten a refund, and it doesn't look like I will. Never working with them again.

My parcel, which I paid extra for next day delivery, was sent out on the wrong van. Regardless of the fact it was about 8 miles from me most of the sday, it was returned to the depot to be delivered tomorrow.

Arranged for a case to be picked up from my son's university and delivered to home. He received a text with time slot but driver did not arrive. Contacted live chat and was told they cannot contact driver, cannot check drivers collection schedule and it could be collected any time up to 5pm. My son waited in all day, missed lectures, but driver never arrived. Contacted live chat again and they could offer no explanation why. I have cancelled the order - would never use DPD again - wish I had read the reviews here first

I would give negative stars if I could. Did not go to my lecture, took one day off from my job, sat in the house just for the parcel, and suddenly I received an email saying that we came but you were not in the house. Cannot understand how their driver (Mike) think I am not in the house without ringing the bell (unless he has some extraordinary feelings). Obviously, DPD does not even have a support line to call. Worst service I have ever seen.

Chasing up another 'lost' parcel with Customer 'Services' today was like banging my head against a brick wall for an hour an a half to eventually get nowhere and have them rudely put the phone down on me telling me that they had given me enough of their time already - and yet they gave me no credible details of how the issue was to be resolved and did not call me back as promised - they were so dismissive and rude it is no wonder that they encourage customers annoyance with this absolutely useless and reliably unreliable awful company. One star rating is much to generous - DPD should be avoided as their system and management are the pits !

Let down yet again yesterday and parcel now seems 'lost' (or as a Christmas present for one of the 'workers'?). Using DPD is the new lottery and it seems that receiving your parcel safely on time is getting close to the same odds as winning ! Terrible Terrible Terrible unreliable, dishonest and rude company - AVOID !

I have ordered a perfum from Notino which company using DPD service. I have paid £4 for delivery and my parcel still has not arrived. They should have delivered it on the 3rd of December. I have contacted the company several times but there is no sign of my parcel yet. I think it is unacceptable customer service regarding the price what they charge for a 120g parcel within the UK. I would advice people to try to use different delivery companies as DPD clearly doing a terrible job.

I will never again buy from a company who use DPD - So Mobile UK, subsidiary of Carphone Warehouse and Dixon 's you will lose customers if you continue. Having waited in 3 days in a row for my delivery, being promised every day it was coming - it is no where to be found. Apparently it was last scanned on the first day and is now lost. Now, before I can get a replacement I have to wait for them to investigate - well, considering the service so far, I'm not holding my breath. I can't get a refund and I am still sitting with a phone contract, so can't get another in the meantime. I am going to use this review on every site I an find.

I work for DPD and feel I must tell you that the place is a shambles and I am not at all surprised by many of these reviews highlighting a very unreliable company - I have had enough and there is no sign that my management colleagues can sort this out with the present practices. It will only get worse so be warned !!

DPD let me down again today - delivery time given but no delivery and then after over an hour chasing I hear the parcel never left their depot but now it has been 'mislaid' !!! DPD have let me down on over 30% of the deliveries that I have had this year and I now will inform my suppliers that if they use DPD I will NOT buy from them. I think this might be the only type of communication that DPD will understand as every other 'communication' to and from them seems pointless as there is little chance that it will be accurately addressed. DPD ARE CLEARLY IN CHAOS AND MELTDOWN IS IMMINENT _ AVOID BEING DRAGGED DOWN WITH THEM !

WHAT A RUBBISH LYING COMPANY, THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DELIVER THE PARCEL FOR THE LAST WEEK, HAVE NOT SUCCEEDED YET. TIME SLOT GIVEN 12.30-1.30, THEN CHANGED TO 3.30-4.30, CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES ON THREE OCCASIONS, THEY SAY IT HAS BEEN NOW DESIGNATED FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE HOUR AT 5PM. CUSTOMER SERVICES PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME, I WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL, THEY COULD NOT EXPLAIN WHY THE DRIVER SAID HE COULD NOT GAIN ACCESS TO MY ROAD, ROAD WAS OPEN, BASICALLY A LOAD OF LIES. THE SAME THING HAPPENED LAST WEEK AT AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS. YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED BY DPD. ALWAYS ASK THE COMPANY WHO WILL DELIVER, IF IT IS DPD, AVOID AND ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR THE LACK OF I HAVE HAD THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE TO HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH. IF ZERO STARS WERE AVAILABLE, THEN THEY WOULD BE WORTHY OF THAT. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Well blow me down fed up of waiting for my DPD delivery so i sorted out myself yesterday and cancelled my order . Phone rings today then straight away hangs up next hear a knock on my door but in space of 1min from my living room to front door the elusive delivery driver has disappeared and 5-10mins later a photo arrives of the vicinity of where i live sneaky ninja dpd maybe should of cancelled last week when it was meant to arrived wonderful customer service A++++++. This is the email if you want to take further because phoning is a waste of time smt.escalations@dpdgroup.co.uk or contact the CEO Dwain on dwain@dpdgroup.co.uk; or dwain.mcdonald@dpdgroup.co.uk which i did and sent some lovely emails from his PA Amy

Mobile phone delivery scheduled for Monday - delivery to work. All good... in theory. DPD try to deliver early as they are in the area on Saturday. Nice idea, but obviously not the requested day. I get an email on Monday saying my request to have my delivery date moved to Tuesday has been accepted. This was news to me. I didn't make this request, which was worrying. Turns out it was an error at the distribution office. I'm assured the parcel will be delivered on Tuesday. I'm given the super useful time slot of 06:00 - 22:00. Since I don't work 16 hour shifts, as far as information goes, that offered zero help. Courier service can't be an easy job, but many complaints could be mitigated by making communications more clear and helpful.

Lauren ...you are very lucky he didn't throw peoples parcels at you and then say they weren't in for delivery or they were left with a neighbour in the next town !!! DPF ARE A TERRIBLE AND CHAOTIC COMPANY !

Lauren - are you sure DPD read these reviews? - There is no sign of that. You should email the right dept with copy to the police. Hopefully one of them will be interested. ps if you are traumatised by this I strongly suggest that you never use DPD to deliver your parcels or even worse try and talk to anyone with a brain at their Customer Services Department - a quick flash from a DPD driver would be nothing compared to this !!
