Parcel not delivered on stated timing. Parcel lost. Constantly chasing your customer service. Ridiculous message from your social media team putting blame on Parcel2Go when DPD has chosen to be affiliated with them. System failures. Never again. Worst delivery company ever used.

Assume your delivery will not be made. DPD are only good for moving your package from depot to depot. Delivering it to you seems to be beyond them. I have never had a successful delivery from DPD. The issues I have faced are: 1) Driver only handing some packages to designated delivery shop, not including mine 2) Cancelling the delivery as he couldn't find the house when other delivery services have never had an issue 3) Despite assurances the driver would call as I live in flat building, driver knocks on door of apartment building and says he attempted delivery. Why don't you stand at the end of the street and say you attempted delivery, it is the same thing. If you have a delivery coming from DPD, you will not receive it. Guaranteed.

Dpd very disappointed in the service provided today by one of your drivers. Saying he couldn't deliver my sons parcel despite five people being in my house! He didnt bother to knock on the door, no details left on the card either. And apparantly hes too busy to come back to my house and now he's told it wont be delivered for another week. He paid for next day delivery not next week! Worst customer service I've heard of, reluctant go give even 1 star . Think your courier Nick from leeds depot needs to have a look the job description

Where should I start from I never have any problem sending parcel until I use DPD, It is HORRIFIC, SHAMEFULL, DISGUSTING experience I had with DPD. My parcel due to be delivered on 10th April 2019 which never happened. Online kept aying 2 days delivery time and it took 5 days spending more money then normal delivery. If I took Royal Mail they have delivered it by now in £5 and paid £40 to DPD instead. The people who has to take the parcel with them is no longer in the country and now the wont be back until a months time. It was a gift they have to take with them. Quite upsetting , dreadful, hilarious experience with the DPD. No contact no given to contact the customer service. If you input your parcel no while ringing the CS then it will recognise your phone no and every time you call them it says you delivered parcel that time and wont let you go through to the CS. Then I have to choose different phone no and waited until the automatic machine tired and get me through to the cs and then international team who does not know what they doing. Now being advised to contact DPD ONLINE etc. That is costing my every seconds to minutes to hours from work. Do DPD think people have that much time in working day to hold and talk to them disgusting. Took me 50 minutes all together to get a response. Even asked manager I need to speak but no manager available. Response was busy and need to contact DPD ONLINE they will deal with the issue as I booked online. Another chapter open and DPD ONLINE chat offline and not responded no contact no. Hilarious. Took me today 3 hours to chat and at the end no resolution only saying they will return the money I paid. I use electricity / printing / and taxi to go to the shop to give them a parcel. Useless company and useless people handling the request. Item cost £200, Travel & Postage cost £50 but there is no addition to the suffering / headache / frustration / cost by them.

Dreadful. Failed to deliver a small package from UK to Europe on a promised date. I was the one who had to contact to alert them. The failure caused major inconvenience. Poor customer service tracking capabilities - the representative couldn't call the relevant department but only email them. There is a reason why their service was "cheaper" than others. Avoid at all costs. Never again.

I’ve had nothing but awful service off dpd today, the driver lied about coming to deliver the parcel, I was then promised 5 hours after my promised delivery Time that it would be re delivered- still no sign, then told again it would be another hour. They then didn’t bother delivering the parcel at all and didn’t get in contact to say otherwise, this company is an actual joke and they need to sort their sh*t ASAP.

Delivered to a local pick up point without my requesting it or letting me know. I have received no correspondence from them at all. I had to find our from my Amazon seller what the tracking ID was so that I could find out where it was. This is not the first time this has happened either. I really wish sellers would stop using this bunch of chancers. It would be easy to assume the driver wanted an early finish on a Friday so dumped all the parcels at the pick up point.

Rubbish. I have ordered an item from a clothing company, which was to be delivered by DPD to my home address. For the second time, THEY have selected that the delivery will be to my local Halfords store. Yesterday, I received an email saying that it would be there after 1200 today. I attended Halfords about 2 pm (even though I had not received the pass) and low and behold... no parcel, I must say that I did receive an email saying that it would now be tomorrow but I had made arrangements to collect the item TODAY... as stated by DPD... even though it was supposed to be delivered to my home address anyway!!!! It seems to me, that DPD are just operating to serve themselves.

Unacceptable! The delivery guy didn't ring the door bell and DPD sent a msg to say we have missed the parcel. I have to skip work to stay in to wait for the parcel! It's waste of time! Also, they said he had put the calling card in my mail box. There is NOTHING inside my mail box. Don't think only appear in front of my door and take a pic, I will know you are here. I'm not sitting in front of the door all day to wait for your delivery people. USE THE DOOR BELL! The chatbox is totally useless. I did complain 2 minutes after I received the message, the chatbox only asked me to call the company. The number is only voice message to direct you to the website. Very poor customer experience! Bad service!

Saw the DPD van and man across the road from my large front window - no nets or curtains - which is next to my fully glazed front door. I stood and waited - but he got back in his van and drove off! He did not come to my house and therefore did not knock on my door nor leave a card! So No parcel! But I then received an email telling me that I was not home!! Attached was a photograph of the shops in the next street! Anyone got any clues as to what this guy was doing!!? because its beyond me! Is it that they just like driving a van around but just dont want to have to leave it....?

Oh what went wrong, what is right with DPD is the question to ask, poor management, drivers doing whatever they like as their management back them up regardless. I was invited by DPD to leave a note on their system where to leave the parcels, I did so and asked for the parcels to be left in my front porch, twice this week they crossed the opened door of the front porch to bang at the end on another wooden door, they bye pass the bell without pressing it! Really? when I put in a complaint their replies are amazing apparently the drivers cannot always have the notes, so why asking us? It is apparent DPD drivers and probably management love confrontation! By the way I am 70 years old at my age life should be more peaceful than having to fight for something as simple as a delivery. Comparatively I used anyvan and never had any problems why is amazon not using them! amazon please stop using dpd

Driver was late, didn’t knock and left my parcel (containing perishable food items) in a bin, and when I opened the door and asked him why he didn’t knock, he told me to ‘prove it’ and also added ‘f*ck off’. Currently following the complaints procedure.

Have paid an extra to get my parcel on Saturday, I got a message saying that we were not at home, which is not true, also that they left a non-delivery card, they didn't, later on I have been told I will get my delivery on Sunday and Sunday I got a message from them saying "your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue" when I call them to try to find out where is my parcel, the first staff member was really rude, she did not let me speak until she suddenly hang up. The second staff member was way much polite and nice, however no solution for my parcel. Not wondering why 93.78% of the reviews are just 1 star.

Driver said I wasn't home....I was. Said he'd left a non-deliverable card...he hadn't. Driver backed his claim with a picture of a white line on a road. Customer service states they work from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday...they don't. It's no wonder they don't have a phone number.

Absolutely terrible. Please take time to read, it might spare your troubles. I've had multiple opportunities to access their service and there are some reocurring issues you might want to know about. My biggest problem with the firm is that upon booking a collection of a package from my home the only information I receive is that it will be picked up between 9:00am and 5:00pm. I also reveive a notification that "On the day of the collection, we will also advise you by email of your one hour time slot so that you can plan your day"... but the e-mail never arrives. It is the third time in a row when I am in a situation when I am forced to take a day off and look out of the window in a search of a courier for 8 hours straight. Having repeatedly contacted the staff working on the DPD helpline I have collected that they: 1 - Cannot contact the courier, have no access to absolutely any of their details. 2 - Cannot access any information about the mentioned e-mail and thus, also cannot re-send it. 3 - Do not reimburse their own failures, even of this caliber, can only reimburse the failure of collection of a package, but I have no experience with that. What usually happens now is the courier arrives in a totally random point of a day, or does not arrive at all. My current situation is that two days ago the courier arrived in a random point of a day, yesterday they did not arrive at all, and today I have the 8-hours-waiting-camp hoping that the courier will show up. Absolutely don't recommend using their service ever.

Worst delivery company ever! I have no idea how this so called company has not been placed into liquidation already! First they have me waiting the WHOLE! day then just as parcel was due to arrive the webpage is updated saying cannot deliver due to wrong postcode.. NO CALL from DPD to ask for info or correct postcode. Then after 2h on the phone trying to reschedule, was first told not their fault then hung up on! called back had a sales agent who hardly spoke English, say that he was "DOING ME A FAVOR" for updating postcode and would be delivered the next day! Next day comes around and then web updated again saying incorrect info, spent 1h again (mostly on-hold) was told that the agent the day before had forgot to copy part of my address, said would email his supervisor to auth address change as he could not do this, and delivery would be made TODAY! Call got "cut off" so called back spoke with a supervisor who could not give a damm about anything, and said that delivery would be made TOMORROW and that I must have called a different company as had no record of my previous call! (only have one number for them) 6 days to get a parcel that came 200km from me! This is not the first time I have had issues with this poor excuse for a delivery company. I will cancel all orders from Amazon if these are the delivery company and would not recommend anyone use this company. The recorded voice as soon as you call them telling people they understand that they may need to take out their frustrations with delayed parcels etc. just confirms how many calls they receive with irate customers due to sub standard service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! you will waste days and hours on the phone chasing your parcel.
