“Always had good service from DPD both at home and work addresses. Really like the option of being able to track driver's progress and gives a good indication of when the parcel will arrive. Surprised and sorry that so many have not been happy with DPD. However based on my experiences with DPD I give a good recommendation.”

“What on earth has happened to them. They were the best in terms of reliability and the wonderful 1 hour slot, like clockwork Now a regular shambles of going to the wrong addresses, claiming attempts at delivery and the rest. No missing items yet, but someone needs to take this company and get it back into order - soon”

“Driver didn’t knock I was waiting on another parcel so was near the door and the house was quiet, got a notification with a link to their page with a photo of my front door and I was informed they had left a dpd calling card, went to look no card inside looked outside and near the street I found the calling card on the floor, totally unprofessional”

“I would give them less than one star if it was possible! I sent two parcels together for delivery to the same address but only one arrived leaving me out of pocket £261.79 inc vat plus the DPD delivery fee I have been jumping through hoops since trying to get a recovery from them. Please think twice before entrusting them with your parcels! (DPD2138429).”

“This company is just not fit for purpose and should be investigated. When things go wrong - it seems most of the time - their 'customer service' is an utter disgrace...they are ignorant, dishonest, disinterested, abusive, confrontational and very rude....their supervisors (if you can get through to them) are even worse !! where do they find these morons and what is their training. The only thing that they do successfully is convince customers to never use them again or any company that associates itself with them. This company is totally unreliable and surely cannot survive? AVOID !!!”

“As everyone else has commented their delivery times are meaningless, their processes are useless, and their customer service staff do not deserve to be called customer service. The person I spoke to was rude, aggressive, unhelpful and hung up on me. He told me that it was not their fault because they were inundated by Black Friday sales and HE wouldn't give delivery timeframes. I pointed out that he worked for a company that did and my package was four hours late on a timescale that THEY had chosen. Refused to give me supervisors name, his name and shouted at me before hanging up.”

“What a bloody joke.... AGAIN!! First they lose a parcel (almost a month ago) and now today the driver was supposed to drop the parcel at my next door neighbours as instructed via their website, and where did the driver drop the parcel off? At number 174! How the f**k is that number 67?? Then a phone call to the even more useless customer service agent only to be advised that the quickest way for me to retrieve my parcel would be to collect it myself!! No, really.... That's your best advice, what did you think I was going to do? DPD you really are as useful as a bag of pigshit, and the pre recorded message you have before a customer gets connected to one of your agents explains all now... You know yourselves that you are a failure as a company and that you have far too many unsatisfied customers which will grow in number as Christmas gets nearer... UTTER FAIL!”

“I have placed an order on Friday for next day delivery on Saturday, they sent item thru DPD promptly, DPD failed to deliver on Saturday, they updated the reason for missed delivery "Premises were closed", we were home all day waiting for new phone, never arrived, called DPD they promised to contact driver and try to delivery on Saturday, called mobiles.co.uk, no explanation, they told me that they are now rearranged delivery on Sunday, no update from DPD on Sunday, called DPD they confirmed that they will deliver on Sunday, no delivery on Sunday, no delivery on Monday either, no update from DPD or mobiles.co.uk, saw update from DPD today that expected delivery on Tuesday, let’s see if they deliver today. wasted my Saturday and Sunday, will never deal with DPD or mobiles.co.uk”

“Ordered from a Diamond store, my delivery today by DPD UK I was shocked to receive my parcel bag had been opened and had tape to seal it, box torn damaged ? Contacted supplier who was very helpful i supplied photo's and cctv of package in hand as you could see it was not sealed correctly before delivery, I opened the parcel to find my purchase had been stolen contacted DPD Customer line, chap very nice apologetic said he will contact branch? no call at Present don't know if they will ??? supplier contacted and said they have had another call from a purchaser in Staffordshire complaint of the same thing DPD Delivery ?? Seller buyer beware who you pick for your parcels very appalled and shocked indeed.”

“My new phone was delivered 5 days late, I spoke to a manager who was rude and clearly untrained to deal with these situations, she upgraded my delivery to fast track the next day between 9-12 and it still turned up 2 hours late, what a shambles of a company, the company needs investigating”

“Ordered some aftershave for my son's birthday, the company I ordered it from, despatch it .was picking up from Sainsbury.No parcel arrived email back and forward....month on rang.... endless wait on the phone nothing 65 pounds down, in the end..... good will from the company I ordered from they replaced it , Arrived within 2 days from parcelforce will never order anything that use this company again.”
