Abosuletly terrible services provided. Despite paying additional fee for the parcel to arrive on saturday i have waited the whole day for dpd to notify me that estimated delivery day is monday. Then why do you have option to deliver parcel on the weekend if you DON'T DO THAT. Customer service is also very poor quality, trying to call an actual person from dpd is impossible which can be frustrating. Never again.

Dreadful, unreliable, inefficient and negative unmotivated and extremely rude company - Avoid at all costs - there are many delivery companies out there who are much better and who care.

Totally agree with Jini C - but the bigest 'dipshits' are the managers of the Customer Services who are just plain rude, thick and disinterested. Yes they employ parrots as the front line, but if you ask to speak to the next level you will soon have your intellegence insulted by the lack of theirs and their provocative behaviour towards customers. I would report them but:- 1) They will not give out their names (even though they have yours) 2) They will not give out who to report these matters to... 3) I doubt if any of them are the slightest interested anyweay as they watch the business spiral DPD UK is a shambles ! Deliveroo on a bike would be more consistently reliable - and probably quicker !! Bernard Manning would even be better than their Customer Services phone management !! (although he's dead now - but the 'managers' i've talked too at DPD seem brain dead.)

This company hires the absolute dumbest people to be their delivery drivers. I understand they are not going to be that bright as they are delivery drivers, but the guy today was too stupid to figure out how a doorbell works. Seriously, your staff are dipshits.

dire service, the driver made no attempt to identify the property, I stood in the drive waving at him but he was on his mobile (whist driving!) and passed on by. Second attempt I actually stood in the road waving but he had already passed in full view of me and the property. the service on this occasion was a joke.

Unbelievably bad. We expected a delivery on Tuesday. We still haven't received it. Very unhelpful staff . Totally incompetent delivery men. 1st day they didn't try to deliver it at all. 2nd day said they tried to deliver it but when i said I had looked back on our cctv and they didn't come here Said they couldn't find our house. Today they didn't even try to deliver it even though they told me it would be here at 1pm . When i phoned this evening They said hopefully we would get it tomorrow. Very dissatisfied 🤬

It now seems that they can't talk to customers because of 'data protection' even if you have all the details and tracking number - how convenient DPD ....noy sure why you have a customer services department at all unless its to drive people to self harm !!! Absolutely pathetic company that should be avoided unless you're into phone abuse from rude and pathetic useless imbeciles as you try to trace your parcel that they have screwed up on as usual,

Would have given negative stars. Highly unprofessional and complete wasrte of time. took time of on a wednesday only to find out they rescheduled the delivery on another day, which I obviously missed. Went to collect at their depot, but the unprofessioal super rude person refused to give the parcel saying he will make sure it is returned to the sender. Also, the guy keep on going in and out of the reception area while we waited for almost an hour while we kept on pressing the bell for someone to come and attend. AVOID at all cost.

Just an absolutely rubbish delivery company, you call for an amazon delivery that’s already days late and then they can’t answer anything because of data protection even though it’s coming to my name and address!! They can’t give any information apart from call amazon so I call amazon and they say to call dpd!!! This service it just useless and I’ll never use them again if possible!!!

Well today I did get a parcel delivered on time by a driver who very pleasently told me I was one of the rare lucky ones. He said that often the problems were that he just did not have the parcels on board to match the notifications sent out...He agreed that every day was a lottery and that the staff are well aware of the problems but that managment are really very cynical towards their customers. He suggested performance related pay all round to make managment and all staff accountable - guess I wass fortunate enough to talk to one of the brighter guys!

As we were aware that we wouldn't be home yesterday, we changed the delivery address for our order to a local shop which is a suggested alternative on their website. We received a notification at 5:15pm yesterday that there was nobody at the address. Again, the address given is a local newsagent. There was no call or text from the driver (which they are supposed to do). We then called DPD, who apologised but said there was nothing that could be done. They assured us that the delivery would be made today between 9am and 10am. I have now stayed at home for the entire day, it is 5:30pm and there is still no delivery. We have called the driver (who is extremely abnoxious and rude), and our call a few minutes ago went unanswered.

I orderd a parcel for Monday(I paid extra for it to be delivered that day) with my skin products which I need as I have a condition which is very painful. its now Wednesday and they still havnt arrived the drivers are going further away in tracking and I have phoned the company who have 1 lied to me and 2 done nothing to help. I'm leaving for a trip on Thursday without my products which prevent my painful condition. DO NOT USE THEM they are late and unhelpful and overall an apauling service. not to mention how the warehouse is only 1 hour away from me yet they are 3 days late.

These people are crooks - they seem totally unaccountable and disinterested in providing an honest and efficient service. Their customer services are inefficient, confrontational and rude. Their 45 minute wait to listen to pathetic pre records about 'unusually busy etc etc and how customers must not be rude is just insulting. They dliver late..if at all.. keep you inaccurately informed about delivery slots and can waste days of your time. Businesses - using DPD can potentially lose you many customers who will not use you if you give them the liability of having to try and sort out DPDs unreliable 'service' lies and losses ... DPD are your worst nightmare - it is hard to think how they could get any worse....Obviously there are many people employed with them at the lower end but who is managing them and seemingly endorsing such inefficiency and in the case of customer services rudeness. I am sure you have plenty of empty sacks to put them in !!! Lets hear from you - if any of you are the slightest interested in your customers and clients,

They just don't do their work. If you can choose who delivers your parcel choose any other company. DPD is litteraly the worst.

This company is a complete and utter shambles. I ordered my phone from EE on 8th September and booked a deliver my slot for 10th September between 10-11... even paid £7 for delivery. Nothing came on 10th... so I didn’t complain I booked another delivery for 11th and nothing came so I called them and they said that my local DPD depo is closed so they’ll call in the morning. I went on the live chat this morning to ask for an update and was told that my parcel is missing! They haven’t updated the tracking since 8th September... they didn’t contact me to even let me know the parcel was missing! If I didn’t call or go on the live chat to query it... my tracking would still say that my delivery is due on 10th. There service is very poor and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You would think that your items will be safe with these delivery people but they’re not!

Sack Sinead Croke for the utter hypocrisy of the pre-recorded message. This is a total insult to their customers andespescially considering the 30 plus minutes to get through. It is not suprising that customers are frustrated, as everything along the line seems geared at ensuring this. Dreadful customer service !! This is like the final twitch of a dying company - DPD are truly abysmal !!
