I used THEIR forms to print the documents and they won't refund me so I'm going to small claims court. No customer service phone number you can only 'chat' and it takes them a week or more to respond.”

Terrible experience with this company. I sent a pair of mountain bike rims off using UPS from Nottingham to Essex, with two tyres included in the packing. The original fee after I paid for extra insurance was £26.62 which I was happy to pay. Ten days later an additional charge has gone out of my account to Parcel Monkey for £174.35!? To be clear here, I added accurate dimensions and weight to the item I sent off, but nothing can justify this extra cost which I am seemingly powerless to stop going out of my account. Contacting the company directly seems to be useless, I'm not sure what there is I can do, but hopefully if you're reading this it will dissuade you from every using using this firm, because it seems to me they're stealing money from their customers, and a quick search online tells me I'm not the only one. AVOID!!!!”

My parcel was stuck in customs for 50 days and no communication. They blamed UPS and didn't want anything to do with it. Now they have said it's been destroyed!!! They refused to give me compensation or a refund as the items sent were on their restricted list.
They list nearly all items that you would post, even when UPS allow these to be sent. They do this purposely to avoid paying compensation or refunding if something goes wrong.
Its like ordering a taxi that's doesn't turn up. They blame you and say, our T&C's state if it doesn't arrive it's not our fault but still charging you.

“Zero customer service to resolve a problem
Used them several times and all was fine - UNTIL I has a problem. Zero customer assistance to resolve the matter. I did all the work - contacted FedEx myself - got the weight corrected. FedEx reversed the back charge to their account - I provided Parcel Monkey with that documentation. They STILL won't reverse the back charge sent to my credit card. Plus - FedEx confirmed the $524 back charge from Parcel Monkey was about 10x the actual parcel back charge. Don't expect any customer service if you have a problem. Beware.”

obvioulsy we were not happy so when asking for some kind of refund we were told its our responsibility to monitor tracking so no refund can be given..

“Kept trying to locate parcel that had been sent to them in error. Although provided tracking number they reckon they couldn't find it as it wasn't sent via there site. What a company no phone number!! Never heard that before”
“I wasted my money using their service. Your parcel will not arrive at the time they advertise; and prices are higher than the actual courier. Customer service is very poor and they wash their hands saying “that’s on the courier” but do not contact them when there’s an issue, do not provide update, do not help you when there is a problem. At the end, the delay was caused due to documentation issues which was all issued by parcel monkey.

“Terrible service. I sent package to my friend in another country it took more than five months and then they said my package is lost. The package was not insured so it is not claimable.
It would be good if they know how to do their job. The package means something to me and the recipient. I definitely not use their service ever again. They can't do their job.”

“I sent a parcel to Norway. It was to be delivered in 3 weeks. $ months later parcel monkey cannot give me a accurate tracking number. The parcel they say is mine has a return address of a man in Poland (my package supposedly spent 3 months in Poland) I can not collect insurance on the parcel because the parcel they say is mine does not have my return address on it. Can't get a decent answer from Parcel Monkey. This is a scam, They want more money in advance to either deliver it or return it? Meanwhile I don't think this box is mine. a scam..totally”
“Parcel didn’t arrive with to buyer so I lost £270. Had paid extra for compensation if lost and was told last Tuesday I would be refunded.
No refund and no parcel also no one seems to help on live chat and email just keep telling me to wait.
