I purchased a SAMSUNG computer monitor that did not even last a year before the screen turned black in the middle. They would not even honor the warranty and replace or even fix the monitor and tried to tell me it was my fault the screen was this way. I barely used the computer monitor. I suggest you buy your computer products elsewhere!!! What a crooked company !!!! I will never purchase a samsung product again!!!

I purchased a set of 4 Samsung kitchen appliance in August. Shortly we found out that the food in the refrigerator freezes and the freezer’s ice maker stopped dispensing ice. Since it was 2 weeks since we bought it, I went to the Home Depot where we bought them to exchange it, but they stated that they will only return or exchange on the first three days and that we have to contact Samsung to repair it which it didn’t make me happy to hear that knowing that they don’t stand behind the products they sell. The manager said if Samsung attempts to fix it three times and the issue still not fixed then they will change it. So, I called Samsung and they started a ticket. Since then, it has been 2 months and several trips by the Samsung’s repairman, they were able to fix the ice maker, but the fridge still freezes the food and now when opening and closing the door the whole fridge makes a loud squeaking sound. On the last trip the repairman contacted Samsung and stated that they have changed all parts they could, and the issue is still there. Samsung viewed the temperature difference and frozen food through a video conference with the repair man. They stated that it is the way that fridge is designed and do not put food in the back of refrigerator. I could not believe what I heard, and the repairman stated that he has done what he could. He wrote the report and left. In disbelief, I called Samsung customer service. The person helping me could not even access the ticket number to see the history and kept on trying to schedule a repair. When I asked to speak to a manager, somehow, she found a way to view the repair history and stated that she is noting the issue and a manager from the refund and exchange will contact me on Monday. So far no one has contacted me. We have been a Samsung family so far from our phones to TV, appliance etc. but starting to look into other manufacturers as the product quality and service is not there anymore. I hope they resolve this issue soon as possible as I cannot use my brand-new refrigerator. I try not to put food in it, because I have to through them away after a day.

Worst customer support system ever. I was passed from department to department because the first /four departments I was told to call had no information about why my confirmed order hadn't shipped after 3 weeks. 5 calls and 2 hours later, I was told only that the part /was available, but the rep didn't know why it hadn't shipped. I was given yet to call yet another phone number to call to get my order unwedged but I'm on hold and there's no hint that I'm even on hold now. The best thing I can say about this entire transaction is that my credit card hasn't been charged yet--God spared me from the nightmare that would surely be unleashed had I tried to request a refund. Samsung Customer Support sucks, in a word!

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher $800 and 2 months later in January, left leg breaks. Samsung refused to repair, the parts are all plastic and cheap. Now we are in October and right leg breaks. They are refusing to replace or repair. They are getting too cheap on material and parts. No more samsung for me!!!

Qn55q7fam only last less than 2 years. $3500.00 at bestbuy now has line through center of screen. Samsung support said to bad for you, no warranty or help with repairs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! We ordered a brand new Samsung oven from bestbuy. Florida City has came to inspect and the oven was malfunctioning releasing high levels of carbon monoxide. We’ve been trying to get the oven replaced for over a month. Samsung doesn’t reply to emails at all. Haven’t received a reply since the 16th ! They keep saying the problem is getting escalated to corporate but no one ever calls back. Carbon monoxide is a silent killer Samsung has all our info including that we have a one week old baby. If expressed that their product has one out our lives in danger and 2 how difficult it is to live without an oven. They clearly don’t care

I just traded in a perfect Samsung S9 no Cracks no scratches with original box and bubble wrapped for safe delivery, for a S20 fe, they were supposed to give me $300 credit for my trade in, they contact me and tell me its cracked showed me 5 pictures not 1 crack on it. So now I'm waiting for a new excuse. They are supposed to take another look at it and contact me again. They will try anything not to credit you, just another scam, to take your money. I didnt need another phone only purchased because of the $300 credit that I am probably not getting.

Bought a brand new Samsung Tv Q series and the screen went out in less than two months. Instead of Samsung doing the right thing which would be replace the TV, they have a 3rd party tech company come out to try and fix it. Now, that wouldn't be a huge deal if it didn't take a week and half for them to order the part and come out to fix it. Then, the part they ordered didn't work and it turned out to be the full panel that need to be replaced, which is basically the entire TV . Now i have to wait another week or 2 before they can get the part and come out to "TRY" and fix it again. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I spent close 2k in this crappy TV and it didnt even last 2 months. After calling and trying to be escalated to someone who could actually make things right and authorize a new TV, i was placed on hold, transferred 3 times and ultimately, told someone would call me back, which never happened. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product or refer them to anyone else. In fact, I will make it a point to steer people away from aggravation and incompetence.

We purchased a dishwasher which has never dried properly since we bought it. We have had over 5 visits from different representatives. One said there was an intermittent fault and tried to order a part which Samsung stopped. Samsung rep came and did not talk to me and refused to give me a ticket unless i signed it saying all was ok. After contacting Samsung their response was I was SOL because there was no problem and they would not be talking to me about the problem anymore!!! All the people did was run diagnostics and when they did the inside of the washer was dripping wet but we did get an OC error code and told to turn water off and the circuit breaker. It sits in our kitchen not working still and I have no recourse. Seriously disappointed and to be honest after being effectively told I'm a liar do not feel I will buy any Samsung product again along with anyone I can tell. Do others have these problems?

I am a longtime Samsung customer Dating back since the Samsung galaxy S5, and now have the Samsung Galaxy S 20 Ultra 1300$, I also have the Galaxy butts 150$, 5 months ago I purchased the Galaxy active 2 150$, my watch stop holding the charge, it went from a whole day to 7 hours only so I sent to watch back for repairs, and Samsung wanted me to pay $212 to fix the watch that I Bought $200. Is just disappointed after being with Samsung for so long and spending so much money with them, all they think about is making more money and don't care about the consumer, I see they have a one star rating and now I know why very disappointed , My Advice to the next person that wants to buy a Samsung watch, don't quality not good, Will get stuck with the repair bills, after 5 months all I did with my watch was jog. The support team the agent all robots they all say the same thing, they don't care about you or how you feel after spending all that money with them, your just a number they can afford to replace. (Sad) Don't buy Samsung watch will be disappointed.

Smart TV stopped working 2 months out of warranty. Samsung support said they couldn't help and they had no authorized repair facilities in my area. Asked for a supervisor. They said they would have a supervisor call in 24 hrs and then closed the ticket #4153175857 Of course no one called.

Purchased a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove. The microwave had to be returned as there was a huge dent on the side of it. The dishwasher is wonderful if I wash my dishes and need them rinsed. My black stainless was peeling where handles were attached. Then to top it off my ice maker started freezing up. I was told "Mike: Okay, I'll help you with the Samsung authorized repair center details who will examine the Fridge Ice maker and the suggested repair cost is $380 for parts and labour." So now I have a fridge that doesn't produce ice unless I pull it out, unplug, defrost ice maker, reset then plug back it. I have to do this about once a month.

Today samsung just shipped me a broken galaxy note20 ultra 5g which i paid $1169. What a shame on samsung. Whoever shipped this phone to me should get fire now.

If I could give the zero stars I would. I have just moved and we needed to buy a washer and dryer. We thought going through Samsung was the best option. We even signed up for Samsung financing. However, the wrong address was on the account. Could i just call and fix it? NO. I have spent the last three weeks calling Samsung, Samsung Ecommerce, and XPO shipping to try and get this fixed. First they sad I need to call TD Bank and change my address and that would fix everything. IT DID NOT! Then I had to call Ecommerce again, and Samsung Appliances, and stayed on hold for endless hours to get NOWHERE! The order has moved all the way to shipped, and it is set to arrive at the wrong address. And can you easily cancel your item when their is an issue. NO! You have to call and be transferred and be put on hold for over an hour. And when you ask to speak to a supervisor in any department, the phone line magically goes dead, and then you have to start the whole process over. I am so feed up with waiting my breaks and lunches from working being on hold because they close at 5 and are not available on the weekends. I called the shipping company too, because Samsung said they could help, and the representative that I spoke was very kind and said she could not do anything either. IN FACT, she reached out to Samsung and tried to help and Samsung replied that nothing could be done and don't even bother replying to the customer. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!?!?! Samsung really need to rethink how they do things. They DO NOT provide quality customer care and this is the WORST experience I have every had purchasing anything! I will not be ordering from Samsung ever again. After I finally, maybe cancel my order I will never be calling them again and will be taking business elsewhere!

I ordered a fridge. I forgot to transfer the funds from savings to checking for them. Samsung called said insufficient funds, so I did the transfer and called them back. Told them to take the funds. In the mean time I had moved, which is why I bought the fridge and I changed my mailing address with the bank. Well this caused my billing info for my samsung order to not line up since I purchased the fridge while still at my old address. They told me I have to repurchase the fridge online. It had a promotion and I used a discount, I can not do what they requested. I told them to try my new address since that is what my bank has. They said they could not change my billing address on my order and they were going to repossess the fridge. They are going to take it even though the funds are there, because they can't change the billing. I have called my bank and switched back to my old address just for this transaction. I am trying to get a hold of someone from customer service, but the call back is 4 hours and I am on hold as well. They can not charge my card, so they can not help me. I can not speak to someone with the authority to run my card so that this situation is handled. I can not get help. Samsung sucks. I bought a lot of their products, but this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth I will never buy Samsung again. If they are too stupid to take my money, they can shove the fridge up their butts. I will keep my money and buy from a different company. Meanwhile, they can pay to have the fridge picked up and moved. Sucks to be a company that can't run a card with the right billing address.

I purchased samsung M30 within week itss display hanged. Customer care people changed display but not fixed properly. I complained about this but no use. Now after software update its not working. I visited samsung care they said Rs. 5000 required to change camera. So i hate samsung very bad service.

Very deceiving process. We received an email to upgrade our phones and their process nor their Sales support lead you down a path that causes you to pay for 2 phones. Customer service is courteous and tell you in a very nice way that they can't help you. Told us they would credit $70 to our account and then said, oops we can't process that our system won't allow it. Samsung has just lost our business not only for a phone but all of our household appliances. We do not want to do business with a company that does what they can to sell a phone without caring about what the consumer pays or has to go through.

I wish I could rate this at 0. Brand new dishwasher with all the bells and whistles began leaking immediately. Our wood flooring needs repair. The repair Samsung ordered fixed nothing! In fact, the new unit now no longer works at all. Custorkmer service is useless and it is difficult to mail down any answer toward resolution. We completely regret purchasing from Samsung and realize now that the customer service promise that they post on their corporate website is a blatant lie.
