I am so disappointed(nice word instead of what I really want to say) in samsung gas range ,microwave and dish washer that I purchased from lowes in wareham ma 2years ago.I also added the 5year warranty to the products.After 6 months of having them I started noticing bubbles behind paint on gas range which lead to chipping .Slowly the microwave and dishwasher are doing the same. I started making phone calls to lowes they said it was cosmetic so it wouldn't be covered under warranty. They told me to call samsung which I did and they told me to call lowes where I purchased it end of story. It's been nothing but a big headache and I'm stuck with ugly ass appliances . MY RECOMMENDATION IS NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS OR LOWES THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS.

My oven was 6 years old and could not be repaired due to unavailable parts. Samsung stated they would accommodate me in my purchase of another oven but it has been two weeks and still do not have an answer. Samsung customer service is evidently in another country and is hard to understand the broken english. My last two conversations i have asked them to text me. In shopping i have noticed that other companies have a 5 year warranty where Samsung only offers a 1 year warranty? I have been without my oven for two weeks and can not recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased a flagship 2020 Q90T TV & Q9000T soundbar, direct from Samsung. They haven't worked properly since day 1. With a random chiming/door bell noise, that causes the soundbar to disconnect for 2-3 seconds. Technical support went through ways to reset the soundbar, but after several days of trying different things, it didn't resolve the issue. A replacement soundbar was provided as fault was identified within 28days. New soundbar and issue continues. Issue is also heard when the sound bar is not connected and when the TV is on standby! Appears now that its the TV causing the issue, but Samsung now refusing to replace the TV as its over the 28days, despite the faulty system being raised to them within a 2 days of receipt. They did send a 3rd party to repair. They placed the main board and hey presto, issue not resolved. No diagnosis by 3rd party, came with the part in advance on the assumption that if they change the main board that must fix the issue. I'm not happy for my 2 month old TV that hasn't worked since day 1 to have continued repairs by a 3rd party, each time running the risk of further damage to the internal components. But Samsung refuse to replace or refund and also not returning escalation calls, but sending texts saying they tried to call!!! Not good at all and should be avoided at all costs. Clearly not a premium flagship product!

Poor services center šŸ˜žšŸ™„ samsung A50 mobile was not working suddenly in a fine morning.when approach the samsung service centre they refused to entertain stating impact damage but the mobile doesn't have any physical damage.It didn't last for six months even.think twice before buying samsung products, their after sale service is very poor at TNagar Chennai India. We need to get in touch with Samsung call centre as well as service centre for your device service. They will not give any written statement.

Wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered. I placed my order September 7th, 2020. Delivery was October 30th, 2020 and I was given a notice 10 minutes before expected arrival. (Refrigerator / Dishwasher / Microwave). This is when the problems started. They delivered the wrong dishwasher and since box was open they left the wrong one and took my working one that I had just pulled out. Now I have a hole in my kitchen and am storing a new one in the garage. I have called 3x this week and still no call back from a supervisor. I am good with the initial delay on ordering and was aware before I placed it but terrible customer support and no ability to talk to a supervisor or get a callback just keeps me stuck and unable to finish this. I may just tell them to come grab all the appliances and I will go with something else despite having everything in my house (Phones/TV's/Washer&Dryer all being Samsung).

Washing machine and dryer received yesterday. Paid fir installation. Dryer was vented horribly. Maching machine DOES not work. I tried to get help last night was told to wait till today, four calls later(they kept haning up on me) I got a person. She says I am so sorry wait till Monday someone will call you!!! When washer was connected they turned it on and left. Itbever filled with water. It got 1 cup of water about each time I tried it when I got home from work. I have always considered Samsung a good brand but I will consider LG or Whirpool fir the rest if my appliances.

I bought all our appliances from samsung for our new home and they do not stand behind their faulty product. The double wall oven works too loud because of the problem in cooling fan, they tried to fix twice but didnt work and they do not replace their faulty product. This is totally unacceptable!

WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I purchase a new washer dryer set the dryer short circuited arcked into the washer the electrician stated I was lucky I was not KILLED. I called Samsung got nothing but jerked around for days and days every time I called the acted like it was the first time I called. never never purchase products from them again still no resolution they were 3 days old when this happened!

I highly suggest you do not buy a refrigerator from Samsung they do not stand behind there product and now I have a fridge that doesn’t work at all and they will do nothing about it

The company fools customers. I purchased galaxy phone from Samsung e-store and now suffering from their fooling terms. I received device with some manufacturing defects and have been complaining online and over the phone to customer care since the second day and now when I visited the service center as told by them, they are telling that their replacement period is like floating interest rate, 7-10 DAYS, while for Amazon, Flipkart etc, it's 14 days. Perhaps they have their own factories in which some different policies are applicable! There is no value to their online complaints.Now I have to dwell on the faulty product forever!!!😭 According to them, I visited on 11th day but I am constantly complaining to online forum and customer care since the 2nd day of purchase and no manual answer from eshop support team. I contacted CEO channel. They insisted me to visit physically to service centre 15km away in this pandemic lockdown to verify that the pictures which I attached with complaint were of that same device or not. I went but after returning they are telling it cannot be replaced as I did not contacted between 7-10 days like floating interest rate which changes with the visiting. It ends just one day prior when you visit. Why I have to suffer for fault from your side & your communication lag. Every day senior executive customer experience calls and postpones the process for next day. I'm totally heart broken for this fooling tricks like some cheap brands. I will personally not buy any Samsung products in future and will not recommend to anyone especially from ESTORE. They are totally misnomer, no online service except taking money online!!

Very bad customer service and refund policies. I had to contact them several times for my refund, they only gave the assurance that your money will be refunded in 2 to 3 business day but that never happened. it's a really bad practice for Samsung to keep their customer waiting for several weeks to get their refund after getting the product back. in case any one from Samund reading here is my order #US004682657.

I hate to play pubg on my S9. Heating issue. Camera is not good. Overall not good at all. I won't recommend anyone to buy Samsung phones.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator late February 2020. We had a power outage October 10, 2020 that only lasted four hours and now the refrigerator doesn’t work. I called Samsung for two weeks only to find out that no one in my area could service the refrigerator and that the model for the refrigerator is discontinued. After speaking with a ā€œspecialistā€, I requested my refund. According to Samsung, the refund was approved October 21. All documents emailed with lost of food list. The refund was to be in my account within 7 days. I’m still waiting for my refund. It’s really frustrating because my family began their fall break that weekend and I went to the grocery store the day before. We spent a lot of money eating out for almost two weeks before purchasing a new one (different brand). I have been given the run around ever since. We had to dispose of the Samsung refrigerator ourselves. I will NEVER purchase a Samsung product again.

I have the samsung Galaxy s9 plus, it is the worst phone i have ever owned. the touch screen sometimes is completely unresponsive the widget wiggles but nothing happens. the very worst is the WiFi connection it constantly drops and half of the time it forgets the system its connected to so if you are at a hotel you have to log on multiple times. I have been loyal to samsug for a very long time but after this phone i will never buy another samsung product.

Samsung has the absolute worst customer service i have ever delt with. Would not recommend their products to anyone. Took multiple times to get in contact. Had my product send for repair under warranty and now are trying to charge over $100 to repair it..

STAY AWAY!!! Samsung installers disconnected my Range trying to install a new Range. I am a Senior 100% disabled. I am high risk. I have not been out of my home for six months. Samsung supervisors will not return my call. I will pay for someone to bring my some food! I have not had anything to eat for over a week now. I don't know what to do? Someone please help me!!!

We purchased a washer and dryer 10yrs ago from Samsung and they are still going strong with mine repairs over the years. Today I decided to purchased new ones and called the help line for help, well over an hour later and no one on the phone could help me with my questions, it was a real joke.

I purchased a Galaxy Fit 7/1/20. It stopped working after 4 months. I sent it back for repair. Samsung said not under warranty and repair cost would be $118 more than $99 price of watch. I sent sales slip showing when I purchased watch. Because serial number was not on slip they would not accept this. Went through several people at Samsung and after two weeks of getting no where they sent watch back unrepaired basically saying since serial number not on sales slip I could of lied about purchase of watch. I purchased at Best Buy and went back to them. They do not put serial numbers on sales slip and were welling to talk to Samsung. Samsung said they did not return emails and the same day I went to Best Buy Samsung closed my ticket and sent unrepaired watch back to me. Worst customer service I have ever had. This started on 10/19/20 and I finally Best Buy resolved the problem on 11/3/20

I bought a dishwasher from Samsung that only lasted about 4 months. Fine, I got a lemon, but it's still under warranty so should be easy to get fixed. Turns out, they have been unable to even send someone to fix it. And have supposedly offered to refund the cost (without any of the installation cost). But 3 months later, 13 different phone and chat conversations (most of which take an hour or more to get connected), and I still don't my refund. In fact, I just discovered that my ticket was canceled (again, at least the third time this has happened). With NO NOTIFICATION or explanation. I had to text with someone for 45 minutes to find that out. I will never buy a Samsung product again, and recommend you don't either. Too bad. I used to like their phones.
