Ordered tv and soundbar - paid for install and demo. No one turned up and customer services never call back. Ordered another tv for elderly parents - took my money but out of stock. Customer services promised to come back to me and still waiting. Last time I ever buy from this terrible company!! Avoid Samsung at all cost. Worst company ever

Tv Arrived broken. Installer couldn’t speak English so we could not communicate. :( customer service made me feel like a criminal, said they were sending someone to inspect. They had no idea how to contact the installer. After 10 days and almost as many phone calls I finally get to return the tv with no replacement. (Need to reorder) That ain’t happen! Also sending back the sound bar we ordered. We are not difficult people to please. Definitely the worst customer care ever!

Appliances are junk and customer service is terrible. Bought 5 kitchen and 2 laundry home appliances from Homedepot. Units continually have issues. Dishwasher model# DW80R9950UG failed within the 1yr MFG warranty. Samsung's Tech claimed there was an issue with the electrical service. Spent $200 for electrician to visit twice to replace the circuit breaker then to test the circuit only to find out the breaker was ok and there was no issue with the electrical service. Samsung technician was out three more times before finally calling it quits. Homedepot does not honor Samsung exchanges. I was offered an "E-COUPON" to use on Samsung's website which does not cover the replacement cost of the exact same appliance. Have been without appliance for over a month and still no resolution. looks like I will need to take legal action.

I will never, ever buy another Samsung appliance as long as I live! Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My refrigerator I bought through Home Depot was broken. I called within the 48 hr time frame and was told by Samsung what they were going to do for me. And they have not followed through! Each time I call with a ticket number they have absolutely no idea what the situation is and I have to repeat the situation over and over. I still do not have a proper working refrigerator that I paid $1500 for!

So I ordered something from Samsung. They send me a email telling me my order is to be delivered on the 11th so be ready. The 10th comes around and the company xpo delivering it says that's false samsung is wrong and it will be delivered on the 21st. I have to cancel my Christmas plans to be here to receive this thing. That is totally unacceptable I ordered it on the 28th of November. Xpo and samsung just garbage

We bought a $200 phone 6 weeks ago. Sprint said it was out of warranty, so I sent it to samsung and they voided the warranty due to a tiny scratch. So now I'm having it shipped back to repair the glass to get it back under warranty.

Purchased a 65" tv from Samsung.com. All though they picked the delivery date and time when I ordered, it was delivered a week later. AGS delivery blamed Samsung, Samsung blamed AGS. Upon unboxing and setting up the tv, I discovered the screen was cracked and smashed, completely unusable. Contacted Samsung.com for help, was disconnected twice, transferred 4 times, told the department I needed was already closed and after 90 minutes on the phone finally gave up. Samsung.com does not replace items delivered broken. Your only option is to return it (they must receive it back within 14 days) and wait for your credit. Then order a new one and wait for it to be delivered. Since my purchase was a black Friday deal, I would also have to call back into the customer support and ask that my original purchase price be honored after I placed the new order. I completed the return and now waiting for my credit. Not going to order from them again, but now I've missed all of the other Black Friday deals.

The employees I dealt with at Samsung were very polite and helpful. However, there hands were tied, I assume by company policy. I bought a French double door refrigerator. The ice maker had issues form form day one, I just keep removing the blocked ice,(that was my mistake) until the ice maker stopped all together. I noticed a lot of others had complaints on this model, so I called customer service. They said they would send a service repair man to fix it at no cost to me , if it was the ice maker, which I thought was very fair. The service tech was very professional . The ice maker did have an issue, as he pulled out the refrigerator he noticed rust on the back plate caused by not enough insulation in the refrigerator and water had been running down the back.( I'm glad he caught that it could have reunited my wood floors). A mistake made upon manufacturing of the refrigerator. He gave me a customer number in order to get a replacement for the refrigerator, so he said he was told since a replacement was coming to not fix the ice maker. I received a prompt call from customer service. This is where the issue comes into play. The ice maker was a lemon, the insulation was not properly installed from the beginning, but because it was over the warrantee they could only give me a 50% off coupon for another Samsung or give me a pro rated refund. If any of these issues were form normal wear and tear, I would not have had an issue, but these issues were due to faulty manufacturing. I did not want another Samsung at half price( did not want to take a chance on the same thing happening again) so I took the pro rated refund so I can purchase another brand. The employees I give a 5, the company and product I give a 1.

I am here to share my nightmare experience with Samsung pertaining to my washer and dryer. It truly is a pathetic and I firmly believe it was a grave mistake by investing my valuable money into their high technology (latest model) washer and dryer. I will never recommend anyone to buy it. I am writing with the frustration today and pain, as I am now stuck with a broken wobbling Samsung machine, which is causing a crack in my ceramic tile floor in the laundry room, as they continue to shift and become uneven. The Samsung technician identified the root cause of wobbling and agreed to repair the tile crack. He himself opened the Samsung claim, provide pictures from damaged floor and then Samsung claims asked me to provide estimate. I provided the estimate and then denied the claim and saying is not our issue which was approved earlier. I reached out from Claims Manager to Customer Service Manager and then to Consumer relations Manager, everyone with more than 3-hour calls, multiple days and times just so they can pick up my phone, and when they finally did, they broke my trust and failed to meet their promise. These Managers were receiving call somewhere in Southeast Asia, looked system notes and gave the same message. from my experience, the Samsung representatives are “liars”. One day they promise something, and even in written, and the next day they deny it. Truly pathetic and fake. I really hope no one gets as stressful of an experience like I received from Samsung. These close to 8 months have been outrageous as I have constantly had to go back and forth with Samsung representatives to explain the situation and have not received anything that helps. I think Samsung does not care for the customer. I don’t understand what is going on- it was initially Samsung technicians, who came two times which made my washer and dryer situation even worse than it initially was and claiming they were fixing it. Because of them only, my machine started to wobble more violently and thus the cracks on my laundry room started to appear and are now enlarging and shifting, and thus I was relying on Samsung to help me out which they flat out denied. It is THEIR MISTAKE, so why do I have to take all this stress on my mind? I can’t keep juggling my time with the headaches Samsung is giving me every second of my life.

The Samsung ultra note 20 is complete garage! It's definitely not worth the $1,400 I paid for an unlocked phone. So many apps that have nothing to do with the phone and you can't delete them. Also many of the apps that you can't uninstall keep opening up on their own, and there's nothing you can do about it, they just keep sucking up your data.

Bought Samsung Fold 2 couple months ago, spent $49 for case , remove the case last night to clean, saw crack on back of the phone screen where the camera is, no dropped no fell off , so I called Samsung customer service , they did me a favor !!!!!! to pay $149 plus tax instead of $599 for something that has nothing to do with me , I have no choice but pay this but that would be my last phone with them as well as other products , if it was my fault i would not care and thanked them for discount which i guess was charged when i purchased the phone and they call it something like care pack , but it was not my fault. I am not happy and I really don't want this phone anymore.

My phone stoped charging after about 6 months. Would work while plugged in at 1% battery but not unplugged. Took forever to get ahold of someone cause there is no stores anywhere close. Finally got a prepaid to send it by mail. Phone was apparently damaged by mail cause now phone has a small crack in the screen and Samsung will not repair the charging issue that they admit is covered under warranty until I fix the tiny crack that is now in the screen for $315. These issues are not related at all they just know noone in there right mind would pay that much for a phone that is almost a year old and already had issues. I have Samsung washer and dryer that failed after 4 years. I'm done with this company. Horrible products and customer service.

Danny from Cyber World electronics stole a piece of our property / steals parts out of your electronics and then makes you pay for new ones .. after fixing our Samsung qled tv the tech took the old part (motherboard) out of our tv lays it down in the box of our new motherboard and told us he had to take it with him and send it back to Samsung.. but that part came out of the tv I paid for already $2000.. and then he charged me $300 for a new part , $65 for labor, and Samsung charged me $95 before they would even send anyone out to diagnose the issue.. called Samsung and they said it was t their issue and that we had to put in a claim with cyber world.. yet they are the ones (Samsung) who send out cyber world to our house and cyber world said they were sending the part back to Samsung...

SCAM ALERT! Do NOT use Samsung to finance your phone! I paid for upgrade service for 16 months Traded in my Samsung s10, and ordered Samsung note 20. They said s10 was cracked, thus they gave me no credit and kept my phone. I decided to returned the note 20. now I still owe 400$ and have no phone at all. It's a rip-off. What's sad is I actually loved my note20 and would have kept it if they had tried to work with me.

Horrendous service. Booking agent took down the details of the repair wrong, so sent to the wrong repair centre. They lost my phone for two weeks, and ended up taking over six weeks for what I was told would be a five day job. Staff never delivered on promised callbacks, no senior staff or management are willing to handle customers. Constantly given phone numbers for me to call as they were too lazy to try to help me. Pathetic goodwill gesture offered at the end. Avoid like the plague.

WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY! If you could leave a zero star rating I would! 1 star is far too good for this company! What an incredible and unbelievable scenario this is! I have come to leave a review on this platform because of one terribly frustrating experience my wife & I have had with Samsung. When I get to the site, I find that only 7% of viewers recommend Samsung! This is simply and totally chronic! What on earth are Samsung about? Instead of writing this review to other potential customers to warn them of the disgraceful and simply non-existent customer service with Samsung - I am writing instead to Samsung themselves. To the managers and indeed to all employees in this despicable company. To the managers - you need to seriously get a grip. You need to read through these reviews and see just the enormous extent of customer dissatisfaction, frustration and rage you have about your company. To all the employees - one word - LEAVE. Do not waste your time putting your energy into this terrible company - I can't imagine how they must be treating you when they treat their customers worse than dog muck! Social media is powerful - and with a rating like this, you will (hopefully) be suffering. I say hopefully, because the way you have treated us and many, many others on this platform is disgusting. Your appliances are rubbish, your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and your attitude is the lowest I've ever come in touch with. To all potential customers of SAMSUNG - I have one sentence for you only: DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT
