update to my phone this past week caused w-fi calling to disappear. After tree day several phone calls to Samsung, my carrier and several sim cards I still can not fix the issue. without wi-fi calling phone is useless at home.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. Besides Samsung continues to lie about when my order will be delivered. Been almost a month since my original delivery date. With no answers to when it will be delivered

I purchased a Samsung washing machine 6 years ago and recently the water will not shut off to the unit. I have to shut off the water manually and place the washer on the spin cycle. The washer was also under a massive recall for the lids becoming detached....do not even consider Samsung...the “ Samdung” dryer I purchased 4 years ago has had 3 motors replaced, numerous rollers and an igniter replaced...yesterday, I purchased an LG washer and dryer which to the list in December 2020 Consumer Reports...stay away from “SAMDUNG” you are only looking to a cash cow with these terrible appliances!

So the beginning of this year I decided to finally give Samsung a real shot and started buying a few different samsung products. I have a Galaxy S10 and got some Galaxy buds to go with it. So the Galaxy buds went south quickly, the sound on the left one went completely out and when I called samsung they emailed me a return label and I shipped them off to them for repair. Well after almost 2 weeks I contacted them and they said they couldn't repair them so they processed it as a replacement. Silly me I thought for a second I was getting off easy by getting a brand new pair, how wrong I was. They told me it would be 10 to 15 business days to get them back to me at the end of the 3 weeks I again called Samsung to see what the status was, I was told by 3 different people there on 3 different occasions that my ticket has been canceled. Finally someone told me that the ticket was canceled because the representative processed it wrong and for some reason once they cancel the ticket and re-issue one I wagging and again put back to square 1 on the 10 to 15 day delivery window. Absolutely nobody could or would actually put in the effort to resolve this for me the whole time. This was the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Long story short, I sent my Galaxy Buds to them initially on the 29th of SEPTEMBER and I finally received them yesterday the 19th of November. Thats ridiculous anyway you look at it and Samsung should be ashamed of their so-called customer service

DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG DISHWASHER. We purchased a Samsung Dishwasher 6 weeks ago. One week ago we found water pooling at the base of the dishwasher during the wash cycle. We called Samsung support and they sent local service company to inspect for repair. Local company found a split in the seam which was responsible for the leak. There were no signs of damage to the exterior of the unit. If the unit had been dented or damaged from the exterior with force enough to impact the interior the aluminum plate on the side of the machine would have shown signs of impact. That was not the case. This was a manufacturing issue. When local service company called in to report findings, Samsung technical support declared leak due to "physical damage" and refuses to do anything in way of compensation. I called Samsung for 3 days being bounced from one dept to another and finally escalated the issue and they said their hands were tied b/c the Samsung Technical Support Team by way of video link and photos had deemed issue due to physical damage. The local repair company disagreed with the Samsung conclusion. I have done some research over the last couple of days and have found I am not alone. Samsung dishwashers are a minefield of repair and manufacturing defects, my finding supported by anecdotal feedback from local repair company. We were big fans of Samsung until this issue. We have purchased (2) refrigerators which we love but we will not purchase another Samsung product because of this experience.

My chromebook lasted just over a month. I've been dealing with customer service for two months and keep getting the run around. Long wait times on the phone and chat, with no resolution, other than we will contact you in 5-7 days, but never do. I've been calling them weekly and the notes on their end don't line up with reality. Finally offered me a check but then sent me an ecoupon. They were unable to repair or replace my new device, and offered a credit of half the value which won't buy me anything. Ridiculous. NEver again.

Purchased a washer in July 2017 and have had nothing but trouble with it. It is the non-activator that suppose to load more clothing and use the High Efficiency laundry detergent. However, you can only load half of a normal load and still the wringer does not wring clothes dry, a continous refilling of water in the cycle even when restarting the wash, the machine keeps refilling eith water and the cycle never completes. Also, if you put bleach in the bleach dispenser it does not empty completely, therefore, emptying on the next load and ruining colored clothing with bleach stains and the fabric softener dispenser will dispense at the beginning of the wash before the wash cycle is started. SAMSUNG LAUNDRY PRODUCTS ARE A WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

We bought our house back in March. Three out of 4 appliances in our kitchen are samsung products. Last week my husband went to pre-heat the oven to prepare dinner, heard a popping noise to find that the back of the oven was on fire!!! Called samsung customer service and they did there apologetic speech told me that they would refer a technician to come and look at my oven free of charge. Called the technician on Monday to schedule an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for today so when I called to get a time I was informed that they couldn't come out today because they over booked. I explained to the technicians that I was having family coming over for Thanksgiving and they could've cared less!! My recriminations for anyone that is looking for household appliances or any electronics for that matter to stay far away from samsung! All of the reviews that I had read previous to my review have been terrible so I am just throwing more fuel on the fire. Samsung is a waste of money and they do not stand true to their products. Starting with my oven and then to my microwave and dishwasher they will all be replaced with something other than samsung. I know this is a long review but I needed to get my story out there and trust me I will never ever buy or recommended samsung products to anyone!!!!

I purchased a 75" Samsung from Granite Furniture two years ago. I did not purchase the extended warranty with the reasoning that a $4000 dollar television should be good to go........high quality, right? All of a sudden, I had no controls to the TV and when plugged in, just cycled on to off. I had no sound, no menu, no picture, nothing!!! I called Samsung. They did not offer any service to my area and I had to find my own technician. I did so. Replaced the "Power Board" and "Main Board". The television now comes on to a blue screen. Still no picture, sound, or menu control. I called Samsung for HELP. They offered very little but to take it back to the technician and try again. Sorry, but $800 dollars later, I could've bought a 78" TV at Walmart for $800. Lesson learned: DON'T BUY SAMSUNG.....anything. Their products are substandard and service is pathetic. I would give them less than one star if it were offered.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I received 2 samsung rebates for purchasing their phones when they were ungodly expensive. My codes were used by someone else 2500 miles away from me. They refused to give me another code for replacement- instead the lady acted as though I was a liar. If i can go turn this phone back in today I will. Things can be investigated - but it leads me to believe that maybe the rebates are fake or someone working there uses the coupons before the customer. I was excited to leave my iPhone in the dust for this Samsung-never again. Great deal- buy this $1200 phone and we will pretend to give you back $150. Goodbye Samsung- the days of me telling people how much better your products are others are OVER!

Beware of Samsung!!!!!! Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2020 Bought this tv back in 2016 Unless you have an extended warranty Do NOT BOTHER buying any Samsung TV or any of their products. Early on I have had light bleeding on the bottom of the screen. Before the warranty ran out, one year, the screen was replaced twice after numerous discussions with the Samsung hierarchy. The people on the Samsung trouble line phone number are polite and want to solve problems but once if goes to the Samsung hierarchy they want to blame it on the consumer. After the warranty ran out the 2nd panel replacement had the same problem. After various phone calls and a letter to Samsung corporate to replace the tv rather than replace the panel they decided to replace the panel. About a year ago I started having the same problem. I had the same tv repair company with the same repair person look at the tv.It cost me $65 to come and look at the tv. The repair person told me that it would cost me $1400 to replace the panel. The repair estimate went to Samsung and I never heard back from them. I decided to live with the problem But recently, after 4 years, I sent Samsung a corporate email about my problem for one last try. Someone from corporate called me to explain my problem. After explaining and mentioning that this problem was all over the internet for this particular model the representative told me that the tv was too old and that Nothing could be done. I told her to look online at all the complaints and to look at my past incidents. Again she told me again that nothing could be done! Because of my frustration with Samsung I decided to write this review.

I purchase an induction stove in June 2020. On October 6, 2020 the oven gave me an error message. I called Samsung for repair. It took them a week to locate someone to come and fix the oven. The repair guy came and looked over the oven and said he would order parts. He came back today, Nov 19, 2020 and the parts he ordered still didn't fix the problem. We have a big holiday here next week and I don't have a stove or oven. What a disappointment that Samsung is to me and my family.

We purchased a Samsung dual fuel stove last year. A few weeks ago, we noticed that a couple of the rubber feet were missing on the stovetop grills. We tried getting assistance online, via e-mail and on the phone without any success. We have been given the runaround. Samsung refuses to help us out. We would be willing to buy the rubber feed but they are unable to provide us with a part number. They are insisting that we purchase new grills which will come in at over 300$ for the pair. This is not customer service. This is either greed, indifference or both. We strongly recommend that you avoid purchasing any Samsung appliance. They do not care for their customers, but only for their own short term bottom line.

Samsung took my iPad trade-in for a Samsung S7 tablet and failed to give me my trade-in credit. At first said they could not find it, and then said it did not meet the required specs, but could not return it since they could not find it. Complete incompetence and criminal mindset on behalf of their second party contractor that receives their trade-ins. I am sure it was sold on the streets of NYC. I am the one out my tablet. Do NOT ever buy from Samsung Store, or do a trade-in.
