The last time you updated my phone some icons that I was very fond of no longer would work you said they was too old you can't work with previous icons that did work that's sad don't say much for you and I no longer could transfer pictures that I have taken to my SD card I no longer could move my personal information and files to where I wanted them you said you would make things better not so you made things worse you took away my control of my phone you may have made this product but I was the one that bought it and I'm the one that owns it. I no longer trust you or trust you updates and this phone has not been that good of a phone Samsung once made good products but my opinion and many other people's opinion is that your products are no longer any good. I will no longer buy anything made by Samsung Samsung if anyone asked me my opinion I will advise them not to purchase your products. I have bought household appliances since I've had this phone been because of a way things have worked I bypassed your products cuz I no longer trust them.

RF26HFENDSL French Door Fridge. I expect fridges to have a reasonably long life. My fridge, bought in Sept of 2016 is not one of those fridges that will have a long life. The design is great, I really like the french door design and the fact it is a bottom mount freezer. It would be even better if it worked!! I know, it's four years old, but we bought it brand new and I was really hoping for a long life with this machine. What is wrong? Well, the digital display stopped working and there is a bunch of water pooling under the crisper compartments. The water accumulation has to be removed about once a week, otherwise it builds up so much it leaks out the door. Online and phone "help centre" tried some re-boot processes, but that did not work. So we made a request at the beginning of November 2020 for a technician. It is now Dec 26 and we are still waiting. Actually we were still waiting, we called back and cancelled the request. We will just get a local fridge repair guy to look at it. If I was Samsung, I would give some serious consideration to renaming their Service Centre to maybe something like just The Centre, because waiting almost two months for a call back isn't service.

Not impressed with their turn around processing and funds claiming time i must confess but I'm happy with the way corasource.com helped me recover my money after i had fallen victim to an online scam, it was such a wonderful relief as I would have ran into a huge debt, Thanks be to God and Corasource. It's been frustrating all way round. Starting with their incompetent customer service people to their stupid policies that don't make the slightest sense. One pray your order goes well, then you will be good to go..if anything goes wrong, you are DOOMED! And I mean totally TOTALLY DOOMED. I bought a note 20 5g came with scratches, I had already shipped my trade in device I called fora replacement/exchange I was told I'm sorry you will need to go order a new phone then return the damaged one. I went ahead and did that, my second phone arrives and I realize it's not fullyncompatible with my network this is where hell broke loose. They went ahead and approved my device for an exchange with a promise to price match. When my device arrived and called for the price match, I was told I'm sorry but we can't price match because of something called sku. Not sure what that is. Now this is where I'm stuck. With one customer care person telling you different things from another one. They will transfer you back and forth 1500 times and each person will have a different response. Before you buy do your research or just go to retailer where you know someone got your back. Else stay away!

Samsung apparently doesn't know when they ship or if they've shipped their product. I ordered a tv and on the 16th, said it shipped and would be delivered on the 23rd. I checked the tracking on AGS and it said it was never picked up. Samsung couldn't tell me if it had actually shipped and to wait until the 24th because by some magical ways the tv might show up. I called in the 24th to talk with their "customer service" for the 3rd and 4th time. They gave some bs excuse that they would have to cancel my order because it was lost in transit (even though AGS said they never got it). They offered some $100 bs credit for the inconvenience, then I had to argue and got another credit, but after I have to reorder and actually receive the product. Their customer service is a joke and the company is garbage. I will never order from them again. I will go to a third part seller if I even decide to purchase their products again. They honestly don't care if the customer is put out by their mistakes and will not resolve. Now I have to wait for 3-4 business days before my credit shows back up.

Worst experience with Nandilath and Samsung. Do not register for extended warranty from Nandilath for Samsung Products. I had the worst experience on purchase of a Samsung Washing Machine from them. Bought the washing Machine for Rs.27000/- and paid additional Rs.2000/- for extended warrantee. The machine got damaged just 3 weeks before expiry of the extended warranty and I have registered with the Samsung for service. The engineer attended and told he has ordered the parts and the dealer will provide the cost of repair since it is in warrantee period. But the company closed the case without informing me after 6 days and I was waiting for the service. Again contracted the Engineer,and reminded that warrantee period ends and he told nothing to worry as the case registered in warrantee period. Now they are telling that warrantee period is over and have to pay Rs.4440/- for repair. Company telling that they couldn't contact Nandilath and Nandilath telling that they contacted and employee who has left dealer. Anyway customer is at loss for the blue game between company and dealer. It is really sad the note that the so called reputed company like Samsung Customer Care has closed a case without settling my grievance and without informing me before closing the case. Talked with both dealer and company, the blame game continues. So bad that the product costing Rs.27000/- has gone wrong even before 4: years of Service. Go for another product and another dealer, so that this experience will not be there for you.

Got a Samsung A51 that lasted for 3 months. Didn't have a scratch, never fell, never got wet, never nothing. Apparently contact with oxygen damages it. With no phone for holidays and in complete lockdown I'm out of reach from anyone. Needless to say Samsung doesn't exist for me from here on.

I have the galaxy watch and it just stopped working. I went to sprint 2 times and nothing was done. I called Samsung and they did nothing even tho I was told they don't have problems out of their watches. No one helped me resolve the problem. Theywant me to buy another watch

Had a 2 month nightmare. Bought a kitchen set. 1st delivery cancelled the day of, had to pay installer for nothing. Second delivery came with damaged appliances paid installer again had to go through hell to get replacement. They would not repair stove that was damaged had to pay for that as well. In all had to pay installer 3 times and damage. Total cost me close to $1,000 more than I paid for the set. Criminal what they did to me.

Samsung was having a "Black Friday" sale. I decide to buy the 50" Frame TV directly from Samsung and skip the middle man (Amazon). I figured it would work out better since Samsung would make more money and offer better service. I was more wrong than an upside-down rainbow. Here's what happened: -I buy the TV -Samsung ships the TV -I receive an email saying they processed my return and they refunded me my money (????). -I receive the TV and they realize that they refunded me the money so they charge my account for the TV again, this time for the wrong amount. -Now they refund the money again since it was the wrong amount and again, charge me for the TV (3rd time now). -The box for the TV has a huge hole in the front where something smashed into it, and someone has added tons of tape to cover up. -Needless to say, Samsung sent a broken TV. If they had styrofoam all around the screen, it may have been okay. -I asked for a refund. they promised a return label within 24 hours. -48 hours later, I asked again for the return label I was promised. Again, I was told I would have it in 24 hours. -This went on for over a week, with me never receiving a return label. -The only way I received the return label is when I called my credit card and disputed the charge after days, & days, & days of constant communication with Samsung. They really didn't want to give me a return label. -Magically they then sent me the return label when the charge was disputed and I received my money back from my credit card. -I mailed the broken TV back to Samsung. -They emailed that they received the broken TV on November 12. Today is December 22 and I haven't received a refund. -Thankfully I used my credit card and was able to dispute the charge to receive a refund. -Bought the same stupid TV from Amazon, received it the next day in perfect condition. It's an overpriced TV. -Samsung's customer service is the worst. I've never bought a Samsung product until this TV and I now know to never buy another Samsung product. The TV is adequate; lots of money for a mediocre TV. You're paying for the design, definitely not for customer service.

Microwave stopped working after 2 months. No replacement or refund but they will fix. Not acceptable 3 days before xmas. Never will I buy another Samsung product absolutely disgusting!!!

I was told i qualified for an accomodation for an exchange because i sent my sounar to get repaired twice. Both tomes came back supposively no issue. 400 dollar soundbar that doesnt wana turn on sometimes lol.. anyway waited on the phone for an hour long just for the call to drop.. literally bouta cry of frusttration these guys are gonna make me kill myself. All i want is my exchange and for my time to not be wasted anymore

I was told i qualified for an accomodation for an exchange because i sent the soundbar more than once for repair each time came back with no issue found even though the soundbar was intermitently not turning on. I literally spent 400 dollars on a soundbar just for it to have this issue lol. I spent more than a hour on hold when i was transferred to case management hung up out of frustration literally about to cry out of anger.. when you call samsung just expect to not get helped and expect to be on the phone on hold for the majority of your time.

THIS IS BS THEIR PRODUCT BROKE ON THE OUTER EDGE OF MY SCREEN THEY DIDNT EMAIL ME THE DECISION THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR A MONTH. THEY COULD JUST LOOK UP THE TICKET NUMBER AND RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER. IM WRITING THIS REVIEW ON a 49 inch ultra wide SAMSUNG MONITOR I CALL THEM ON A SAMSUNG NOTE 10 EVERY PRODUCT I USE OF THEIRS IS SAMSUNG THEY REFUSE TO FIX AN OBVIOUS DEFECTIVE PANEL.

I have had the microwave oven two years only Back in may 2020 the wires in the back got on fire. Now last week December 2020 when to warm up something and the microwave and oven went dark no power I do not recommend Samsung products

First question would be, what went right! I attempted to purchase numerous samsung products on cyber monday from the samsung website. Apparently the site went down, because I was unable to check out. I was on text/screen chat with 2 reps, called the number I was given, after 1 13 1/2 minute conversation, I was told this was the wrong department and they could not help me. I have called 3 times now, the first 2 times, after 15-20 minutes of talking with the rep, they ended the call after they told me they were going to place me on hold! Now, just spent 40 minutes on the phone, emailing screenshots of every interaction that they requested, and now being told, sorry, we cant do anything to assist you in price match! What?! I have been a samsung user for over 15 years, and Im sorry to now say, Im done! A product is only as good as the product help when there is a problem, and samsung is non-existent in this area! Buyers beware! Finally going with google!
