I have Samsung tablets, which I love! So I bought Samsung Smart Care VRT Plus Top Loader about a year ago. I hate to say so, but this machine is poorly designed and should not be on the market. I have clothes ruined by residual lint. Laundry on High Spin that has too much water in it. Have to readjust loads because machine is to gentle too balance loads itself. Sheets that come out with dry spots. Long washing cycles that don't get the loads clean. Have to use the self clean often which uses more hot water. So I'm doing more handwashing, more electricity, soap, time. I want my money back!

I have had the Samsung french door refrigerator for a year and it worked great! Then came the issues. The snack drawer doesn't cool properly and the lights all went out on it. On top of that the ice maker freezes over and stops producing ice. The water that is supposed to turn into ice cubs leaks out and all over the ice maker freezing over and in the back of the fridge causing huge frustrations. So much water has leaked that it blocked the cooling fan that keeps the whole fridge cool. We have to deice it every week to keep our fridge working. Long story short DON'T BUY this fridge if you like ice because it will stop working. I have been told its an engineering defect, but Samsung won't do anything to help you. There is even a lawsuit pending because so many people have the same issue. All I have to say is shame on Samsung!! I hope the word gets out about their faulty engineering.

I am Samsung products user for more that 20 years, I like the products, but unfortunately, Samsung customer service is so bad and all we have too many bad experiences with them.

I have a samsung too load washing machine and it is the lowest quality appliance I have ever owned in my life. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING SAMSUNG. This company is only interested in your money and doesn’t care about the quality of its product. Customer support is horrible. Please don’t buy their junk or you’ll find yourself in the same situation as me, buying a new washing machine car before you should have to. Please heed my advice, run, run far away and don’t ever look back

The Samsung is worst 👎company, I have thought its gud but it is a very very bad company, I have purchased samsung 49 inch tv it been only one year, the is not switching on and appearing yellow dots, this is the waste, worst company ever and ever nd I need solution to this👿

I sent my galaxy s9 to fix on the warranty the problem was my S pen stuck in my phone everything was going well until the got my phone and they say it has a liquid on my phone I never have any liquid the phone and It has a water proof case and they never say about S pen stuck on my phone they messed my phone and the want to replace the whole screen then charge me 200 and something dollars and send it back I was so angry they just wan you money stay away from the customers server

I want to tell you about my experience wit Tumi and Samsung. I spent extra to get my husband the Tumi Edition watch April of last year. Within 4 months the band broke, Samsung had me send it in. They said you did not provide them with any replacements bands and gave me a $40 gift card to buy a silicone band off of their website. I bout the Tumi because my husband is an active man and hard worker, we needed something that would last. Then in June, a Samsung rep said they were going to send a gift card to replace the entire watch for a new one. Still nothing in March, called back and they again said they were sorry and we should have something in 4-5 days. Yesterday after begin on hold for 6 hours (yes 6 hours) and then an hour with reps. The jerk on the phone said absolutely not, we can get a subpar silicone band. I know we did not buy this watch from you, but your name is on it and we expected quality. We could not be more disappointed in a $400 watch that lasted 4 less than 4 months.

Just purchased a Samsung Dryer from Lowes. The worst decision I have ever made. Lowes did not do anything wrong, but Samsung did. The dryer did not work after 2 months. Because it is under warranty I went through Samsung to find out why. They sent their trusted warranty company to check it out. Without doing anything to the machine, just went outside to talk on the phone with someone from Samsung for 15 minutes, came back and said it was because my exhaust was plugged up due to being poorly maintained and he left? Really, do you have X-ray eyes? Well the dryer has water backed up in the machine. After he left I pulled the venting and guess what, there was NO blockage in my exhaust to the outside, but there was a buildup in the machine, which I had to clean. This is a POS and would not recommend to anyone ever. the service was quick and quick to decide not to help. I will be posing on any medium I can find, Facebook, Instagram etc. and let others know that they should be rated "horrible". I guess not only is the machine worthless, but so is the warranty support.

I have a Samsung microwave in my motor home that will activate on its own. A dangerous situation. Samsung refuses to act unless I provide a proof of purchase, price, location, etc.!You don’t get that when buying an RV. Support couldn’t even match the model stamped on the face and nameplate. Worst support I have seen in my 69 years.

S8 latest update is atrocious. All of the icons look generic and cheesy. They look like they're from a Galaxy S2 or som'n, they're pixilated, no defined edges, 8 bit... My Phone navigates completely different now. Even inside included apps they changed formats and added all sorts of unnecessary colors. They Changed the Colors of app icons on the Home screen...Not nessairy, It is confusing and not an improvement in my openion. Their was an option in settings to undo certain updates. This update removed that option..not cool.

purchased a Samsung Refrigerator 1 year and 2 months ago. the ice maker has never worked well and now it just ice's over and will not make ice. Samsung will not do anything.

Samsung has wretched customer service. I asked a question and was told that I would have to pay five dollars. I paid the five and then was told that I would have to pay an additional $31.00 to get the answer. In other words Samsung customer service is merely a way to extort more money from it's customers.

I bought a tv at Walmart and it was missing the remote and legs. I called customer service was told take a pic of receipt. I informed Walmart manually entered Samsung tv in description it would not scan she said take a pic of the back of tv with model and SN which I did. Was called several days later and told couldn’t help me because the info wasn’t on the receipt why wasn’t I told this from day 1 why was I told to take a pic of backs that would be ok and send receipt which I did. Now I’m screwed can’t return it’s over 7 days and Samsung screwed me by being uneducated and lying. BEWARE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY WILL LIE TO GET OUT OF HELPING. now I have a smart tv I paid for I can use has no legs and remote is missing. THANKS SAMSUNG AND WAL MART

Warranty service so SLOW 21 days!!!. This is 2nd time this year washing machine (Samsung WW80J6410CW) has broken, 2 1/2 years old. 1st time took 19 days to get repaired. This time 21 days. The engineer can only inspect the machine after 10 days and then only come back 11 days later to fit the parts. I tried complaining to Samsung Cutomer Services Solutions. but they say there is nothing they can do. They finished by saying have a nice day!!

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. They put in countless tickets stating the last ticket was put in incorrectly. If you ask for a manager they always state they are on a call or not available. I purchased my earbuds from a promotional code after they sold out of the item. They could verify that I made the purchase and clearly saw from my BOS that it was through a promotion but cancelled my 1st ticket without notice. I waited 14 days to check back after not receiving info for my replacement information.
