I got a new phone and was supposed to get money back from the old phone. They said the phone didn't turn on and was still password protected (I had been using the phone literally until the day before I sent the phone to them). I asked for the phone back. As soon as I got it, I was able to turn it on and there was not need for password. I called them to complain and they said they could do nothing except to give me a $50 credit, which was less than the $75 money back I was supposed to get. What a ridiculous program and company! Never buying samsung phones again!

Their customer care centre in the Philippines leaves you on mute hold for hours to improve their call times and that's before I've even taken delivery

Hire people that know English first of all. They don’t understand anything and they hang up and make me do a survey instead of helping me… all i need a is a small clip and i cant even get one.

It is indeed the WORST PHONE INSURANCE I have ever dealt with. I ordered a phone but I was in the middle of moving so I wrote in for it to be ordered to my new address. However, it was automatically sent to my billing address. (NOT THE ADDRESS I PUT IN TO HAVE IT SENT TO). It then took me three days of constant calling to actually get someone to help me. I was notified that I needed to file a police report in order to receive a phone. Police report cost me 8 bucks. The people that lived at my old address finally contacted me about having my phone. (two weeks later). I canceled the police report. (COULD NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR EIGHT DOLLARS). I finally received my new phone. IT IS BROKEN! IT TURNS OFF RANDOMLY AND WONT TURN ON OR CHARGE! WORST INSURANCE EVER!!! DO NOT USE!! I called to maybe receive a refund for the police report I paid for because of their mistake. No. I called for them to replace the messed up phone they gave me. No. This place is NOT WORTH A PENNY! DO NOT DO IT!

If zero stars was an option, I would give -1. Worst company I have ever dealt with. After waiting almost 2 weeks for my phone to be delivered, they cancelled the order without reason on the day of delivery. Avoid at all costs.

Worst appliances I’ve ever had!!! Fridge- ice maker broke (of course after the one year warranty), $325 to have it replaced. I now have a countertop ice maker because it still doesn’t work. Range- convection feature broke. Now half of the buttons don’t work. Can’t use the “bake” button. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES!!

* Never ever Buy SAMSUNG in UK* The worse company in UK! I order and paid for a product in September 2021 and up until today November 4th , my order is still not come. One month and never ever bother to deliver to you! Their customer service is the worse! Extremely bad In store: they choose their “preference customer” to sell their service and ignore a lots of common customers Online:OMG Live chat is the worse! I have been keep contacting regarding why is been a month and my product still not arrive, they first lie to me say is definitely coming next week and the next week nothing, contact again and ask them the same things, they ignore you! I have been in the chat for 3 hours and they just ignore you

Bought six Samsung appliances and ten Samsung TV's for my new house. The dishwasher needs repairs within a year. I called Samsung customer service to schedule an authorized dealer. Samsung dispatches a call to Cyber World Electronics in Savannah GA. I call CWE to schedule a time. They were ten days out for the first available date for service. I went ahead and made the repair date and time. Today I drove three hours and left my home at 6am. to be able to make the scheduled appointment. An hour before the appointment Cyber World called to cancel, said they only had one technician and he was not available today. I explained my travel situation. All they said is they could reschedule in a week to ten days. "Not acceptable" I called Samsung to speak to them about the service call and got disconnected twice. Is this really how Samsung takes care of their customers?? I called a local service and had to pay for the repairs. Dont buy any extended warranties!! Samsung service is awful!!!

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 Phone bought at store. Waited for it to be delivered to home. Phone started running warm then hot and about a month after receiving it, I was charging in vehicle and when I went to use it, there was a huge black blob in the crease of the screen which grew to the point phone was no longer usable. Turned into Samsung for warranty and of course, it wasn't covered. Said I damaged it (they claimed theirs a dent by the camera but that was not there when I sent it in and I sent it via UPS in a ridiculous amount of padding so doubtful it happened in transit) which I absolutely did not and that cost was almost $400 to repair. I only has this phone for a month and used it sparingly the last week I had it! The warranty paperwork didn't even have the issues I stated on the claim in it...it's like they aren't even looking at my phone! This phone has reviews of previous versions having issues and apparently they didn't feel the need to fix the issue before releasing this version. I will NEVER buy Samsung again and I only hope that I can now turn into insurance and get it replaced. Scares me to know I am stuck with this phone for another 28 months (I've already paid for 2 months). I have spent HOURS on the phone with Samsung and my carrier. No one wants to take any responsibility even though I've been told repeatedly that this is a warranty issue. What's even more scarier is that Samsung doesn't stand behind their product and my carrier refuses to do anything else. I can see big changes in my future that doesn't include either of them! I'd add a picture but Samsung still has my phone. It took me 2 hours to reach someone to ask them to send it back to me. That was after I was conveniently disconnected twice. HORRIBLE customer service!! I will NEVER buy ANYTHING Samsung!!! And up until now, all my phones have been Samsung.

Don't buy their phones, 2 new Fold phones stopped working and its been almost a month wait without a phone to see if they can resolve the issue. Every time I call they tell me they'll update the notes and I call the next day and they seem to have no updated notes or updates. Worst support ever.

XPO was contracted to deliver a stove. After missing their own delivery window twice, they re-scheduled a third time, then they cancelled. I called Samsung, expecting that that they would like their product to be delivered. Samsung assured me they would contact XPO and that product would be delivered in the time frame permitted at my building (8 a.m.-4 p.m.). After contacting Samsung twice, XPO told them they would not schedule a morning delivery ... so after weeks of back and forth, I cancelled the order. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG and DO NOT ACCEPT XPO AS A DELIVERY COMPANY!

We have a 2 year old refrigerator it has not worked for 18 days They came in 5 days to diagnosis and have been waiting for a part They don’t call back, they can’t give you clear info as to where the part is this is horrible customer service You can’t live without a refrigerator and they don’t care

I'm totally speechless at the way this company treats its customers. I bought from their website plain and simply because buying from the Samsung website filled me with confidence and huge expectation but how wrong could I be? I sent the Galaxy fold 3 back 35 days ago (because basically it was a crock of rubbish) for a refund and every day I ring to peruse the refund some Thai girl (who I struggle to understand) asks the same questions as the last phone call, one of which is when did you send the phone back. Its like its the first phone call all over again and starting from the beginning. Ive now bought an Apple iPhone as I wouldn't have a Samsung product given to me now. I will now have to involve Paypal in an attempt to rcover my £1599.

The appalling customer service just leaves me speechless. My 15 month old eco bubble washing machine stopped filling and working, and to get any sense, let alone cooperation from these people just does not happen, I very much doubt that they have a person in the company that actually know anything about washing machines, that’s why they just shunt you around from one lying ignoramous to the next. How these people actually sleep at night I do not know, but obviously this lying fraudulent way of operating is completely acceptable to them. Shame on you.

I purchase Samsung galaxy 2 smartwatch April 2021. In September 2021 the watch stopped working stuck at "rebooting" message. Nothing worked after that. As I was hoping to repair the watch under warranty coverage, I sent my watch to Samsung for repairs. Well, after a week I received a bill for $300 to pay for repairs. When I called Samsung customer service, I was sent around from agent to agent and from one team to another. No one could help. After 3 days of calling and speaking to over 20 people I was told that they could not repair the watch under warranty due to moisture detected. This is despite the fact that Samsung advertised this watch as water resistant for up to 5ATM and 30 minutes submerged under water. Also they advertise it as sweat proof. I only exercised with the watch and washed my hands occasionally. However they claimed it was my fault and not their watch being either defective or false advertising. This is the end of me buying Samsung products. Be warned!

Buyer beware, if you get a defective product Samsung customer support will find a way not to repair your item! I purchased a Galaxy s21, from day one it would randomly restart, shut down, freeze, or just not open any apps. I Sent it in for repair, with out being given a loaner phone or replacement phone, I had to purchase another cheap phone, I'm out 250 dollars When I received my phone back from repair the sim card tray was missing, so much for returning the 250 dollar phone I had to buy After a entire month of constantly calling trying to get a replacement, I finally talked with a "manager" and was told that a sim card tray is an "accessory" item, and if I can't prove that I sent it to them, then they are not obligated to do anything else.... WTF! I have called them 22 times in 28 days, every time I got a different answer on what was happening. now I have to go out and find a sim card tray on my own that they lost. To big to loose, shame on you Samsung for how you treated a loyal customer since the Galaxy S2.

My A71 phone broke 16 months after purchasing it. It's unacceptable to me that a phone should break that soon and it's clear that it's a hardware issue. I'm surprised the company doesn't stand by its product and I am extremely upset that I should have to pay a diagnostic fee for them to tell me why their product broke. Be wary of the A71 and definitely be wary of Samsung products.

I been a loyal Samsung consumer. I pay my 2 payment a month and I'm never late. My payment was 16 cents short and I get charge a late fee. When I called all they say is sorry and is what it is. I will.be canceling my credit card and not buying samsung products again.

I ordered a refridgerator with the help your rep today who knew I needed it ASAP. I even upgraded because the one I wanted that was cheaper was on back order. The minute I completed my purchase I got a delivery date of 12/15. I called immediately because the rep had assured me that this one was available. No one offered to help me, infact the first gentleman I spoke to put me on hold and never came back. After speaking to 3 people who told me "there is nothing I can do", I cancelled my order and called best buy. Not only did Best buy price match to get my business, but I am actually getting it tomorrow, 11/2/2021. So I went ahead and ordered my washer and dryer, dishwasher and Stove from them spending almost $10,000 with best buy that I would have spent with Samsung, had just one person acted like they cared.
