There really should be a zero star option . Trying to make a purchase through Samsung direct has been an absolutely pathetic experience. I purchased the TV and was told that I would get delivery eight days later. After waiting a week, and taking a day off of work to accept my delivery between 9 AM and 1 PM my TV never showed. I had no emails nor other communication about any delays in the delivery. I went on to live chat and was apologized two, and told that I would be contacted via email. I went back onto live chat the next day and was told I would get an email within 24 to 48 hours About my delivery. I never heard anything. I went back on to live chat again and told them I wanted to cancel my order. I was told that I could not cancel my order because it had already moved on to a fulfillment agent. I could not get any information on the fulfillment agent nor an estimation of when that order might get fulfilled. When I told them that I wanted to cancel the order regardless, I was told that I would have to wait and deal with the fulfillment agent when they contact me. Even though I could not be told when that might be. I’m going to cancel this order through my credit card so my credit card company will no longer except transactions from Samsung.com. I am only sorry that I did not see this review before considering making an order. I can confirm it is an absolute joke

I recently upgraded my phone at T-Mobie to Samsung galaxy S20. Some days passed and I noticed the sun on my phone and it led me to gently rub my finger on the screen and I felt a superficial scratch. I thought that it was just a reflection but I could feel it but not see it. I called T-Mobile to find out what to do. I was initially advised to contact Samsung to get a replacement since it was a brand new $1000 phone! Samsung could not have cared less! They first told me to go to some repair place (U break I fix) they told me they would not be able to get me in for about 2 weeks. I called Samsung back to share information. I was told the best they could do is for me to mail in my phone and I would get it back in 2-4 weeks. What is that?? That is your best?? I called T-Mobile back for advice and spoke to a lovely person named Carmela out of St Louis office. She and her supervisor helped me very graciously and I will be receiving a new phone by mail with return slip to return my defective phone. So thank you a million times to Carmela and T-Mobie for doing Samsung's job and providing OUTSTANDING service! Shame on you, Samsung! I used to be a very loyal Samsung customer. But after this...i am done! I have had 2 Samsung laptops and currently have 2 Samsung 4K Smart TVs, which I bought in 2017 and both no longer work. I wrote an email to the Samsung CEO, Mr. Kim and his representative called me to say he could offer an expedited repair so that I would only be without my phone for 1-2 weeks. What is that? How can you care so little about your products and customers? I provided all of this information to Mr. Kim and received nothing. Even the "offer" to expedite the repair never happened. I was told by Mr Kim's representative that I would receive a pre-paid shipping label but no! I am stuck with the phone but at least I will have a non-defective version. I will never buy another Samsung product, which leaves me on the market for a new laptop, 2 new smart TVs, and new appliances. Because everything that I have now are Samsung products that do not work!

If I could put 0 stars I would. My very expensive washer broke and i have been trying to get a replacement or refund for over a month. Every time I speak to someone in customer service I am told something different. Sometimes you speak to someone here in the US and sometimes you speak to so that barely speaks English. Samsung is hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again. I also plan on posting on all forms of social media as to how hard they are to deal with and maybe enough people will see it that it effects there business. I will also be contacting the BBB.

I purchased samsung washing machine which falls under warrenty. Within warrenty period it stopped working with 4 C error so i deside no to bother samsung service engineer and figure out the solution by my self with the help of Samsung demo video. But unfortunately it did not work so i registered a complaint but even after 60 hours of that no service engineer shows up here. Every time we talked with different CC executive we got different answers. I also purchased Samsung AC which also failed to continue a year without any repairing. Fortunately in that case damaged part ( Copper Tubes) was replaced with new one after plenty of followup and calls. I hope this time samsung team will look in this matter seriously, otherwise this will be the last nail in the coffin for me to be continued as a loyal customer of your brand.

We bought new appliances for our home and selected all Samsung. After less than six months I realized that this has to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made. My freezer has ALWAYS had an issue with the ice maker, even after several service calls. A gasket was ripped on the freezer door and I was told it was from customer abuse...so that was not repaired under my five year extended warranty and I am still trying to figure out how they came to that conclusion. I was issued a check for $574.00 to deal with Samsungs problem. (This was after six service calls and several long, long “customer service” calls). My dishwasher has racks have already rusted off. My washer and dryer do not perform in any way close to what they were featured for. The customer service experience is one of the most painful processes I have ever experienced. SEVERAL of our friends have said the exact same about this company and their products. I know you should never say never, but when it comes to Samsung....NEVER will I buy anything with their name or LG on it because they are one in the same and they do NOT care about their customers. I had to wait a few months before I could post this without getting angered by how much disappointment this experience has been.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I ordered a brand new washer and dryer and from the start the dryer never dried properly. Then it just stopped giving out heat I called Samsung and they contract out to a service center. So someone came out and told us we had to get a new computer for it, they said they ordered the part and it can take up to a week. So I waited... 2 weeks went by after multiple phone calls and finally confirmed an app. For them to fix it. They never showed. I got the run around from Samsung and they said they would give the ticket # to a different service center and it could take another week. No, I'm returning this garbage and will never buy anything Samsung again. I would never want anyone to go through this. It's so frustrating.

I purchased a brand new Samsung front loader from Samsung official website just 6 months ago. The front loader is still in warranty. However, it started leaking water 1 month ago due to the defective door seal. During this period, I have been contacted Samsung live chat 5 times and emailed them multiple times. They just simply categorised my issue as a non-manufacturing fault and couldn't provide any details of their assessment. They evaded their responsibility and even used a wrong customer name while replying to my email. Therefore, I'm not sure whether their reply is related to my issue. 2nd time (05-01), they directly ignored my email and I haven't anything back from them after more than 10 days. What I require from Samsung: - a free of charge remedy since this product is in warranty and issue is due to defective door seal This issue has a huge impact on my daily life since I can't use nearly $1,000 front loader to wash clothes as before. I've been waiting for a resolution for more than 1 month!

if we could give a minus star would..Samsung kitchen appliances are horrible!!! In the 1st year, had repair come out 3 times on dishwasher, 3 times on icemaker in refrigerator. After 3rd time, they replaced dishwasher and the icemaker...now 2 years later, the new dishwasher is having same problems as the old one. Fortunately we purchased Lowes extended care plan for 5 years....but even that is not what it should be...during 2nd year the door bins on the refrigerator started cracking and breaking, with having hardly any weight in them at all. BUT Samsung won't cover them, nor will Lowes extended cover them..only electrical and mechanical...Samsung and Lowes are ripoffs.

Worst customer service on the planet!!! Never had a worse experience with a company.. Refrigerator has been broke for a mouth and every time you call you get someone from the Dominican Republic that you can’t understand and they ask you for the same information over and over after you have already sent it multiple times.. it’s like the movie ground hog day every time you call them after your appliance has an issue. Better get used to the question...Do you have a serial number?!!!! Will never buy another product from them again.

Bought Samsung refrigerator and the freezer drawer had a manufacturer’s defect. Good news, they replaced it. Bad news it still sounded like a jack hammer. Needless to say after 21 phone calls between myself, Home Depot and Samsung Forty plus hours on the phone, Samsung agreed to replace it again. Instead a repairman showed up at the door unannounced to fix the drawer. Fixed it, fabulous right? Wrong! Samsung called a month later and left a message on my phone they were delivering another refrigerator. So, another 50 minutes on the phone, I was able to cancelled the order. Worst customer service ever. However, Home Depot felt bad for my problems and gave me $200 gift card.

Purchase a new 2020 model tv from Online that was defective when received. I had to follow up on service repair order to find out parts were not available, no exchange option given, refund the only option. After 3 weeks I’m still waiting on the tv to be picked up so refund process can continue. I have only purchased Samsung smart tv’s in the past but I think it’s time to try another brand. While the representatives are nice and do their jobs( follow the scripts) the policies/ procedures for returns are absolutely ridiculous. Samsung is too major to have such antiquated procedures of sending in receipts and waiting for follow up when they should have access to everything online for verification. I think it’s just a way to delay refunds. I won’t buy Samsung again

Electric Range broke at 3 years. Samsung agreed to pay for the repairs via an e-mail and phone call with me and after I repaired the range, they had repeated request for more information and eventually refused to pay for the repair. Worst company Customer Service I ever had to deal with. A Repair Man told me that it is common for Samsung Appliances to fail with-in 3 ~ 5 years. If you expect longevity, don't buy Samsung! Don't trust the management!

I have a refrigerator in which pantry drawer get broken - small piece of plastic falls off (same happens to me on a previous unit after 3 months of using) after around 9-10 months of using. When I call a Samsung they told me is a defect on the unit but I am responsible for it so they are canceling my warranty because “i damage a unit” - how the hack I damage a defected unit beats me. I told them that this is definitely designed flows and want that to be done under warranty. I as just planning to buy another set of kitchen appliances for the next house but with that attitude - I will look for something else - Samsung you lost customer.

When watch was sent back the wrong band was sent. Two watch bands later...ALL WRONG!! Called customer service and hung up on 5 times.
