If there was a zero star, I would give it to this company. I bought a phone from Samsung and it was still under warranty. The s 10 plus phone is known to have an issue with WiFi and Bluetooth. I sent to Samsung to fix it, and they told me it was not under warranty since there scratches on the back. They said they could fix the WiFi and Bluetooth without putting a new a case and they wanted to charge me 118 for a back case. The customer service person wanted to sell me the new s20 and give a 300 dollar credit for my s 10. When I refused their offer , they refused to fix the WiFi and Bluetooth issues and they shipped back to me without fixing. One thing I am sure of is no more Samsung for me. They are con-artists

Waited weeks for them to ship my order and never did. Called customer support everytime they said end of the day.....never got anything.

Terrible terrible tv quality!! Was told I had a 2 year warranty, only to have a year warranty..Paid 600.00 for this TV that lasted a year and went completely out, and they refuse to fix or replace. Will never purchase another Samsung TV again. Read the reviews on Samsung TV going black, you will see, they are the first one that pops up.

Hi Samsung company this is Braiden making a comment and I just wanna say that good job for making your TV is real good and thank you for making your Blu-ray’s real good and thank you for making your stereo systems are all good I really do appreciate it because you guys really did the best because I had my TV for about like six or seven years and it still didn’t even freeze thank you Samsung and you guys also make your phones also the best thank you again Samsung This is Braiden and the reason why I’m giving you guys the credit is because for the product that you guys make a note you guys work hard for and that you guys make your TV is in your stereo is in your Blu-rays to were a point they don’t freeze up good job Samsung I would rather give you guys my business to come at two guys because you guys are literally the best because you guys make your phones to worry don’t freeze you guys make your TV a story they don’t freeze you guys make a Blu-rays to were they don’t freeze up on you thanks again Samsung

I Ordered a Galaxy Buds + on April the 7th and its missing, i called Samsung customer service they said we will investigate it and get back to you. No problem how long does the investigation take, Samsung call handler said 3-5 working days, called and emailed them a number of times, no reply whatsoever, everyone was given me different information, so I called after 9 working days and I have been told the investigation hasn't even started its pending. So she said give me 24 hours I will get this sorted for you and ask for the manger to call me back, they said the managers working from home therefore they only communicate via email, ok no problem how long do I have to wait for your manager to email me, so another 48 hours, waited 72 hours nothing. Then I called back they said we will get this resolved for you within the next 24 hours, still nothing after 48 hours. Then I called back on Sunday the 19th April they please give us another 48 hours we promise we will get this sorted for you. Called back today I was really fuming as I have wasted so much time on the phone to get though to them, and they answered still nothing apparently the manager hasn't even got back to their customer advisor who put the request through. So I have left with no option but to dispute this case with my bank. I have already reported this to action fraud, police and trading standards. I am not gonna let them get away on how they treated me, I can not believe what a rubbish customer service nobody knows what they're doing. I said to the advisor can I have the managers name because I am already in contact with the head office she said we can't give you our managers name and I asked can I have your name she said we can't give you our names. Unbelievable. So please do not purchase anything from Samsung, if you have any issues the customer service horrendously terrible. They are not willing to help you and trying to get you of the phone as quickly as possible. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Your customer service is horrible I’ve been without a dishwasher now for four months and every time it’s always two weeks before someone gets back to me and I always need to send more information I’m tired of jumping through hoops to get my refund. I don’t understand how you can treat customers this way we we bought your product thinking it was good and when there’s a problem you don’t do anything about it in a timely manner this is ridiculous. I will never buy a Samsung product again

they promised me i wouldn't be charged to have my phone repaired which was the only reason i sent it in because it still worked. but since they said it would be fixed for free i sent it in. then i get an email saying i'm being charged 150.00 dollars so i called and said i never agreed to pay anything and they then said that they would not cover the damage under the warrenty. so now i've been without my phone for a week and a half for no reason. as much money as samsung has and all the phones i've bought from them you'd think they would just fix it anyway. but point is they said they'd fix it and once they get the phone they change their mind. bad business in my opinion. Don't waste peoples time. Making me drive to post office to mail it out to get it returned the same way. Thanks. appreciate it.

Refuses to honor their own pricing and calls it "price matching". They asked me to send them a screen shot of the pricing I was given and I did and suddenly no one could stay on the line to help me further.

I purchased a 65 inch Samsung T.V. several months ago. When putting it out, everything was included in the packaging except the 4 Screws that hold the T.V. stand. I called Samsung customer service the next day and got a total runaround. after speaking to 4 different people, the fourth person said he would mail out the screws. Months went by and no screws. Today I get an email from Gwendolyn Samsung Triage, Customer Service Dept. telling me that in order to get the screws I must email her a picture of my receipt. I have purchased 5 Samsung T.V.'S over the past 12 years and this person wants proof of my purchase for 4 screws. first off I registered it online the day that I bought it, that's enough proof. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. What a horrible experience and a waste of time talking to all these people over the phone. Stay away from Samsung, because if you need customer service you WILL NEVER GET IT.

Real wish I could give a zero star. Where do I start? The washer and dryer constant issues? Dishwasher water wheel breaking and then leaking water everywhere? Or maybe the countless blue ray and TV issues. What a shitty company!! I will never buy a Samsung product ever again. Their customer service is a joke!!

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I WILL NEVER purchase a Samsung product again. I can't believe how they just don't give a damn even if the mistakes were made on their side. I'm done. I have been calling samsung since Oct. About my OS system being compromised. To which they basically said I was incorrect. Well it's not mid April the following year and about a month ago they agreed that it was compromised (I had to figure out how it became compromised because they couldn't take the time of day to listen to me about a damn thing. Then I send my phone to them to get it back in 9 to 11 days which DID NOT HAPPEN. they cancelled my ticket. Then they said they'd fix it for free 100% to which i got my phone another week later to which it had not been touched they cancelled it a second time. After being on the phone from 8:45AM until 3PM and getting hung up on 4 times and getting nowhere...I have to resend my phone to samsung. And suffer yet another 5-7 business days. This is the worst phone provider out there. Never again will I ever lower myself to purchase a product from this sorry company. They made their mistakes yet I have to pay. Unacceptable.

Since their last few updates they've ruined my phone they keep saying that there's nothing that can do I agreed to them let them hack into my phone and ruin my phone sick of Samsung talk with Facebook support and feedback and it's nothing I get the dumbest people they can only read they're pre-written responses that don't work

I own a samsung Note 10 plus, a qled TV and earbuds.( All purchased within the last 6 months) The TV is a software disaster, and customer support is non existant. The left earbud quit working after 3 weeks. Samsung warranty and support has been terrible. In short, they basically cancelled my warranty ticket, because the process has taken so long. (THEY CANCELLED IT TWICE) If it wasnt for an automated text message, I wouldnt have known they cancelled it. It befuddles me, they cancel my ticket, because THEY are taking too long. Do yourself a favor, dont throw your money and time away. I saved chat logs, texts and rep. ID numbers. I tried to escalate the case, but you cant get anywhere with their support. Buy another product, read customer support reviews before you purchase.

I agree with the rest of the people here, I was a victim of buying a Samsung tv. Once I got it it was mine, no service from Samsung at all. If you have any issues great or small, they offer no help. I will not purchase anything Samsung again smh the live chat does not have a heart beat so how is it live

After i finally finished paying for my phone under sprint samsung says need update i do the update now my phone is telling me i have no space in my phone. I call sprint thinking its was the, they help me as much as they could they tell me then that it isnt them its samsun, im sorry stop with the updates you dont need to continue updating cause all you did was mess my phone up now i cant hold anything in my phone i really had to take out everything i had on my phone out. And if you want to update you need to have in the phone dont want update. So i would like for you to call me samsung cause its not like i cant go to the store now so you can fix what you broke on me .

I have absolutely nothing good to say about Samsung. We purchased a 55" NU6900 Smart TV at Best Buy. We have had issues with this TV since we plugged it in. You continually have to do a hard reset to get to hulu, Netflix or anything else you want to go to. Called customer service numerous times, their favorite saying is it's not us its your internet. Yet every other electronic device works great and the TV is only 6' from the modem. They then finally authorize a service technician to look at it, he replaces the board and has to drive from another state 3 hrs one way because no one here will work on it. He tells us this probably wont fix it but its all he is authorized to do. He was correct, issue not fixed. Called back to Samsung tell them we are tired of messing around that was on 3/23. Was told someone would get back in touch within 24-48 hours. Called again today 4/9 and they are opening another service call. I am told this is all they can do. I said we are in the middle of a health crisis we don't want someone from another state, or anyone coming into our home right now. I was told take it or leave it that is all they can do. So the service ticket is open. Granted I would hope these are not essential workers and no one will be here before our country gets some relief. I no that in the grand scheme of life this is nothing. My complaint is this should have been handled months before we got to this point. We will, in no circumstance ever purchase another Samsung TV!! I am pretty sure it would be much less expensive and healthier for everyone if they would have just sent us a new TV. I cant imagine drive time for 6 plus hours is inexpensive.

I bought the the Samsung QN55Q60T television. It's absolutely horrible. First, I couldn't play the hulu app as there were lines all over the screen when it played content. Samsung did some troubleshooting and said it was the Hulu app. However, Samsung never tested the self diagnosis video test during the troubleshooting. i had to do that on my own and it had the same lines. They then sent someone out who confirmed it was the TV and had to replace the main board. After doing so the TV is choppy during and juddery. I adjusted every setting possible and it was still difficult to watch. They came out again and technician changed 1 setting and said it was fine and left. The juddering and choppiness is still there and has gotten worse. I called Samsung again and they are saying since the technician deemed nothing wrong they will not send someone out again unless i pay for it. The TV can't handle even the slightest motion without blur. I mean even someone just turning their head or waving. I have had to go back to my 14 year old TV. So if Samsung is saying nothing is wrong with the TV then Samsung has created a piece of junk and I wouldn't recommend the TV to anyone.
