I have made three purchases of Samsung products: a kitchen package (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave), a washer and dryer, and a blu-ray player. Three of the four items in the kitchen package had major repairs within the first year. The washer had to be replaced in fewer than 3 months. The blu-ray has not functioned properly since it's purchase and has been sent back once and we have been fighting over shipping it back. They can't get a shipping label for us to send it back for the second time.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator 3 years ago, cost us about $3000, unfortunately we did not buy the extended warranty. The fridge does not work at all, we've had two third party Samsung authorized repair techs to look at the fridge (costing $500 combined) and the fridge still does not work! Samsung doesn't care that a 3 year old Samsung fridge is unfixable and headed to landfill. Terrible product. Do not buy Samsung.

I can say that confidently this is my last Samsung phone. Galaxy Note 10 plus No More! Awful screen, scratching so so easily.

Upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy s8 to Note10 in the process of data transfer all my text messages were deleted. Now they are irretrievable. We purchased 4 note 10s from bestbuy on December 19th and all had data transfer but 1 phone had all its texts deleted. According to a Sprint technical support person, Samsung smart switch software caused the problem. Samsung needs to compensate me for this loss.

I bought Samsung dishwasher for my new house. I used it for the first time and there was a huge water leakage. Called at the store from where I bought it. They asked me to contact Samsung customer service which I found the worst one. Due to this leakage, I got damages in my kitchen floor and garage ceiling. No one at Samsung helped me instead they are transferring my case from one team to another team. Very very rude staff and I am regretting to buy Samsung dishwasher. One week after, their technician came to fix it but messed it more and left without fixing it. I wish I could give negative points to Samsung and their customer service instead of one star. Please don’t buy Samsung dishwasher!!!!

First, the delivery guys called me every hour starting at 10 am to tell me they would be here in 30 minutes, this lasted until they actually arrived at 4 PM. We purchased a washer and dryer - although their site says it comes with installation included for the bundle they did not provide it. This was also sent to our email, to which they responded that they send the confirmation of installation to everyone, even when it's not included. When I called to inquire about it they said that my only course of action was to return the appliances and re-purchase (mind you, it took 2 months to arrive) with the installation services. I asked if they could hear how stupid and wasteful that sounded, to which the CSR agreed, but said there is nothing else that can be done. This is the most idiotic system I've ever seen. Screw you Samsung. I would rather buy from anyone else in the future.

purchase and A50 Samsung cell phone 2 months later went skiing with friends at no time the phone one into water but the next day the phone started blinking on and off then the screen went off completely I got a hold of Samsung where they send me to one of their repair shops in New York City on Washington Street there I sat for about an hour and a half till someone came and told me that the phone cannot be repaired because it falls out of warranty because it was submerged in water this is not true the phone never got submerged in water and Samsung repairs refuse to repair it this is not right I bought this direct from their website they claim water resistant not waterproof but it never went into the water so how can they just turn around and cancel my warranty. Will never buy from Samsung again or recommend them to any of my friends shame on them are they back greedy for money?

I bought a double oven gas range less than a year ago and the door won’t close and locks when I try to close it, model number NX58M6850s*, and now I have the pleasure of trying to get someone to fix it free of charge because it’s less than a year old. They said the door is damaged so I’m S out of luck. I see hours of Time on the phone in my future. Can’t believe this. Does anyone even care that this stove was selling at $1600. Dollars and hasn’t lasted a year. I have had used stoves last longer than this. Already spent more than 4 hours on the phone and this is just the beginning. Going to honest probably won’t ever purchase Samsung products again if they don’t make good on this. I am extremely disappointed with the product, never purchased something supposedly this nice, I love to bake and cook, so this is awful for me, makes me cry that I chose the wrong stove and company. Samsung you need to make good on your products for at least one year. I purchased the stove 12/9/2018 and didn’t receive it until around 2/15/2019, I know they are trying to claim that I damaged it, not the case, it just looks like a great way out for them. I wish this could be resolved soon. I miss having a good functioning stove. This is how you keep customers, unless we are expendable. Also saw reviews that someone else had the exact same problem.

We bought a sound bar, was bad the day we hot it. Called to have fixed, sent the soundbar back to Samsung. Now we still don't have a soundbar! After several weeks and calling daily. Many different excuses, we are still waiting! All we want is a Exchange or to be fixed. Sad..no straight answers and now they sent me a second ticket number. This is aweful.

We purchased a refrigerator, washer, and dryer, a few months before moving into our new home while they were on sale. Shortly before our closing date, I called to see about getting our delivery date moved to an earlier day. I found out that our fridge had been discontinued. NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL US. We picked a new one and when our new delivery day came, we had no fridge, and NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL. I made a call and found that our stuff had not made it to the delivery agent on time. That would have been good to know so I wouldn't have spent my day at home waiting for nothing to show up. We only had our fridge for two weeks before it was finally picked up. It arrived with some small dents, but nothing that affected the functionality. (Our washer and dryer had damage too, but they work great. Seems like Samsung doesn't package their stuff well.) It worked fine, but did not fit in the space we had like we thought it would. When I opened the doors on the right side, they did not open all the way and I couldn't pull out the drawers very far. (The smart fridges are big and don't come in a smaller size.) There was no lack of space for food, just not a good option if you don't have a space designed for a large fridge. Since we chose to not keep it, we didn't mess with the smart features so I don't know if they are all that great or not. After reading reviews on the website, I'm glad we didn't keep it. Sounds like the ice maker has a lot of issues. Samsung wanted to come out and basically see if I was telling the truth. I realize there are people out there that just like to cause trouble and tell lies, but I don't make these kind of calls for no reason. (I loathe making phone calls.) If I call you to tell you that your product isn't working for me, it's the truth. I have better things to do with my time. (We just moved into a new home! I was plenty busy!) I ended up working with a gentleman from where we bought it from and it was picked up. I was going to get a different Samsung fridge, but after all of the the terrible service and phone calls, I went with a different brand. I had to have that same gentleman help me get my refund as it had been over a MONTH since the fridge had been picked up. I will not be using Samsung again unless I absolutely have to, or their customer service DRASTICALLY improves. If you have had a great experience with them, I am truly happy for you. Unfortunately, this is what happened to me and I think others should know.

our approx 7year old washer has failed due to a "spider flange" breaking, this is a costly and major repair and the design of the cheap metal samsung used in the mfr of this part inside washer means that this washer is doomed nowas cost of fix approaches cost of new washer, samsung flatly denied any knowledge of this problem yet it is all over youtube and forums as a chronic design problem occuring,i will not purchase anything built by samsung in future,we have lots of their appliances in 2 homes we own,

Tv failed within warranty spent 2 weeks on the phone email and text. first they had a tech coming to fix it then it was were gonna ship you a new tv, then it ended up were gonna pickup your old tv then within 10 days we will issue a refund. Good business practice is to keep your customer happy, maybe send the model you have even if its an upgrade (you made more than enough money per tv to take care of you customers) Samsung is a joke.

I would NOT buy anything that Samsung makes or touches. I bought a GalaxyA10e on Dec 29, 2019. What a mistake. There was NO owners manual in the box. I tried to download the owners manual. I could not do it, 4 VERY computer nerds tried. NO GOOD. I called Samsung on Jan 2, 2020. I was on snap chat with them for 45 minutes. The Samsung rep keep hanging up on me. I then called Samsung. I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone he was rude. I finally got them to mail me an owners manual. If I could have given them a zero I would have

I regret buying this TV. I purchased it on Friday November 29, 2019. On Sunday morning December 1,2019 It wouldn’t come on. After unplugging it for 1 minute plugging it back in STILL BLACK SCREEN! Unplugging it again for 5 minutes plugged it back in. I know have a picture. Tried calling the 800 number. Of course no one is available. You have to go on line!!! 3 days later same thing! I do finally get to speak to a person ( very rude) . She informs me I just needed to update it!!! Really it’s not even a week old and I have to update it. Yes you do. What we want you to do is call us back every time this happens so we can see what the problem is. You are not always available when it happens. I should NOT have to do this. I just want a new TV!! Oh no “lady“ that’s not how we do it! If you would like we can send a technician out. Yes!!! It will be about 7-10 days is that ok? No it is not!! Ok we will see you next week!! On Wednesday is that ok? Again no it is not. I need someone here today or tomorrow. Ok I’ll see what I can do. Hangs up on me. I call back of course half an hour later. Still nothing new. Yes we see we are sending a technician out on Wednesday for you is that ok!!! Again NO it is NOT!! Technician shows up on Thursday December 12,2019. Only to tell me that my New TV now needs an update and a panel box!! It should be here tomorrow because it’s morning when they are ordering the part. You have to take your TV off the wall in order for us to work on it is that ok??? Again I regret buying this TV. I could have bought a cheaper TV and not have had this problem!!! Sorry you fill that way. Needless to say the part didn’t arrive the next day. It did finally show up on December 23,2019. They wanted to sit up an appointment to come December24,2019 Christmas Eve between 12-5!!!! Is that ok?? Absolutely NOT!!!! We are trying to fix your problem. Really!!! So on December 30,2019 at 10:00 they finally show up. They have finally installed a new panel box after 1 hour. They first had told me 15 minutes to fix in and out. If you have not bought Samsung. Don’t!!! I will say all 4 technicians were friendly and polite I guess they have to be to make up for the others. I would have given them no stars but I couldn’t.

I had bought a U-flex Bluetooth headset from Amazon and after few days of usage the earpiece came apart when I was unplugging of my ears. I tried to reach out to Amazon and Samsung service centers both were not taken any responsibility. I doubt the Quality of the product that Samsung produces and the Quality of the service that they give. this is the reference no# of the call I made (1157000402) and the other reference number for the call on the 27th of Dec 2019, was never sent to me at all as I said that I will escalate this issue! Such a Shame!

I bought a Samsung large screen 4d television. After normal use the tv would no longer display a picture. Customer service said since the tv was a year and a half old it no longer was no longer under warranty so they could not help. They advised buying a new tv My Samsung over the range microwave broke today. It is just over one year old. It only received normal use. I live in an household with 2 adults. Samsung said it was no longer covered under warranty. They couldn’t help me. I will not ever again buy a Samsung product or recommend a Samsung product to anyone. It was nearly impossible to find the tech support number, 27 minute wait on the phone to talk to someone. Neither product should have broken down at such a young age.

If I could give Samsung a zero star review I would. This company is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. First off. My refrigerator broke October 1 and I still don’t have a fridge. Everything takes 3-5 business days or 7-9 business days. They are all liars and they always say “ I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. How about I’m sorry I have your products. FYI my condenser on the fridge went after 2.5 years. They sent several service men out to fix it which all said it could not be fix. I guess they didn’t trust 1,2, or 3. The finally believed #4. After all that they finally agreed to reimburse me for a new fridge. I was told several times it was mailed out (lies). I’m still waiting. This is why I stopped using dell. Did I mention most of the reps don’t speak English well. After 45 escalations I’m still waiting. Went through all the holidays with no refrigerator. How disappointing is that. By the way I had the Samsung French door twin cooling system refrigerator. Horrible horrible horrible. All my kitchen appliances are Samsung and they are the worst. I have a washer and dryer from LG and their reps and service people are amazing.

Good afternoon, I have one of the Q series 75 inch TVs. I've had it for two years and it has a beautiful picture but I've had two issues with it. One being within a year of having it the screen messed up on it out of now where with lines running across it. Now outside the warranty I had to purchase a new one connect box that cost 543 then if find out the internal component of the tv is messed up and not recognizing the one connect box and that gonna cost me another 360 ( parts and labor) I love my tv but it not worth all of this. If your read in ng this I would not purchase any Q series tv at all because samsung doesn't even try to work with you to help cover the cost of their products messing up internally which should not be happening within two years of purchasing their products. I am truly dissatisfied with the product and the company and in the future will not be purchasing any products associated with them.
