I purchased a Samsung RF28HMEDBSR at Lowes in 2015 paid $3000.00 for it and we have ad ongoing problems with the icemaker since we bought it. I bought extended warranty they worked on it to no avail, called Samsung they sent someone out and were the ice would get so clogged it damaged the case and they said they couldn't help me because I damaged it, well that was their out not to help me on it...…..Beware do not purchase Samsung they will not help you out and they do not stand by their faulty products. They left me completely out in the cold and I also bought their Dishwasher, Range, Microwave and TV.

Crappy A320 phone drops calls. Dials international calls even when its domestic. And nothing samsung can do about it but make excuses. Also drop internet. Never get this phone. Customer service tried to convince me it's okay in the dialing feature to call international calls with +1 in front of a number I call . Awful phone

2 month old Samsung S10 has horrible battery life. Takes forever to get through to customer service. Hasn't worked right since day 1, have reset to factory settings, done diagnostics over the phone. Told me I could send in to have battery checked but it's the only phone I have. They need to send me a new phone while it is under warranty and quit jacking me around. No service centers anywhere in MO. Tried to take to one in FL while I am at my daughters but have to leave phone for 3 days and refuse to do that. Don't buy a Samsung S10. Have tried calling them twice today, had them put me in call back list, when they call they can't hear me and I can't hear them. I repeat don't buy a Samsung S10. Battery life is way less than my previous cheap Moto Z Droid.

I have a washer that is less than a year old that is still under full warranty. It broke (not spinning) about 6 weeks ago. I have had 5 different service repairmen out here to fix this and it is still giving errors and won't complete a cycle. I've been on the phone with them over 10 times, dozens of emails, I've been told after 2 completed repairs and if it wasn't fixed they would replace it. Not true. I just got off the phone - now twice denied for a replacement. Do not buy Samsung appliances - and also I've been told do not buy appliances anywhere except Best Buy. With Best Buy - if the appliance breaks within warranty - they will take it back and manage the customer service - or so I've been told.

Awful communication, took a month and multiple emails to get a refund On a faulty product, phone calls are useless as no one understands what is being said and you will be sent round in circles oh and be prepared to give all your details, multiple times to multiple people........really bad experience I would not recommend Samsung at all

Thought I was doing myself a service by getting a second Samsung 4K LED tv. Big mistake! Within a couple months the remote was dead. Not as in dead and I needed new batteries but dead as in will never work again. Second Samsung remote I bought didn’t even send out IR signals and was dead on arrival. So I sold it and will never buy another Samsung even If they made the life saving medication I needed. They can eat sh*t the greedy f*cks. Giving us a 50 cent remote when they expect you to spend $1000 and up on a tv. Stop giving yourself a bonus or even a paycheck until you get your sh*t together

Samsung TV support is an absolute joke! Called this morning. The message was unusual wait time, yep. Will call back in 2 and 1/2 hours. NOPE. Have tried to call back. Get nowhere! Tried text support. Told them the program and they stopped texting back. There is a question in this survey, "how long did the company reply to your queries"? NEVER!! This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I will NEVER buy another product from Samsung.

Bought the note 10 plus, was great for about 1 1/2 months before having all types of problems. Battery lasts half a day, Samsung updates take customer favorites away and their phones switch your settings randomly. Customer service is some of the worst I've ever dealt with. I've been a samsung customer for 15 years + but after this expierence with their phone I will be switching to Apple. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a S20 ultra it doesn't automatically download Google app updates. They want me to drive to an authorized Samsung place or mail my phone and wait 10 days with no phone.

Bought the new 2020 Qled 4k 75inch TV Q70t model, cost an arm and a leg, literally at $3700 cdn. Start up tv only to see dead pixel line on top corner about 3inchs. Tried calling support but calls kept dropping. Used live chat and they said option to either return and pay for shipping expenses or use smart care pro live chat. I can't return since the TV is only available in the US not Canada and the borders have been shut down for the coronovirus. The later option did not work samsung site did not kept showing me the error call support banner. The 1-800-SAMSUNG number would ring and ring only to be dropped. The online chat support tried to help but out of her hand really. Just a big disappointment, Samsung won't be sticking around in the future if this keeps up. As of now I'm told to try the online chat and phone again due to possible "technical error" on the site, what a joke of a company.

My fridge freezer is less than 3 years old spent £800.Its a double door fridge freezer.Freezer not working .Fridge ok .They won’t repair as 2 year guarantee period over.I made a big mistake as I gone for the big brand.If I know it won’t last long every 2 years I could buy a new fridge s when something goes wrong.That won’t be this much expensive also.

I bought samsung convertable refrigerator in 2015.but after 6 month my convert freezer to feeze option do not work.they do not solve that problem.every year i have any of the problem in freeze.in 2016 can not convrt freezer to freeze.in 2017 fan do not work properly.in 2018 compressure didnot work.in 2019 sensor did not work.latest problem in 2020 why can not get proper cooling and flactuate display and why they donot know?every 10-12 month i have problem in freeze.so,do not buy any samsung refridgerator.all r totally bakwaas product.waste of money.technitian also have problem in solve problem.wrost product.can not buy samsung convertable refrigerator.

We purchased a 55" Smart TV and one of the ports was not working. We immediately contacted Samsung and they scheduled an appointment to repair the TV. Nobody came, nobody called. We called them again and they scheduled a second appointment to repair the TV. Again, nobody came and nobody called to cancel. Then Samsung said they would exchange the TV. We had the same results. Last week Samsung again stated that they would exchange the TV. For the fourth time Samsung did not stand behind their word or customer service promise. Today my husband got a call telling us they no longer have that model in stock and will send us the purchase price. Seriously, almost four months later they want to offer us the purchase price because due to their negligence they no longer have the item in stock. I am still in the process of trying to get them to stand behind their product. They should at least offer us a comparable model. None of this was our fault, unless you want to blame us for buying a Samsung in the first place. AWFUL! Customer Service! AWFUL! Product Support! Good thing we bought the warranty! Not!!!!

Voice Automated system is the worst idea possible. I am a true Samsung fan. For the first time in my years been on hold for 21 mins. Can't reach the right group I need to. People like talking to people not automation it's more personal. I have been referring people from all generations and they all tell me the same thing. They love how quickly Samsungs customer service and how personalized it is. Also how they don't get caught in the voice automation black hole. What does one do if your automation option doesn't exist? Samsung is not like other companies, don't try to follow the business trend. It's not you. Make your own, stand apart from the others. If your like the rest, who is the best?

We purchased all our appliance from Samsung. The first year the dryer door broke and we were told we were to rough with it. We are a couple in our 60's. The dishwasher broke after 4 years, we had to buy a new dryer after 5 years, The stove top is stained from cooking, the ice maker in the fridge just spits out ice randomly on the floor. NEVER AGAIN. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG.

Every thing went wrong, First I purchased a 55 in tv and after 14 months the board in it stated to fail and the tv would just flicker, the board was recalled 3 years earlier but were still being used on newer model TV's, I purchased a phone and the charger in the phone never charges correct, Customer service is the worst

Samsung home appliance customer service reps Don't Listen. Had a problem with my induction stove control panel - some of the functions weren't showing up. Samsung told me to shut off my circuit breaker. When that didn't work they told me to call their service co. (which I had to pay for) in the area & gave me their phone #. After 10 mins on hold, I was told this service co. Doesn't repair Induction stoves!!! I called another co.. they came out (& in less than 5 mins) told me to remove the divider shelf in my oven. Functions immediately returned! Called Samsung foe refund because they should have had that info to tell me. 'They kept telling me that my stove wasn't in warrantee (3 yrs old) even though it wasn't warrantee problem, it was a Samsung training problem. I was told the customer service dept doesn't have a mgr & all sorts bogus info. New result - no-one has the authority to implement a refund

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Terrible customer service. I ordered a tablet and a few things that govwith it, and the tablet still hasn't shipped. I have contacted the 4 times, the issue has been escalated four days ago, they were supposed to conract me within a couple of days, it still hasn't happened. And the four times I contacted them, I wadted about half an hour each time without getting the issue resolved. I will definitely not buy anaything Samsung anymore. I have rarely seen such poor and unprofessional customer service.

I am only giving one star because it doesn't allow you to give zero stars. Customer service rep was a total waste of time and useless. I am going back to Apple. They understand great customer service.,
