Samsung delivered the wrong 36" gas cooktop. When contacted them and initially spoke to a supervisor they saw in the system where they sent out the wrong product. They "stated they would correct the problem and send out a new gas cooktop". A week after we notice we hadn't received any confirmation of delivery so we called and did an inquiry. We went through countless supervisors and representatives stating they had no record of the call and we were past the 15 day return policy. THE MISTAKE WAS MADE BY SAMSUNG! The wrong item was delivered. When we opened and noticed we contacted Samsung. They said that we didn't call in the 15 day return policy. It wasn't opened until our builder was ready to install. The entire experience was awful. We have 6 SAMSUNG PHONES. WE HAVE ALL SAMSUNG KITCHEN APPLIANCES. YES WE HAVE TO KEEP THE APPLIANCES, BUT I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED SPRINT AND VERIZON THAT WE WANT TO TRADE/ UPGRADE OUR PHONES TO APPLE PHONES. ALL OUR APPLIANCES IN OUR BASEMENT AND GUEST HOUSE THATS BEING BUILT NOW WILL NOT HAVE ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES/ ELECTRONICS! I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE THAT I COME IN CONTACT WITH WILL BE TOLD ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE AND I WILL TRULY RECOMMEND THEM TO NEVER USE ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST NETWORK. SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! LASTLY YOU ALL KEPT MY MONEY TOO. DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO REFUND US THE DIFFERENCE IN THIS INCORRECT PRODUCT!!!

I bought a 65” Samsung, definitely not built to last ,worst TV I have ever purchased ,spent over $1000 on this TV only lasted 3 years ,spoke to Samsung,did all the tests it failed all ,big white circle in the middle of the screen,they referred me to a repair center which told me the lcd screen has to be replaced which would be very costly and would not be worth the cost so keep away from Samsung ,I am in the security business and I do a lot of video surveillance systems and buy monitors frequently,I will never buy a Samsung again, low quality save your money and purchase a Sony or Panasonic ,I’ve owned both prior and each lasted over 8 years trouble free ,again Samsung makes inferior products ,never again

Samsung's online store is a joke. Place a few orders in the past, none of them were shipped, all of them were cancelled with reason "exceed limit". WTF, 4 piece of SSDs is exceeding limit? OK fine. You don't want business then.

Delivery/install FAIL. Given delivery day was not told install too. They were not able to do the work. Had them take the appliance with them, GIVEN NO PAPERWORK TO SHOW DELIVERY/INSTALL NOT COMPLETED AND APPLUANCE TAKEN WITH THEM. Over a week later and over 3 hrs with too many cust svc people, no credit no one doing anything to get this resolved as the delivery company who has also been told order canceled has not done their job either. Will be filing complaint with BBB.

Bought a washer and dryer and have had nothing but costly problems and repairs. I have spent more in repairs than the actual cost of the units. not to mention the hassle of getting anything actually repaired...it takes weeks every time. Samsung wont stand by anything. I would never buy anything from this company ever again. Don't say you weren't warned!

I just bought 2 Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus phones. They may be good in some areas but I am a Disc Jockey and play music on my computer at gigs. When I have a problem with my main computer I use my cell phone to play a song so there is no “dead air” while I reboot. The Galaxy S20 Plus does not have an aux jack and if you want to use the included headphones you have to use the charging input which means you can't charge your phone while using your headphones. In my opinion Samsung should have a recall and fix this problem. This is very frustrating. Using the headphone jack was the main reason I bought two Galaxy S20 Plus phones. They are very expensive and to me other than making phone calls they are useless. Oops! I just went to Amazon and they have an adaptor with a charger and headphone jack. I just ordered one for $20.00 but it is still frustrating that Samsung would put out a very expensive product that doesn’t even have the basics of the cheaper phones. Don't buy an S20!!!

DON'T BUY A SAMSUNG ANYTHING! terrible costomer service , terrible products . I wish I read these before I got a Samsung anything ! I'm soooo done . believe me when I say I don't even want to go over all the things I went through since before Christmas and I still don't have this resolved . I had to start over every time I called and with promises each time , I'm stuck in 'groundhog day" .

Poor Samsung order services.I pre-ordered Samsung S20 plus which i did received on time but did not receive the case. its about 3 weeks now and have still have not receive the case.how can i use Phone worth of $1400 without a case? Very Poor service i like Samsung but hate the order and they delays.

Do not buy from Samsung! They have terrible customer service and will not return items they ship to you damaged. They shipped me a $3,500 tv with a cracked screen and then told me they would not return it because I waited 34 days to take it out of the box. They never told me the return period an d that I should check the product upon receipt. Their customers service in dealing with this was terrible!

Purchased a new refrigerator in August. Six repairs and compressor died. We have been without a refrigerator for a month. No end in sight. Don’t buy Samsung.

I bought a samsung smart watch active not even a year ago there suppose to replace the watch been without my watch for 2 months still no watch. They have no answer when in going to get a new one. Samsung will take your money but dont want to give you a working watch. The worse customer service I've ever had. Dont but a watch from them. If you go get a warranty else where. Will not buy another watch from them

Samsung Tab A SM-T510 (2019) tablets have a serious problem with LCD. The inner LCD cracks even without any physical damage to the outer body of the tablet. I think it's the temperature that's causing this. Mine cracked when I left it in my car and the temperature was about 82 degrees outside. Similar thing happened to a friend of mine when he used his Samsung tablet in snowy day. Both the tablets were under valid Manufacturer Warranty but Samsung Repair Center in New Jersey refused to fix it for free and asked us $119 for each. Even the Manufacturer Warranty states that it won't cover outer physical damage and only inner parts. Both the tablets' glass screens are intact and there re no cracks outside, only the inner LCD black screen s cracked. Does anybody know how to get this to Class Action lawsuit attorneys ?

I thought I was purchasing a top quality complete set of kitchen appliances. I paid extra to get the black stainless WHAT A TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!! First the bottom of the oven warped and the coating started to flake off. Their response - customer abuse. REALLY???!!! What did I do? Take paint remover and a tool to a brand new oven? Not hardly. I used a wet wash cloth soaked in hot water and Dawn. Next, the black finish started to peel off the oven door at the junction to the handle. Their response - once again customer abuse. To add insult to injury I was told that the warranty ONLY covers mechanical parts and NOTHING ELSE. Now the motor on the refrigerator sounds like a diesel engine every time it runs - it can be heard two rooms over. To be insulted by not only the person who originally answered the phone but his manager that I abused the appliances was incredible. Who would spend nearly $3000 for new appliances and then abuse them is unbelievable. They absolutely refuse to do anything to correct these situations and just keep referring me to the warranty book which states they are not responsible for any of these issues is beyond insulting. RUN do not walk past Samsung appliances. I wish I had never laid eyes on them. Even Best Buy couldn't help with these problems. I feel like making a sign and standing in front of the appliances at the store warning people not to waste their money. Unfortunately I am widowed and retired and cannot afford to get rid of them and buy something else. Be warned DO NOT buy Samsung appliances. If I could give the review negative stars I would.

I purchase samsung refrigrator in last year august 2019. But installation and demo not avail by samsung within 20 days... Again I purchase the samsung 253 lt. Double door refrigrator, and suffring the same problem... Samsung product is good but his service very poor... I m hardly dissatisfide with samsung service...

If i could go negative I would. I bought the 2019 65" FrameTV directly through Samsung.com because my employer gave us large discount. Worst mistake of my life. TV came broken twice. They also refuse to honor the warranty. I've already done 15 hours of calls with them. At one point they didn't believe that I owned the TV and were making me send text messages of SN on the back and in the menu section. It is to a point that I'll need to pursue legal action to even get any money back and I'd assume that will do nothing. I'll never buy anything Samsung again. They should be ashamed how bad their product and services are.

My known issue with the ice maker freezing up was not fixed by Samsung. I have unplugged my fridge 4 to 5 times over the 3 yr life to fix this issue but it was always refreeze and leave us with no ice maker until I unfroze it again. I called and they won't fix it until I have had one service call that they are aware of (even tho I fixed it several times myself). There is no standing behind their product or issues. Do not buy a Samsung. You will be sorry.

Purchased a 65 inch samsung curved tv less than 3 years ago. It developed a tear drop shaped white spot upper right hand corner.I looked on several samsung websites and found this is a very common problem. In fact i found a picture of another tv with the exact same spot in the exact same location. I payed about 3700 dollars for this thing on amazon. Samsund knows they have a defective product and refuse to aknowledge it and refuse to recall these tvs. The thing is now a boat anchor as it is off warranty. Do not buy a samsung tv they do not stand behind their products.
